Im writing this review based off my experience from last year. I made an appointment for a contact exam and regular eye exam. I go in to get seen and come back out to choose my glasses. Assuming I had my contacts exam done, I tell the receptionist to charge me for the visit. However, she indicates that I didn’t have the exam done. I told her I initially booked the appointment for both exams and she apologizes for the miscommunication. The reason why I give this place 1 star is because when I asked if I can still have the exam done, the manager asked me if I’ve been a patient there before and I responded yes I had been there multiple times and had even recommended people there. His follow up question was “are you going to buy the contacts here?” I responded by saying no I just wanted my prescription. He reacted as if he was bothered and stated that I would have to wait for the doctor to come back from lunch as well as wait for a few patients in the waiting area to be seen before they can perform the exam on me. As a manager you should accommodate me as a patient that had just been seen. In addition, when making the appointment I stated I wanted both exams done which clearly indicates that the mistake was at the front desk. This is no way to retaliate towards a patient because they don’t want to purchase contacts from them directly. They definitely need to work on their customer service skills and organization.

My last experience here was TERRIBLE! I had finally saved a lot of money to buy the glasses I really wanted. The sales lady was rude to me and said I shouldnt care what type of brand my glasses were, that I should wear them everyday even if they were cheap and ugly ones. I was so pissed off at the sales lady because she made me look as if I were a spoiled teenager making my morther buy me brand glasses. She was just plan rude and I felt that she didnt care about making the customer feel right about their choice. If I could I would have gotten out of the store IMMEDIATELY. I would not come back here

Do not do your contacts there DO NOT! They doctor had me go to the store for 6 months till find the right measurement instead of refering me to an specialist. After a month of wearing the right contacts, I noticed I could not were them for more than 2 hours so the doctor said I was not MADE to wear contacts. After visiting an ophthalmologist, he said the solution was to use daily contacts(thinner) instead biweekly (thicker) and this issue was resolved in 1 day.Also, DO NOT BUY the contacts there, look on like they are %50 the price this place will sell you for. AGAIN THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING THERE!If u are doing your glasses there, get the frames model and get them on line and u will find the half of the price for the same thing. U will wait a couple of days but u will save a loot of money!

The doctor is nice but the customer service is the worst. They did a mistake with my lens, and nobody was able to give me an answer or solve my problem. After an hour of waiting they agree to fix it but they wilI charge me an extra $100. During my waiting time I see how they try to sell only the expensive frames but not something that helps you in the future. If you want to waste your money u should go to that place
