If I could rate this dump negative stars I would. They need to close expeditiously. They overcharge you without compensation. Their place looks very uninviting and their units are small but the charges are overly expensive. DO NOT STORE HERE BY ANY MEANS PEOPLE. They had a huge leak that destroyed my stuff and they NEVER EVER compensated me. I lost more than I ever had when I moved my stuff into this unit. Such a loss. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. I moved out and they still charged my account and they’re very picky about giving me my money back. I regret ever storing here.

Absolute daylight robbery. I used to be with Makespace, which charged me $26.66 per month for my storage. After Makespace merged with Clutter, I am now being charged $96.90 monthly - for the same amount of storage space. Customer service would not explain why the price adjustment is so exorbitant, and are unwilling to work with me to find a more reasonably priced plan (especially when I see storage plans around $30 per month on their website).I am baffled as to how they are allowed to adjust my rates so significantly. Im sure Im not the only customer feeling this way.
