Every time I come to this location their line is long, they are out of something, or they mess up an order. I used to think it was because they were understaffed, but this morning they had more than enough people and still managed not to have items for my 3 item online order. The employee who let me know that they did not have 1 of my items, then asked me to remind me of my other coffee. I had to tell him twice because he was not listening and his coworkers were being distracting during my brief conversation with him. It doesnt matter what time of day I visit, they somehow always manage to ruin my mood with their unprofessional services. Im no longer giving my money to Starbucks.
A nice Starbucks location, staff however is hit-or-miss. Sometimes theyre great, but others theyre passable.Update, current staff is much better than the previous ones
Caffe Mocha and Peppermint Mocha taste very bad on 02/27/2022.
The mocha coffee and almond croissant were delicious. However our area has been cleared for 25% seating and this Starbucks on Third Avenue in Bay Ridge is saying that we cannot sit. Its March 2nd so whats going on?

Many bad experiences RUDE STAFF I placed an order on the mobile app when I went inside to grab my drink I was yelled at. NEXT TIME MY DRINK LITERALLY LEAKED I RETURNED IT TO THEM THEY GAVE ME A HORRIBLE ATTIDUDE AND remade it. Honeslty some of the nastiest startbucks staff I have ever experienced.
A bit of a wait because they have to do the orders in order time.
Jose is very unprofessional. He can’t even resolve a simple issue. App lets you order even when theyre not open until 7 am. He just simply said call Starbucks corporate number there’s nothing I can do.
Can’t get a simple order right like taking meat out. They also can’t pack a bag. They put hot food right on a cold drink so it ends up a soggy cold mess. They never have what you want in stock either
My friends and I wanted to get together here, because we all love coffee. We also liked the workers who entertained us because they were stunning and had an attractive smile.

The Service is friendly and the coffee and food is pretty much on top . The area is pretty well taken care of but would be better if people cleaned up after them selves.The posts of people that are homeless is understandably untrue as a lot of young people dress down and look grungy.Starbucks always a great place to bag 💼 a pound of coffee.Enjoy as the place is usually packed all the time.

Best Starbucks in bayridge been going there for almost 5 years already even when the line is long they still are fast and reliable to get your coffee or any type of order right away never a problem always a hi here’s your order have a great day
Starbucks locations are all fairly similar in terms of coffee shops. They all have very similar vibes and design aesthetic. I cant say I found anything negative about this location. The coffee was good and the treats looked fresh. The customer service was fine. The restrooms were clean. I would most likely stop back in if I was in town again.
Horrible latte I’m ever had.
I only gave it a 3 star because the workers look like they didnt want to work on Saturday March 9th. They dont greet you or if you say thank you, they wont reply back. They just stay quiet with a serious face & speak among each other. The chairs were old & faded. Other than that our drinks were good!
Terrible service at the register. Ive been there a few times and they have terrible hospitality. One male was yawning over and over again while taking orders. The females making drinks are a lot more professional. People at the register never say hellow...or thank you. Poor customer service. Also...the few times Ive been there they havent asked my name and the drink sits there until I look for it. These guys should definitely brush up on manners and general etiquette or work somewhere else not dealing with public directly.
Usually good service but this morning not at all. They werent welcoming and he made my drink and placed it down without even calling it out. Three blocks later the white mocha he said was mine wasnt even. They need a shot of espresso and maybe a few cups of Jo themselves

This place is amazing I love how they sell coffee over here and other hot beverages. Sometimes I will tell them to surprise me and they will give me a delicious drink but it doesnt always work I once told them to surprise me and they gave me a cup of water. I love how they always let me use the restroom over here. Because my motto is if you give it to me I give it back to you
This is probably the worse Starbucks in Brooklyn. Yes, THE WORST. The baristas are very unfriendly and SO slow. It seems they make the online orders before anyone else’s. I was on a line of five people and the person who was supposed to be taking orders just made three other drinks before even acknowledging that we were on line waiting. A few weeks ago, I waited TWENTY FIVE MINUTES - between ordering and waiting - to just get two cappuccinos. Yup. It’s that bad! I went in another time and the dude taking orders was on his iPad. I was standing there for a good minute before he realized anyone was in front of them. He took my order pretty miserably and went straight back to being on his iPad. Garbage service.
I use the app to order ahead, and Ive never had to wait long for my order even when theyre really crowded.
Service was slow. Took us 30 minutes to get our order. Ive been here before and service here is slow on a regular basis.
Im giving two stars because I do still enjoy some of the products. The service at this location is something else all together. The employees have anything but passion for their job. This reflects in the maintenance of the location. I had to even remind an employee to give me my change (interrupting the convo he was having with another employee while handling customers). Starbucks is corporate and you feel that cold callous fact the second you walk in. The coffee in all honesty is not even worth it anymore. If you want good coffee and service, all while supporting the community, try a local shop. Cao Cao Grinder and the Coffee Lab to name a few.
This Starbucks has very caring employees, what I ordered a specialty coffee during this years Christmas time but unfortunately they had just run out, the barista there made me a variation (with my approval) of what I ordered, and honestly. It was much better than whay I originally ordered. Thank you!
Love customer services: Coffee made to tea. Only reason I gave them four is due location some times hard park.. I love the fact on bay ridge but traffic is one major point.. Other than that it great services and love coffee.
Good Starbucks, as far as Starbucks go. My only complaint is the service can be hit or miss. There are a couple gentlemen who work there who exemplify friendliness and good customer service. There are a couple others who are easily distracted by their co-workers and arent super attentive.
I live next door and have been here countless times. The staff is usually pretty nice. But the furniture is worn out and there are always homeless and or mentally unstable people sitting in the front area without drinks....and I know because it’s the same people every time. One of them is this creepy dude who just sits there all day trying to talk to girls that are alone. I don’t feel comfortable sitting in this Starbucks and drinking my drink because of this. It is always too loud and dirty too. It’s a shame because I live so close but I will take the train to another Starbucks if I want to dine in.
This is the first time I have less than pleased with a Starbucks. It was a bit dirty, some of the seating areas were worn out, and the service was a little rude. At least they had a few outlets so I could sit and charge my phone for a while.
Its nice to be able to sit for hours, use their free wifi and have good things to eat and drink and not feel like they want you to leave. Its also cool that they have a clean restroom to use. It was very hot today and they gave Venti ice water to anyone who asked for it, even if they didnt get anything else. Way to go!

