This is my go to sb because I live near here. For a few months they were clearly understaffed.. Apparently its a sb thing going on.Sometimes I go and theres only 2 people working and taking customers ridiculous orders.. It takes forever to get my grande black iced coffee. Its ridiculous. Again, not the staffs fault theyre understaffed.Most of the staff are friendly here!

Horrible. Music blaring at an indecent volume, and when I asked them to turn it down, they said to go to another store. Great way to lose business. If I hadnt had people waiting outside, I would have complained to the manager.
On this Sunday evening with my weary eyes reading the store I selected wrong on the app. These fine gentleman fulfilled my order despite my illiteracy. Thank you very much for your excellent service I look forward to seeing you again in the future!😁😁😁 oh and you nailed my drink!!!!
For the most part the staff is nice. However, there is a 60/40 percent chance of you receiving exactly what you ordered. Order accuracy really depends on who is working that day.
Really nice guys helped me out there. They were really into making me happy with my order. There was a problem with the promotion I was trying to redeem, but in the end, I was still satisfied. The drinks were perfect.

We came in about 11:30 am in search of decaf coffee but the staff member said they were out. We were disappointed, and perhaps he noticed. He immediately offered to make a fresh pot of decaf. He even brought our coffee to us. Spectacular service! We didn’t get the gentleman’s name but I believe he will remember the situation. Thanks so much!P.S. We came in again today and there was brewed decaf at 10:30 a.m. The best part was that we met Isaiah C. who so kindly served us yesterday, and we were able to thank him again and let him know how much we appreciate his great service, and that we were posting this review for his manager. Superior service is the hallmark of a well-run business. Thank you Isaiah!
Staff was great, friendly and attentive. Another starbucks, so you know the options. Seating areas were full, so we didnt stay long. Had the feel of a rest stop more then a coffee house. A lot of people passing through.
Super comfy Starbucks. My husband and I stopped over at this location after doing some tech shopping at the nearby Bestbuy. I hot a coffee and he got a water and we rested before our uber arrived. The staff were super friendly and the store was clean and not too crowded. Overall great experience!
The staff is very friendly. Both baristas I interacted with made small talk and were polite. My drink tasted great and was ready quickly. I will definitely go back to this location.

I am amazed at the pleasant disposition of the staff every 👏🏻 single 👏🏻 morning👏🏻. In a town full of people who don’t acknowledge the presence of other humans, the staff makes you feel appreciated and welcome, even during the morning rush. I also love the hats.

A rare (for me) visit to a Starbucks on the East Coast. I went to this location twice; the second time went a little better than the first. I didnt realize that drink orders vary so much from region to region -- the baristas didnt recognize the lingo I use successfully every day in Los Angeles to order my drink. All is well, though -- I managed to figure out how to translate the order, but not without getting some attitude from behind the counter. In my experience, inn the West Coast, in the Southwest, and in the South, most baristas are a little more willing to be patient while the customer figures out the order than these baristas were, but I have to factor in the length of the line and the expectations of New Yorkers for lines to move fast. Overall another reliable cup of coffee from slightly harried baristas -- thats Starbucks for ya!
I went into this Starbucks in hope of finding a Christmas gift. I was holding a glass tumbler, when an employee came busting out of a service door and nearly knocked me over. No apology. I said, Youre lucky, you almost knocked this glass right out of my hand. Nothing. Bad location to have a service door right next to the glassware. He said nothing and went about his business.I left. My shoulder is working up a good bruise and my back is aching, I was hit that hard. I will never go back to this Starbucks, think Ill just visit the one one block up.

First the service was slow.. Then I ordered a hot chocolate which just taste disgusting (weak and barely chocolate flavor) I was already on the subway so I just had to throw it out.

Convenient for a breakfast before embarking on a visit to the nearby Metropolitan Museum of Art. Courteous and helpful staff. Typical Starbucks quality, excellent blueberry muffins. The only flaw in my opinion is the limited availability of seats.

2022-08-10I regret that I have only five stars to give here. Came here to have an exhaust system put in and I am definitely satisfied. I even assisted in putting it in which was fun for me. The job started in the morning and lasted like 9 hours due to the demon bolts. The picture of the white car is mine and picture of the person with his back turned is the one man army himself. Been in the business many and mostly works on Mercedes but made an exception for me. He is very knowledgeable and is a down to earth person. I would recommend booking an appointment because he is busy.

2018-02-23I like Starbucks coffee!!!When I’m ordering something I always look to get what I’ve ordered. It’s getting worse every time at this spot and with Starbucks app.First of all, the workers there are nice and service is good overall, BUT can you please read what people order?!?Through the app I got mocha frapp, option “no” whipp cream didn’t work, so I had to take it off myself later. However, I’ve added dark choco curls topping, can anyone locate those invisible dark choco curls in my frapp?! 😂Advice: that’s not a place to relax, because you have to double check if the coffee that you got is actually what you’ve ordered.🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
