Where we can started???? After been so frustrating with another company (….junk)😩 this two wonderful life savers, safe our day by doing a great job coming to us ASAP just in time our new furniture was delivered. We are saying this because people from the other “company “ we’re here yesterday and didn’t bothered trying to get our furniture out, they just took a look and said “We cannot removed this” and left. I came back home this morning after a 48 hours shift and nothing was removed. The frustration level was so high and we need to go something right away.We Google some choices and take a chance with it. Best choice ever……..Starting with the phone call Ana was so professional, nice and understanding that right away she made us feel better. Then Steven and Justin showed up (the new furniture was here all ready!!!!) right away from the moment they got in hands on. We hardly recommend Cleanout Express and we thank you so very much.M&N
The crew arrived early (nice), confirmed the price before getting started, and did a quick and thorough job. It was a rainy day and I wasnt 100% ready. They were patient and courteous. I highly recommend this company.
This was, hands down, one of the most pleasant vendor transactions I have ever experienced since I opened my business 11 years ago. The team members (Moses, Andrew, Josue, and Leonard) were professional, courteous, efficient and completed the job in half the time. The back office (Ana) was on top of every part of the job, including working out all the annoying details my building requires. In short, they did a great job while leaving very little for me to do or worry about. The final price was as estimated - there were no surprises. Quite frankly, maybe I am cynical, but I expected more arduous proceedings and was left incredibly impressed by Cleanout Express.
WOW, called and s/w Anna who was friendly. She offered fast, same day service and was accommodating since I had other appointments. The pickup guys were efficient, fast, friendly and a pleasure to have met. It was a pleasure to use this service. I will recommend them and use them for any future jobs. :-)
The person I spoke with,Ana, was very pleasant and helpful in answering my questions and setting up the appointment for me. The workers that came to do the job, Paul and Andrew, were very professional and thorough in doing the service required. I would definitely to do with Cleanout Express again.
When I called, Gabriela was very pleasant to deal with. She was very friendly and helpful!And the people that came, Moises, Sanden and Simon worked very quickly and professionally! The price was very fair as well, I will definitely use them again if/when I need to.

Andrew, the foreman, and his crew of James and Angel removed four bulky, heavy pieces of furniture, as well as a very old TV. They were exceptionally professional, efficient, and extremely pleasant. I am very satisfied with the service I received.
I had a garage and small amount of trash in my basement. They are prompt and respectful of the home and to me. Their prices were better than their counterpart. Due to a sad situation.. my Uncle passed away in NYC, I needed someone to clean out his NYC apartment. Gus met me at the apartment & gave me the estimate, he was very friendly & professional. The day of cleanout his employees were on time, very professional, courteous and fast fast ! They took everything, furniture, appliances , cleaned out closets. They had my Uncles small apartment cleaned out in less than 2 hours , even swept the floors when they were done. I wanted to say that the experience I had with the removal staff of this company was top of the line! I had the pleasure of working with Brian and Paul in the Bronx, NY location and I along with my two siblings were extremely pleased with their professionalism, courtesy and patience. They were very young and you could tell they took pride in their work and took it seriously! I am looking to book with them again and hope to get these young men to help us out again. There was a third gentleman with them - but these two were the primary workers in helping clean out the areas that we needed to. NOT only were they prompt, professional, patient, moved without hesitation, but I had to give them excellent kudos on their work ethic for their ages! I was especially impressed with (I believe it was Paul training Brian) the training and explanation that he was showing him and credited them both for wanting to work during a time in our country where working or strong work ethic seems to be dwindling. good job Cleanout Express - you have excellent staff, work ethic and everything else. Gus and his team did an amazing job cleaning out my lisitings before we put it on the market. They removed several truck loads of house hold garbage from a hoarder situation. They also removed the carpet and cleaned up the overgrowth in the backyard. Their service was fast, reliable and efficient. With their help I got the property sold for over asking price. I couldnt have done it without them. My sellers were very happy!

Gus came promptly to do an estimate for a cleanout of a 1 family house I had just sold in Queens that had lots of furniture, lose items, personal stuff, etc. The kind of stuff we all accumulate after living in one place for decades. I thought the estimate was fair but when the seller wanted a discount, they showed some flexibility, which makes things easier. They have several trucks and good manpower. They came on time, did the job as agreed and the house is now clean. The seller is happy, which is the most important aspect for me as a real estate broker. They are licensed and insured and I can truly recommend them.

Hired to clean out a garage to be rented, Ana was very kind and professional and helped me set everything up. The guys were very kind and came by on time and did the work very quickly and efficiently in an hour, price was very reasonable. Will 100% be using again if needed
Had a great experience with these folks. Needed to quickly empty out a storage unit in a state that I dont live in and couldnt be present for clean out. These guys were professional, quick and got the job done for about 200 dollars less than what they originally quoted me. Highly recommended!

