Clinton Hall in other cities:
Very crowded on weekdays after 5 PM. Workers were undertrained and overworked. Management better get it together. The host couldn’t sit me and my friends when I asked for a table and told me, just myself, to close my tab at the bar first. I went and waited to get attention from the bartender, then came back and got behind another party to wait for a table. It was a big waste of time. Food was okay and drinks weren’t any special. Some beers were actually expensive even for NYC standard.
Fun games but horrible service from the man checking IDs/seating us to having to wait an hour before putting in our drink order. Then it still took another 30+ minutes for 2 drinks. Didn’t have a chance to order food either. They also need new connect 4 pieces, these looked dirty.
Great food, nice variety of beers but sadly they have pretty bad service. Ive gone to 3 different Clinton Hall locations because I like some of their food specials but I only go when I have lots of time because the service is typically slow and the waiters make mistakes every single time I go.
The four of us shared the Clinton Hall Burger Challenge and it was delicious! The patties were juicy, the bacon was crispy and sweet, and its on a potato bun! The fries were a little overcooked. We also shared their holiday special menu. The cubano was surprisingly really good and the Christmas waffle and ice cream was huge and fun to share. The service was a little slow because there were only two waitresses during a busy lunch time.
The perfect place, bur the education of the person who is controlling the entrance, terrible. He came with bad manners to say that he couldnt sleep when I only closed my eyes for a second without sleeping (because my head hurt) while our food and drink came. a little respect and education towards people.
Came here on Saturday after noon around 3pmThe restaurant was not crowded at all.Hardly see waiters, we need to go into restaurant and find waiter by ourself. After seat in, no one serve us , we need to go to counter to call waiter again ourself to order the food.I wish their service can improve .Besides this, here has lots of broad game, and the space is very big, very comfortable .Definitely good for group of people hang out together. And the food actually was amazing too. Here is what we order:The Famous doughnut Grilled Cheese: very crispy doughnut with grilled cheese. Somehow the tomato dipping sauce was perfect with the grilled cheese.Birthday Cake WTF Waffle: when we see the picture on yelp, we thought just a regular size dessert, but when the waiter bring super big plate, we were like WTF lol. Looks super sweet, but actually not. The waffle taste so good with the icecream. And 3 of us did finished the whole thing!! Super yummy! The Double Smashed:this is the winning burger. Its pretty juicy, but I dont feel very special about this burger. we got waffle fries for the side. I like it comes with cheese sauce and jalapeño.Nachos El Grande: was good. It was way too much food for us. So we ate little bit slower. The tortilla became not that crispy. So make sure you eat fast!
Absolutely delicious bar food. Both the dry aged burger and the smash burger were awesome. The soft pretzel was warm and fresh, plus that was the best honey mustard Ive ever had. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The beer list is advertised as Super Craft but if youre used to going to places like Gold Star, Proletariat, Covenhoven, etc. you probably wont be that impressed. But the drink menu is definitely a step above most bars of this caliber as I was able to order a Finback beer.
Good news. Clinton Hall has beer and enough food for you and all your friends. Bad news. The service is slow to non existent. The manager seems to be carrying the staff. He was great and comp us for all because of the bad service so respect to him. But as a married guy with a kid, its not my style (dude + bad) and I wont be coming back.
VERY LOUD VERY BUSY. Came in on a Friday night, party on level 2. Couldnt hear myself speak. We took over 15 minutes to be recognized at the bar. Took over 15 minutes to rev Clive our order of one item. We ordered the donut grilled cheese and the server brought it with haLf the donut fallen into the sauce. I tools the server, look half if it fell into the sauce. He seemed annoyed and walked away with it. Didnt tell me sorry for that Ill get you another one, NOTHING. Walked off. I had to follow up with the bartender 15 minutes affair not hearing anything. She followed up and it came out after about 5 minutes. Enjoyed the donut grilled cheese so thats why Im not giving it a one star. Poor service for such a busy night. Music is over bearing
Cool atmosphere with games all around - appeared to be a college hang out. There’s a bouncer that checks ID when you come in. Very young crowd - pretty sure my husband and I were the only ones over 30. White claws everywhere. Would go back if it didn’t make me feel old.
