I had a very bad experience here. I ordered on the app waited 20min inside and watched the woman make my drink. She put pumps of vanilla in the cup put it down on the counter and walked away, someone else picked it up and poured milk in it up to the top covered it and gave it to me. I told them there is no coffee in there and the first woman walked over and said how do you know your not back here! I told her I watched her the whole time! I will never go back here, terrible service! My iced coffee tasted disgusting it was milk with pumps of vanilla!
This location is so amazing!- I place my orders every morning for my Green tea and for whatever else the young ladies at work want and they always prep and wrap things so cute!-They put stickers with positive messages and it ALWAYS makes my day!-I love your morning team there!-They are the sweetest! Please let them know how amazing they are!-Its the little things that make such a difference!!
Coffee I felt in my heart woke me up first time. Took a while but i got it right now every time I go I have to start from scratch every time. Such an experience I do not believe anybody does what I do when I order my Star Bucks Coffee.I havent got into taken shots yet but let me tell you something I tried that once and it was amazing. I am the person who thinks Star Bucks is for rich people. The prices are great the Coffee is just extreme. Extra out of the ordinary, because The Star is not your ordinary Coffee shop.Ask around about where is the Star you get Coffee from! You findout fast who has the best Coffee.Texas I look at New York how we are through the Covid 19 ok for the illness we stop if nobody knows about the Story behind the Long Star State and Star Bucks then you really shouldnt be drinking coffee or even thinking of consuming the beverage.Do not be afraid when your burning that mid night oil is what you ask for isnt it.$$$*$$$Bucks get your Coffee up.
The cream cheese bagel and chocolate Frappuccino are amazingly yummy.
The lady at the window had the most beautiful hairstyle/color. She was very nice and my daughter enjoyed her vanilla bean Frappuccino. I dont frequent Starbucks. There was a line at drive thru, but their line moved quickly. I just wish their wifi had worked while i waited on line, though.
They were all stuck at the other end of the straw when I tried to drink it. Then nothing could be sucked up so I had to pull the straw out which led to spill the liquid inside the straw all over the place. Please teach your employees on how to make proper boba before hiring them.
Twice at same location! Extremely long wait time esp in a drive through.... i was in the drive through for almost 30 mins! I ordered a tall matcha latte, choc croissant and a venti medicine ball. My croissant was cold (this is the second time they did this) and apparently it took them forever to make the medicine ball... and ofcourse it wasnt even the usual recipe. They ran out of stoppers as well. Not what i was expecting from starbucks at 10am while going to work!
I went this morning to get my lunch. My drink a refresher kiwi,star fruit no lemonade. There was no fruit in it and that is my favorite part. I tried calling the store throughout my lunch break but Noone answered the phone. The Starbucks up on Commack road offer to fix the situation which I am very much appreciative of. Needless to say also will be my new Starbucks go to. Thank you again to that Manager for answering her phone even though I know she was extremely busy.
It was one of the those amazing experience where u can’t touch the food unless u ask if its your. Very nice staff, the place is clean and COVID-19 guide lines. Everyone wears a mask and washes their hands after touching the money or the computer.
Slowest drive through I’ve ever been too. 2 cars ahead of me and I’m still on the line and it’s been 25 minutes since I got here.Update- 48 mins for bein 3rd on drive through. Absolutely ridiculous
The Starbucks is nice unless you get that one rude lady at the front i said large twice and they gave me a small and then when I told them I actually ordered a large she snapped at me and said that’s not what you told me and I said I’m sorry I would like a large please and then when she gave me the large she turned her back towards me and I said have a good Day ma’am and then I I said it again to have a good Day ma’am and she turned her back towards me and shook her head like I wasn’t worth giving a response to I usually don’t post things like this but this is actually ridiculous I’ve never talk to that rudely before
I love Starbucks we order the Pistachio Latte VENTI ☝😜. We also had the banana loaf bread Caramel Macchiato and a couple of warm cheese Danish. Cant wait to try the lunch menu on my next trip
The service here is awful. The staff are rude. I ordered a frappachino off of Uber Eats which cost about 17 dollars not including a tip. I haven’t received a straw. It is near impossible to drink this without a straw. I phoned the place and got hung up on twice. They told me they had straws but they expect their customers to request one.
I have two Starbucks locations closer to my house but choose to drive to this one. I always use the drive-thru and have never had any issues with the process or the drinks I ordered. Quick service, quality drinks, and just the loveliest drive-thru girls. Such a pleasure to deal with.

Ordered from the drive thru to redeem my reward as well as to order a beverage. Person over the speaker was friendly and immediately took my order. Drink and free reward were both great! Great convenient Starbucks when you are in need of a caffeine and/ or dessert fix!
Drinks were delicious but because the girl at the drive thru who had me wait at the window while she texted on her phone and then gave me the worst freaking attitude, I will never come back here. I dont know how she even has a job with that attitude. Every other Starbucks ive been to the workers are extremely nice and super friendly. This visit was literally depressing.

The lady that waited on us was absolutely awesome!! I think her name is Sue. She made our coffees taste amazing and even wrote down the formula for use at any Starbucks!
I walked in tues afternoon, nobody in the store except 1 lady waiting for her order & someone at the drive thru. I stood behind the counter for over 5min & saw 4 girls scrambling around, looking past me,very busy but none said a one word to me, not even Ill be right with you. Until a man walked in & he stood next to me & the girl behind the counter right away says, may I help you? I said um hello I was here been waiting to be acknowledged? I love Starbucks but this place had bad service.
The baristas at this store are amazing! Yes, the drive-thru line gets long and backed up sometimes, but if you notice that their car stack only allows 2.5 vehicles instead of your typical 5, 6, or 7 then youd understand that they have significantly less time than other stores to get your order finished from the time youre at the box to the time you get to the window. In the meantime, they will take the time to make genuine connections with, and get to know you! So next time you stop in, give them a smile and thank them for their time! Both the baristas and management truly care about the impact theyve had on your day and they deserve more credit than theyre given for their hard work!!!
Only this location makes up their own rules and decides to upcharge for a cup of tea with steamed milk and charge it like a latte. Its plain tea with a little milk. They seem to want to charge me extra 2 dollars everytime in the drive through. When you walk into the store they dont charge. Watch out prices are different for drive through and walk ins.

