Typical DD, friendly staff, facility was a little on the messy side.
Used to be the best place in riverhead. Had the best staff!Now the staff isn’t friendly, one person working with a line & is incredibly slow. Left. Wanted 1 hot coffee & waited 20 minutes. Couldn’t wait any longer.
They all were very unaware and were not proper trained regarding the pricing and quantity. They made us wait for half and hour yet, could not figure out how to charge . 3 of them unbelievable

Visiting the area from out of town. The tall man who processed my payment and order was incredibly rude and lacking any ounce of customer service. Worst of all he is a bigot. I am a woman with long hair all the way down to my hips and an ID that says Female yet he addressed me as a sir. Definitely not recommending this Dunkin Donuts location.
They took the tables and chairs out, but the food etc. Is still the way you expect it to be, good stuff..
You find good coffee and good service
They are very consistent, when you give horrible service that’s not a good thing. Be prepared for a wrong order, or when placing a large order no drink stickers.
The coffee is the best in town and donuts are always fresh the service is excellent the placenter is kept very clean the best coffee store in long island

Just left after purchasing Boston cream and jelly donuts. When I got home the chocolate frosting from the Boston cream was stuck to the bottom of the bag. No wax paper. Both of the donuts was too light on the filling. Very disappointed

The only store we found open early in the morning, we needed coffee and a quick snack!!!! Especially in the winter when road crew are out working all night long.

It was great i wanted to try the new frozen pumkin drink and i didnt like it, so i asked the worker if it was ok that i got a caramel craze and he switched it with no problem. Greatly appreciated.

Quality of the hot food has taken a nosedive (got cold eggs last couple times) and getting the food itself takes a long time. Coffee is still fine but look elsewhere if you also want food

I always do mobile ordering at this location. Every time I do it it’s always wrong. I have gotten coffee with milk when asking for almond milk and I’ve gotten the wrong donuts many times. There have been multiple times I’ve gotten there at least 20 min after placing the order and it’s not all there. I’ve gone in a few times to order and that’s when they get at least the coffee right.

Enjoyed a classic large cappuccino I noticed all the donuts were fresh & eye popping so I got a specialty donut & Yum. I wish that all D@D had more charge ports for computers & smart phones . Business would really increase because not everyone likes Starbucks .
Got an iced coffee it tasted sour the server refused to remake and only added more creamer and handed it back to me, I think the creamer had gone bad I couldnt drink it disgusting.

Infact in the morning before going to work, I look forward to getting my coffee and seeing All the smiles and friendly staff that work here in Riverhead Dunkin Donuts.Whats nice is that no matter what time of day, I stop in for coffee and or food, I am always greeted with a smile and courteous manner. Many times its only the young people working and they do a great job.I also use the On the Go app and my food and coffee are waiting for me.Moses has a great staff put together!
This Dunkin Donuts has improved its service quality considerably over the last few months. Since this particular one is the only one in this area that is open 27hrs, this is particularly notable and welcome. Ive also noticed theyve recently started keeping more donuts on the shelves even during slack/non busy times which is great for those on a whim, need a quick donut and coffee fix even when it comes at say 2am.

Dunkin Donuts in BJs in Riverhead is disgusting. They were shut down three times by the local authorities for bugs. I wouldnt drink the coffee if they paid me.

Its a place I often visit for coffee and croissants, but yesterday I visited the wardrobe and I was disappointed that I couldnt use it.Wouldnt it be nice to keep it open all the time like McDonalds?

2022-06-05Very sweet, but they also have a great nutty flavored black coffee if that’s what you prefer. It’s. Dunkin, what else can I say for a franchise?P.S. looks a lot nicer with the renovations. Plus they have Baskin Ice Cream. Great selections.

2021-11-17Don’t do curbside pick up unless you want to wait 30 minutes. The man told me that it took so long because I put the wrong make of car so noone knew i was there ( i was parked im the only curbside parking spot mind you) but right on the receipt the correct car was there. So incredibly rude and on top of that my coffee‘s were made completely wrong.

2021-11-25This is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to ! Everytime I order, they forget my food. Today a whole box of donuts was missing and i called on 10 separate occasions and of course no one answers the phone as usual . Always have problems with curbside & the manager is SOOOOO unprofessional! This is a serious problem and needs to addressed because this Dunkin’ Donuts is absolute trash

2022-01-07This place is always slow, constantly having to redo orders, doesnt seem to have pick up orders ready... all this I observed while waiting online with my daughter to make a purchase. There were quite a few angry customers whose orders were either wrong or not ready for pick up.

2021-10-04Giving this place 5 stars only because of their employee Tyrik...not sure how to spell his name. He was working in the ice cream section just now. There was a customer who wanted to wash his hands and an employee pointed where the bathroom was. He said it was locked and if he needed a key but the employee said if its locked its because someone is in it.While the other employees would have had me and another just standing there waiting to wash our hands in bathroo. Tyrik actually stopped what he was doing and helped us. He even cleaned up the bathroom before i entered. Thank you Tyrik. Great job hiring this young gentleman who also was super polite and well mannered. Great worker!

2022-03-17Service is extremely extremely slow. They will have 5 or 6 people behind the counter with 1 person taking orders. Frustrating. The last owner did a way better job
