Received an amazing deep clean and reliable monthly standard cleaning. Cleany is very professional and I was impressed with how responsive and easy to communicate with they were. Definitely recommend!
I dont leave many reviews but was compelled to do so after an amazing experience with the cleaning services of Cleany! Selecting an appointment for cleaning couldnt have been easier. Their website is intuitive and enables one to select among a multitude of cleaning services, and book in just a few clicks. We needed my parents apartment cleaned following a gut renovation of two of their bathrooms. Demolition creates a lot of dust, even with the proper protective coverings. They sent Shel over; she arrived promptly, followed all Covid protocols, and left the place looking like new! Her attention to the finest of details was very much appreciated. We will be calling on Shel and Cleany again soon for regular cleaning!
After several years of WFH and trying to stay ahead of the mess, it was time for this family of co-workers to get help. Despite our library of 1,000+ books, we manage to keep our home tidy most of the time, but Cleany NYC tackled the dust (Oh the endless NYC dust!) the oven, behind the oven, the fridge, and the corners and cabinets that frequently get neglected. Coming from the chaos of event planning, I found the booking process smooth and professional including the followup to ensure their service met our expectations. We arranged a deep clean and carpet clean for the same day, and the team arrived punctually, worked quietly, and even checked in for a final walkthrough and (successfully!) cleaned spots and stains on our walls that I had given up on long ago. They even finished ahead of estimated schedule. Our home is sparkling and smells CLEAN! We look forward to using their services again in the future.

I’m a real estate agent and I was in need of a cleaning company for an apartment I have for sale for my client and they did a sparkling job! I’ve used other companies (not mentioning names) but the service and results were not quite on the same level as Cleany. We requested organic products to prevent harsh smells while showing so they knew exactly what to use and it smells and looks great now. I was referred to Cleany from a friend who used them for home cleaning and was very happy with their service. I hired cleany for a medical space that was being turned over to a new tenant and they did a superb job. They arrived in a team of two and completed the job top to bottom in less than 4 hours beating my expectations! Very happy and I will be using them again for sure thanks :)
I have had Cleany clean up my condo about 4 times now. Overall, we are very satisfied with our condo cleanings. Here are my detailed reviews:1. It is unfair to rate the quality of the cleaning job as that really depends on which professional you get. So YMMV here.2. It is fair, however, to rate Cleany as a platform. Their UI is subpar compared to Handy or Amazon, for instance I cannot change my booking schedule on my own via the app nor can I see my past payments.3. Cleany makes up for it with its real person services. Their staff responds to emails extremely fast, and there are no hidden charges to canceling your plans at anytime (unlike Handy - which locks you in).4. Their pricing is on the higher end, however they seem to have developed very good staff. Other services, you typically see the pro trying to get off platforms and work out cheaper deals with you. However, our cleaner is professional so that says something about the company’s employee standards.All that said, we love the job that our professional (Marlene) has been doing, and we will stick to our monthly cleaning schedules. Jenny was beyond amazing!! She was on time, friendly, professional and did an amazing job cleaning our apartment. We are so impressed by the quality of her work. She managed to take out residue left on the bathtub that’s been there for years!We will definitely be using Cleanynyc again!
These guys did a marvelous job removing a portion of my desk and mounting it to my wall! Not only that, but it took them less than an hour and they even cleaned after! I would definitely book them again.
My cleaner (Olga) was great - she arrived promptly and covered quite a bit of ground over 4 hours. My only gripe would be I booked a deep clean, which includes oven cleaning and inside of main cabinets per Cleany’s website, and these didn’t end up getting done. Perhaps a proper deep clean isn’t a job for just one person within 4 hours…otherwise I’m struggling to understand the real difference between a standard and deep clean in terms of # cleaners and time spent. Apart from this, I was happy with the quality of service provided - my apartment still ended up looking much better than the last time I saw it!
I booked a deep cleaning with Cleany NYC when moving out a month ago. It was simple to book and pay for online, and they were very responsive when I needed to change the time.Carmen showed up on time and did a fantastic job with cleaning my studio apartment, making sure to check with me in the beginning to target the right areas and at the end that she had addressed everything. Amazing, amazing job. I can’t believe their cleaning service is available at this price point. (Handy is only $25 cheaper and has way more variable results.) They showed up exactly on time, brought all their own supplies, and polished every surface. I have a cat and they were so good with him. There wasn’t a cat hair in sight by the end either. I’m beyond impressed.
I’ve used Cleany repeatedly over the past year and they always do a great job cleaning my 1 bedroom apartment. I recently used them to pack up my whole apartment before a move and the cleaner did an amazing job. She carefully packed everything and followed numerous instructions perfectly. I wasn’t present during the work and was able to easily send instructions via email and video chat. Everything went incredibly smoothly. I would definitely recommend their services for any home related needs.
I used Cleany NYC last week for a post-renovation deep clean for my apartment. Belgica and Olga arrived exactly on time and proceeded to spend a solid 4+ hours hard at work! The apartment was spotless when they were done. They were both lovely, pleasant and efficient and I would hire them again in a heartbeat! I am very pleased with their services and would highly recommend this company and these 2 particular women as well.

