Service after the sale is Oustanding. Clearview Fireplace are true professionals. First and foremost they had[have] a Pilot Assembly 3 Way replacement part that is no longer manufactured by the company who sold me my fireplace. The price is amazing. The part warranty is 3 months. My first part arrived and was installed by an HVAC contractor. It lasted for only 1 week. I called in to report my problem. The customer service rep asked me to describe my problem. She said no worries. We will send out a new part by FedEx 2 day, with a return label to send back the defective part. Just as she promised the part arrived quickly. My HVAC contractor just installed the new part. It works! I will return the defective part by FedEx first thing in the morning.
I ordered a replacement pane of glass from these folks on amazon for my quadrafire Castile pellet stove. It arrived shattered. I called them and they immediately sent me a replacement without making me wait through UPS’s “damaged package process” and I’ll have a new pane here tomorrow or the next day.Above and beyond customer service and I’ll be bookmarking these guys for any future purchases I need for my pellet stove even though they’re a few hours away from me.
I would rate zero stars If possible. My teenage son was involved in an accident in front of this store and pulled in the driveway. The people in the store were extremely rude to him and made him have the vehicle towed from their driveway rather than let it remain there for the 2 hours it took for us to come get it. Would not shop here if it was the last pool/spa store in western New York! Shame on all of you!!!!

2022-04-08We have had issues with our woodstove we bought there. We spent over $20,000 in their store. When my husband was in the store today to pick up a manual Pat said he would print for us, he gave my husband the middle finger when my husband told him he would have it ready today.

2022-03-16I ordred a product a product on Amazon, had the best experience with this company they sent me a replacement and I was shocked how fast they replaced this item. I would definitely order from them again

2021-10-05This is how I received my new uv lightbulb. Why would you mail a bulb in an envelope? It’s so frustrating, I have to print a label and now drop this off at fedex in order to get a refund.

2020-12-08I had a problem with the fan on my gas stove. I hired Clearview to fix the issue in January 2020. After a month they figured out a way to replace/repair the fan. While they were here they told me my thermocouple needed changing. I said go ahead and replace it. After they left the pilot kept going out, so I have a fan that will work after I relight the pilot. I contacted them and they did come back and a day later same problem. The stove is 20 years old and I’ve never had to relight the pilot before they worked on it. Then COVID hit and they were not doing repairs. Now I start calling again in the fall of 2020 (still having issues with the pilot going out) and I’m on week 5 since I called and still haven’t had a technician to look at my stove.

2018-12-24We were in a jam the Friday before Christmas. We needed an igniter for our pellet stove. I forget the person I was talking to but he was very pleasant on the phone, took my order and got it out that night. I received it the next day and I did not ask for overnight delivery. So very thankful. also, I received 2. I called a diff. store first and their priced was double for only one. Very impressed with Clearview, my new online store for the stove needs.

2020-11-15I needed some parts for my hot tub and found them available thru Wal-Mart? Actually, from Clearview via Wal-Mart. I was a bit skeptical but placed the order. The parts arrived on time, well packaged and worked great; I could not be more pleased. Clearview included a nice note and return label had there been an issue, again, well done. Its the small things like this that demonstrate the true integrity of a company. I would not hesitate one second in doing business with them again. Thanks!
