This is my most favorite place. Staff is awesome - so friendly & nice. Always smiling & generous.Specially Janet Stroom she is extremely nice, friendly & she provides the best customer service to everyone. I have always seen her smiling, jolly nature and hard working no matter how tough the situation is. Janet is kind, friendly, generous, hard working and brilliant at customer service.

Im surprised that location is still open. I used to visit it on a regular basis but they were too busy to even acknowledge a customer... this morning I was in the area and thought Id stop by a get a drink they only had a couple of customers inside, I placed my order in advance and if cause it wasnt ready, then I walked in they not only didnt great me they didnt even look in my direction but to my surprise their manager greeted another customer who came into the store right after me. The only reason I gave a second star is because store is spotless and very well organized.

Not going here again. Ordered ahead of time and got there 5min later. Didnt seem busy at all. I had to wait another 25min to get my order of a simple coffee and espresso. In that time about 6 other people were standing right next to me, all without a mask. Im immunocompromised which is why I ordered ahead expecting a quick in and out. They either need more staff or train their existing staff to be faster. 3 people couldnt get it done in time. In Manhattan in a central location they were much, much faster with the orders.

Do not go to this location. Not only do they not say hello but they dont even acknowledge that you are standing there. Today I dont remember his name I think it was Jacob or Josh all I remember was his name starts with a J. After me standing at the register for over 5 minutes and him and his co worker Rosa looking in my direction several times he finally walked over didnt even say hello and asked what did I want. I said well hello to you too. Once I placed my order he didnt say thank you or wish me a good day or anything. When he brought me my food items he brought me a pumpkin loaf instead of. Banana bread. When I mentioned that this was not what I ordered he switched it for the right item but didnt apologize or anything. When Rosa brought me my drink which I had done a mobile order for as well as my breakfast sandwich and a lemon loaf I asked her where my other items were and Josh or Jacob or Maybe it was Justin went to go get them. If I didnt ask I would have been standing there for who knows how long. He grab my other 2 gave them to me and walked away. This. Location never greets anyone they wait is always longer then it should be and you get treated like you dont even exist. There are way to many other locations and I most likely will never go into this location again. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the drinks always come out good.Please do not go to this Starbucks unless your bored and have nothing better to do than to wait around and be completely ignored.

I used to come here regularly every week but unfortunately this place has changed for the worst. This Starbucks used to be a place for people that needed to get away to get some studying in or meet with a good old friend but now it’s become a mess. The music was probably on the loudest possible volume and the type of music that the location was playing was absolutely ridiculous. There is a place for everything but a local Starbucks should not be playing such bad music with cuss words LOUD. There were many kids at this Starbucks at the same time I was there and I hope that the parents at least came to their senses that they should leave right away. My opinion is nothing in reality but I hope someone actually reads this from Starbucks management and implements some changes. This was my first ever google review of a place my whole life that’s how bad my experience was at this Starbucks. Garbage music. At least drop the volume a little.

(Starbucks- Levittown) My children wanted to order by themselves and so, my husband and I let them (with a bit of help). The cashier was very patient with my 7 year old deciding, and my 3 year old thinking about her choices. They gave them stickers at the end, and the kids were thrilled :) My only complaint was that they didnt give my husband the Brewed Chai Tea he ordered, because they realized too late that they didnt have any (they offered him Breakfast Tea instead). Other than that, excellent service!

Come here if you want to be openly ignored and also have everything made at the slowest possible pace. Girl with the pink hair is nice though

Although most people agree Starbucks as a franchise does a great job with presentation and providing stellar customer service. Each location has different crews and team members. This specific location has a top notch team with super friendly baristas!

I purchased bagels from this location today and both bagels had mold on them. I don’t know how they didn’t notice this on them.

They were nice and it’s a small shop no drive thru… outside plaza and entry area was a mess with trash everywhere inside was clean tho. They made one of the drinks slightly with too much milk and less espresso, but everything else was good!