Went here to celebrate a birthday and watch some football in the afternoon. The bar wasn’t very crowded but there were a few groups there and they seemed to be well staffed. We had a pretty good experience until the end. We had some food, had to flag down the waitress a few times for refills and were prepared to leave buzzed, full, and mostly happy. We received our bill and realized that our friend who hadn’t been drinking alcohol was charged $14 per drink for her ginger beers (no alcohol). We brought this up to the waitress thinking it would be a simple adjustment. Instead, they deliberated for 10 minutes and sent a manager over to tell us they would be able to refund us $9 total but that it would be difficult because they would have to reverse the transaction. So essentially, if you are getting shots of vodka added to your $11 ginger beer for $3 you’re getting a great deal on the vodka! But if you assume (like we did) that the alcohol is what makes a drink expensive, then you are SOL. The manager doubled down on his decision when we asked him to explain it and made it out to be a hassle to refund us the money they scammed us out of. We spent hours at this bar and our bill was over $400. I respectfully let him know that while we had a good time at the bar, we would not be returning because of this.If you want a good time and want to spend a lot of money to be basically ignored for hours and then scammed out of money at the end, then this is the bar for you.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere here; there were different games all around that were free to play. I thought that was definitely the best part, though. The service was pretty slow and inattentive, and the burgers were slightly above average at best. I also thought that the portions were pretty small given the prices. Overall it’s a pretty fun place, but I’d recommend eating before you come here because it’s not really worth it.
I didnt get to go. The paper I had said reservations required and provided a number. They Never answered their phone (and I called various times), nor did they respond to voicemail messages. The deal Sounded nice, just sadly never got to see if it would live up to the description.
Mike literally yelled at me to get out the bar And said I was younger age when I wasn’t he was so rude and disrespectful. He owes me a big apology. Plus I do witch craft so I’ll remember you mike bye hope your leg don’t break any time soon. 😇 p.s you better be careful who you yell that I’m not so nice
Fun place to go with friends. Nice selection of beers and AMAZING food!I had their double smash burger, Nachos and Doughnut grilled cheese and all were delicious. Food taste can be slightly underwhelming compared to its exciting looks.Definitely get a board game or pack of cards and see hours pass by.
Was looking for a place to eat outside. This place was nice. Employees are very helpful. Waitress helped with our order and even looked up a drink I liked to make sure I could have my drink. She also helped with directions. Theres also games there like jenga and connect four that you can play if youre with a group. The inside is very nice and lighting is very easy on the eyes.
Not sure if its a great place to eat, but its an awesome small concert venue. At least they turned it into one when Arizona performed. Overpriced to a pretty high degree so it felt more like a bar than a food hall. But overall still great. If theres a concert, I would recommend checking it out. Not sure how frequently theyll be doing this though.
It was just okay. I ordered a Double Smash burger, which looked nothing like the pictures I had seen. The mozzarella sticks that were in keeping with the Jenga theme were fine, just not enough. Should have ordered two. The server was wonderful and made the night lovely. It was an after work crowd. Not too busy and no one was really playing any games. A decent enough place.
The place was very lively. Plenty of seating and the staff was very pleasant. The food was ok. My wife found the place from an Instagram post and wanted to try it out since we were in the area. Kids had your basic burger (no kids menu) and cold french fries. I had the Bacon Bacon Bacon, it was very good and I also had the cold fries but still pretty good. My wife had the infamous Dounut grilled cheese and Tomato soup. Her meal was the last to come out, a grilled cheese sandwich last item to arrive. And half of the sandwich was floating in the soup. The waitress did apologize and replaced the order. Again the griled cheese took forever and arrived cold. The Instagram pictures of the sandwich had tons of cheese and long cheese pulls....the one she got look like it was one slice of cheese on it. She was really let down. Overall the great games and my favorite beer on tap made it a decent experience. We visited the Manhattan location, perhaps the others are better?
I visited NYC too long ago and I dont know why but I did not enjoy any of the food I ordered from anywhere except from HERE!!! Best burger Ive EVER had and the only place that makes decent, well-seasoned, well cooked fries. Definitely recommending this place to anyone that passes by and is looking for a good place to eat and drink!
