Coldstone ice cream is awesome! But I constantly have an issue when coming to this location. If you come at night, please expect to wait in an extremely long line and watch workers behind the counter gossip and joke around to each other instead of taking orders. There are always at least 5 people working every time I come (more than most ice cream places) and I’m always spending twice as much time at cold stone to get my food.
I went with my daughter and there was a huge line, workers were super friendly and quick but it was incredibly hot in there I dont think there was any air conditioning it honesty felt like the heat was on. I felt terrible for the employees as they were running around in that terrible heat not to mention what looked to be the manager, short older lady with dark hair sitting in the back not helping at all just yelling at the employees all sorts of orders as they already have enough to do. Terrible terrible management could not believe it. God bless those employees!
The ice cream was very tasteful but while waiting on the line for 10 minutes it was pretty hot, super friendly employees but I don’t know how they can work a whole shift in that temperature, is this Cold Stone even air conditioned..?
After a seemingly endless wait for something that requires minimal preparation (always the case here), we found a number of issues: One of the ice creams was mixed with other stuff that wasn’t ordered, likely from not cleaning the table before mixing. Folks with food allergies beware… the other was the wrong size from what was ordered. I guess they figure they have a 33% chance of getting that right? Finally, they jammed the containers so full that the outside of the cups were a sticky mess… impossible to hold, let alone eat, without having to go home and transfer it to a bowl.. either the staff is clueless or there’s no management here?
I went here with my wife and grandchildren the other day and the Girls was very kind and extremely helpful. Its a great atmosphere for kids and adults but the best part was the ice cream you should get the Kitkat.
Friendly staff, creamy ice cream although it kind of all almost tastes the same as if the company uses a base sweet flavor and just adds flavoring. I cannot for the life of me figure how this place stays in business. You have to lower your prices by at least half!!! Two like it and one love it....$21!!! First and last time visit.
Was not pleased with the service, the attitude of staff was not what I expected and waiting 20mins before anyone asked us if we been helping my wife and I and one other customer were the only ones in at that time..Definitely will not return. But ice cream was good

Just got home to open what I ordered and 2 of the 4 orders were completely off. I ordered an apple pie a la cold stone and got something with chocolate chips in it and ordered a Oreo overload for myself and find something covered in peanut butter. Complete waste of time.

I went there today. The server did not change her glove as a protocol of covid and she had one glove off. Serving ice cream and using the register. She also had her mask on not according to covid 19 heath directives.Now getting to her attitude, rude and dismissive. I know its chaos in the world but Im sure thats not the franchises hope for service.Its a shame. And I pay for behavior and service that should be primo. I hope the owner corrects this but it would be a shame to continue to lose business hours during these times.
The ice cream here is always very fresh and the staff is super friendly and fast! Theres almost never a line here because of how quick and efficient they are. Definitely recommend this location if you want some fresh ice cream and virtually no wait time.
Friendly staff, has the added benefit of being a sort of cold-hibachi since they prepare your ice cream on a cold slate on front of you. Prices are pretty similar to Carvel and other similar ice cream shops, expect to pay around $5-7 per person.
Walked in just at closing door was open ordered 5 ice creams and the counter person was going to serve me. Some blonde manager came out and told me she was closed and she would not serve me the ice cream terrible customer service !!!!!! I would not recommend going there terrible customer service.I used to buy all my cakes and visit at least 3x a month .I will not patronize this franchise any longer.!!!!
Cold Stone Creamery is the Starbucks of ice cream stores. Very overpriced mediocre ice cream with a fancy name. The store was clean and the staff was very nice. I went there for an ice cream cake for my sons birthday. They didnt have prices on the cake and I went into total sticker shock to find out that the 8 inch cake the woman juat wrote my sons name on was 45 bucks. It wasnt anything special, could have gotten the same cake from baskin robbins next door for $20 cheaper, but it was too late. I will definitely never go back. It didnt taste like anything magical and we all had screaming headaches the next day. Could be a coincidence but Im not taking any chances.
I went in and they said theyre closed when the sign was open and the door was open. Wouldnt hurt to serve 1 more customer...
This is one of the only chains to retain their flavor on long island but how can you really screw up ice cream? The manager is great and exceptionally friendly but the others are a disappointment when we walk in.
Great place. Expensive. Favorite flavor is Banana. They are a bit cheap on toppings so dont be afraid to ask for more.
The kids that work here do a great job.
The staff there are awesome. Im in this establishment at least once a week. They know my face and know what Im going to order. My kids love their Ive cream and would recommend them to anyone.

