Ive been super happy with the 6 week challenge and my time here at the gym. I was greeted by name from the very first class, every workout was different and challenging, the trainers have all been encouraging and approachable, and the meal plan taught me how to eat properly. I also appreciated being held accountable along the way with the text check-ins and FB group posts. A great experience all around.
It has been almost 6 weeks since I started working out at FIT Strength & Conditioning and Im still impressed with the commitment of the staff. If you are interested in learning how to strength train properly this is the place to be. This was my first experience in a group exercise class & it was great to be surrounded by motivated people all looking to improve their fitness level. I recommend anyone looking for a challenge to give this gym a try, you wont be disappointed. Thanks FIT !!
I’m heading into the last week of my 6 week challenge and it has been a fantastic experience. I’ve lost all the weight I gained having twins last year. I’m also more toned than I’ve been in ages. The trainers are great and the workouts are effective. Couldn’t recommend it more highly. The staff is very invested in seeing you succeed!
Clifton Park FIT is exactly what Ive been looking for! If you love to workout but need a little guidance this is the place for you! The coaches are awesome and very supportive. The atmosphere is amazing...we are all there with one common goal....to be strong and healthy! I recently did their 6 week challenge and was so impressed that I signed a 1 year contract! I cant wait to see what this next year brings!! There is nothing better than your health to invest in!!
I started with the 6 week Challenge and have been obsessed ever since. The atmosphere is great!!!! The trainers and accountability coach are there to push you and make sure you reach your goal of an active and healthy lifestyle. I have decided to become a member and can’t wait to continue this journey with Clifton Park FIT Strength and conditioning.
I have just completed my 6 week challenge, and I am so glad I did it!. My only regret is that I did not sign up as soon as I heard about it. Even if you are not doing the challenge, this is a great place to work-out. Classes are fun and varied and the trainers are great at adapting exercises if you need to, whilst still pushing you to your best. Looking forward to continuing my classes!
I committed to the 6 week challenge because I saw how my friend got amazing results and was hooked on her new lifestyle....I was immediately welcomed my first class by one of the trainers Taylor. He knew my name as soon as I came in the class and made me feel comfortable. The classes are different every time and are very challenging. As I took more classes I could see myself get stronger and push myself. I was doing things I had never done before like sled pushes! Both trainers Taylor and Colin go over all the moves with you and make sure your form is correct. They give you meal plans based on your weight and are very strict but after following that and the recipes they give you along with it ...I saw results only after a week or so...I have to admit I haven’t followed the meal plan 100% but I am still happy with my results! I was also given an accountability coach and a Facebook group to hold me accountable!!I would highly recommend this gym as you get a challenging workout and it’s somethjng different every time! Get ready to do things and push yourself to a whole new level!! I’m happy with my results and looking forward to continuing with this gym for more amazing results!!
This place is amazing! I completed the 6 week challenge and lost over 6% in body fat during that time. The coaches are amazing - they help you through all of the workouts making sure you’re keeping proper form while still pushing you. All the workouts are well rounded and complement each other day to day. Love this place and can’t wait to see more results in the coming months!
I absolutely love this gym!! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming AND it’s truly judgement free! They meet you where you are at and work just as hard as you do to help you achieve your goals! Classes are challenging & actually fun!! EVERY instructor I have experienced doesn’t let you get “lost in the numbers” during class ... they are always encouraging members, helping to correct form or help modify if needed. I’m absolutely thrilled with my experience! Best decision I ever made!
I’m nearing the end of my six week challenge and I’m so glad I gave it a try! I feel so much stronger than I did just a month ago. The workouts are always different, and always challenging, but they’re great about modifying if it’s something you just can’t do yet. Unfortunately, I still have a long road ahead of me, but I’ve had better results with FIT’s workout and meal plan than any other diet or gym I’ve tried before. I’m excited to see what a difference the next year of FIT training will make!
I am finishing up my 6-week challenge at the Saratoga location. This challenge was definitely what I needed to jump start my weight loss journey. Ive learned so much about myself during these 6 weeks. The trainers are amazing at pushing you to work harder and making sure you are performing the exercises right. The accountability coach is awesome as well and was much needed to keep me focused on my meal plan and staying consistent. Thank you SAR FIT Strength and Conditioning!

