Very nice rest stop. Bathrooms were clean and well supplied. The usual trinketry was on sale as memorabilia of the location. A local farm had beautiful produce for sale out front, however we were headed out of town on a trip so it wasnt timely for us to make a purchase - still, it was nice to have the option. There were a couple fast food restaurants as well.
We like this rest area. We try and stop every time we go out of town. It seems very clean and welll maintained. Restrooms are always clean and plenty of choices for getting food, if thats what your looking for. As far as rest stops go, this one is one of the better ones to stop at. We always seem to stop here.
Plenty of parking and conveniently located off the highway. Rest stop had clean facilities and lots of different food options. Only downside is its usually very busy so lines may be long and inside will likely be pretty crowded. For the amount of people I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness.
Positives, the bathroom was cleanHowever, The employees in the Burger King restaurant were less than helpful tonight. One younger kid was sick, yet preparing food. Cashiers that had to get a card from the back to use the register, three people walking around aimlessly, and apparently orders are hard to take as mine was messed up and I had to ask for the Onion Rings I ordered. I spent $13.86 for a cold hamburger with raw bacon, over cooked onion rings that look like they have been in the warmer all day, and Fries that were half edible. And why am I walking around roped off areas to fill a cup with unsweet iced to out of a soda fountain?!? At least one of the women notified everyone that she would be back tomorrow to Not Do her Job. Glad I got that info. I will make sure to NOT stop here again. Horrible service and out almost $14 for a few fries.Oh, and you are trying to sleep at 12:47 am, Well, Let the NYS DOT sing you to sleep with their loader scraping a snowbank for no apparent reason. The back up beeper is just like a tone deaf keyboard! But its all fine, really. There are only 50 truck drivers trying to sleep.
Typical highway robbery. Add $5 dollars to items that typically run $1 to $2 bucks. It is a convenience having food & snack options, ( on the go), but the consumer shouldnt be burdened with THAT MUCH of a price hike. Other than the prices, this locale is clean & tidy.
Good spot to stop & take a break while traveling on the New York Thru way. Basic variety of restaurants to choose from to get a bite to eat. Small convenient store to pick up something for the remainder of your trip. Public bathrooms that are family friendly. Would recommend if needing to stop at any point.
Not too bad for a travel plaza. A little dirty and could use some new lighting. Plenty of stalls in the restroom. Starbucks was pretty popular and there is a Burger King and Sbarros as well as a gift shop. It was easy in and out and the gas station prices were comparable.
The pizza here and the slice here is pretty big and filling. The tim Hortons has almost everything with a quite a lot of staff. Theres a burger kind joint which is also well staffed. The overall place is quite nice. The restrooms are clean and maintained. Ample space for people to sit and relax for a short time. Rest of the stuffs are pretty good.
Clean place. Got coffee there at BK & the young girl that worked there was very friendly! Great service! Have convenient store, burger king, star bucks, pretzel & ice cream place(forgot the name, Annies maybe) and I think theres a streak subs place theyre also, cant remember the name. I went in very early & pretty quick. Most stores inside were closed except BK. Clean restrooms.
This great little rest area is packed with amenities for long roadtrips. You can even pick up an E-ZPass from the gift shop - I had no idea! The pizza place doesn’t have gluten free crust, but they don’t leave out the healthy eaters - you can assemble toppings into a salad plate. Super delicious. There’s also a guy selling apples right outside.
Really quaint truck stop. The parking space is clean. Unfortunately there were no showers for RV users or truckers .The restaurants include a Burger King, Starbucks, and a Sbarro. There is alsoA cute little convenience store, the staff at the store were very friendly and courteous.
Burger King, Sbarros and Starbucks. The line for Starbucks is so long, so if you really need coffee of any kind, just go to the Burger King self serve kiosk, order a large cup of coffee for about $2 and add your own flavoring. Youll be 15 minutes faster than the poor folks waiting at Starbucks and $3 richer. 😂 Gas station is to the left of the plaza entrance, which also has a convenience store where you can get coffee too. Theyve got flavors there as well.
You know one of these toll road rest areas is more or less the same as the others. This one happens to have a Burger King, which is a step up from some of the franchises found in toll plazas. Not haute cuisine, but better than some offerings. Theres also a Starbucks. The place was clean and the folks who worked there friendly.
Where do I start? A travel plaza experience like no other. The bathrooms had a glow of cleanliness that is simply unrivaled by other roadside restrooms. I have never felt so invited to si my bathroom duties as i did at the Clifton Springs Travel Plaza. 5/7 would use bathroom again
Starbucks, Burger King and Sbarro, oh my! And I can taste local, New York grown produce and honey! Yum!!Im a sucker for a good slice (of pizza) and a cup of coffee. This rest stop is one of the cleanest and brightest locations, Ive had the pleasure of frequenting.Staff is knowledgeable about the local area.
As always with late time most vendors were closed. There wasnt much heat in the place. Ordered hot chocolate to ward off the cold the chocolate was just about cold. Had to wait several minutes to get a hot cup. Well the place clean neat at least and just what you expect from it.
Slowest Burger King I have ever been to. Staff were overwhelmed with too many customers. Forgot the drinks and when I said that the girl was confused and I had to show her that I bought drinks and she was still confused. Then they forgot the sauce for nuggets. Very disappointed.
We went to this rest stop to get coffee at Starbucks, and then get gas at the Sunoco station. Inside you will find the usual mini-mart, a gift shop including Sbarro and Burger King. There is also an ATM machine inside if you need cash. Nice rest stop and is par for the course if you need to make a stop along your destination.
5/21/2020 5:00am. Pull up to the diesel pump.A. No card reader on pump?!!?(Have to take the card inside to swipe)B. As soon as I walk in, woman behind counter says “ sorry nothing I can do right now” she was clearly unable to figure out some computer issueC. What good is a service station off the thruway if I can’t get the most basic service ????
I am here now at 3:43 am the place is clean but noone inside to take my order.onw person in back washing dishes.radio really loud I yelled 4 times HELLO still nothing they are out of half the menu from the looks of the papers they have hanging up everywhere.Whats a chick got to do to get some food because Im starving.I saw they have message chairs I do like that.
Although a bit expensive, (and which rest stop on the Thruway isnt?) It was extremely clean, well-staffed, and there was good variety of restaurants. One can choose between Burger King, Sbarro, or Starbucks. If youre tight in time, you could also stop at the quick grab shop where you can find NYS tourist gear. Overall, one of the best stops on the I-90.

2021-01-21I really wanted pizza but they are closed. Burger king has limited hours. Starbucks was open. I got a caramel frappe and double bacon cheddar egg sandwich. It was good.

2016-08-27First off, there is a Pokemon gym and stop at this location. The restrooms can use a bit more attention and the restaurant Sbarro closes at night along with Starbucks and the 2 little shops inside. I arrived around 3am and Burger King was the only thing open. During the day vendors set up shop outside selling fresh local fruit and accessories such as sunglasses, scarves, hats and even flip flops. There is plenty of seating options all over too.

2021-07-03Normally Id only rate a travel plaza as three stars. Assuming of course the bathrooms are clean and stocked. This one gets an extra star because the Starbucks was permanently closed.

2021-07-12I enjoyed the rest stop. I was able to fuel up and get some drinks and snacks. It was a welcomed site since I was on on long trip from Niagara Falls back home to NJ

2021-10-03Closed for renovations, only the gas station is currently available. Appalling porta potties behind the gas station are the only bathrooms available. They were filthy, no toilet paper.