This place is awesome. The people that work there are very nice friendly, upbeat, and professional. I didn’t have to wait long to get my latte which is always a great feeling when you’re in a rush. Generally an awesome place to go!

After a long 500 mile drive. Exusted trying to get home. I was told to go back to the end of the drive through line because I prefer to speak Directly with my brisita. I can order at the window at MC Ds. I guess this entitled manager decided to spread their holiday cheer. Note the barista was fine her manager voice over coms. To push me to the back of the line. Never buying from that store again.

UPDATE: One of the most horrible experiences of my life. After waiting in drive through for almost half hour then deciding to go into the store, waiting another 30 mins there I get screamed at by a barrista after I asked another barrista when I should expect my order. Mind you the barrista I asked was not the one that screamed. The woman was not in her right mind. Starbucks check out other reviews of this store and please send secret shoppers there to see for yourself what customers have to deal with. You have lost a daily customer forever.OLD REVIEW: This is a drive-through Starbucks. The car lines are VERY long and the service is bad I like to get my dose of coffee and a small bite meal here when I come to the big box stores that are in the same shopping center. The servers are not always friendly.
Ordered for online pick up. Was told by the app when the order would be ready. Arrived at that time. Still had to wait another half hour to get my order. It was a just 1 cold brew coffee............
Worst Starbucks location!! No one that works there cares or get orders correct. One time I went I asked for a caramel iced coffee with milk and sugar. I pull up to receive my order and I overhear the employees talking to each other about how they forgot to put sugar in but still just hands me the cup. I just take it thinking hey I don’t need the sugar anyway, drink was disgusting. Another time I went I asked for a large drink the employee assumed grande, which is their medium. I get why she could assume that so ok fine but I would like an actual large. First she tells me she would have to refund me and charge me again. I guess she didn’t want to go through the hassle and decides to give me the larger one without charging extra. I watch exactly what she does. Pour the smaller drink into the larger cup, pour more milk and add more ice. Drink was disgusting. Smh. This location gives Starbucks such a bad name because there really are great locations. I was so close to calling corporate but did not want to risk anyone losing their job.
Friendly, competent staff. Quick drive-thru. Only downside is that my quick hop off the LIE for coffee ended up taking like 20 minutes due to stupid traffic trying to navigate the shopping centers here.

This Starbucks store has quick service. The coffee is very good. They will fix it exactly the way you like it. I have a special way I like my coffee and are happy to make it for me.

I give this great little Coffee Shop only (2) stars for one reason, and one reason only. The moron that designed this overall plot had his proverbial head up his pencil sharpener. There is no doubt that a bad accident involving a pedestrian will happen there because of the way you have to walk right into parking lot and drive-thru traffic to get to the front door. An absurd design. Great people and great baristas - but ya gotta get there first.

The music is a bit loud at this location. One of your staff by the name of Jon is always professional and attentive. Knowing who the manager is when visiting would be nice. Immediately I would assume Jon was the manager based on his professionalism, but Im wrong
Classic starbucks - good staff. Lines move quickly and there are only large ones during peak hours thankfully. Nice quite little place most of the time.
This is not your ordinary Starbucks Coffee shop. Easy to see right off of Crooked Hill Road next to Commack Road near the Long Island Expressway. Servicing Commack New York and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. The drive through makes ordering easier. We will definitely be going back.
Wait time ⏲️ has increased. When people are on the drive thru line, traffic is blocked to get access to get into Starbucks store 🙄

Stepped into the store placed my order my sandwich and my drink did not get a receipt for my order I got my sandwich never got my drink waited more than half an hour they took few customers from the drive through and from behind me on line I approached the girls in the store asking them to prepare my order as they are taking customers after me before me I approached them three times still did not get my drink I left the store unhappy tried to file a complaint with the head quarter I called four times and I got disconnectedBathroom is very dirty girls are very confused unprofessional they touch the food with their hand no gloves their hair is uncovered when touching and serving the food I think they need to be a visited by the department of health to learn how they should serve the food keep their store clean and serve their customer the proper way be cautious
Quick personal service. My venti americano was piping hot and perfect. Even with a line that looked like a long wait AND a good line of cars in the drive through, service was fast.

2022-04-16One of few Starbucks locations that cant make warm coffee. It took a while to explain that I want warm coffee (not hot, not iced), then after that Im still getting hot coffee. If you need advice how to make warm coffee I will let you know how to make it. Dont go there if you like warm coffee like I do.

2022-04-14Now i would normally rate this starbucks a 5 stars but im not for one specific reason. There is one woman by the name of susan who is the up most rudest person ive ever encountered in my life. she doesnt listen to properly place the order. when i order and my order is incorrect she then tells me thats not what i said and insist on shes right. and when i check my order before pulling off she tells with attitude that everything is there as if she’s agitated that im checkin my own bag with items that i paid for. she also made a rude comment to me before i paid and said * Why dont you have any money on your card* keep in mind this is before i loaded my starbucks card! Im disgusted with her service and i will be looking for another starbucks.
