Rarely get tea order correct. Dont stir sugar enough and always have to ask for extra straw to stir it myself. There is frequently only 1 tea bag in a large tea:/ love Dunkin tea but dont love the lack of accuracy and attention to detail. The staff is super friendly and nice though...they are definitely busy:)
I literally go here every single day and they are constantly out of flavors/sweetners for your coffee or they discontinue items without letting you know. Whats next are they going to be out of coffee. I complained awhile back and the person told me the manager doesnt allow them to order extras of anything. What sense does that make?? Better to have more than constantly run out.
I wish i could give a negative review. Ive given this one many chances, only to be disappointed time and again. They have run out of donuts (in the morning). Except for the 2 guys that work there, the staff is in a consistently foul mood. They have even run out of bagels. Today was the last straw. Young lady could not even acknowledge my presence to tell me she would be right with me. After watching her walk over to a coworker and complain about customers and then slowly write the order on a cup as if it were here 1st day with the alphabet, I waited for One more minute. She walked past several more times and still never acknowledged me. I will never darken their doorway again. 16 miles to Brueggers Bagels and so worth it.
Terrible service, never have stock of popular donuts, employees rude. Always feel like Im asking why do you have no stock of what you sell, donuts!!!? Response of employee, I think was a manager or a lead, short staff and we have no time to make more! This sounds like a you problem. It is basic business 101, have enough inventory to serve your customers or they leave disappointed and dont return.
They take forever to get people thru the drive thru. Should not take 15 minutes to get my stuff.
Terrible service. Sat at the counter for 10+ minutes while employees tended the drive through. When I asked an employee if I could place my order, she ignored me and proceeded to attend the drive through. very dissatisfied
Horrible service , always missing something from my order or my coffee is made incorrectly, hirrhorr management this store alone makes my love for Dunkin Donuts disappear, only if you guys had another Dunkin in Avon with management that cares about customers

2021-12-01Love my local Dunkin. Order from the mobile app so often for the free beverage rewards. Orders are almost always correct, but just like any where mistakes can happen. They are always quick to fix anything. Coffee is always fresh and orders are made quickly but accurately . Thank you !

2021-05-24Car wash didnt work properly - left soap on car. Did NOT RINSE AND DID NOT DRY. Went in to tell clerk. He gave me ticket to use in other bay. Went back out and used other bay. Did Not rinse completely and did NOT dry. Went back to clerk. Sorry ,- no guarantee.. Try our location near exit 9??? Told him to call someone and he said a repair guy had just been there.

2021-04-11Normally LOVE this Dunkin. Gave 4 stars because my most recent visits have not been the greatest. Most of the people who work here are great, there are a few however that can be quite rude! And the coffee can occasionally be hit or miss, it depends on who is working and when!

2021-05-15It took a while until they noticed us standing at the register. Donuts are now $1.25 each. They are always out of the peanut, white cream filled, ape fritter, and strawberry filled donuts. The donuts taste day old.

2021-03-16We love their food and drinks but lately theyve been messing up the orders ie (wrong cheese, wrong type of drink, missing ingredients, etc) and I always forget to check until Im home. IDK if its someone new or what but I hope the attention to detail improves soon.

2020-04-03For the number of times Ive stopped here for food and a coffee, I can say I am very pleased with the service. Almost every time Ive gone here was through the drive-thru and have never had any issues with my order, service, or waiting time. When Ive noticed there were new employees working, I was patient and kind as always and if everyone took the time to be patience and understanding, it makes for a better experience for everyone!
