Drive through only. Two Windows and have only ever seen both open ONCE. The drive through line of cars gets so backed up that cars at the end are waiting out on the main road (almond street). And this is not just based on one anecdotal experience. It’s every time I have decided to get food and coffee from this Dunkin, at all times of my the day, any day of the week.I do use the app to pay for and place my orders before leaving to pick them up so the employees don’t have to ask questions when they’re so clearly overworked and understaffed as it is..My advice to whoever is the owner of this franchise store - have a tiny little lobby or area directly inside so people can place orders in the shop should they so choose.Don’t make it a dine in location but let us have either option. At least in the US we have had this system for as long as we can remember for ordering food. Un store ir drive thru (or some places to gen bring your food out to you wifi can work rework wokorder our food in person where we can see what we are getting OR tables or chairs. Wish more people did that. They’d be saving everyone including themselves time, money, and more accurate better prepared meals since the employees wouldn’t be so. overwhelmed.
This is a drive-through only Dunkin. Several times that I have been through here, the lines were very long -- and with good reason. I have noticed that just about every car that stops here needs several minutes to complete their transaction. At first, I thought that the customers were just making unusually large purchases. But its clearly the fault of the employees. Although they appear adequately staffed, the employees seem to take their sweet time about everything they do. I asked one of the guys at the window once why it took so long to complete my purchase, and he made a snarky, rude reply to the effect that if I didnt like it, I could take my business elsewhere. Theyre not always that slow -- weekends are a real crapshoot and seem to be the slowest -- but if I go now and see a line, I pass them by.
This Dunkin has two windows yet it never has the second window open which results in having an extremely long line
Drive though only. 515AM 520AM sign shows open and no cars in line ( one parked near the exit after getting their order) I sit for 5+ minutes with no one taking orders. Pull out of the parking lot to see a person on a bicycle at the drive up window having a conversation while drinking coffee smoking a cigarette leaningon the window. This is not the first time Ive seen this. The few times Ive stopped in the mornings the staff are rude, take forever to take your order of coffee and a bagel.
Pulled in to get a coffee on my lunch break at 1:40pm (1340). Both drive throughs were closed but I saw an employee near the back door so I drove to the menu. I asked “are you open?” And received no response. Upon driving around the back the employee went inside, closed the door, turned the lights off, and put down a guard in front of the drive through window.
This is my FAVORITE Dunkin to go to in Syracuse. They are always nice & friendly. They always make my order perfect. I recommend highly to everyone
While the service was friendly, the wait was interminable. Staff had one window open and 15+ cars waiting, lots of people leaving rather than waiting. I saw 5 staff. Why not open another window. 2 on each window and a runner.
Told me I couldn’t have my butter on the side and I told her when I worked for dunkin we would put a small bit in the small cup (not the customers fault you don’t buy the sides of butter for your store), again told me I can’t have butter on the side and globs the butter onto my croissant and I had to throw it away. Glad I could waste my money when I literally go there EVERY DAY 🙃
Good place to grab-and-go coffee, donuts and sandwiches. They have two drive-thru lanes but I recommend avoiding the one on the left. The angle of the turn makes it very difficult to get close to the speaker and place your order.
Love the concept, hate the doughnuts. This place is SO convenient! Quick and easy. Alas, while once fresh made and tasty, with good coffee, the quality of both coffee and pastry has declined significantly over the years.
Line is normally long at this particular dd. Although when you do order it comes out quickly. I was surprised to find out they do not carry vanilla frosted doughnuts here. So strange!
The service I received from Destiny Was beyond rude and uncaring. She charged my order wrong. I gave her the coupon and she scanned it as I thought but it never came off so my bill was full price. I asked her Nicely to please fix it and she gave me a attitude then she said she refunded the total amount and I owed them then she said it took $4 and I owe the rest. Like r u serious what do u even mean???? Then the drink I asked for specifically to have 7 pumps of liquid sugar in it came with none. The medium drinks are $2 with perks on the dunkin app.
Completely overpriced! I ordered a caramel iced coffee that was UTTERLY DISGUSTING! There was no ice at all,or caramel& the coffee itself tasted like it was hours old! This isnt my 1st time having a bad experience here! The line is about 20-25 minutes which is a LONG time to wait especially considering the poor quality of what should have been a simple cup of coffee!! This time however,I drove back to the window and requested to see the manager...He was rude, grabbing my coffee,dumped it out stating looks fine to me!never apologized ** THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS SUPPOSED TO BE RIGHT** and how can he tell how it tastes by looking at it!Overall it was one of the WORST experiences i have EVER had! I will NEVER visit a Dunkin Donuts AGAIN!
I love their vanilla bean coolatta. I have been drinking it for years. I wish they would bring back the grilled cheese sandwich. But the wake up wrap is great
The one and only drive thru I use these days. Avocado toast, oat milk, and meatless breakfast sandwiches??? I’m never going anywhere else.
I just went thrue a line twice and the girl was rude and swore. After making me late for work i received my coffee completely wrong. The service here is horrible. The people that qork there are unprofessional and shouldnt be qorking in customer service.