Had a wonderful experience using Cleany. Needed to book a last minute clean (3 days notice) and I was fortunate that they had someone available to clean my 2BR/2BA. They sent Mirian who was just lovely and super efficient. She made quick work of the kitchen and living room and brought a great shine back to my bathrooms. She spent some time playing with our cat in between rooms and in just under 4 hours she was done. Couldnt ask for better service. Will definitely be using them again and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a service. Thanks Cleany!
Cleany Customer service was great, I called on a Saturday and they had somewhere there first thing Monday morning.Dulce was great on my daughters Studio Move-In Cleaning(Im on the West Coast so I had rented a studio sight unseen only to find it pretty dirty inside cabinets upon her arrival)Nonetheless, Dulce was amazing and as requested, disinfected and detailed the entire studio in half the time of what was estimated.Here are the before and after photos of my daughters apartment. I messaged cleany a few days ago and received an almost immediate response. Carol was great at communicating and booking our cleaning service. We have a newborn in our home and requested organic cleaning supplies which was a free upgrade and great feature. My wife usually cleans but every few months we have someone come in for a good deep clean. The cleaning was incredible in fact blew us away with the details and final touches. They cleaned every corner and tile there is and followed our instructions most importantly. Very professional company and skilled staff we will be using them again!
I hired Cleany to do a clean of my apartment and here was my experience.Communication / Office Operations: I received immediate response from the office operations team and was able to get scheduled immediately. After my cleaning was completed, I received an email and paid thru the online portal. The portal was seamless! I received a receipt and it was so easy to do, very impressive.Cleaning: My cleaning person showed up promptly on time as scheduled. She was very friendly. I left my apartment while she cleaned and when I returned I was BLOWN away! It was an incredible job! I booked this on the recommendation of a friend for a 1 time standard clean and was deeply impressed with the care, attention to detail and thoroughness of their staff. Shel arrived on time and she asked what our priorities were and where we wanted to focus efforts and time. Accordingly she dusted and cleaned every nook and cranny of our bedroom including removing bottles / creams on the dresser and cleaning the surfaces for dust.We were able to sleep so much better afterwards with all the allergens removed. She brought her own vacuum and wore coverings over her shoes as to not bring in outside debris and germs.Will be booking again and requesting her in the future.
Cleany is a lifesaver!I’ve had the same cleaning lady for 3 years but recently she has become unreliable and the effort is not there like it once was. I hired cleany for a few apartments I manage for landlords and they have only been professional and reliable. The two ladies I met are friendly and very good at what they do. We had an emergency cleaning needed same day and they got it done the same afternoon. Service is impeccable!
AMAZING! My appointment was for 3pm and Cecilia arrived at 2:30! She thoroughly cleaned everything! She took her time in every room! I was able to run errands as she focused on her work. She even washed my dishes , which was unexpected. I definitely recommend!
Ok let me start by saying I had called 4 other cleaning services and finally found CLEANY, when I found them the price they gave me was 3x lower than the other cleaning service!! A women named Precious came In the morning, I left for a while and when I came back k my apartment looked literally BRAND NEW. The other services wanted me to pay for multiple people. This got done with ONE PERSON. I am EXTREMELY happy with the service I received. My apt is clean, smells good, everything was organized and put away. I recommend paying extra for there deep clean service. Seriously, it is really worth it. I hope whoever reads this really takes me seriously, this is worth every cent.
Wonderful service. A friend recommended it to me as a great solution for cleaning services. They even help me install an air conditioner properly since my building is more annoying than most. It was a pleasure working with them. The lady did a great job of cleaning the space and I was able to do everything through the app very easily. It usually takes quite some time explaining everything but not with this service. I like that you can do everything through the phone and there is support if needed. They did a great job Ive already referred a few friends and family members to the service. A cleaning lady is hard to find so thank you for making the process so much easier!! Kudos to the Cleany team for my deep clean before my official move in. Jenny and Marlene showed up for the appointment 15 minutes early with cleaning products in hand and stayed extra time to make sure everything was sparkling! I have severe allergies to dust and pet hairs and the previous tenants had two dogs - well guess what?? No more dust or hairs and my place smells and feels AMAZING!!! I was skeptical hiring a company from the nightmare stories ive heard and read about but Cleany has a good reputation and from my experince I can honestly give them 10 stars! From the begining process of coordinating my appointment with the manager to the outstanding cleaning job and then a post cleaning follow up I was very impressed with the quality of customer service and work. Finally found a reliable cleaning service in NYC! My apartment is spotless. The Cleany team has been thorough, and unlike most services, really punctual. Im usually left waiting within a time window, unable to do anything until someone shows - but Cleany shows up right when they say theyre going to.
We have been using them biweekly for a few months so far and they have been great! The cleaning is good, and the company is very professional and responsive. Carla is wonderful and reliably shows up on time or early every week.
The company has always impressed me. They offered a range of services when I first enquired, responded promptly to my queries, and quoted reasonable fees. Wow I finally found the best cleaning service in nyc!!! So happy with my cleaner Carmen I was left pleasantly surprised and almost didn’t recognize my place by the time she was finished. She helped reorganize all my closets and cabinets and everything is so neat now. I even got a cute gift bag and calendar postcard from them. The customer service is exceptional and reliable trust me we have tried several cleaning companies in the past and cleany is by far the best one out there!