Was in the mood for some coffee... They have this new Triple Mocha Frappe I wanted to try... I like this location nice area great baristas. I hade a great time enjoying my coffee and order of everything Bantam Bagels.
This place is getting worse, last time I was there they didnt have flavors for two kinds of frapucino, no large cups, no singles and milk station was very dirty. UPDATE 2017 : one of the worst Starbucks I have ever visited, I really dont know why people are waiting so much time for overpriced coffees, ridiculous :D , 6 guys were on shift and they couldnt keep up with few customers.
Depends on the day and time you come here. On the weekend it can get a bit messy from a large crowd and less people working but Monday-friday during work hours its clean and inviting. Staff is friendly and engage with you. Fair amount of tables to relax or work from .
Every frappe I’ve gotten is watery, it’s like they forget to add blended ice. Please train your employees to properly make a drink.
If we leave the coffee on the side for a second, Starbucks is everywhere, and it offer you a place to seat, work, and use WI-FI. Unlike Dunkin they have quality, in every aspect. From the clean toilets to the quality of the chairs and tables. This location is OK, to find parking is why I will avoid it next time.
New discover: Starbucks wrap. Tate good, not heavy, and kind of healthy. I know myself, now I will eat it every morning few 2-3 weeks till the next discovery lol.
Got a matcha latte but all I tasted was a boiled milk. Disappointed.
I came today at 7:07 am to get a tall ICE CARAMEL COFFE with half and halft and the baristas (male server) was charging me 4.84 for which I usually pay like 3 and I asked him why too much and he said that now they are charging for the half and half, which I found it ridiculous. So I had to change my order for a tall regular coffee. Then I realized that when I was putting half and half to my hot coffee it was there with no extra charge. So I asked the ldy that was cleaning that section and she said that thats wasnt true. U really felt like or either this barista needs extra training and better cuatomer service. Ah and SMILE.
Some of the baristas here need to go back for training in customer service and listening/reading, yall got my order wrong twice in a row back to back and it wasnt even a complicated order, PSL no whip (using my reward, not $, but nope failed to listen to that and charged me instead) and turkey sandwich became a ham sandwich??? Wasted sandwich since we didnt eat pork!
Im not sure what everyone else is saying but this location is on-par with being subpar. By that I mean, seating is impossible, as are the queues that line up for coffee. Compared to the other area Starbucks locations, this ranks third out of the three. If you are happy with mediocrity then by all means continue going to this location. Ill be at the other two or at the nearby Coffee Lab.

2nd time I come there and the online order ticket printer is down. The cashier had an attitude because i asked him if he was just now starting to make my order in which i had ordered online 20 minutes ago.

This starbucks closes and opens according to their mood ,this was my second time arriving and finding it closed at 4:30 and not the normal 7 or 8 pm ,the other time it closed at 6:30 rather than the normal 7 or 8 too
Never had Starbucks before and a coworker ordered me a pumpkin spice latte w whipped cream. It was sooooo good and now will start going regularly .

Great customer service and alot of space to hang out. The people that live around the area seem nice and the customers and employees are very nice its just a a certain time a bunch of homeless people tend to come in and thats pretty much the only complaint I got lol

2022-03-24I havent gone to 1 Starbucks Store that isnt clean, has friendly workers, and has great food and coffee. I can always go to Starbucks and know that Im getting great food and service. Starbucks is 1 of my favorite places to go and have a great experience.

2022-05-02The dedicated barista that work here are amazing! They definitely do it right. Super pleasant, always a good morning or have a great day! This goes a long way when your heading out to work. The coffee is always on point, I order mine usually through the app since I need to be in and out and its always done when I go to pick it up. Proud of my neighbor Starbucks!

2022-02-16I ordered an iced Americano and when I went in (about 12 minutes later) they couldn’t find it. The barista was going to make me a fresh one until another barista told him to just make an iced coffee. I then watched them make an iced coffee. I tried it in front of them and said, “I ordered an iced Americano”. As this was all happening, the drink I ordered appeared (someone else must have been making it). I grabbed it and left. Joke was on me because when I got to my car that was also just an iced coffee.

2022-03-07No one wants to work there. 3 people behind the counter, 1 with a broom, 2 making drinks and no one at the register. They barely look at the customers standing on the line. People have to call out to them for attention.

2021-07-14Was having a rough morning, came 10 am on Wednesday and was so quick to get my muffin and coffee. The employees are so so so nice wish the customers weren’t so rude to them!! They say hi to everyone that walks in and makes your order so fast. They also ask to make sure if everything’s right in your drink and food order. Shoutout to Jose for being so nice but also everyone else because they really are angels ❤️ Made my day. Thank you!!
