Service in and out could be a bit faster. Overall its Starbucks with quality drinks. Hot and cold and small pastries and wraps.
I ordered sweet vanilla cream cold brew & they gave me a mocha drink. Where did they hear me say mocha they got my whole order wrong & charged me for a third drink that i didn’t even ordered. They don’t listen. They need to learn how to listen what a customer want & repeat it so there’s no mistake. This was my worse experience ever.
Great experience at this location! My drink was made right every time and the service was above and beyond! I look forward to my next visit.

Every time delicious. I took a breakfast with toast and a Lemin cake. WIFI free and I was 2 hours there.

The staff is always friendly. Even when the drive thru is backed up. They always have a handle on things and get you in and out if you go inside the store. Never came across a bad attitude..

I asked the kind gentleman behind the counter to replace my blood with espresso, and he was happy to deliver! I’m pretty sure I’ve had an out of body experience, and I’m just now coming down. It tasted like rocket fuel, which was exactly what I needed. I got everything I had to do completed and then some. 12 out of 10, will absolutely be returning.
I go to this Starbucks every week and I always love talking to the baristas. It really makes my day to go there and see them. I’ve never had any problems and I think this location is awesome
Typical Starbucks.....busy and crazy during morning hours. The staff is nice and they move people in and out quickly. My drink order was made correctly and in a reasonable amount of time. Comfy seating but horrible parking if you are not walking. Small parking lot holds maybe 5 cars.
This Starbucks seems to be a cut above the rest. The staff is always smiling and very helpful to requests. They have, at times made perfect recommendations to my unclear hints to what Im craving. The store is always clean despite the great amount of traffic through on a daily basis. They also are rarely out of items from the menu.
The entire food case has mold, especially the egg bites. When I informed the barista he gave me a blank stare and said “yea it might get changed tonight” as if he knew and did not care. It was disgusting and I won’t be going back to this location.
I order here basically everyday before work. I have only had my drink wrong 1x and he apologized and made it over with no probem. Even upgraded me from a medium to a large. They are always friendly and have a great attitude. The atmosphere is comforting and the patio is a nice addition.
Ive never been overly impressed with this location. Ive been half a dozen or so times. Service is so-so. Drinks are comparable to other Starbucks.There are some pros. There is a small parking lot, which is nice. There is also outdoor seating. The store environment is acceptable, but Im not a fan of the surrounding area, which is probably why Im more likely to head over the Elmwood location, which happens to be a Starbucks Reserve Store.
Ive been to many places but this ones different. They were happy, they were fast and they were the most friendly people Ive ever met.I also cant believe how their coffee tastes way better than the others...Amazing crew and an amazing experience. Thank you guys.

Relaxing atmosphere. The ambience is pretty chill..with the satellite radio station playing a continuous, pleasing mix for those with eclectic tastes. Energetic young barristas are there to help you with your order; y-e-s-s-s-s, coffee-drinking..and any rituals attached with said liquid have definitely grown-up! But Id like to acknowledge the young lady with the easy smile.. who worked this past Monday afternoon; she knew of that which she spoke.. and was polite/friendly - a rarity! The coffee selection is fair-to-good - what you would expect from this Seattle based specialty coffee-house - but be prepared to pay a little bit more than you remember... when you would drink the stuff at somewhat plain, nondescript diners.. elbow to elbow at a counter, and on a stool.. All Good here!
Great place to visit with friends or to study for that exam coming up! My drinks have always been made to perfection! Great staff! Friendly and always willing to go out of their way for that perfect drink! Theres a cute little fireplace to sit next to that makes the perfect place for those Christmas selfies! Great place for your kids family and/or friends! Highly recommend this starbucks!

My son loves the strawberry refresher and the cheese danish. I enjoyed a caramel frappuccino made with almond milk (they charge you a little more for the almond milk). A little more pricey than Timmy Hos but worth it for a treat. Drive thru had a lot of cars but the line still moved fairly quickly
No card information out and displayed to be able to send in review nor any information who the manager is......but whomever is at register this man is sooooo unfriendly! I come in weekdays around 6am and he seems miserable each time. point forward. .going to spot coffee across street!