Great place for a group, Beer list is diverse and of the moment, food was ok just a little greasy and under seasoned. I feel like there are better options for the price point (2 beers and two egg brunch dishes was close to $70 without tip)Def seems like a place for 20 somethings to gather
I very rarely give a bad review, but my experience at this location was exceptionally terrible. The waitress was nowhere to be found for the majority of our time at the restaurant. When she finally shows up at the end of the meal, she charges us full cocktail price for virgin cocktails- over $10 each for no alcohol. We asked that they reduce the price to the cost of a soda- since that’s what it was! The manager was extremely rude and refused to correct THEIR mistake even though we spent over $400 in food and drinks. There are hundreds of sports bars in Manhattan to spend our money at! We won’t be back
We held a work HH here this week. It was our first event here and we will definitely be coming back! Our servers for the night were Adam and Julio (it was apparently Julios first day but you really could not tell). They were so attentive and accommodating - our entire group loved having them around the whole night. There were games for people to play and we even had our own section so it felt like we reserved a room.We highly recommend Clinton Hall 36 for your next work HH!
I made a rsvp for Dec 11th brunch with my team few days in advance, when I get there they say it’s fully booked for Santa con. They didn’t have the common courtesy to tell me my rsvp is canceled and no apology at all when I get their. Why would someone accept rsvp if they know it’s booked for some other event. It was extremely embarrassing since I wanted to treat my team for good brunch and drinks.
Large space with a big selection of interesting beers that regularly changes. Busy, fun vibe, and not too loud, good for coworker events or a group of friends. We had a relatively big group, and waitstaff were very attentive coming over multiple times for orders. The game walls and the card/table games you can grab were a nice touch.
The beer selection is so good and rotates often. The staff is friendly and the food is everything guilty pleasures are made of. Games for your table make the time with friends that much more fun. Try the grilled cheese donut. Or the buffalo cauliflower... Better than most. Burgers look lean and mean. But dont take my word for it. Go for yourself.
Food was fairly decent. Good flavour. Fries were slightly undercooked so I left them. Expensive for what it was. I would not come again to eat if was in New York, but good beer selection. I would have been happy to pay 22 bucks for what I had a burger and fried pickles I felt 30 was slightly excessive
Stopped in with a large group for a Saturday afternoon. We were eating, drinking, playing boardgames (they have some there, but you can bring too). The food is very good Service was good overall. Some of the beers were great, others literally undrinkable. The DJ was dope and later, was joined by a saxophonist. At first I was like Huh? but it actually worked and sounded cool. The music was at the right volume at first, then got louder and louder as it became later, so bring earplugs if you want to hear the people at your table.
WAY better than it has any right to be, given the location. A varied beer list that has excellent craft beer for a reasonable price, and a great menu that doesn’t suffer from Midtown pricing. The space is big, but not obnoxious, and the staff are delightful. I love it.
The service was not great, food was served cold and took forever to arrive nor was it made the way it was described on the menu. The nachos grande arrived like someone had opened a bag of chips and dumped on a tray, drizzled some sour cream and sprinkled a few black beans did I mention that took over an hour to be delivered. The only reason it got 2 stars and not 1 was the beer selection. Many excellent offerings but several were already kicked at 7 on a Friday night, switch them out already guys to start a weekend!
This place is great! Especially on a Tuesday night for Drag Bingo, Jacklynn Hyde has ya entertained and laughing for hours. They have amazing prizes to win too like round of free shots and free food, and it doesn’t cost anything to play. This place is big inside and have table games plus the food is awesome! Will go back for sure!
Came here expecting to have a great time with food and drinks for my sisters’ birthday. She had called ahead the day before and made a reservation for 12 @9pm. We arrived at the bar at 8:45pm just to let the host know we were there and waiting for the remaining people. The host told her “well if you’re not ready to be seated now I’m going to sit the table and we’ll move you to another.” That was issue #1 that was never resolved. 9pm came and we were sat at the table. There were only 8/12 of us there and still we felt uncomfortable, once again complained about how the seating was terrible and we would not fit once the full party had arrived. It took 35 minutes to finally have a server come and take our drink order, another 15min to get the drinks, then after that another 25 to order food. The food was subpar.Overall the experience was TERRIBLE and the service was the absolute worst. Now I’ve worked as a server for 4 years and i would’ve NEVER given anybody the type of service we received. Everything took way too long, we weren’t asked for another round of drinks, we had to go to the bar and get everything ourselves. When we got our food, no napkins. I watched as the server talked and acted as if we weren’t there. We constantly kept having to ask for things that should’ve been provided. The busboy was more helpful than our server. This was the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Luckily we’re kind people because i know if anybody else received this type of service they would’ve walked out on the bill, received no tip whatsoever, or even started causing so many other issues. So i would give this lower than a 1star rating.
