We had a great experience with CNY Complete Contracting. Paige, Adam and his crew are great to work with. They were prompt when responding to questions, completed the job on time for a fair price and left the worksite very clean. Overall we were very satisfied and would highly recommend this company.
Adam and his crew just redid our roof for us and we are so happy with their work, from start to finish. From our estimate appointment to the day of installation, they were punctual and professional. Working with them was so simple that we actually forgot we were even in the middle of having our roof done! They took great care of our home and treated it like it was their own. If you are looking for a company that provides honest work and want to support local business, CNY Complete is a home run!
Adam and his crew did a fantastic job with my roof. He explained the products and warranty specifics in detail. His crew was here at 7:30an-ready to work. They took great care of my property-flowers, hot tub, air conditioner all well protected from debris. Adam is thorough in leading his team from setup to cleanup. Very pleased. Definitely recommend.

Adam was very prompt in coming out to do our estimate as well as getting information back to us quickly. He was accommodating and friendly. He worked in timeframe promised, keeping us updated as needed. Care was taken with our belongings and everything was cleaned up before crew left.Hoping to be able to work with him on another project in future.
Adam and his team removed and replaced our siding and rebuilt/extended our existing deck. They did high quality work, using high quality supplies. The communication was excellent, the team was on time, courteous left a clean work site every day. Finished on time and on budget, we would absolutely hire again when we need a project completed.
Bottom line: We highly recommend CNY Complete Contracting!Details: We spoke with around 10 different roofing companies. Adam provided the most detailed, itemized quote, the most clear and concrete warranty information, beyond the bare necessary requirements for ice barrier, nearly the best pricing (one was lower but came from a disorganized company that had little info regarding warranty etc so the lower pricing didnt justify hiring them)...and Adam left us feeling confident in his work product we could expect.During the job his crew was very respectful of our property. They didnt blast music to annoy our neighbors (like other roofers in our neighborhood have done)...no one smoked near our house (again, something weve observed of companies in the neighborhood) ...overall they were very pleasant to have here. (and we were home during the whole job)The finished project, our roof, looks great! He delivered on time, and they cleaned up perfectly, ensuring the lawn was free of debris and nails. He even did our shed roof and we are so happy with how it all looks as a package now!Also, of particular importance to me, was that he made sure my dogs had time to get into the yard to do their business. He hurried his crew to clear a safe path when we let him know they needed to go out. That took his customer care up to another level and I truly appreciated it.We have other projects to tackle at our home. and Adam was the first call we made.Again, the bottom line is that we highly recommend Adam and his company.

This is the company you want! Adam communicated with me continously, answered all my questions, and recommended what we needed and why. I had a full roof replacement, plywood and all. The job was done in a full working day and our home was left perfectly clean. Absolutely the best company to hire. They will be back in the Spring to install a deck! I called this company for an estimate for potential services done in my home. A contractor came out for an estimate. This person was very unprofessional and seemed reluctant to even enter my home in which I thought was very odd. Upon completion of the estimate, I was informed that someone would contact me within a couple of days for the actual estimate to no avail. I don’t hear from anyone. I called numerous times left voice messages and no one returned my phone calls. I strongly believe I was discriminated against. I believe this company is very biased. Very unprofessional to say the least. Do not recommend

Deck replacement. Adam did a wonderful job, from giving me estimates to assuring all was in place to do the deck job. Very professional and timely.
I would absolutely reccommend this company to anyone. They were very professional, easy to get a hold of and came to fix our wind damage within a couple days. Pricing was reasonable. Extremely friendly and well organized!
On time, efficient, friendly, competent and reasonably priced service. However, used a different product on my facia than the existing facia. Doesnt match. Asked for an estimate for some painting. Found someone else for half the quote he gave me.

We couldnt have asked for a better crew of people to install our deck and sliding door. Adam and his team were a pleasure to work with right down to the few changes that were made last minute. When Adam came out to do an estimate for us, our deck was at a point that was unsafe to use at all. CNY Complete Contracting didnt only give us a beautiful new space to spend time as a family, they gave us peace of mind that our children can play and enjoy the space safely for years to come. 2022-06-02Let’s just say I did a lot of worrying for nothing! They started promptly at 7:30am on a Tuesday day and were done by 4:30pm. All cleaned up and looking awesome! The guys were great and moved right along like a well oiled machine! Adam was over seeing and helping with everything! My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our new roof! We went from a metal roof to shingles..Highly recommend!

2022-07-30I hired Adam and CNY Complete Contracting to tear down an old deck and replace it with a two story set of stairs with double landings, a new screen door, and complete foundation parging and painting. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything exceeded my expectations and that’s hard to do. If you care about quality, dependability, and true craftsmanship like I do, you know how hard that is to find these days. These guys fit the bill and then some. 2022-08-02I would highly recommend CNY Complete Contracting; Adam is quick to respond to initial estimate request, getting you on their schedule and very easy to communicate with.His crew worked not- stop to get the job completed, they were friendly, respectful and their clean-up was fantastic, leaving no trace in are yard or pool that they had been here...just are brand new roof.

2022-04-205 Stars to CNY Complete! Whole job (complete tear off) done in just ONE DAY including dumpster pickup. With a very active Golden Retriever my wife was very concerned about the clean up - SUPER IMPRESSED... no nails to be found. GAF Golden Harvest looks amazing - thank you Adam & Paige for the great job. Highly recommended.

2022-04-24I asked them to come out for a quote two months ago, which they did. I have been following up approximately every week since to get that quote and schedule service to no avail. My text messages are read but not responded to. I called and was told that I would get my quote within 24 hours, but I did not. I am not hiring this company because of their lack of professionalism and responsiveness.

2021-09-27Earlier this year I had a tree fall on my house and my roof and siding was damaged badly. I called CNY Complete Contracting and they came out and looked at it and repaired it for us. When I was noticing water coming in from my Skylights I called them again and Adam came out and looked them over and he made me aware of what was causing the problem, and he also explained it and showed it to me. He inspected our roof and informed us that the roof is okay but it should be replaced within 2 years or so. We decided to have the entire roof replaced sooner. Adam explained very throughly how the roof is going to be done. Such as the materials that will be used, and from start to finish how it will be replaced. We never felt pressured to buy the more expensive materials. Adam explained the benefits to each type of roofing materials. And he suggested what he would think would be the best roof to have, but he let us make the decision. I also liked that when discussing prices it was all explained in detail. When they did the work they took their time! That’s important! It wasn’t rushed! If they had to do anything extra it was explained why it had to be done. Adam and his team expressed that if they found something that didn’t seem right they would then point it out and address it to me why it had to be fixed. I liked the relationship Dynamic the team had with one another they were able to laugh, and joke and focus on the work at the same time. It makes it enjoyable that they genuinely care about their work, and can have a good time doing it. I’m glad for the relationship I’ve created with CNY Complete Contracting. I’ll continue to speak highly of them. And will continue to do work with them in the future. They really are a great company to work with.

2021-08-11Adam and the crew were very professional and did great work. Even though some of the sins of the past were not included in the bid, they fixed and installed everyhing better than new. They worked quick and efficiently while producing great work. We are very happy with our new roof!
