My clothes dryer wasnt drying fast and a light came on AF ( air flow ) so I knew it was time to get my dryer vent cleaned . I called Cleanway and spoke with Doug the owner and he explained the cleaning process so and Cleanway came right out the next morning and now the dryer works perfect again. Thanks for the prompt service and I will call every year
I called Cleanway Cleaning & Restoration for dryer vent cleaning in my apartment building in Amherst ,NY . The tenants were complaining that their clothes werent drying . I let the Cleanway team do their work and they pulled about 1 bushel of lint from the dryer vent and they explained that it is also a fire hazard and I should have it cleaned yearly . I was impressed with their workmanship and their powerful equipment. Thanks and I will see you next year

I just moved to Cheektowaga from Alaska and found air conditioning is necessary in this climate . There was a musty smell coming out of the registers when I ran the Central air conditioning so I called Cleanway Cleaning & Restoration from a referral from a co worker and my experience was great . They were on time ,uniformed, wore masks ,sanitized their work areas and showed me before and after photos . The indoor air smells clean and they also steam cleaned my rugs . I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

We had Cleanway out to clean our furnace ducts and wow did they ever pull a ton of pet hair and dust from the system. They also installed a Germicidal UV Light in the heating system and what a difference in the indoor air . Thanks Cleanway we are super happy with your service.

I called Cleanway because our dryer wasnt drying properly it took 2 cycles and it smelled funny . Cleanway showed up the next day and unclogged the dryer vent and it operates and dryer like new again . They also explained that a clogged dryer vent is a fire hazard to so we will be using them on a yearly basis . Great service and price

We called because we purchased an older home and were having a terrible time with dust/allergies. They were able to do the job in 2 days after I called. Arrived on time, the workers were very nice & friendly. Answered all of our questions and showed us before and after photos. They also sanitized the ducts before they left. I am quite pleased with the job Sean and Shane did cleaning and sanitizing my heating vents. I turned on the furnace after they left and it smells so fresh and clean. Absolutely wonderful!!! I had called Doug almost 3 years prior when I first bought my house because the prior owner had cats. I had mentioned I was about to begin renovations. He recommended I wait until I was done as the vents were going to get dusty with debris (looking out for the customer!!!). When I was looking to get Central Air installed this summer I knew exactly who to call. He honored my original pricing and even came down based on what I needed. Finding this business was the best thing that happened to me in years. Not only did they clean my ducts in preparation for a new furnace, but one of his men finished painting/staining my house and did an excellent job. They even power sprayed the area of white siding in front of the house. Doug (the owner) also put me in touch with a couple people who helped me clean out my house and organize everything (40+ years accumulation!!) I would recommend this company to everyone. Cleanway came within days time of me calling and explained every step as they went. Allowed me to view my air ducts and vents before and after and they were spotless after their service. I am so grateful and pleased with how much they accomplished and even continued to help me with purchasing proper filters and when to change them. I ran behind in getting home for the 2pm appointment and ended up meeting with them at 230. They could not be more courteous and understanding. Even with the poor weather conditions they were efficient and thorough in the short time it took them to do the entire house. After they finished they came back inside and explained everything that had been done and what condition the vents were in before they began cleaning. Used them to clean the air ducts in my 100 year old 2 story home. First time Ive had them cleaned since I bought the house 3 years ago. I spoke with the owner on my initial call and he explained the entire process and gave me a quote over the phone with a guarantee that the price would not go up on the day of service. Day of the appointment the 2 man team showed up on time, were very polite, and again explained the process to me. They worked efficiently, didnt leave a mess behind and were out the door in just under 2 hours. Price was exactly what I was quoted, the disinfectant/deodorant they used during cleaning process wasnt overpowering or obnoxious. I couldnt be happier with the job they did! Extremely professional, great service. Showed us the before and after. Vents were never cleaned before. 70 years of dust and build up removed. Crystal clear now! Edit. I normally wake up with horrible allergy symptoms ( I have bad allergies) woke up the day after my cleaning and almost no allergy symptoms. Very impressed. Made a huge different. If you have allergies dont hesitate and get them vents cleaned!!!! Very affordable as well.

