Coffee tasted great but they got my order wrong, which I would have asked to be corrected but the staff are mannerly but lack a good understanding of english. There was also a group of five young men hanging outside riding there bike all around the parking lot and swearing and were passing very closely to my car
Great private owned restaurant. Love to patronize a mom and pop place. Owner was on the register and happy to help you. Love a place where they are happy at work.
Very Clean and great selection of donuts and drinks
I just wanted half a scoop of ice cream one flavor and half a scoop another. The guy told me this could not be done and made me go wait back in line again to pay for another 1 scoop. Which is more than just a 2 scoop. I don’t mind paying more but at least charge me for something else to make it a fair price. And don’t be rude either, it was for a pregnant woman
Manager was nice. But this female employee had me waiting 15 minuites for an Iced Mocha Latte while she served other customers who had gotten there after me. To be honest there was at least 7 people who left that had gotten there order before me and ordered more than I did and they still left before me. Unbelievable. To top it all off the female employee failed to make my Ice Mocha Latte properly and neglected to put the cream swirl. If your coming here on your break expect a long wait because the employees here dont cater to whoevers is first its whatever is convenient for them. The manager was the only responsible one there however he didnt take my order although I wish he did and maybe he wouldnt have had me waiting for so long.

Google states that this place closes on Friday at 11:00 p.m so before seeing our movie at tanger we stopped in for ice cream for me and my family. We got there around 10:35 and the one guy working there was very rude and rushing saying we’re closing in 5 minutes and i said “ at 10:40? I thought you guys closed at 11?” He said “ no 10:45 rudely” as he slopped our ice cream together messing up orders and didn’t ask if we wanted anything for toppings and when i mentioned toppings he said hastily and rudely“ toppings cost extra money , as simple as that !” I handled that the best way i could but that’s not how a patron of a business should be treated , thrown around and talked to with disrespect by an employee . When i go back there i will have a little chat with his manager .

If I could give a zero start I would. I am a regular customer and orders are always incorrect. When addressing the issue with the manager, he was rude and insensitive and hung up on us, no need to be rude slow down and make the orders correct or fix the issues. We are paying money for a service from you there is no need to be rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Horrible services they were 2 cashiers and 3 employees. This young man knew i was in line ready to order but he just decided not to take my order. The only one doing there job was and older man. He was taking all the orders and doing everything. The other two were just so useless and lazy not wanting to do their job. They were just on there phones laughing. Knowing that there were people in line. And this is not the first time its happened.
Super generous workers. I had $2 for dunkin due to tmobile and I asked how many munchkins I could get. They said 6 but they gave me 10. Just today I had another $2 due to tmobile so I asked for one donut and a couple munchkins if they can. The guy ended up giving me a donut and 16 free munchkins. holy cow. amazing. favorite dunkin donut ever.
Usually love Dunking Donuts, but each are individually owned. Some are much more user friendly then others. but when you find your good one, you will have pleasant experiences always.
I like the most and my favorite : the turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant/ with Dunkin Donuts coffee/ plus my other favorite Boston Cream Donuts
Well , the iced coffee is great but this store like many many of the other Dunkin donuts have pre cooked and frozen eggs and they are terrible. The only shop that has an actual grill and makes eggs fresh for the sandwiches is in Queensbury NY. The croissants are decent but the eggs are just horrible. Why buy it then? I was really hungry and hoped for an improvement. My own fault but even still...Again the iced coffee is really good but the eggs are horrible.
The older man at the register is really nice but the manager is nasty & not so bright. Everytime i go & hes helping out doing orders he always messes mine up i hate when hes there. Not a big selection of donuts n if u go late there us nothing left. Limited parking very hard to get in & out especially if there growded. Prices r ok.

We hot the cream cheese bagel. Its usually busy during evening time. Chances are youll have to wait around 15-20 mins. Service was ok. We liked our order.
Its Dunkin Donuts so you know exactly whats on the menu.Let me say this ... I have never found a Dunkin Donuts with nicer people!! John and the entire crew at this location are FANTASTIC!!In addition to writing this review and a review on Yelp, I took the time to send a note to DD Corporate letting them know just how lucky they are to have people like this working for them.The coffee, donuts, and breakfast sandwiches are pretty much the same at any DD location, but this location really shines thanks to the amazing people working there!!If you visit, look for John and tell him Mr. Glen sent you!! :-)
Best Dunkin ever! Once you become a regular John and Munir get to know you by name and they always great you with a warm hello! Super friendly and always clean. A few times Ive forgotten my wallet and they let me take my stuff and pay them the next day. I always try to stop by when Im in the area!

The few times I was there was at night on my way to the train station, few days ago was my last one of this guys on the counter was smelling so bad that my face showed so much that the other guy understood, he was wearing just a tshirt, but needed a shower, sorry they dont understand that despite religious beliefs you are dealing with food and the public!

They state they open at 5am, but their opening employees are never on time or just dont care, so the place doesnt open until some time after 6:30... which idea stupid business decision considering there is a Major Train Station down the block. Maybe they dont like to make money here?
Always a good cup of coffee nice and hot iced coffee is really good too especially when you need decaf and they make it dont answer okay enjoy mostly all of them have that famous Sweet Tooth in the back of my mouth someplace keep up the good work Double D

The worst Dunkin I have ever visited, I ordered my ice late caramel with a little ice. And my coffee tasted like pure milk. Which I told him to put more coffee or something he said. That I had to pay extra because they are corporate rules. Which is a lie. I grab my coffee like this all the time. If I could give 0 stars it would be the best. 😴😴

2022-02-20Poor coffee, burned bagels, bad customer service, high pricing and refused to give me the bill. This place is an example of how to rip off money. I always had a bad experience at this outlet. This franchise is ruining dunkin donuts name.

2022-06-26Wasnt overly crowded, very clean, but the cafe au lait was not available at the time of order. The avocado toast could of used some more olive oil, and the hashbrowns half were burnt. The sausage egg and cheese croissant was good overall.

2021-04-08The cold brew chocolate stout is simply yummy, but they go down fast. The egg sausage and cheese on croissant is so good even the dog loves them, she stole the hubbies.. Employees were friendly and shop was so clean. Quick service with smiles.

2021-10-18They are really cheap on how much cream cheese they spread on a bagel. This is not butter to spread thinly. Also another thing I hate is when they put frosted donuts in a bag upside-down. By the time you take it out of the bag all of its frosting is stick to the bottom of the bag. Seriously just use the 12 munchkin box, you can fit two donuts in them 🙄.

2021-04-24Our favorite dunkin. They do often run out of croissants when I want one but the older gentleman that works the register is so nice and makes up for it with other good suggestions and extra munchkins for my kids. Ill always be a regular.

2020-11-21Honestly, a bit disappointed. Walked in and there was an older man behind the counter, and a young lady at the cook station. The gentleman behind the register was running around helping the customers with his mask around his chin. I had to tell him to pull it up. I would have rated lower if it wasnt for the fact that they were fast, and the product was fresh. Do better Dunking, peoples lives depend on it. And before people start complaining, I too work in the service industry. If I can wear a mask at work, so can you.
