My go to for my iced caramel latte with sausage, egg and cheese croissant. I like going through the driver, much quicker.
Dirtiest nasty bathroom. Full of poop no toilet paper at 930am. Hasnt been cleaned in who knows how long. I asked a worker and he did nothing. And it was as cold inside as it was outside. Not friendly, asked me why I needed a small cup with cold milk for the hot chocolate, smh.
The worst DD you could ever find. Headquarters are even WORSE! I went there and the first night when I called he said we close at 9:40 ( which is a false time) so I went the next day and ALTHOUGH GOOGLE SAYS 10PM, THEY WERE CLOSED AT 8PM. The funny part is customers were still dining in with the doors locked. Then when I asked him why did they close so early, he said because we have inspection sometimes WHATTTTT? OH AND THE NEXT MORNING, I CALL THE STORE TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND HE HANGS UP ON ME NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE, BUT 3 DAMN TIMES!!! Will not visit anymore...dont waste your time at all.
Big sign out front says 24 hours. Website says they close at 10pm. Its currently 9.33pm, staff 8nside with doors locked. Loos like everyone inside just hanging out. Not cool.
Poor customer service, several times I have gotten the incorrect item, but besides that it’s a regular Dunkin to me coffees pretty good.
I will always buy there, but yesterday I had a bad experience, I went with my daughter, and my 5 goddaughters to eat ICE cream and Glazed donuts. There a lady with her son, in front of me, Im doing my shift, this gentleman of African or Haitian nationality does not know, he wanted to order a coffee, comes to my front, and the one in the cash register takes care of him, I say to the employee, permission, it is my turn the gentleman, nothing kindly shouts words to me, in their language of origin. I am a Latina citizen of this country, he thought that because he was with so many children he was Mexican, he continued with his insults, I proceeded to defend myself, and nobody of the employees said anything, with 6 girls under 10 years old. spend $ 95 and he only bought a coffee. I only leave this comment in case this gentleman ever passes by and reads it. Education is not bought and less respect. May God cleanse your heart of so much evil. Blessings
Out of all the Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to this is the worst. But for a simple coffee and dozen donuts it’s fine. Make sure you try your coffee before leaving . They never get it right
The male staff wanted to cheat me with the Banana price he called $1.00 , instead of 85c. It was when l reacted that he changed tune - awful! The Coffee was not as hot as expected prepared by the female staff; although she has public human relations .
The service was ok but when I went to order a macchiato w/ mocca flavor when the lady prepared it she did not prepare it correctly it was like having a cup of coffee there was no foam and there was no mocca flavor even though I have stirred it up. and I did not taste the espresso this was very disappointing I will not be ordering any specialty drinks from there any more if I go back.
Recently their drive through has been slow. I waited 10 minutes for a coffee. I couldnt leave as there was someone behind me. Speed up the drive through.
I’ve ordered a couple times through Uber eats and they absolutely can’t read. I don’t understand how you mess an entire order up EVERYTIME!!!!! I would not order from this location. Horrible
This is a Baskin N Robins/ Dunking Donuts shop and the person at the counter was very helpful and l knowledgeable.
I Went to This Location And The Staff are Extremely Rude Dirty Bathrooms Dirty Untensils Unsanitary My Grandmother and I Ordered Hot Coffee and we had to Demand Our Change we payed with a $20 Bill and The Employee By The Name of Salime Gave Us Half Cups of Of Cold Coffee and When we Asked Him To Exchange it He Was Nasty and Refused To then The manager had yell at him In Order to get our order correct HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE The Worst Ive Ever had at any Dunkin Donuts Location.

While I was waiting for my order, I tried to put a quarter in the donation card on the counter. A dude behind the counter whipped up to ask, Are you taking them?? Um, no? Who steals quarters from a leukemia charity?Long story short, lost a regular customer of five years today. Thanks for that, buddy.
Very slow service. So slow that patrons began to mumble complaints to each other because I was taking to long. Not sure how I was the reason my order was incomplete and delayed but...WHATEVER. lol.
I Always buy a ice mocha latte before work , they made it just the way i like it.

Idk but something was very off about my coffee today, mine and my brothers. Felt like a leftover pot or something. I usually love DD and this one is great but today I ended up throwing up multiple times because of it.
Horrible! Tried to drive through the drive thru at 12:15am and there was a sign that said the store was closed til 5:30am! I called and the employee that picked up said the night shift guy didnt show up! Horrible service! 24 hours ? Yeah, not true!

2022-04-03Good location, the service is quick and they are very polite, drive thru and walk-in available, Baskin and Robbin Ice Cream. A trick use the app to order to get deals and points. The new Omelette bites 👍 just add a little ketchup.

2022-04-03Staff very unprofessional. It 1:40 n the afternoon and their counting draws. Saying the register is closed . Customers are just standing waiting to be service. Then when serve the order is wrong and the drinks is disgusting. I was service by hamza.

2022-01-04I got the sourdough egg sandwich. It comes with two eggs, bacon 🥓, and White Cheddar 🧀. Its quite filling but I think it could use a little Mayo and some salt and pepper. Then I washed it all down with a large peppermint mocha Signature Latte. Make sure you say Signature Latte because otherwise theyll get confused and give you a regular coffee flavored with peppermint mocha.

2021-09-16This is the slowest moving Dunkin’ donuts in the bx. The staff in the morning does not care about fast food and getting there customers to work or school on time….. if you want fast service from a staff that works just to get you going on ur way with the best coffee please take the time you would waste in line at this place and go down the block to the Dunkin’ on Conner st ! Now that’s fast and great work ethics!!

2021-01-18Make my day wastedThe Management was awesome when the old store manager DASH and his wife used to work here. Every Morning used to come here to get my coffee but a few months ago I saw the new lady store manager. Ive noticed the lady does rough behavior to the employee often. She did this today as well. I am sorry to say that the last 11 years of relation between me and this Dunkin Donuts and their employees, I am breaking it today. I wont come to this location ever in my life. I have another Dunkin Donuts near to my home at 2015 Boston road. Thank you for your service for(11 years - 18 months about) = 9 years and 6 months about.Not again here at this place.

2018-03-22The area is not super busy so theres never a line. Same as every Dunkin experience, the donuts are stale after 1pm but the coffee is always hot. Dark roast is always suggested as thats the only tolerable decent drink.The ice cream was good and youre able to sample beforehand. The service was friendly and would visit again.

2018-11-24I was there as a customer and those people were verbally rude, I order a large milkshake and hash browns first of all they took forever they give me the hash browns but make me wait 10 minutes at the drive-thru. Then they tell me out of flavor. They were rude and disrespectful. Even owner meena was there and refused to listen to me. I was seriously offended. Never coming back there. Rude owners and rude staff.....
