Never have anything to bad to say about Dunkin Donuts.
Donuts are always fresh with great customer service .
I live nearby and while it’s the only Dunkin Donuts in the area, you can’t get any donuts past 7pm and that’s if you’re lucky. If you want donuts and it’s around 8pm and on, dont even do it to yourself.
WORST DUNKIN IN New York , slow service coffee is watery. Open 24 hours but have one person working a heavy overnight shift. 3 times I placed a pickup order arrived and still had to wait 20 min. Worst service was from subel overnight staff does not care. Do notmplace pickup order there too slow
I love it.But now they dont have Decaf or they dont want to make it . I buying my coffee everyday. And always said the machine is no working.
The usual. I always get hash browns for breakfast but sometimes there is so little workers in the kitchen that a small order can take 10 minutes. I was nearly late for class.
I was blown away today with the rock hard bagel and muffin I received. Its a shame you have to be on site and watching closely to receive proper service but they did not have any mistakes when taking my money. I will NEVER order from this Dunk in Doughnuts AGAIN! They did not even deserve 1 star..
Horrible customer service first of all. I work late nights and I went there because they are advertised to be open 24hour. Most nights I get to at least buy a coffee but it depends on what employee is working at the time. One employee told me they don’t start serving coffee until 6am when I’ve been buying coffee from there at random times of the night. Not to mention that he was very rude and did not acknowledge me standing outside waiting for him to come to the window and take my order. I rang the doorbell and that’s when he came and told me I had to come back at 6. This pissed me off because it was 5:35 🙄
I cant believe that Ive been here for 20 mins and the guy upfront is extremely slow. Worst experience ever.
Service has improved but...they are not following on the 6feet social distancing.. myself and three other customers were standing on the marks they have on the floor...but then 4 men walk in..and the workers nor the manager says anything...they proceed to look at the menu and still no one says anything...they werent wearing mask...the masks were on their wrist.
I went last nite to get some ice coffee i noticed a cockaroach on the counter i know he saw but did nothing about it never again do not eat from here it needs to be shut down for roach Infestation
Never have any donut variety at night! Absolute waste of time if youre wanting a specific something and its late. Youll likely leave feeling disheartened that you got second best thanks to lack of prep. 🤷♀️✌ DDs hot chocolates are still where its at though.
I goto this location every once in a while , but I prefer the one on 174th street more. When I go here if I order a sandwich with a plain bagel it might come burnt sometimes, might be extremely tough, iced coffee might not have been mixed properly so I end up with a mouthful of sugar crystals, etc. these guys mess up a lot and I see new staff every now and then. Might be because of the rudeness I see described in other reviews.
I love DD the employees are so nice and respectful to me I get a coffee every morning and no matter what time of day or night I go.....I leave happy and its not many places you can go and say that about
I ordered a decaf latte today and they gave me caffeine. I literally ordered the latte for the flavor since Im outside I dont usually order caffeine because it bothers my stomach 😑
They never get the order right. The store for some reason is always extremely hot, they need air conditioning and a manager overseeing the staff. With so many DDs in walking distance, go to the next one (Fordham and Jerome).
One of the workers was busy arguing with her boyfriend in front of everyone at this location. Took a good 5-8 mins for the person on the register to take down my order because she was busy focusing her attention on her co-worker.
RUDE employees. Ordered on the Dunkin’ app and they only gave me part of the whole order. I had to wait for the rest of the order.

First I went into the store and I wasnt helped until about t minutes after because the 2 staff that was working was eating and talking while looking at me wait. Ive asked for a coffee coolatta and Ive recieved it. However the guy added too much coffee syrup which made it undrinkable and it was nasty. I said can I get another one, he said thats how they are made. Didnt want to give me a refund and he was being disgusting and had an attitude. Then gave me a refund and said something under his breath. After years of drinking coffee coolatta, youre going to tell me thats how they are made? If thats so then Ill just go to McDonalds. Dont play with me
This was my first time at this Dunkin Donuts location.I was disappointed because the ceiling fell down due to a leak. This establishment comtinue to hand custumers their food in the pick up food section that was right below where the ceiling had fallen. I was so shocked that the employees didnt seem to worry that water or debris could fall on their customers food. What I dont understand is why didnt the employees just hand the customers their food at the register where they paid for their food. Needless to say, because of that incident I would not be eating at the Dunkin Donuts location.

No real complaints about the store itself. its good n decent service. my probs r with the no drive-thru and most especially, the difficult location. parking is difficult and its all paid timed pkg. lastly, if ur coming from g. concourse u can drive right by if not careful to exit to side road b4 u get close!!

A lil pricier than i remember dunkin being but still around the same quality. The last few times they messed up a little bit but nothing major. Staff is usually friendly and efficient.
Good donuts awesome coffee . Service kind of slow the deals is ok on holidays . The seating is ok warm place to chill on cold day and have some hot coco.

I place an order of Ice latte and got nothing but milk when ask to correct I was told it comes like that I ask him again to fix it and he refuse to when I ask for his name his responds was I got no name I ask the cashier to give me the young man name his said to leave it please I said No Im intitle to have his name to do the survey and then I told the cashier to give me his name and he nodded his head and said no he continued talking to the young man of course I there language the guy then said its Jim of course thats not his name...so I look at the receipt and saw the cashier name which is Mohsin S. I Will NEVER EVER ENTER DISRESPECTFUL LOCATION AND CREW..FROM A 100%DISSATISFIED DD PERK CUSTOMER I loaded a picture of the Latte.
This Dunkin was okay, you must have more employee in store at 10Am. If morning is when you do your biggest business.
Sells Dunkin Donuts and Bask in Robbins ice cream. Store kept clean, has drive through window and parking. Never crowded.

2022-03-23By far one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I ever been too cashier name shahzad was extremely rude eye rolling and all and this was after I help her translate for the customer in front of me. Then i made a complaint online and got offered a free donut with of course a purchase of a medium hot coffee in order to get the free donut what a joke

2021-10-15Its always something at this Dunkin. I ordered ahead and still had to wait on line for 10 minutes when I got there and then they made my order. The iced tea tasted old like either it was not fresh or the dispenser was not cleaned properly.
