UPDATED 11/22/2016 5:26 PMI reached out to my credit card company and disputed the charge, and was taking steps to put a complaint in with the Suffolk Consumer Affairs Taxi and Limousine Commission. I was Contacted by Bill at 3:09 PM and was asked what would be able to be done to make me happy with the outcome. I originally proposed half of what was paid for, 590, refunded. I spoke to Bill on the phone for several minutes till I agreed to $150 refunded. Overall I believe that with the problem I encountered in the beginning and the customer service issue, the conflict was resolved in a timely manor and was later handled better to meet at a happy compromise. I truly do appreciate Clique, and Bill, for taking care of me after I have had a problem and for them making sure I walked away from this feeling appreciated as a customer. I would recommend this company if you are looking for a nice limousine and also wanted a great deal.WRITTEN 11/22I was very optimistic of the limo services prior to receiving my limo. Arrived exactly at time but limo was not clean. I had empty water bottles and used chewing tobacco in one. Dirty napkins and sugar packets in the cup holder. The liquor decanter had black stains from something on the top of the glass. Smudges on the counter. My drivers name was Bobby and the office individual was Bill. After I expressed that I was upset about the limo I was told to call Monday. I called and after explaining my issues I was told the most they can do is give me a 25$ credit. I was not satisfied and I was basically accused of trying to get extra money out their pocket. I paid 590 to get a dirty limo in my eyes. I dont believe 25 will change my decision. Overall the price was lower then others but the quality was not what was expected. I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge and also will be contacting consumer services for this conflict.
Wonderful service and very reasonably priced. We had many stops for my daughters wedding and drivers were on time and very patient . Would recommend to everyone

2020-03-05Hired Clique to take my friends and I to a concert at Barclays Center. They had an amazing price and were easy to work with. Day of the limo was on time and very clean. Driver was great and we were super satisfied with the experience. Would definitely consider hiring them again!

2019-07-09Ill start with the good: our driver was awesome. She was super nice and really stayed calm all through what was a terrible experience, for which she is not responsible.The bad: we used their services on Saturday July 6th. It was 90 degrees and super humid. We were picked up in a party bus with no AC. We rode for an hour or so from Bay Shore to the LI vineyards area and when we got off the bus some of the girls literally had sweat marks all over their clothing. The AC never worked and to top it off the bus broke down and left us stranded on the side of the highway for about an hour.We still havent receive an apology or even a call back from the company owner, and much less a credit for partial services!This company was completely irresponsible and non-responsive. Dont use them. Only reason I gave them one star was because I cant give less and our driver deserves the star.

2015-08-12Everything was perfect from the time I emailed to get pricing information to the time the limo arrived. Bobby (our driver) was on time and very helpful with giving us ideas on how to spend all the time we had remaining after dinner. I couldnt have asked for this birthday surprise for my boyfriend to have gone any better. Beautiful, clean limo. Amazing driver. Champagne, beer and water. Perfection, perfection, perfection!! I will use Clique for any future limo needs and only Clique!

2019-07-09I booked a limo for a wine tasting birthday celebration to riverhead NY. one day before the trip I found out is not a limo, it is a sprinter. not big deal! Saturday July 6th, 2019 the driver got to my house on time, she was very nice and polite, we started going inside the car and it was so hot it felt we were inside of a sauna. I mentioned it to the driver, she said that the AC will start cooling up as soon as she started driving. We left to the vineyards which it was a 50 minutes ride from my house. We were in pain, our make up and hair was a mess before arriving to the venues. As soon as we got to the venues, my party complained to me and they said they couldnt come back in the same car, I texted bill (office guy) he said it was already fixed. I went to the driver (Debbie) she said something was blocking the cold air and now it was fixed. ok, no big deal! we went to another winery 20 minutes away. we got into the car the AC was better after we were tortured for more than 1 hour. Lastly, going back to our final destination they car broke down, yes we got stranded on the sunrise highway around exit 48. 18 women on the side of the highway waiting for help for 1 hour, it was a very dangerous-terrible situation. Debbie the driver said she couldnt do anything , she advise me to contact Bill the person on charge, he didnt answer my phone calls and/or texts. This company will ask you to pay upfront CASH only to make sure they wont give you any money back and wont call you back. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this company at all!

2019-07-10The bus driver Debbie was really sweet and cared about our safety. However, the bus had no AC and was extremely hot! On our way back our bus over heated and we were stranded for about an hour. Management never returned our calls or texts. Terrible service!

2013-09-08This company does an outstanding job making sure the customer has an excellent and memorable experience. I hired them for a vineyard tour out east for a birthday celebration and not only was the driver early and helpful but delightful in making sure we were having a great time! I would highly recommend this Limo company and will use them for all my future events

2013-04-13Used Clique Limo for my prom! The driver was excellent; 15 minutes early, very nice, and reliable. The limo was spotless- both inside and out. I was able to hook-up my iPhone and we all had a great time. Would definitely recommend Clique Limo

2019-07-091- they didn’t send a limo, they sent a van2- the van had no AC... it was 90 degrees & trip was over an hour long!3- van broke down in the middle of a parkway leaving a group of females stranded for hours4- the owner didn’t care to respond to calls or texts, didn’t apologize nor tried to do anything to make things better5- driver was nice but that doesn’t make up for the aboveTHIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY- DO NOT USE THEM

2019-07-10Unfortunately it was a bad experience. 18 girls in a hot van in a very hot and humid day for one hour :(. I felt bad for the driver because it was not her fault that the AC was not working. However, management never returned the phone calls or the texts, and obviously did not return the money. To make matters worse, the van heated up and we were left on the side of the hway!!!
