CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice in other cities:
Super fast service! Someone started making my order as soon as they took it; very efficient! Great variety of bubble tea, smoothies and other seasonal drinks made with fresh fruit.I like the fact that they always ask for the amount of sugar you want in your drink for the healthy drinkers!
Online it says they open at 9:30am but when I got to the store, the sign said 10am. Thats fine but once they opened they said they still wouldnt have bubbles for the bubble tea for another hour or so. How do you only sell bubble tea yet not be prepared to sell your only product. The drinks are great but just change all of your hours till 12pm or whenever your product is ready.
Very rude employees here, very discriminatory to customers with less orders. And I have to say, discriminatory to their own kind. I went here with my little girl and my senior citizen mother, we ordered and they said they did not have mango, so we moved to the side for a few minutes and while deciding on what to replace our order we let some idiotic teenager couple go before us (who has zero idea of etiquette). Little did we realize they were ordering like 20 teas. We requested from the counter if they can let us go first, with the 2 orders for my little girl and 70 yo mom, but they got so excited with the other persons order as they make more money from them. Way to go treating children and elderly like this.
I rarely write reviews, but I felt necessary to comment here.Up until earlier this year I would have given them a 5, but it appears that theyve changed the tea they use, causing a considerable decline in flavour. Im very disappointed and its very unlikely I will frequent this place again. Now theyre just about the same as your average bubble tea in NYC, i.e. cheap tea drowned in sweetener.
Bubbles are NEVER ready until after 10:30am and sometimes they don’t understand your requests (language barrier). Corporate website isn’t very helpful.Should change opening time and try not to get frustrated with simple requests that are made unnecessarily complicated:(
I loved this place until I hated it, all due to one employee - I didnt catch his name but male, long hair always pulled back in a ponytail and glasses. I had been going to this location RELIGIOUSLY for a year, and the last few times there have been incident, culminating in the worst of all which was yesterday when I stood at the counter (NO ON IN FRONT OF ME) and was blatantly not served. Now there were 2 employees, of which one was the man mentioned above, and both saw my friend (also a frequent customer) and I and did not even acknowledge us. The employee described above has seen us many times and told us on several occasions (without apology or any other type of customer service-like acknowledgement) that something was broken or materials were out or some other thing and then turned us away without offering anything else. He even tried to change the order I gave him once according to the insufficient ingredients he had left to make the 2 drinks I ordered. I digress. He made eye contact and WALKED AWAY to the back without saying anything, and proceeded to do other things while my friend and I stood there and watched. When I finally told the other employee we were frequent customers and had been standing there forever without so much as an acknowledgement let alone our order taken, she smiled and said ok. Assuming she didnt understand me, I repeated that this was not ok, not a good thing, she repeated her ok with a more scared smile, and we left.I have met fantastic employees whom Ive carried on a pleasant customer relationship with at this location and we still greet each other now that theyve moved to other locations. Im not sure what the issue is with this particular employee and the other new ones that follow his behavior, but you have lost a valuable and dedicated customer. Vivi is right across the street and treat me like a human being. Bye!
To be real honest with you I dont think that the worker felt like working today because I asked for a milk tea and she literally just gave me a scoop of bubbles and added some lactaid milk to it filled it up and gave it to me and then charged me $6 for it.I was not impressed at all and to be honest with you I was too hot and too tired to go back and forth with her.

2021-10-06Friendly staff and fresh teas. Prices are decent. Tried their bubble Gaga and friend got the aloe honey (both were alright). They’re currently running the introductory promotions of 20% off the order.

2022-07-14I ordered a Mango Green Tea yesterday (07/12/2022) and I went in to asked if there were hiring. The guy laughed at my face and said “we don’t hire children” (I am 18). I had told him I had worked at a different location a couple months ago and was hoping to work at this location since it is close to my university. He interrupted me, laughed again and said “go ask over there then”. The girl next to him was smiling as if he made some funny joke and told me to look for other locations. They even made my bubble tea wrong and the tea was incredibly sweet and I asked for no sugar. By far the worst experience I’ve had at any bubble tea shop.

2018-09-16This bubble tea is great! This place is actually from Taiwan! The menu is exactly the same they have over there! It was great, she had the tea already prepared so it was very fast, the only problem is that there is only one employee, I have been here several times and I think a second employee would be very helpful. If you are near this place you should totally try it! This place is super famous in Taiwan, everybody loves it there. The large tea cost me 5.20 (two ladies)

2022-03-04Coco in NYC never disappoints. The Hoji Milk Tea and Classic Milk Teas were on point at 30% sugar with Pudding. Employees are super efficient and polite.

2022-05-01The cashier has serious personal issues at work. Unfriendly, short and I had a hard time understanding her. I am Asian and I don’t condone this type of behaviors.

2019-09-07Your average milk tea place. Nothing special. Not many people on a Friday night. Wouldn’t really recommend unless you were craving boba. Prices are high imo ($5 for a small Vanilla milk tea with boba) but I’m from Texas where everything’s cheaper.

2017-06-07A bit pricy, maybe because of the neighborhood but I still love the chain. I liked everything I have tried here so far. I recommend the regular bubble tea and the matcha smoothie.

2021-12-15This location does not have good smashed taro. It’s always thick and goopy. Other locations I’ve ordered from does not have thick goopy taro.