I signed up for the 6-week FIT Fitness Challenge that started on January 22nd, 2018. When I went to the initial meeting, I was not in a motivated place. I was discouraged. I was not happy with the way I looked. I had gained 30lbs in 2 years, and didn’t know where to start. At the meeting I was like, “this is it!” This is going to get me to change the way I think, the way I eat and the way to start exercising. Accountability. I was a little skeptical on the cost of the program. But I decided to BET ON MYSELF.I am almost at the end of the 6 weeks. I am down 18 lbs, I have more energy, I am stronger, I eat clean and I feel fantastic. Thank you to all of the coaches, you corrected my form, replaced my small kettle bell with a heavier one and you are always encouraging. Thank you to all the regular gym members – your energy and comradery is awesome! Beth, our online person, was always quick to respond to questions or comment on your goals. Thank you FIT!!
The hardest part of going to a gym and getting in shape, is getting started. Joining FIT Strength and Conditioning made that the easy part. With their consistent workouts,and comprehensive meal plan, anyone can find success, and create a better self. The trainers are knowledgeable in fitness and biomechanics of exercise,and are able to keep everyone performing at their personal best. Highly recommended .
I’m finishing the last week of my challenge and I am hooked! When I belonged to other gyms I didn’t look forward to going but that is not the case with FIT. I enjoy going because every workout is different. The workouts are challenging but I feel so good when I leave each time. I am now in better shape than I have been in years and I’m going to keep it going.
I cant say enough great things about this gym. The trainers Taylor and Colin are awesome they encourage you to push yourself through. If you cant do a workout because of old injury they are always willing modify it for you. Great gym, great trainers and awesome people to workout with.
Let me start by telling you I hated going to the gym, so much so that I stopped going for years. Then I found FIT...and I’m doing things I would have never imagined! Each class is unique with coaches that are knowledgeable and so encouraging. I have been so impressed with all the staff, very friendly & professional. I can’t wait to see where my fitness journey with FIT takes me!
I have been very impressed with the quality of the coaching CP. They are ver supportive, but push you at the right times to Test and keep you moving forward and improving.The structure and support for the fit 42 is pretty good. The meal plan is easy to follow and helps to develop better general eating habits. Sometimes information could deseminated a little more widely.I have found a lot more than weigt loss with CLifton Park Fit Strength & Conditioning. I feel more energized and athletic than in the last 5 years.
Im sitting here at my computer six weeks later, thinking back to when i was reading these reviews asking myself.....could i do that? Im sitting here minus 28.6 lbs. and 8.7% body fat....so for anyone that is thinking the same.....yes it works. I think deep down we all know that diet and exercise will lead to weight loss. What we lack is the knowledge, structure and motivation necessary to achieve our weight loss goals. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that Clifton Park Strength & Conditioning can provide the first two elements. From the well laid out meal plan to the amazing trainers(big shout out to Taylor...couldnt have done it without you) to the great people who join you on your journey. The third element....the motivation.............thats on you.
IF YOUR INTUITION IS TELLING YOU SOMETHING IS OFF ABOUT THIS PLACE...trust it.*HIGH PRESSURE SALES*I was very interested in learning more about this program and signed up for the orientation in Clifton Park. I started receiving bizarre, creepy and pushy texts from 2 different people immediately. Something was telling me to cancel...so I sent a text to inform them I couldn’t make it. I decided that I was still interested in the program and I hoped that the Saratoga location was run differently - more professionally.Despite being told that, if I “no showed” at Clifton Park, I wouldn’t be able to reschedule...I was contacted numerous times, after canceling, by staff from Clifton Park trying to get me to sign up for another orientation time. I finally blocked the numbers.I signed up for an orientation in Saratoga but my red flags went up and I decided to try to find out a little about the program before the orientation. I asked how much a monthly membership costs and the owner was unwilling to provide that to me until the orientation meeting.It started to feel a lot like the time I found myself in a time-share sales pitch.When I told the owner that I would like to opt out if he was unwilling to provide me with ANY info prior to attending the orientation, I was told that I’m not right for the program if I’m unwilling to learn about the program before finding out the cost. (Salesman speak: we don’t think you’ll buy what we’re selling so let’s not waste our time)I’ve since been told by a previous attendee that the “free” 6-week challenge program runs around $500 and is only “free” if you meet the terms of the contract (READ THE FINE PRINT). I couldn’t confirm that though since I wasn’t able to get any information without attending an orientation.I was not surprised to learn that people are treated poorly if they leave the orientation without signing up. After leaving my review for the Saratoga location, I received a response that appeared to have the purpose of discrediting me. It was condescending.*A review is intended to provide feedback for potential customers and for the business. 2018-06-25I did the 6 week challenge and its definitely a great way to get jump started. The facility/equipment is top of the line and the trainers are fantastic. They push you to your limit and motivate you day in and day out - Ive never had a bad workout. Its a little pricey but it is what held me accountable and helped motivate me. There are $$ incentives as well in the 6 week challenge for meeting your goals which are additional motivators. Great program, I would recommend it to anyone.

