Very disrespectful staff. They let you wait even if there is no people ahead. In many occasions they were hiding in the back and being too lazy to take orders, especially the lady and old man.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!! If I could give no stars or even negative star I would. My mother went to get two coffees today and when she got there the line was at the door. She waited 15 minutes on line. When it was her turn to order, a male worker got her order and once he left to go fulfill orders, he forgot her order while he kept her waiting. One of them was 5 cream and the other was 3 cream. She got the coffees and noticed a dark lid and so she checked it. He made the 5 cream coffee absolutely black. He even wrote it on the cup. So she took it back to have him fix it and when she set it down it spilled a little. My mom showed that he made it black and he got mad at her for spilling it a little on the countertop. He was absolutely disrespectful and cursed at my mother and they had a huge confrontation that led to a constant back and forth. He even told her to never come back to the store. He made her coffees once more and he made the 3 cream with 2 cream and she asked him to add a little more cream and he absolutely refused to. The other workers were even supporting the man and talking back to my mother. He has absolutely no respect for a lady and for a customer. Him and the other worker. The customer is supposed to be their priority and to male the customer happy. He is not a man. This is the absolute worst place to get coffee. Never ever get coffee from here. Hopefully justice will be served. This location has bad service and they change workers every other week. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

Great customer service. Some of my munchkins was stale. Coffee too syrupy. I wish i can add my own flavor. They over do it. And they dont stir in the sugar. Not sure if im suppose to ask but when i finish my coffee a thick syrup was at the bottom

Menu did not indicate this location is kosher. It showed meat and everything else on the normal menu. Staff was not friendly, but then, it is NYC. The cashier was very difficult to understand, but...it is NYC. Only a small counter for standing, no seating. Tight quarters for customers and staff. The breakfast sandwiches were good, but the service was slow, and I wouldnt return. If they are going to operate kosher and Dunkin allows that, they really need to make the menus reflect it!

The guy that works there Wednesday morning mistaken my order big time ,and was very rude about it. The sandwich was burned, coffee I threw it to garbage. Dont bother going to this location, staff is rude and inexperienced. Its a lot better location on Broadway and 89th st

There is one staff person who deserve so much praise. She is exceptional. Really makes the store great.I enjoy going in here and getting my coffee..I DO THINK THEY NEED TO BRING BACK THE LEMONADE ICE TEA THOUGH!!

Its placement is great for when I drop the kids off at school across the street and wanna familiar cup of coffee.Its warm, theres adequate seating, and people watching along this section of Amsterdam Ave is interesting enough. However, thats ALL I buy here, the menu prices are too high for mediocre food. Theres better options on that street alone...

Speed and urgency is not of essence at this location, however, staff is friendly and courteous. Taste like any other Dunkin out there, so good if youre looking for consistency between branches.