Server was very off, forgot to ring in food, and then proceeded to lie about it even though after I asked where the food was he said it was at another table by “accident” and then we watched him ring in the food. Watched all my friends eat as I sat there waiting. Liam thanks for making my first time here suck and I won’t be back.
Came here on a Saturday night at 8pm to meet up with friends from out of town. We were going to be a party of 6. At the door, they ask you what you are here for. It felt like a trick question. Im like, Uhhh... drinks? The bouncer then said, well if you want a table, you have to put your name down with the hostess. I said, our party of 6 wont be complete until 9pm though so itd be pointless to put us on the list for a table now. The hostess and the bouncer looked at each other and begrudgingly let us in. Its like, Geez, do you get paid per table here? There was an empty table right next to the bar and I asked if we could sit there while we wait for the whole party to get there. We were told that that specific table has no waitress service and everything we need would have to come from the bar, which is perfectly fine by me.My friends and I started off with some pours of cider, Hefeweizen and the CH IPA, $8 each. We also got the Bacon, Bacon, Bacon Burger, the Double Smashed Burger and the Fondue Burger ($17 each and comes with pickle and fries) The burgers took forever to come out and our Fondue burger was even given to the people seated at the bar by mistake. The guy just so happened to be an honest guy and looked at me and said, I didnt order this. Didnt you guys order food? If he didnt say anything, I wouldnt even have noticed that our food went to him instead. The Double smashed burger apparently won an award at the NYC Wine and Food festival for best burger. To be honest, it was just an OK burger, nothing astonishing or spectacular about it. I asked for it medium and it came well done and dry as heck.Because we were seated in the no mans land table, nobody ever came to ask us how the food was or if we needed anything whatsoever. I had to go get my own napkins and condiments at the bar, to boot. I couldnt find salt or pepper shakers anywhere and those fries desperately needed it.They had board games that you can bring to the table, which were fun. We really wanted to play the Giant Uno card game but alas, the sets were being monopolized by 2 tables. This place seems to be a big hit for birthday parties as we observed multiple groups wander in en masse throughout the night with party balloons in tow.I must say, the Saturday night DJ was awesome. Great mix of dance music to drink and bop around to all night. If only there was space to actually dance to the fun tunes.Overall, its a cute twist on a beer hall. Id come here again for happy hour since the beers are on point and cheaper. But I doubt that Ill be getting the bland burgers again nor sitting in the Fend For Yourself no mans land table ever again.
Clinton Hall takes its inspiration from Castle Clinton located in Battery Park. The main goal for the owners to have a American beer hall was to get people together away from their phones and laptops. This can be clearly seen with their communal tables, a wide variety of games offered and huge shared dishes. The bar has a bewildering array of specialty beers served on tap. The servers were warm and welcoming but with so many tables to attend they do get quite busy. With a laidback and chill vibe, this place is a perfect after work spot for drinks and food. With some recommendations from our server we were all set with our order. We got the Dipper Trio, Truffle Parmesan Fries and the Famous Doughnut Grilled Cheese. The dipper Trio consisted of Guacamole, Spicy Feta, Squash Hummus along with Pita Chips. All three dips were pretty average and missed the oomph factor. The Truffle Parmesan Fries which was again nothing special and we thought could have been better. Next was their Famous Doughnut Grilled Cheese and it totally lives up to the hype! The Doughnut has a crisp on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. The tomato dip goes so perfectly well with the Doughnut and cheese. Each bite of this was simply heavenly! We ordered the Crispy Chicken Stack for entrees. This sandwich was loaded with Fried Chicken, Fried Pickles, Cole Slaw, Pickles and a lip smacking Hot Honey Sauce. Its not just a sandwich, its a monstrous sandwich and definitely a contender for the recently trending Chicken Sandwich Wars. For dessert, our choice was obvious. If theres anything with Red Velvet on the menu, we want it! So we got the Red Velvet WTF Waffle and we had no idea what we had gotten ourselves into. This one dessert is good enough as a whole meal for three/four people. Theres no adjective to describe how ginormous this dessert was. It includes three stacked Waffles, a big slice of Red Velvet Cheesecake, Vanilla Icecream, loads of whipped cream, crushed Oreo, Sprinkles and M&Ms. The Red Velvet Cheesecake was extraordinarily delicious and we hope they put it up on their menu separately too. The waffles were soft they escalate slowly on each and every taste bud and make you close your eyes. Perfection.