They was very professional 15 minutes ahead of time of schedule. They did an amazing job and the carpets we had was god aweful. The previous owners smoked heavily and they where able to restore our carpets to the point that they look like brand new. We will continue to use them for all of our household needs.
Doug and his crew were great! He explained what they were going to do very clearly and even helped make sure to keep my dog from getting outside while they had the door open. They worked fast but were very thorough and went above my expectations for cleaning. We had a mice problem in our air ducts last year and they made sure to sanitize and get everything clean for us. They even cleaned a little air vent thing we have on our door that is near our furnace (not the furnace door). Ill definitely be calling them next time we need this done! :D

Locally owned operated family business, these folks are professionals. To begin the crew arrived on time with the their supervisor (whom I met during the estimate phase), next each introduced themselves and offered a polite handshake. All were careful to avoid walking on the carpets with soiled shoes (shoes were visually inspected and/or removed). Todays service consisted of duct work cleaning (high pressure air hose and directional tip) and furnace blower cleaning (high pressure air and vacuum). Next the carpets (already dry vacuumed) were pre-treated, power scrubbed and extracted. We decided on the spot to hire them for our future quarterly filter changes and furnace cleanings also for our outdoor AC cleanings and seasonal changeovers. In or about 3 years well have the duct serviced by them as well. Prompt, professional, polite, excellent work, good value pricing; I recommend them.

Doug was very professional with his estimate and when he came here to work. It was a cold, snowy day and he was considerate of taking off his shoes before beginning. He was also very considerate of our dogs and cats knowing the noises at time would be loud. They did a great job cleaning the ducts and he let me check to verify they were clean. Sean and Shane were on time, that is a big plus in my book. They were very courteous and introduced themselves. Then Sean proceeded to explain to me what they were going to do. Sean also had me look at the inside one of the ducts before and after cleaning. OMGosh! What a difference! They did a great job and were in and out in 90 minutes (I have a small house). This will be the only company I will use for all the services they provide. Working with them is a welcomed pleasure when it comes to home improvement, and they make it very affordable. The owner Doug calls back, explains everything, is honest and doesnt take your money for things he cant restore or false promises, but do promise their best effort, so far they were able to transform carpets and furniture I thought Id have to trash look and smell new again-removing food and pet stains, water marks, etc. They got cigarette smell out of old furniture I inherited. I had some time sensitive concerns, they were able to accommodate my schedule. I trusted Doug and his crew in my home, around my kids/pets. They saved my basement carpet from old water damage and pet stains, saving me from having to buy all new carpet. It was also important for me that not only does it improve my home cosmetically and give it that fresh clean smell, but the heated steam also kills old germs...thats what I want for my toddler and newborn. They use natural products that wont harm them, and its affordable enough that I can do it routinely making sure my flooring is disinfected for my children to enjoy that crawl/play right on it all the time. WOW ... Shawn & Shane just finished cleaning our ducts and we were shocked to see how dirty they were and how clean they left them. They were on time (we even got a call from Doug the owner the night before reminding us they were coming), very neat, very professional and thorough. They first cleaned all the supply & return vents and sealed them to prevent any dust or debris from coming into our rooms. They then moved to the basement and cleaned all the ductwork end-to-end. All their equipment remained outside so we had no dust anywhere when they finished. We debated whether we needed this done and couldnt be more pleased we did - no doubt our air will be cleaner and healthier going forward. Had air ducts and carpet cleaned. The guys were prompt and quick not to mention the service was excellent. The air ducts were not cleaned by previous owner so it was a good feeling to see all the pet hair and dust removed. Carpets look brand new!

Professional service! Our house is 70 years old and had never been cleaned, they took the time to thoroughly clean all of our vent system and even showed us the before and after! Would recommend!

Dog and Sean came by. They were able to get the major stains out of a very old carpet. They took extra moments is scrubbed in certain areas where heavy traffic was apparent. The carpet looks brandnew now. Theyre very courteous and respectful. I would certainly recommend them and have them come by again if I ever needed my carpets done again.
On New Years Eve, we discovered our flooded basement. So, I hired Cleanway Cleaning & Restoration and they promptly came out, assessed the damage and explained the whole project thoroughly. The team was professional and courteous. They cleaned up the flood, removed paneling and insulation and provided debris removal and waste disposal services. They also applied anti-microbial treatments and performed structural drying using two coats of UGL Dry Lock. They also steam-cleaned the upholstery and carpeting. I am extremely pleased with the work and would highly recommend them to anyone with a similar issue.

