We order from here frequently. Extras and add ons for online orders that we pay extra for are ignored every single time…I don’t want to leave a 1 star rating and try to hurt someone else’s business so I left 4 stars but please talk to your night shift employees and ask them to read all of the instructions on online orders. Thank you.
Super sweet and creamy for my taste. If you like that it is a good option for you. The smaller is even big. You have many choices in flavors and pick. It is very crowded when I went one Sunday and it doesnt have chair and chairs to share your ice cream. It would be cream if that had.
I had the worst experience ever yesterday night at this place, not only the staff was rude I also felt that they were least interested in working, I just feel the management should have a look at this issues and maybe try to train their staff a little better.
Ice cream is decent, but besides being fabulously overpriced, in the age of COVID they are not handling the influx of online orders gracefully. They fulfill online orders immediately, leaving a long line of increasingly agitated customers waiting as long as they feel like. Not worth the wait, and shame on them for being so backwards in their operation. Go to Carvel.
This location is special. Always the ice cream tastes better than other cold stone locations I have tried. Most of the times crowded still they make sure you get a great service and great ice cream. Awesome and highly recommend this Cold Stone.
Most times I have went in here it was young kids just working to work. Working to make some money which hey, I get. But, to work in the food industry, customer service? You must put on a smile and act accordingly. With that being said, I am giving this review based on the person who helped my daughter an I tonight. A young kid who was enthusiastic, patient, kind and did his job the way it is supposed to be done. Alex helped us with patience and a smile. Calm even with how many samples my 7 year old wanted to try and how indecisive I personally was. Only reason I’m writing this review and tipped. Keep it up Alex.
They were very unfriendly telling us to move down the line when we were all choosing our flavors. With just one person making all our scoops, Ruth told us to move down after explaining that we were all still choosing our flavor she just said “that’s fine, can you all just move down” if you don’t want people to wait around the ice cream then maybe find a better way to work.
Me an my two friends entered this facility planning on buying some ice cream. Noting the line we proceeded with entering the line as you normal should. The main problem during this experience is that, the servers proceeded to serve the line starting from the back to front at the time we arrived at the front of the line. This is not how every other establishment does business. This is not a hard concept to follow. The staff here need better training in customer service. We ended leaving this place as this experience showed that the staff was disrespectful and will never come back.

The short asian girl was very nice, I hope she gets a raise, especially for those outrageous ice cream prices. $18 for a half gallon! Insane!!
Enjoyed my waffle cone blended with 3 different linds of vanilla ice cream! Loved watching as they customized our orders. The counter people were all pleasant and really seem to enjoy their work. We will be back!.
I ordered a birthday cake FRIDAY EVENING and by SUNDAY MORNING no one had made it. I’ve been to the Levittown location multiple times on Friday’s and Saturday’s so I know that they have multiple workers in this location on these days; definitely enough that there was someone in an approximately 36 hour time period that could make it. The manager/owner or whoever is in charge really needs to get it together and have a discussion with the workers about what is supposed to get done, as they obviously do not know. They also are very pushy and demand that you move down the counter, even if you are trying to pick out what flavor to get. I get that is helps to keep the line moving, but yelling at people to move down in a nasty tone is not the way to do it. Knowing good customer service skills and how to be patient and polite and how to speak to people is key in working in a place such as this. I have also on multiple occasions heard the workers gossiping about customers in front of other customers, which is totally inappropriate and rude, but I guess that’s what to expect from children. Overall have never really been satisfied with the service, except on a few rare occasions. I only go back because the ice cream is really good and I rarely have problems with individual sundaes that I order, except that often times a lot of the flavors are melted.
Ordered online with Uber eats and there was a hair in my friends order when my friend called to complain they hung up on her. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Still working with Uber eats to try and resolve this issue. They just lost two customers TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
Oh my goodness the line was sooooo long it was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! It was so long I had my mom sit outside to relax! The ice cream is good but the fact they are all laughing and talking right over the ice cream as they prepare it is horrible! Oh, and no Im not a grrmaphobe, but my word! The place was pretty clean and always is and the ice cream is fresh everytime.
Delicious I always have a great experience. The only negative thing was one employee there lost one of our orders! He seemed kind of too cool. Laughed it off, not sure if he was really pay attention or eye balling all the patrons walking in.
Normally I have a good experience here but when I went today there were about 5 teenage boys working. The one who took my order was clearly new. He didn’t ask if I wanted anything else when I ordered one icecream (I was ordering 3) then I ordered a shake and watched him struggle to put the blender on. Then one of the other guys took over. I also ordered a Somewhere over the rainDOUGH! They didn’t put the Dough in! They gave me a cake batter shake in a cup pretty much! I will be back but I hope to see better training for the teenagers working.