Paid $394.00 plus a $455 drink tab minimum for three appetizers and to reserve a table for a party of twenty then got a table that only sat ten (which is apparently their standard for reservations) for two hours. This then resulted in half the party standing around a table for the night. Asked the manager on site, Ernie Sanders (which is what he stated his name was. Unlikely, but I will be finding out his name either way), how he would be able to accommodate us and his only offer of a solution was to have us go upstairs (after we were an hour and a half into the reservation). This guy Has very poor customer service skills. When he finally came out to speak to the table he threw his hand in my partners face, letting her know he only speaks to one person at a time. Already off to a poor start. After I explained our frustration about the situation he said there is nothing he can do other than move us at this point. Asked him if I could speak to Benny Klein, the event coordinator, he said I could contact him via email and he was not going to call or contact him on my behalf. His attitude towards a party of twenty resulted in Clinton Hall losing business, and gaining a very bad reputation among 20 people who will surely share this experience. Word travels. Maybe the worst disregard for the customer I have ever seen from management and something I will be contacting the company that manages this location about. Fortunately for them, the food and drinks were great. No thanks to Ernie. Not sure why he’s managing this location. I’m sure they could find someone more qualified in the service industry.
The food was very good and the atmosphere was fun. While I cannot speak for the entire staff, the waitress we had was among the worst waitresses Ive ever had. the kitchen staff ended up doing most of her work and we waited more than 40 minutes to get our check. Aside from what I hope was just one bad egg, it was a good experience.
Another less-than-stellar Clinton Hall location. Service was very inadequate overall, and the large room was filled with a gloomy vibe on an otherwise pretty Saturday afternoon. My biggest issue is with their whole supercraft beer focused menu. New York City and the surrounding suburbs are home to well over a dozen top-notch breweries, yet the menu is overwhelmingly filled with out of town breweries ranging from been around a while to who?. Now, I dont expect the latest releases from the hottest breweries, because certainly theres more demand than supply for these beers, but an effort to have *some* local craft (besides the ubiquitous Brooklyn Brewery) would be appreciated. Otherwise, drop the shtick.
If I could give a zero star rating, I would have. Waited 20 minutes for Happy Hour drinks. Notified waitress that we wanted food. She walked away and never came back until we got up to leave so we could get food somewhere else. Rude, drinks were awful. Just stay away.
Everytime I got to this location, the service is absolutely terrible, and it takes forever to get a drink. The last straw, is the fact that they refusedto served us, on a Wednesday at 10PM. They said we were too drunk, with no absolute reason, even though we had just walked in the door.
Tried to go here on my way back to my hotel because it was listed as a brewpub with 20 craft beers on tap but I sat there for 20 minutes. Other people were served around me. It wasnt a busy night, it was a Wednesday but for some reason I was not important to them. Took my business elsewhere and wont be back to this place.
Went there after seeing the Fondue burger on the idiot box on the Food network..What an over hyped burger..just get the fries and cheese as a side rather than a hole in the burger with a few fries sticking out..Place has a millenial vibe with that age range seeming to be the majority of patrons there and the drink menu would verify that as well as the team members..Drinks were good..not strong and very pricey as was the waste of a Fondue burger..I would go again to any of the locations the food was good tasting and the old school table games to play are cool...
They use your credit card for security but if you pay with cash they still charge your credit card. I tried to talk with them but they said they have a receipt signed by me but its impossible! I never signed anything because I paid with cash! I plan to notify the police! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!

2022-04-10Loved it and will surely be back! The infamous grill cheese donut/bagel was amazing! My only suggestion is that they can give a bit more tomato soup. The pot barely had anything. The atmosphere is amazing and they have great menu to pick from.

2022-04-18Great pub with tons of draft beer options. Young crowd. Cheap happy hour options for drinks and snacks. I stopped by for a pint and I was satisfied. Would come here again for sure!!

2022-03-14Came with 2 pulsd deals and it was a fun time. Pleasant surprise to see the fondue was in a cute pan, it lasted even after I was finished drenching the burger and fries in it. Had bottomless bellinis and mimosas. I liked the bellinis flavor more and my friends liked both about the same. One star off just because it took a little while to get the waitresss attention to ask for another round within our timeframe. They had a bunch of games but we just chatted.

