I only get one kind of drink and normally bagels or one kind of doughnut. Never been not satisfied here. Once I was given the wrong doughnut, and once I was given a coffee. With coffee grounds in it. But no matter how many mistakes they make they always make it right. I got the doughnut I wanted and I got the drink I wanted. I will always go back here for the holes and cream.

I went to another Dunkin Donuts and the way that they made my coffee was absolutely disgusting. On my way to work I stopped at this Dunkin across from Turning Stone and asked them if they can please fix it. The manager (I believe) Josh was wonderful. He was so empathetic and understanding. I wanted to pay for the coffee, but he said because it was made incorrectly to not worry about it. He also said that we like to make everything perfect to the guests needs in hopes that his guests will come back and visit the store. All I know is that Josh was excellent and he is wonderful with customer service. I was so pleased by the way he was that this store is going to get my business. He should be promoted to a manager or something else within the company, because he has what it takes to go far in this kind of work. His staff as well was amazing. I have never felt so much at home like I did there. Thank you again.

I used to work here and the customers are amazing and the staff was ready to get down to business id recommend this dunkin to everyone scott is an amazing manager and the people and atmosphere is amazing id even recommend this place for a good job place.

Refused to make a drink for me that I get all of the time only an hour away. Wouldnt even try. If there was a zero rating, thats what they would get.

Josh along with the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful!! Cant wait to grab my Dunkin on my way to work every morning. You guys great & do a fantastic job. Keep up the good work. Verona is where its at!!!

This is the slowest DD Ive ever been to. Its the only one on my way to work and I have no choice but to use this one. I get in line and its at least 10 mins before I can even order. And even when theres a minimum customers in drive through its still very slow. These people need to understand that at least 90%of these customers are on their way to work. And they should hire more staff or teach them how to work when busy times arrive.

They had no flavor. Decided that was fine only to find no sugar and even though we will were in a store they did not get sugar Everyone went across the street to the bean bar. What a great find. DD train you employee what to do because you lost a huge amount of people

Theres cars lined up out into the road and down the street very dangerous to try and pull in here . the guy making the food has very greasy hair dirty in appearance unkept and he is in charge of making the donuts , yuck.

Eerily empty. Two employees which had to be summoned to counter. Coffees great.... but I find myself less apt to purchase from these mega coffee shops that have ventured into trends, NYC pricing, and food stuffs that barley pass as food.