The ice cream is top notch. I had the penutbutter cup concoction but with chocolate ice cream. I also had them add extra penutbutter. So delicious. The regular is pretty big almost more than I could eat, but not quite.
I am a very hard customer due to my experience with high end food service when I worked at Disney. And its crazy how crazy I can get just simply getting a cup of icecream.The girl Abigail that served me gave excellent service and was very helpful and although I was overwhelming she handled her cool and did everything right.She asked her manager for help and was very kind to me. Thank you to people like you that do their job to the best they can.Im sorry if I was overwhelming. You guys have a great team at cold stone! And Abigail made an awesome icecream for me!Give Abigail a raise!
Melted ice cream all over,stale waffle cones, empty ice cream bins so they didnt have even have all flavors, just plain dirty!
The best style of ice cream!! The serving size is generous but slightly overpriced, but the ice cream is CONSISTENTLY good and the line moves quick. Always a good treat!

Its Cold Stone...need I say more? The treats are delicious and there may or may not be a line. If there is a line the staff here takes care of business and gets everyone their order and they get it correct!

A bit over priced but definitely hits the spot when you have a good ice cream craving. Plus it’s a fun spot to bring little ones or a date.

The frozen yogurt here is delicious, they offer tons of different toppings and flavors, the service is great, and the atmosphere is great. Give this place a try for sure.

Took my family here and the whole place was FILTHY!! The 2 girls working were not wearing any gloves and the one girl used her nail to pull a marshmallow out of my icecream. Totally disgusted. Asked for a receipt and she said she threw it away.
Ordered a chocolate shake and the whole thing was just liquid. I think the woman was mad because my family came in right before they closed. Unbelievable. Never going back.

2021-08-06We ordered online and when I went to pick it up, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our order.On the ride home, I had to hold the bag because it had melted ice cream all over the outside of it. Also, the way that it was packed was horrible. I am not sure what the purpose of their plastic covers are since it clearly doesn’t fit and then to make matters worse they added cling wrap.By the time we got home the four sundaes were a total disaster, very disappointed all around!

2022-06-04I haven’t had their ice cream in years ! Used to be very decent. We craved for one tonight.WTH happened? Subpar and pricey . All flavors tasted artificial. Strawberry, chocolate and Don’t ever have the pistachio one ! What a disappointment! What was that ? Starting with the color. Screams artificial! OMG horrible and expensive $45 for 3 ice creams no more ! I can’t believe this place still stands with endless lines. You guys get content to pay a lot of money for artificial stuff!

2022-05-15Workers were rude and prioritize online orders and ignored real customers. Last time I ever come here. Then when they actually help you there is a horrible attitude. The manager/owner really needs to speak with these kids.

2017-03-19Disappointed. Ordered the chocolate lava meltdown (expecting it to be better than the triple chocolate meltdown from Applebees). Saw the employee take the plastic container with chocolate cake from the fridge use microwave to heat it up (in the plastic non microwave container) and put some ice cream over it. Terrible! For $7.59. What a rip off. Looks good in the photo terrible taste and high price

2021-09-18The ice cream is the best Ive had in the area, they make it at the store. Flavors and ingredients are folded in together. My favorite is chocolate cake batter and sweet cream for ice cream and raspberries and fudge for toppings. It does get a bit liquid if you add a lot of wet toppings but they will hold ice cream in the freezer for a few minutes for you if needed.

2021-08-23The ice cream is great but the site could use a new design. This location is so small and gets packed out with so many people. Dont go with the idea that on a weekend youre just going to walk in and out. Hard working staff but very busy. And with the online orders coming in this place could use a bigger location

2021-08-04Everything about this place is great! Such tasteful ice cream & cake options. In my experience, the staff seems genuinely pleased to have customers & they are always smiling. They have such delicious signature creations, I always get the Cake Batter Batter Batter. I highly recommend checking this place out!