Called 3 times to check on order, no one ever picked up. Order showed up incorrect.
Ive been there three different times in the past month and every time theyre out of most of their things on the menu. The last time, they took my order and I waited in line for ten minutes to then be told they didnt have eggs. Then asked for something else and they didnt have that item either.. will not be back.
Visited here around 2:45 in the afternoon. The croissant was supposed to be heated but it was cold. The guy that took our order...and the girl at the window...while not exactly unfriendly, just seemed uninterested. Good thing its just a drive thru. Probably wont come here again.
Not fast food!The employees are cordial and friendly. Also, while I was waiting at the window, I saw one cleaning up what was likely a spill on the floor. The food quality is consistent with other DD locations I have visited. The low rating comes from what anyone would consider unreasonable wait times for a fast food chain, especially a drive-thru only location. To not have both lanes open at 8 A.M. on a weekday morning is undoubtedly a poor management decision, reflected in the ten car backup I sat through. If a competitor opened a similar store nearby, this DD would have a very difficult time keeping their customers.
Drive in is litte difficult, you have to curve the vehicle to speak into the speaker set and have to hit reverse to get back in to the line. But on the good side if you are a regular there they have multiple windows and you will probably know which window not to go to.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DD IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES OR A RESTRICTED DIET. This particular stores location may seem convenient until you drink or bite into something you did not order. They repeatedly get my simple single orders incorrect with very wrong ingredients. I will not return.
Coffee is great, but the double thru only open sometimes. Although it advertises 7am- 11:30am. In fact its closed and its 10:45am! Slow going, but need the fuel!
I stop here almost daily. I love my coffee in the morning. I cant help but look forward you stopping in here first thing in the morning to get my first cup. They almost give Recess Coffee a run for their money
My food was warm and smelled old. I ordered a hot CARAMEL coffee with almond milk...I got old coffee with no flavor so no sugar...sooooo dissatisfied
Fast and efficient service. They need to maintain the drive thru areas and the lot. The drive thru areas were hard to get through due to excessive snow and slush build up.
The worker who served me accidently made my iced coffee without the flavor lol and kindly took it back and fixed it. And gave me napkins to clean the cup had coffee on it but it was great iced coffee very good. Thanks!
This location is constantly opening late. Today they were still closed at 6:30!! Normal hours are 5 am! Get more reliable workers if that’s your issue. Also they always screw up orders.
Gave us two large black coffees. Not what we ordered. They didnt put anything in it. And its drive through only with a massive line so we couldnt go back and get it fixed.

This is the best Dunkin in town! Most of the other locations mess up your order but this one has always been 100% perfect!
Drive thru only. There are 2 separate lanes but usually only one is open, so the wait times can be really long if there are more than 3 or 4 cars. Theyve also messed up my orders on multiple occasions. You cant go inside, so Im not sure why they have a huge parking lot.
First time recognizing that this is only a drive thru Dunkin. But overall the staff was fast and precise. And the cosmic coolata was delicious

This is a drive-thru only location so its important to know what you want before you arrive. They have also been out of stock of many bakery items many times.
I am very disappointed. I come here almost every morning at 5:20 am and they say they arent open yet because the other employee hasnt came to work yet. This has happened too many times. This is poor business.

2022-02-28The customer service is amazing on Monday through Saturday. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is , This location is never EVER open on Sundays at the time notated on there website. I work locally and have arrived at this location at 545 am for 8 weeks in a row and they are never open. The website and the employees I spoke to on the other days state that this location is to open at 5am even on Sunday. I am arriving 45 minutes past open and still absolutely no service. This would be a 5 star restaurant if they opened when the website states they open. I don’t think you could find friendlier staff at any other locations.

2022-06-22I go here regularly and always get treated with respect (all of yall leaving reviews on poor customer service really makes me wonder how youre treating them in the first place? you get back what you put out into the universe). My coffee is always made perfectly. If theyre ever out of something I mobile ordered on the app, they let me know and already have some kind of alternative in mind to suggest. Even when the line of cars is backed out to the street they get through the orders super quickly and you never wait more than 10 mins MAX at peak hours.

2022-04-17The worst place i ever been too, the management was worst then the employees. Hot food served cold, when took it back to help them about it? Manager told me, you ate half the order a refused to return my money or replace it. I said, mam i bite into one that stuck together n had to spit it out cold n nasty tasting. Extremely rude experience, never should anyone go there.

2022-02-19I have never had such nasty customer service before. I know it is hard to find workers, I know it is not the most glamorous job, but it doesn’t mean you have to be rude and mean. I went back to have it remade and she literally argued with me. Who does that? If you don’t like working with the public and can’t be a decent human being, then find yourself a job where you don’t have to interact with the public.

2019-10-31Slowest DD Ive ever been to. I stop here after work for nothing more than a coffee. Always 10 minutes. These people are painfully slow. Update.....so Im back. Both lines are backed up. Ive been here at least 15 minutes. This place SUUUUUCKS!!!!!!

2021-09-07I love Dunkin, but this is the worse one by far. They are the slowest Ive ever been to. They dont even attempt to keep their lines moving. To top it off they are never friendly to their customers. Thank goodness Dunkin has opened more locations.
