Everytime i purchase a cheesy bagel twist i always get it toasted with cream cheese. I wanted to purchase the same at this location. While ordering the guy says they cannot add the cream cheese in the bagel. So i got it toasted with the cream cheese on the side as the guy suggested. When i got my order, the bagel was not even cut in half. I asked them to cut the bagel in half. The guy comes back and says they cannot cut it in half. So i just demanded to get my money back. They refused to add cream cheese to my toasted bagel and also refused to cut it in half. Never going back there again.
Orders are usually accurate. Workers are friendly. Clean inside. Food is hot. When I use the On-the-go ordering on the app, my order is already. *big smiles*
Three times I have been charged for a large ice coffee yet given a medium. Sir, you know who you are..I think I will register that as BAD KARMA ...... they say it comes right back to you!

2022-06-06Place is filthy. Garbage is overflowing. Tables were ALL dirty. Bathroom had no TP or paper towels. Place never used to be this dirty. What’s going on here?

2022-05-15Dunkin’ is known for a rich, savory taste. This place doesn’t deliver that. The coffee is noticeable worse than any other Dunkin. I now go an extra 8 min out of my way to another one.

2019-12-18Very personable and friendly staff who were willing to help. Doughnuts are really fresh and tasty. Baskin Robbins icecream is also sold in here which is really tasty and affordable. Highly recommend the pralines icecream. Truly a delicacy

2022-01-31Young lady behind the counter at approx 8:30am this morning, unfriendly, unprofessional. You can barely hear her. Asked for ketchup she threw it on the counter. She was very unpleasant.

2020-10-27I ordered in the App and I just walked in to ask kindly if its ready or not. I was the only customer in the store. The girl didnt reply me with any word, just rolled her eyes and pointed the other side of counter. No one answered my question even there were three staffs. This was so rude. The worst DD experience in the area. Never want to come back.