My entire basement got flooded with two inches of water due to the fastener of the sump pump float switch got rusted and broken off. Doug and Sean from Cleanway Cleaning and Restoration came within one-and-half hour of my call. They immediately moved the items off the basement floor and started the cleaning and drying process. After four days of blowing with two blowers, my basement was almost dried. Doug and Sean returned on fourth day and relocated the blowers and sprayed antimicrobial for mild prevention. My basement was completely restored within a week. I was impressed with their professional service. Sequently I hired them to perform the air duct system cleaning of my entire house.
I just finished my duct cleaning today with this company, they did a professional job, showing me the before and after doing the duct, now im so happy with my house, because the next day I wake up no more sneeze and running nose because of the air of my house, thank you very much for they well done job,

We were having a foul smell coming through our vents. We called cleanway to see if they could provide their expertise, and ended up finding an electrocuted squirrel within the furnace. They came when they said they would. Cleaned ducts that hadnt been cleaned in years. Allowed me to view inside trunk lines before and after cleaning. Cleaned up after themselves, workers very respectful, I would highly recommend using them!
This review was coerced and promised in return for a small price deduction. The guys showed concern, vacuumed out vents, closed them up with some tape and/or cardboard, and commenced to suck out dirt through the basement and out to a machine in the yard. At least thats how I understand the process anyway. They found a football in a duct near the furnace and removed it. Ok. Also, asbestos was found near the vent inside of a duct (apparently). Instructions were given on how to remove, or paint over it. I promptly called my house inspector and he came right out, said it was nothing, reached in, broke off a piece, and put it in his mouth. [That happened]. But Im getting off topic. // IN sum I must say that I dont feel great spending $400 (425 without the review) for a job that took just over 2 hours. I dont care if they are spinning gold, thats high. Perhaps they should charge less when a house has less than 10 vents. Ill add that Servepro are a bunch of insipid twits who wouldnt answer my questions and acted like they didnt want my business. So as is often the case in Buffalo were left to choose from questionable option one and inexcusable option two while option three wont even pick up the phone... and youre out of options. Yeah.
I had some super dirty ducts and these two gentleman showed up, were clean, respectful, and were in and out in a timely manner. Will recommend them to friends and family and will be using their services for years to come!!!
I was looking for a local business for carpet cleaning and the reviews were good. I called once to set up an appointment, but was not called back. I called again and made an appointment for a few days later, and was happy they could fit me in quickly. On the day of the cleaning, they called to ask if they could come an hour earlier than expected, which I said was fine, but I was still moving furniture. When they arrived we were finishing up but I had not vacuumed. They said their machine would get it no problem. When they had finished and left I looked at the work and the edges of the carpet had not been done (pet hair and a pretzel were still visible) nor had behind the doors. I called and they came back no problem and used a tool to get the edges because they said their regular machine cannot get very close. After the second time, I was pleased with their work. I might not be leaving this review if they had not then dumped the water with the pet hair, etc... on my lawn and then left it there. A call to the company to explain my displeasure was not returned. It seems like they will do a good job if you oversee it and dont mind cleaning up the lawn after.Update: Seeing the owners response makes it so that I changed it from two stars to one, and would put zero if I could. The owner has absolutely no knowledge of the condition of my carpet as he was not here. If he was, he would know that it is just over a year old and was being cleaned for the first time to keep the warranty valid. If you want honesty and integrity from a business, try someplace else.

2022-04-06Great service! When you need your dryer vent/duct cleaned and want professional job these are the people to go with. Not only were they polite and quick, but they also explained what they did and what to know for the future. Scheduling was so smooth too- they were able to come out soon and gave me a half hours notice before the technicians showed up. Very happy that I found them. Will be a repeat customer!

We needed our ducts cleaned as we went through a renovation and there was dust and dog hair everywhere. We all have allergies and so we needed a full thorough cleaning job. 2022-05-10I hired Cleanway because my mom was moving into an apartment and we were so happy with their work . The crew was on on time ,wore masks,friendly and were uniformed . They cleaned the air ducts ,the rugs and the windows. The apartment smells great and it is spotless . My mom is tough to work for but Cleanway Cleaning & Restoration went above and beyond so mom said please give them a 5 star review and bought them lunch. Great Job fellas.

2022-04-15I am so happy with the carpet and air duct cleaning Cleanway did for us. Our daughter has asthma and just 1 day after having the technicians steam clean the rugs and clean the ducts her breathing has improved alot (No rescue inhaler for the first time in 6 months). We are so happy we will have them back every year. I highly recommend them they are the best.

2022-05-01I called Cleanway Cleaning & Restoration on Thursday because we had a terrible odor coming from the vents when the heat came on . The crew showed up Friday at 8:30 am on time and proceeded to clean our air ducts the guys removed a dead mouse and feces from the heat pipe that heats both the dining room and living room then they sanitized the system and installed a Germicidal UV Light. The house smells terrific and we feel safe now that I know we are breathing clean healthy air . Thanks again Cleanway I highly appreciate your workmanship and attention to detail.
