Nice people very nice atmosphere
Best dunkin near Levittown in Bethpage! They are clean, have a countertop for straws/napkins, holiday decorations. A good vibe. The workers are cheery & greet you. I have dunkins closer to me but I go the extra mile everyday for this one just because they are who I’d rather give my business to. :) Thank you 597 Hicksville rd Dunkin!!!!!!!!
Good food, and hot coffee, stopped by with a couple Co-workers to celebrate my 60th birthday.
Dunkaccinos are completely watered down. Last time I went and ordered 2 cappuccinos. One was a full cup, the other was barely 3/4. Seems like the worker misjudged how much milk to froth for 2 cups and simply didnt care to correct it. Definitely the drawback of getting a cappuccino from DD instead of a coffeeshop.
Good, friendly, burnt my bagel once but the supervisor quickly corrected their mistaken it hasnt happened again, nice woman!
Better and more spacious than most DDs. They have fast service and fullfill orders accurately. They even have a few comfortable cushioned seats, as compared to most that just have traditional hard seating.
Very good and polite staff all of them .i stop by in evening sometimes. and just today got served by balwinder very nice lady makes my coffee always good when im there keep up the good work !!

Always come here almost every morning, morning staff is the best yet AMAR is the rudest and nastiest worker ive ever encountered. Everytime i see i see her its always an attitude absolutely horrible customer service with her i don’t understand how shes still there.

This Dunkin location has a good selection of donuts, bagels, drinks and Baskin Robbins ice cream. If you arrive after 6pm, the donut and bagel selections seem to be less. Hot drinks as well as iced drinks are available here. Lattes, iced or hot as well as cappuccinos are also available. The signature iced lattes are usually well made and handcrafted by the Dunkin barista. There is an extra charge for whipped cream topping on these drinks. *Service is usually prompt and courteous here. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait due to lack of staffing. You might want to consider mobile ordering ahead to avoid the hassle. Tables are clean and available to sit down and eat in store. There are times when the App wont load or work properly, either due to spotty wifi issues or technical glitches. Be aware that using program rewards or deals could be affected by this. There is a small cooler with sodas and juice available for purchase here. They also have a refrigerated section with novelty ice cream cakes and treats for birthdays and seasonal holidays. The store is easy to find and convenient to access from the parking lot as well.

2020-02-22This DD is the best! I’ve been a customer at this location for 7 years now. My job is located right near this place and I come here almost everyday to get coffee for my coworkers and I. The staff here are my favorite and are so nice and generous. I enjoy coming here almost everyday to enjoy their amazing coffees and drinks!

2020-06-07I work for Amazon, I go to the Dunkin donuts down the road every morning before work. Any time I come to work and have to go to this one, my entire day is ruined. They are nice people, but unbelievably imcompetent. I order an english muffin, toasted and I add a beyond sausage because I can not eat cheese nor egg. EVERY OTHER DD in the world has accommodated accordingly and entered my meal correctly.The beyond sausage selection automatically adds egg and cheese, I do not eat that so I do not want to be charged for such. Which is why I ask for it a specific way. This is the only place I cannot and have not recieved my order as I wanted. The cashiers name is Theresa, Ive attempted to show her the proper way that every DD employee has shown me and even converse with her to ask why she would not simply put the order in correctly. She is stubborn and refuses to just listen, even when I waited till there were no customers, time and time again she refuses.So now Im resorting to adding this review.She is a nice lady and I hope she is able to learn to just properly listen to her customers and receive proper training because that was her excuse.

2018-02-18This place serves the go to very fast. They have good collection of bagels. The burgers and has browns are also very tasty and fresh.There are seats of 2. So less chance that you can hangout with lots of friends.It has got an all point ATM which is a very good thing.

2019-04-26I use a perks card. I can prove that. I have been having problems with my coffee tasting funny. Sometimes like perfume or skim milk instead of cream. Loaded with too much sugar things like that at first I thought maybe stupidity or hand lotion but then I started to notice only in the evenings. So I started to return them. Thats when I noticed the manager always giving me a hard time about returning. From going there so long I have made a few friendly worker friends who told me she has been poking fun at how she puts skim milk in my coffee instead of cream.Now the lightbulb goes off in my head all the funny tasting coffees I been getting. She has been sabotaging my coffees so I return them or to make us sick. I dont know. When I confronted this to her she told her boss I am a constant returner. Now I am not allowed to return. I called Dunkin main #. They said they are individually owned and I guess the owners are not willing to talk to me and make this right. They dont care about us. They just covering for her I guess. Should I contact the health dept? Friendly employees also told me Im not the only one she does stuff like this
