The girl who took my order was so nice!! I believe her name was Joanna! I had never been in here before but I wouldnt overlook it again.
Incredibly disappointed! There is always something wrong with my order when I come, but today is was more than a simple ignoring. The hash browns were undercooked, I asked for a bagel with cream cheese on side no cream cheese, also the coffee never has enough syrup to flavor any time weather is specify extra or not!
There have been multiple instances where I order coffee, and the flavor is so horrendously awful that it nearly makes me sick. I have no idea how to describe it, but it tastes nothing like the coffee from any other Dunkin Ive ever been to, and I travel all over. Its almost like its strong, but goes 10 steps beyond that. One sip and it goes in the trash. Ill add to, Ive been to this location multiple times early in the morning, going specifically in that direction for a days driving ahead, and its not open when it says it is. Should open at 5am, and the place is a ghost town at 5:15, lights off. I flat out wont go to this Dunkin anymore, Ive wasted too much money here.
This place deserves 0 stars to be honest, only had 1 kid working on a sundat morning and not only was he slow like couldnt be any slower if he tried but he was also rude and didnt know how to do anything. They ran out of ice coffee the line was 12 people deep when I finally got my coffee but I was the only one at the counter when I walked up them to top it off he gave me the wrong donut. Never going back to this one ever again.
This 1 star review is for google maps, not the great Service I received at Dunkin. When I typed the directions to Dunkin Into Google maps, it did not tell me that the Duncan is inside a Delta sonic. I drove around a few times and finally saw a discreet Dunkin sign showing through the window.
If a place advertises a certain closing time. They should be working until that time. I googled what time this place closes and it said 10:30p. So if I walk in at 10:19p. I should still be served. Just lazy. Thats why computers will be taking your jobs soon.
I ordered a grilled cheese melt. So glad they took the time to grill it!! All I got was warm sourdough bread with cheese. Horrible!
We love coming here because they have the best iced coffee and flavors! My son loves the new kit kat coolata. Everyone is very pleasant!!
My wife loves when I come home in the Fall. With a D.D. Pumpkin Spice Latte. I travel and you can count on D.D. at state run travel stops. Also nice to have a box or two on the crew bus for long runs.
Dunkin Amherst- should be closed- 4 personnel behind the counter- line out the door-orders incorrect-left after waiting 10 minutes for 2 hot coffees- not worth the $5
The employees at this DD are miserable and rude. I always thank the cashier after my transaction and NEVER get a youre welcome back. Today was the last straw. I simply asked for a shot of espresso and the cashier screams back at me WE DONT HAVE ANY ESPRESSO. Advice: go down the road to Tim Hortons.

Google says they close at 1030pm but the cashier said they close at either 830pm or 9pm l, I forget what he said. But basically we came at their counter at 8:20pm for Donuts and there waa not a single donut!

If you need an Iced coffee. DD is the way to go to quench your thirst with a caffeine jolt.
Terrible service. Very slow. Three people on duty, only one was working. The cashier even walked away while for people were waiting.
Went to this location recently, the cashier/barista Joanna was very helpful and our drinks came out perfectly!
Their herbal tea is outstandingly good. Excellent customer service.
Theres one thing Dunkin still does really well, and thats iced coffee. I dont go there for anything else.
If I could give them a half a star I would very poor customer service rude employees Drinks made very poorly coffee was very bitter the signature Carmel craze was watery and when we received the coffees they were not what we asked for very poor service definitely will not becoming back to this store again

What type of place does not have any food. Its dunkin donuts they had no donuts, bagels or any other food. They should just close after 7pm. Waste of time stopping.

2021-09-05Inefficient front staff.No understanding among them. The front staff doesnt even know what food items they are out of, they just keep taking wrong orders & eventually messing it up while the people kept waiting.They were out of hash browns that we ordered initially which was notified to us after waiting for about 20 mins in the store.But the gentleman preparing the food was nice, he prepared the rest of our order & replaced the hash browns with other available food items.The store is located inside Delta store.#Roadtrip #NiagraFalls

2022-02-03My food took a bit and was partially cold. The hash browns either only come with 5 or they didnt give me enough (and were cold)... both options are less than desired. I do like Dunkin in general and everything else was as expected.

2019-01-27The coffee was good but the cleanliness of this location is horrible. Made me think twice if I wanted to order anything and I came in at 9am. Would of been different if I came later in the evening.

2021-07-16Hello World,I give dunkin donuts 3 Stars because the food is awesome but the quantity should be more. For the vegan sausage on croissant. It should be more than one owners think about it. 2021-07-05Dont come if your on a break or expecting a five minute stop on way to work. Leave yourself about a 10 minute window. Customer service needs improvement. Very off putting when your not greater and asked what do you want not good morning or hi how are you or even what can I get for you. Greeting with a smile is first impression and even if wait time is longer or if they get an order wrong a pleasant first impression can make those things easier to take and in some cases even prevent a customer complaint.

2021-05-18I walked into this location before work this morning and there were no customers and one employee came out and i asked for an Iced Mocha Latte with almond milk and the employee said “uhh... I’m have no idea how to make that. I’m filling in for someone.” and i asked “you don’t know how to make it?” and he said “no, sorry.” and so i left. How is someone “filling in” but NOT know how to make an iced mocha latte? Ridiculous.
