I usually go for their iced tea and powdered and cinnamon donuts. Doesnt seem like every location carries them. I was in luck today and got two powdered donuts. There was a little bit of a wait as only one person was behind the counter doing everything. I didnt mind since they had my 🍩 😸
This is my favorite Dunkin everytime i walk in they already know what i want. And the manager Rony makes the ice coffee the best
Best Dunkin in NYC!!!! I work as a driver, drive the city and love my coffee but this one is the best in NY. Fast service (mobile app), clean and friendly.
I ordered 2 donuts...a jelly and a Boston cream..which has chocolate topping....took donuts home. .Boston cream was in the bag upside down so the chocolate was everywhere except on the donut and if that wasnt bad enough both donuts were stale....thanks for nothing.....I read the other reviews...they must be friends or relatives due to the positive reviews.
Although the people are nice they are definitely skimping on the coffee grounds. This has to be the worst cup of coffee ever. Doesnt taste or even smell like coffee!!! America Runs on Dunkin , not here!!! They need to learn how to make it properly. Absolutely Horrible!!
The workers here really care for their workplace and customers. The dining area is always clean and staff is super friendly. I started going here because its on the way to my kids school and after only the 2nd visit they remembered my order and prepped it as soon as I walk in.
This Dunkin Donuts has a good handful of seats and blasting AC to keep you cool in the summer. The people here are nice. However, their advertised Free Wifi didnt quite work for me - left disappointed.
Their website said Donut is free for active military on Veteran’s Day, but when I went there, showed the military ID, the male staff said “No discount today.” and even gave me some attitude. What a disappointed day!
Great staff at this location. Wish it was like this at all D&Ds, maybe I would still be a frequent customer..Especially by house , yea 2 thumbs down to Rockaway Parkway Brooklyn, NY by L train.This is how you do it.
As long as you go in with a completed Tell Dunkin code and always look forward to your free doughnut with Medium drink purchase, there is nothing to realistically complain about other than panhandlers who come up to you asking for money and people who sit there without ordering anything.
Will never order from here again. First the guy was upset because I asked him to remove the whip cream on my ice latte after I repeatedly said no whip cream. He got mad again when I said something about him not having on a mask or gloves. His revenge was putting raw coffee grinds in my latte.
Third class service. I ordered regular tea and they give me coffee. Manager behavior is not good.
I love their coffee, I am addicted to the dark roast with caramel as the sugar substitute. Yum, yum!!!

Refuse my tmobile tuesday coupon for latte will be calling your corp i already called tmobile to filed you guys have a partnership with tmobile and must honor it will file a complaint!
They claim their system has been down or that their scanner “isn’t working” whenever I try to use my T-Mobile coupon even though the scanner manages to still scan for the Dunkin app ! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIARS !!!

2022-07-13Now for order the cold drink,they will do Water into the drink,doesn’t matter you pay extra milkthey just do half or less …Dont ask me how I know,because people always drink coffee will be know the difference between adding water and milk and it can be seen from the color

2021-04-07Food was as expected, but the price was slightly higher then other dunking donuts around the city. My order total was about a $1 extra usually I would not of paid mind to it, but when this is gonna be your new spot to purchase you regular order. It adds up over time

And they have to tell people who are not eating their to get out and stop doing transactions in there they have nothing to do with the food. And we just like other people have said dysfunction Donuts coffee is really watered down. And I will know I hit a pole Dunkin Donuts I love it but the coffee here is horrible

2019-05-23Barely any coffee taste in their coffees. To make up for the lack of taste they just add a bunch of sugar/syrup in there. This is especially truth with their promotions. This is not the first dunking donut franchise i seen doing this and they all seem to be run by Indians/middle eastern people. These people nickel and dime everything and are honestly destroying the DD brand. To add injury to insult, your foods and drinks are not exactly cheap or any cheaper compared with Starbucks where all employees speak almost perfect English and are generally nice and friendly. DD employees all seem to be either high or think they are too good for their job while sucking at it.

2019-06-05EDIT 6/5/19: This Dunkin took my T-Mobile coupon, no problem at all today, so Im editing my review from one star up to four. The two employees that refused my coupon werent there. Perhaps it is a problem with management, but my experience this morning was pleasant as it has been for the past 3 years, so I am updating accordingly.__________(ORIGINAL REVIEW) The last couple trips to this Dunkin have been pretty disappointing. Ive been going to this specific location pretty regularly for about 3 years and have never had an issue. I recently switched phone carriers to T-Mobile and they have a weekly free latte offer on their app. The last couples times Ive tried to redeem it, Ive been told the system is down, or our scanner isnt working. This wasnt a big deal, but I went to another Dunkin and saw how they scanned in the coupon. The scanner at this Dunkin is working fine, they just dont want to redeem the coupon - and make up excuses. I went back yesterday and asked them to try to scan the coupon. They rang a medium latte up on one computer, and used a separate computer scanner to scan my phone. I politely told them ...thats a different scanner that isnt connected to the computer. The two employees helping me got sort of hostile over this, and deleted the latte that was rung off the initial computer and pretended to attempt to scan my coupon. I then pointed out.. you deleted the latte, so the system doesnt know what youre scanning. You see, the screen facing the consumer shows us this information.This is really insulting to the intelligence of consumers... Im not trying to be ridiculous over an inexpensive latte, but if you dont want to honor the coupons, do the right thing and officially tell T-Mobile youre a non-participating store. I would give this place 4 stars for the past couple years, but based on these last couple experiences, youre getting one. Ill update when positive changes are implemented.
