Ordered a Mocha Swirl and they gave me an iced coffee. Ordered a chocolate covered donut and they gave me something else. However they were pretty speedy.
Come here for coffe and munchkins more than anything the donuts taste stale all the time and the bagels are trash.
Service could be faster
One visit I went the store was closed and locked at 840 when the sign said open until 10. Other visits had decent service
Normal Dunkin Donuts. However - I had to have them take the coffee back and get a cup of tea because the coffee was old and burnt.

2021-02-28I go here daily ... sometimes twice .. typically I have no complaints but lately I’ve been getting granulated sugar in my iced drinks. I do ask for liquid sugar, any of my iced coffee drinkers out there know regular sugar just sits at the bottom. Also when they’re out of something and I pay with the app I always have issue getting the refund. Been charged twice for an order, still disputing that one.

2020-08-29I love Dunkin, however I’ve been here before and there was a bug in my drink. I got a refund, but still that’s so gross. And today I visited and I asked for a seasonal drink that is displayed everywhere in the store as an ad yet they managed to mess that up! I asked for oat milk in my drink and they gave me almond milk. What if I was allergic to almond milk? I was not satisfied. Don’t go to this one go to the other one in East Islip.

2021-05-15This one by Pats Market is the only one to go to in EI. Quick efficient and order is correct. The other one by Carlton never gets anything right always huge waits. This one for sure

2018-08-02This Dunkin seemingly messes up my order literally every time I go. The quality is inconsistent, and if the staff wasnt friendly it would be 1 star. It shouldnt be a gamble whether my coffee is too bitter or too sweet. Staff needs retraining

2017-09-19Very pleasant staff. Unfortunately whenever I go there they never seem to have regular blueberry muffins (only reduced-fat). Tastes OK but much prefer the regular one.