Speedy service, but a dismissive staff. I went in this morning for tea and was treated as if I was being absurd for asking for a sleeve to go around my cup. When I asked one of the gentlemen for a sleeve, his response (albeit very polite) was: We dont have any. Looks like she double cupped it, then he walked away. Obviously the cup is hot to my fingers or I wouldnt being asking; scalding hot water was just poured into it, after all. Rather than make a scene, I grabbed some napkins and headed to work. Getting orders wrong (happened a couple days before at the same location) and a lackluster customer service experience have turned me off of this location.
This Starbucks is the only one Ive ever been to that charges for non-dairy milk (just a splash of it in my Pike Place) and I find it very irksome. $0.80!
I have a old funny story to share with all of you lol!So i come from buffalo right, and i was taking my sister (who has ptsd) we were sitting next to the campfire and well the memrioes came back....so i basically had to detain her in the middle of the starbucks we tried to get her to stop but she picked up the protective ar-15 on the desk and shot my motcha pumpkin spice double shot coffee triple shot carmel 14 shot black tar herion and it fell and spilled (she also shot a kid but who cares rofl!) i was only able to recover about 12.032743% of it, i would like a full refund i have still not yet fincally recovered from this due to the amount of money it cost to buy 30kg of meth, i am never coming to starbucks.
Okay for an occasional speciality coffee. Wouldnt make a special trip. A bit pricey for coffee. I do like the place though, nice atmosphere if you stay there to enjoy the coffee and other smells of Starbucks
I went here with a friend to study. I put that in quotation marks, because when you go with a friend you end up chatting instead of actually doing any work.They made our drinks pretty fast. I got a caramel macchiato and a cake pop. Mmm their cake pops are delicious!! I was actually the slow poke at getting in line since I was trying to scratch off the numbers on my gift card to add it to my Starbuckss account, and then add even more funds from my credit card before ordering.I wish the rewards program allowed you to just get points on purchases without having to spend the time to keep adding funds to your account.There wasnt too much seating inside. We sat outside because it was so nice out, but unfortunately there werent any outlets for me to plug my dying computer into.They do have free WiFi, but I had a horrible time connecting from my laptop. I ended up setting up the WiFi on my phone and then used my phone as a hotspot for my laptop.
Very fast employees are very polite Ive never been there before so they help me pick the type of drink I wanted without all the fancy lingo and they also happy Tap and Pay and its probably the best they call it a triple mocha iced Frappuccino that Ive ever had as far as a coffee drink ever and for $6 for the big heat the very very large one extra large one or vente but its the biggest one with tax on Main Street in Buffalo it was a it was a delightful treat
Ive never been to a faster, better run Starbucks location. Watch out if youre driving here, the parking lot is small and there is no drive through and there is no limit to what people will do to get their coffee before you.
Love coming here! This location is very spacious, clean and staff are great. JayJay and Emily are awesome. My food and drinks are always made exactly how I want it.
This place must be one of the fastest. Whether I use their app or stand in line, its always quick and everyone is pretty friendly. It can get a crazy in their parking lot being that its tiny but I just park on Delaware to evade that. Dont forget to pay for parking because enforcement lurks!
The Mint Majesty or Majestic Mint wasnt as Minty as the Barista said it was, I shouldve had her add a Peppermint shot. Next time I will do just that.
Youre all certified??? Seriously whats going on with the starbucks industry? When asked for a specific drink and it comes out like a Tim Hortons employee made it I seriously question abilities. Goes to show competence, passion, and customer service/ hospitality are not what youre looking for.
Our server was extremely rude and our food took for ever to get, even though it wasnt that busy. I honestly will never go back to this particular location and dont suggest anyone else goes there either.

Its cool outside so I stopped in to get a green tea heard it us good for colds,no like e walked right up to the counter and ordered it was quick.the sat in like a comfortable soft chair.RELAXING

2021-12-13I love getting Starbucks but for some reason when I come to this location some of the staff seem to be sick. This normally wouldn’t bother me but we are in the middle of a pandemic and COVID is spiking in buffalo. It concerns me when I hear the staff coughing an unusual amount and then they continue to make my order anyways. Personally I don’t want to get sick and if the staff is really that sick they should be sent home until they’re feeling better.

2019-06-11This is a VERY BUSY location. The baristas are really good at what they do and are patient despite the busy-ness. My photo contribution is the empty seating area while the teenagers who spent $0 took up the tables. But thats not the staffs fault. Just a reality.

2021-10-18When I walk into this Starbucks I feel like a NYC vibe, everyone is nice and the place is very clean and consistent. I usually get the large iced white mocha with extra caramel and sweet cream foam its amazing.