They messed up my order every single time for the past 5 times. I keep hoping the last time will be the last mess up but every time they disappoint again. I’m tired of spending $10 on one icecream for it to be wrong.
I went to the location in Levittown N.Y and the male worker that took my order for icecream was rude. He also appeared annoyed when I asked if he knew the difference between two of their ice creams. I tried to just ignore his attitude....After he was done with my order and it was time to ring me up I told him I had a birthday coupon which was for a buy one get one free. I showed him the coupon which was on my gmail account and he said I dont think it will go through I asked him kindly if he would like me to log into my actual Cold Stone Creamery account and he said no. He asked me for my email and he wrote it down, walked away and when he returned he said my email isnt coming up. After he asked me DID YOU ALREADY USR THIS COUPON. Mind you, on my email it states that I only recieved the coupon yesterday. So WITH an attitude he says Ill give it to you this time as if hes doing me a favor. The amount of rudeness I received wasnt neccessary and I have been at this location several times and I have ordered cakes from this location and I have never recieved such unfriendly service. For him to ask me if I already used the coupon as if I just walked in an icecream parlour pretending in 9° weather that this is some sort of game was pathetic. For such horrible service I will never return. The saddest part is I have had great experiences with other staff but one lesson in business is that one simple worker could bring down an entire business with BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OR FEEDBACK.
Ordered two ice creams about an hour ago through Uber Eats. Ordered one coffee ice cream with toppings, and one red velvet cake ice cream with toppings. What showed up was one ice cream that was coffee ice cream with red velvet cake in it. Called the store, the person who answered seemed confused, and said that she would do a refund when her boss came in (didn’t say when that would be) and when we asked her name she hung up. Called Uber eats, and they were quick to apologize and refund the money. Overall a poor experience with Coldstone.
I have always heard of this place but never went myself. Decided to give it a shot this weekend and left very satisfied. Pretty decent selection and the servings are very generous for the price. I would definitely revisit until I have tried all their flavors!

Usually a long line and employees always busy. The ice cream is good and they have a good turnover. Prices a little high but its a chain and its damn good ice cream.

The ice cream here is really great, super creamy. The service is ok. They do a good job of mixing the ice cream but no songs and smiles as you might expect from a cold stone.
Got there at 10:05 and they said they were closed... but they’re usually always open until 11. Don’t know if they just wanted to go home early or what but I guess we’ll be calling before we go next time.

Its Cold stone... Who doesnt like Cold stone? It was a little busy when I went, so the staff was a little rushed. But I got exactly what I ordered, got it promptly, and was in and out. Really not much more to say than that, so if you like Cold stone, this.... well.... this is a Cold stone lol.

Very bad attention I waited 45 minutes to order when there were only 10 people waiting in front of me and there were about 6 or 7 employees. Really disappointed the ice creams are spectacular but the attention is horrible.

2022-03-19My boyfriend and I went into the shop at 10:40pm when the shop closes at midnight. When we got there, it was decently busy with people, but all people who already ordered and paid and who were just waiting. We only needed to pay for a package of 4 ice cream sandwiches, so we thought it would be quick. We stood at the cash register without being acknowledged at all for 10 minutes. Two workers were even counting cash in the machine and complaining about still having to be there working (again, over an hour before closing time). One of them finally looked at us just to ask us to let him check out the people behind us for some reason. After he let them pay, instead of helping us, he went back to doing random things and complaining. I had to send my boyfriend to get a new pack at this point because the original one had started to melt. Then, another worker asked for the next customer and completely ignored us again. At this point, over 15 minutes just standing in the shop and being ignored by everyone, my boyfriend asked can we pay for this here?. The same worker said yes while being annoyed and took my card to pay. He never said thank you, and just said youre good. I asked if the receipt printed and he rudely asked if I wanted one, to which I said yes. He huffed and ran to another machine to print it out.Overall, it was supposed to be a quick trip just to pay for prepackaged dessert, and ended up being an extremely upsetting 20 minute rude interaction. 1000% not worth it at all.

2022-03-06Staff and Customer Service was 100% satisfactory .This location seems to have lost its class very untidy place no chairs but just very dirty floors and dusty. Whoever is the owner needs to definitely! Clean this store .Coldstone in General is a very Classy Ice cream Franchise . The flavors never disappoint.I am Surprised How the Customers have not complained this place being so unclean. It truly takes away from the ice cream .

2022-04-01I always go to this shop for ice cream. Cheesecake famtasy is my favorite. Always ask for extra berries and they do it. Last time a lady charged me for that and even argued when i told her that half of the berries are thrown down while you are mixing

2018-08-30Been to this place prior and it is always good. They are friendly and work so hard to mix your ice cream and topping on that cold stone. Few tables but eventually, you will get a seat. Parking is ample since it is located in a shopping center. Lines can be long at time because they spend time creating your dish but it moves pretty quick.

2018-08-04We have been going to this Cold Stone Creamery every weekend for almost 2 years. The service is always impeccable & the ice cream is fresh & delicious!! Most of the staff knows our order from memory and the owner greets us with a smile, every time! The line is usually out the door, but moves fast!

2020-12-13Had a few different flavors.. didnt care for the waffle cup especially the chocolate dipped bkth variations tasted stale. Personally enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake and coffee kvers ive cream. They are Very nice people and trying their best to keep that social distancing in the facility.

2020-07-23Got a pint of butter pecan. Even in their freezer it looked a little soft and I could tell that it was soft when she was filling the container but I figured I’ll put it in my freezer and it will harden up. After several hours in my freezer it was still soft and filled with ice crystals. Yuck. That was my first time trying this cold stone creamery and I’m extremely disappointed. I will not go back.

2021-05-05Havent had their ice cream since covid. Good as always. The workers werent too happy though. They were very quiet and seemed sad.
