Great selection of leather goods. The footwear is lightweight, durable and their leathers are good quality. They offer a great selection and variety of footwear, accessories and leather cleaning products. The prices are beyond reasonable. Definitely recommended stopping in.
I own several Cole Haan shoes and I can say that the quality and crafmanship of their shoes is incomparable. Very well made shoes.
Very nice as long as you don’t need support. Brought back expensive shoes after 4 months with what the store calls “wear”. Bought 6 pairs in the last few months. Never again. Neither do my friends and family buy at this place.

Dont shop at this store. New store manager knows absolutely nothing and has an attitude because she doesnt enjoy her own life so misery loves company. You can always tell the lifers in retail. Very sad. Either way the new staff she brought on is terrible which just adds to the mess shes bringing. I use to shop at this store, staff WAS friendly until the recent changes. Product is cheap not worth the money.

Good collection but very bad customer service. Staff was very rude, not allowing to check any item , not helping to find the item but insisting to keep the item back in place even if you are trying it. Worst experience.
What a horrible experience all around. This is why Amazon is crushing the retailers. I liked a jacket in the outlet store but they didnt have it in my size. They had me order the jacket in XL and sent it to my house. The Jacket was to small and came in crumpled up. Although they were able to ship ti to me, I am not able to ship it back. I need to drive 1.5 hours each way in order to return it. The customer service people and the people at the store did not seem to be really sure of their answers. Wow! My bet is we will see Cole Haan in the junk pile with Sears and the rest of them.

Very friendly staff and large selection. Same quality as regular store and normally they always have sales or markdowns. Will def recommend a visit if in the Woodbury area.

2022-05-30Even that is one of my favorite Store Im going to decline on giving more than 1 Star in this Store! The lady that was my Cashier was totally Racist with my Wife! And I will never accept that! So here I am making this hopefully some manager see this!Please if you dont want to work as a Costumer Service Please Quit!!!!!!!

2021-02-22After this experience and the way I was treated, I will NEVER go to this store or purchase Cole Han ever again. The store manager should be fired immediately. She was extremely rude and acted as if she was better than me. I originally went into this store to return a pair of boots and purchase 3-$5,000 worth of clothing etc... BY FAR the most unprofessional and one of the dispicable people I’ve ever met in my life!

2019-12-19I had a wonderful experience with this store and their employees, particularly Jeannie. She helped recover a package that disappeared from mine or someones door. She followed up consistently and had a truly positive attitude. It is actually what I have come to expect from this store.

2021-04-25What a wonderful service. I didn’t know they were closed earlier than other stores in this outlet. But seriously, not even 1 minute that I had 3 ppl walked to me and said we are almost close. On top of that the 2nd person brought the 3rd person to told me that they were closing soon. WTH!!!! I guess the company really pay them good to tell all customers to leave