I’m a realtor & I found Cleanout Express on Google on the day of the closing, basically the last minute. The seller of the property ordered dumpster truck with manpower a few days before, but that truck never showed up. This was a time of the essence moment. I had to find the dumpster truck with manpower ASAP! I called this company & spoke to Gus. He told me he’ll get me a truck within 2hrs. The workers stole a box that contained a $900 hoodie that my wife bought me for Christmas as a gift I would never use these people again, and if your smart u won’t either , u let them into your home to do a job you paid for and they steal from u unacceptable, shouldn’t be providing any service at all
Used this junk removal company to haul debris from an office clean out. Hired their rubbish removal services in the past, will use again when needed.Fast as usual, prices were very affordable and onetime and ready to do business.

They stole every valuable piece that was not nailed down but did not do what they were hired to do. When police called, they flew off.
Ridiculously expensive! Make sure to ask what the price will be after tax because itll add on another few hundred. You can get the same job done elsewhere for half the price.

2022-08-02Cleanout Express was one of the smartest choices I made during the stressful & emotional time of selling my family’s home. The promptness, professionalism and courtesy of the team made the entire process go smoothly. Due to the amount of material in the home, I needed to hire them more than once, and each team was equally good. The efficiency of the teams was really impressive. The trucks were packed masterfully with no wasted space AT ALL regardless of the contents, and the team would alert you when the contents reached the halfway or three-quarter mark in case you needed to budget yourself. They made a difficult job easy, and cleaned up beautifully too! I shopped around and contacted other services for my project. From the pleasantness of the staff on the phone, to the clear & direct estimate quote, followed by the actual clean-out, I can wholeheartedly recommend this service. Without a doubt, Cleanout Express is the best value for the price!

2022-05-04Not many places are adept at heavy furniture removal much less piano removal. I had a hard time trying to donate a old upright piano so I finally did some research on removal services. Cleanout Express had amazing reviews and Gus got back to my initial inquiry within the hour. Pricing was fair and the appointment was set. My expectations were exceeded and Gus confirmed how the appointment would be executed based on my home’s layout. Today, Paul and Kenny came on time, was personable, professional and completed the piano removal within 10 mins. Talk about impressive! I am SO happy with their service and fully express my thanks to everyone in this company that helped make this moving process easier for me. Thanks again!!

2022-06-24Paul and his team did an amazing job. On the day of the estimate, he was on time and his estimate turned out to be very accurate. On the day of the clean out, his trucks were on time and all of his workers were considerate and careful about not damaging the property as they took everything out. It also made a big impact on me when they came across something I might not want to discard. They brought it to my attention in a very respectful manner. After cleaning the house out, they swept up and left everything clean. I highly recommend them!!

2022-07-01I contacted Cleanout Express to get some old furniture items removed and the entire experience from obtaining the initial estimate from Ana, to the team that arrived to pick everything up was smooth, highly efficient and took a load off my mind in addition to the items that had to go! They were the most reasonably priced, and the entire team was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent, and appointments were right on time. A job very well done!

2022-05-17I sold my house after 22yrs and didnt know what I was going to do about all the stuff weve accumulated and needed to get rid of. I searched online for junk removal and came across Cleanout Express. I reached out even though it was after business hours, and the following morning I received a call from a young lady named Anna who walked me through the process. They came when they said they would, and these 2 young men Gabriel and Steven were the nicest, most professional people. Not only did they load the truck in a timely manner, they even swept up the debris in the driveway. I have to say that through this process of selling my home, this part has been the easiest. Every person Ive had contact with, including Gabrielle whom which I made my payment with, has been nothing less than wonderful. I would recommend Cleanout Express to everyone I know.

2022-06-17I was very pleased with the service they provided. They were on time and got the job done quickly. I had quite a bit of old paint that I was able to get rid of. That was a big +. Although I had to pay extra. The price paid for the job was lower then what they had quoted when I called. I would recommend this company.

2022-08-01Fantastic service from all the workers who came to remove furniture, clothing, and other debris in a timely and efficient manner. Particularly Jeffrey as he was kind and helpful and patient while my older sister and I were cleaning out our younger sister’s apartment. She had passed away in early July 2022 and the job was enormous. Jeffrey would say he was so sorry for our loss and continually assisted us with a very difficult task. All of the workers were professional and they finished the job in less than 2.5 hours. I will add that our younger sister lived in this apartment for 45 years and NEVER threw out anything. So you can imagine the job. Thank you Cleanout Express!