2022-05-31Great venue, good beer, nasty manager. Go if you don’t mind being verbally accosted for sitting someplace that is “reserved” but isn’t labeled as reserved. The guy yelled at me (during a work call) and my wife separately but couldn’t be bothered to put up a sign.

2021-07-23Overall it was a great experience dinning here. Staff know about beer and know what to recommend. We had their double smashed burger (medium) and shrimp with Buffalo sauce. The burger was wonderful, well-flavored and juicy. I should’ve asked for medium-rare tho! The shrimp was ok, small portion compared to other dishes.

2022-08-14Thanks for listing the menu on Untappd so I can easily see the well-rated beers on the area! I went to sample some craft brews based on that. The bartender was great to talk to and generous letting me sample a bunch. I didnt play any games but saw, like the 51st Street location, this has large games as well.

2022-01-08We chose Clinton Hall for Secret Santa because we were looking for a place with boozy brunch, this location had pretty good reviews, it was a central meeting point, and there was also a Pulsd deal. Only 2/4 of us decided to get the Pulsd deal ($49 for two entrees and unlimited mimosas/bellinis), so it was nice that they let half the table use the deal, but you could also combine vouchers if you like.We came in right before 12 since they dont accept brunch reservations and they werent quite open yet. We also wanted to go early to avoid waiting and any crowds, especially because of Covid/Omicron, and we felt pretty safe, as it was really spacious. It did start getting more packed maybe half hour - hour before we left, but we were still far enough away from other tables. For starters, we decided to get an app to share. We had the nachos and added beef to it. This was pretty lackluster. Everything was just kind of haphazardly thrown on there. All the melted cheese was on the bottom of the nachos (who does that?). The beef was also dry. There was also a sad little looking random scoop of guac. For my main, I had the Fondue Burger, which is a burger on a pretzel bun, with a hole in the middle, and there are fries in that hole, but also an extra side of fries, and a little pot of fondue cheese on the side. If that sounded confusing, thats because it was. Perfect for IG, but not if you want a good burger. The only thing good about this was the pot of cheese and the pickle. It has potential but it just wasnt executed correctly. The patty was a bit dry (even though I asked for medium rare), and the fries were soggy, which I was so disappointed in because I LOVE me some cheese fries. Also, as Im writing this review, Im wondering what they do with the middle part of the burger. My friend had the Doughnut Grilled Cheese, which comes on a hook over a cup of tomato soup. I tried a bite and it was actually not bad but I cannot imagine eating the hole thing as an entree - maybe to share? She agreed and couldnt finish it. Overall, it seems that the food is gimmicky and IG worthy, but doesnt actually taste that great.Another friend ordered the philly cheesesteak, but it wasnt until they started bringing out the rest of our entrees did they tell her it was unavailable.Drinks were standard brunch drinks - pretty sweet, but just a nice addition to the meal, especially if youre with a group. I did like that they had games and they didnt hold us to the time limit of the boozy brunch Pulsd deal (even though we stopped drinking within the allotted time), but they still let us hang out and play games. They have various board games and Jenga just happened to be at our table.I probably wouldnt come back for actual entrees but I wouldnt mind trying again for games, drinks, and bar food.

2022-07-07Went here for the happy hour. The drinks were reasonably priced for the location it is in. There are also games in every table. So, if you are on a date, its a perfect place for it. This beer garden also has amazing selection of beers. I wish there were more beers for the happy hour but I am not complaining with their current selection

2022-06-02Venue was awesome. Love the board game concept. Games at every table makes it a very fun place to eat. Staff was great but overwhelmed. For what I saw the manager on duty was not willing to help. Just keeped seating people down and didnt ever help the only person working the floor with drink orders. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was due to the management. He even calculated the gratuity incorrectly. Upgrade needed in that department.

2021-11-27Bad experience here. First off they ask for your card and to hold it while your there. I understand how bars work, but if its a family sitting down to eat, it just doesnt sit well. My husband and daughter got their food and were almost done eating before I got mine and then when it came it was burnt horribly and they still served it to me that way. I did not eat dinner. I had to flag the server down several times, I can now understand why you need to take cards up front since your servers are not paying attention and people may just walk out. 😑