Yall, I cannot rave about Cleanys services enough; they rescued me from what couldve been a disastrous situation while providing stellar, communicative service that went above and beyond my expectations.In preparation for moving out of my apartment, I scheduled a deep cleaning service with another company (wont even bother naming them) *one whole week* in advance of my move-out date. On the day of the appointment, this company proceeded to bail on me -- and that was AFTER having collected a large deposit fee to schedule the appointment in the first place. While freaking out, I found a listing for Cleany online, and contacted them on a whim to see if they could provide me with a same-day deep cleaning service -- yall, not only did they schedule me *right away*, they provided me with an accurate time window that my cleaner would arrive.My cleaner was absolutely fantastic -- he let me and my partner know when he was on his way to our place, showed up with all the tools needed to clean our place (as we had all our furniture and belongings moved out already), and cleaned our place from TOP to BOTTOM, including inside cabinets, drawers, and appliances.I cannot rave about this service enough, and if I wasnt moving to California, Id become a regular Cleany customer after this experience.
Cleany was hired to clean my office located in the diamond district. We recently did renovation of our show room which left excessive dust everywhere and marks all over the windows. They were easy to accommodate us and Jenny was fantastic at her job. I highly recommend cleany for office cleaning!!!

I used Cleany to do move out cleaning from my NYC apartment. . . during the pandemic! They were amazing. Immediately responsive to my initial inquiry with transparent pricing, agreement on PPE protocol and were able to execute in a tight timeframe. My experience with cleany from first interaction to end was amazing!I found cleany through yelp and received an immediate response. Jasmine was able to get on a call so I can explain my move out cleaning and instructions along with keys being I was out of town. They were able to do the cleaning then send me pictures and videos to see afterwards. I was able to have my super confirm how great of a job was done. My experience with Cleany was Excellent!I requested a quote on yelp and they were the first to get back to me with a reasonable quote. The rest of the cleaning companies either did not respond or responded they only do commercial cleanings. Cleany was simple to book for my next day cleaning and they did a superb job. They sent 2 crew memebers very friendly and polite - I had to step out for an hour to run some errands and I left them inside with no worries. I came back to my fresh and sparkling home and they even left a cleany gift bag with toiletries which was a nice and thoughtful touch! Highly recommend Cleany for deep cleaning and go with the organic green clean at no extra cost. Thank you I will be using your service again!!

2022-03-02Cleany was the best quality cleaning service Ive ever used. I called them Sat night and they arrived on Sunday 8 am. Xiomara was extremely efficient and cleaned 1 bedroom + kitchen/bathroom/living room in 3 hours. She was very sweet and even did some extra services and promptly redid an area if I asked. The bathroom/shower especially looked stunning and spotless. She moved furniture and thoroughly dusted even shelves/tables. Other cleaners are never this diligent in picking up/moving things such as in the fridge or clutter. Its also amazing that they have a green products option for free. The price is incredible for all the work they do - dishes, changing bed, and more. 10/10 recommend.

2022-03-08I loved my Cleany service. The cleaner, Belgica, showed up on time, stayed pretty much exactly to schedule and really made our apartment look amazing. I attached two pictures of two particular areas that were important to us- our kitchen and our floors. Our kitchen doesn’t have any ventilation so the cabinets get really grimy and were hard for us to keep clean, and we have two dogs so our floors have always been a fight for us! After she left, our cabinets and floor were shining. Thank you!

2021-09-01Jeraldine deep cleaned and transformed the apartment into a state of cleanliness that I had not seen before while living here. She was so diligent and I was amazed at how meticulous she cleaned in areas that I had not even considered before. She even neatly organized things inside bathroom cupboards for us. Cleany made it very easy for us to get an appointment and we will be looking to use them again the future.

2021-11-07I have used Cleany twice, and both times my cleaner has been Carmen. My apartment looks amazing when she is done. Not only is she fast, she is very thorough. I highly recommend her. The company itself is very organized and Ive never experienced any scheduling issues. Overall Ive had a very positive experience and will use them again.

2022-06-26Cleany sent Yomira(maritza) to do a standard cleaning of my 2 bedroom apartment. She did an amazing job single handedly. She was very detail oriented and also went above and beyond to clean even open areas that are typically not part of the standard cleaning.