2018-12-03I am so happy that I joined the 6-week challenge at CP FIT. In 42 Days I lost 7.5% body fat by following the meal plan and getting to 3-4 classes a week. I knew I needed to get back in shape and now feel so much stronger and leaner. The workouts are always different and challenging. I never expected to have so much fun and support along the way. I recommend Clifton Park Fit Strength and Conditioning to anyone.

2018-02-08Signed up for a 6-week challenge and totally loving the trainers and the work outs. Every day there is something different for us. Trainers are fun, engaging, and challenging - push you to your limits but in a good way. After may years I have finally regained my love for working out and always look forward to my time at the gym. Trainers are also great at modifying exercises to your level and abilities, so even if you have a sprained wrist, you will be sweating and working out hard! :)

2018-04-30I just completed my six week challenge and lost 8.3% body fat! I am so happy with the results. I love this place: it’s a one stop shop since it includes both workouts and a meal plan. The trainers were great and made sure that the classes were different each time. The meal plan also had a variety of different options that I enjoyed. Each member is assigned an accountability coach for ongoing motivation throughout their journey. My favorite aspect of this program is the private Facebook account for continuous support, nutritional recommendations, and sharing stories with other members on the program at the same time as you. I look forward to continuing my journey for the rest of the year with FIT Clifton Park.

2018-03-29Im nearing the end of my 6 week challenge and have loved everything about it. The meal plans provided made it so easy to plan for success for each week. Going from a traditional gym to this gym was eye opening - the trainers are engaging and the workouts are challenging. Never a dull class and you feel great afterwards.

2018-04-04I’m in the last week of my 6-week challenge and have completely fallen in love with this place. It has truly been a life changing experience and has helped me realize that a healthy lifestyle can be achieved. Both trainers are exceptional instructors and are truly committed to everyone’s’ success. I never once felt judged, was motivated seeing how people pushed themselves, and received encouragement from both trainers and members. The workouts are like nothing I’ve ever experienced before, which challenged me but never to a point where I thought I would be hurting myself. Trainers are always around making sure you are maintaining a good posture and engaging the right muscles. They take the time to help you become familiar and comfortable with the equipment and the workout. I recommend this place to EVERYONE, especially if you can afford it. Sadly, I cannot and will miss coming to Clifton Park FIT Strength and Conditioning. It has been a fantastic experience and hope to one-day return.

2017-12-24Joined the Fit in 42 Challenge in November and thanks to a comprehensive meal plan, intense and challenging work outs and support from an accountability coach, I achieved my goal of losing 5% body fat (and 10 lbs to boot) in 6 weeks. Highly recommend! The workouts changed every day, the instructors pushed you and helped refine moves I thought I had been doing right for years (who knew you could do kettle bell swings on a whole a new level of intensity). Loved working out in a group - we worked as a team but also felt a level of competition with each other - really motivated me. Flexible workout schedules - no excuses!

2018-04-27I just completed my 6 week challenge and I could not be happier with my results! The workouts are challenging, but fun, and while the food plan may seem intimidating at first, I found that it wasnt and was able to make tasty and satisfying meals. The trainers are more than willing to help you regardless of your strength or skill level. Shout out to Taylor for always helping me and pushing me to be better. The hard work paid off! I look forward to continuing to workout at FIT!

2018-03-16I knew it was time for a change and take care of me. At my highest weight I have ever been I decided to join CP FIT Strength and Conditioning. I was given a meal plan that was easy to follow with recipes. Easy to schedule 3,4 classes on Zen planner and communicated with my accountability coach through Voxer. The trainers, Colin and Taylor, are really awesome. They push you, support you, and make sure your form during workouts are correct so you get the most out of the classes. I have met some great people there too. Thank you for starting me on this journey!!!!! ❤😁
