I had the BEST experience ordering from Coleman! The furniture arrived exactly as described, and was assembled flawlessly by two true professionals. The notification process kept me informed throughout my delivery, everything g arrived on time and as scheduled. I’m moving into a new house, with a bunch of deliveries taking place. Coleman was BY FAR the best. And the entertainment center is beautiful in my house!
I usually do not write reviews but I am so angry! DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE! Looks beautiful on their website and then when it arrives it looks different! My entertainment center arrived with blue markings on it which customer support stated is supposed to give it an antique look? Not sure how a cream piece of furniture with blue markings would make it look like an antique. It looks like a kid drew on it with a crayon. Now almost a year later the wood is cracking and separating. I submitted a claim because I did purchase a one year warranty and they are sending me a marker? A marker is not going to fix wood that is coming apart. I received a letter from customer support that states once the furniture arrives in my home the manufacturer will take no responsibility for what happens after. So what is the point of the warranty then? SCAM! If you want quality furniture that will last I would suggest going elsewhere. I Will never purchase from here again.
ONLINE EXPERIENCE: Knowing the pandemic has lengthened delivery times and reduced the availability of certain items, I ordered a couch through Coleman Furniture - owned by Renegade Furniture Group - in early March. My initial delivery date was mid-April. One week later I got an email pushing it back to late April. 1-2 weeks later the next email further delayed to early May. Coleman Furnitures communication up to this point was great, even though I can tell its automated in some fashion (again, I was prepared for delays).It was a final, automated email that bothered me. It stated that Coleman Furniture was advised by the distribution center that the couch I ordered was experiencing a prolonged delay with no available ship date for the items [I] ordered. Due to this information [my] order [was] cancelled. No one attempted to contact me to see if I wanted to order another couch before this step was taken. When I followed up on their website seeking assistance, Customer Support from Renegade Furniture had this to say: ..timeframes and product availability are beyond our control. This made me lose my desire to place a new order with Coleman and the Renegade Furniture Group.So, you can order a couch online from Coleman Furniture and/or Renegade Furniture Group. Just hope the distributor actually has one, or the ability to make one. I would recommend that Coleman and Renegade only post the furniture that they actually know is in stock and/or available, rather than wasting buyer time with unmet orders and cancellations.
I had been shopping at Ashley Furniture and quite honestly had a horrible experience. The salesman was quite frankly dishonest, offering us a too good to be true price on an outdoor sectional in store to try to close the deal. To be safe I went home to measure the space and found out the price given in store couldnt be honored. The salesman had offered me a price he had never got approved and was ridiculously too low. I was so frustrated because I had been looking for weeks for the perfect outdoor sectional. That is when I found the very same sectional on Colemans website for a better price than Ashley offered in store or online. I was nervous making such a big purchase online through a company I had not heard of but read several reviews online which made me confident enough to make the purchase. The process was so incredibly simple and I received my furniture in 2-3 weeks exactly as communicated. The white glove service (which Ashley was charging as an add-on for a ridiculous price) was included in the delivery and made it seamless with no assembly. I didnt have to lift a finger and I did not have to deal with any dishonest salesmen. I would 100% order from this company again, especially over Ashley furniture stores! Thank you Coleman - the saga of looking for an outdoor sectional is finally over and its absolutely perfect.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! BEWARE!!!! I only have 1 star because it’s the absolute lowest I’m able to give here. Shop elsewhere! After waiting an extraordinary length of time to receive the furniture, one piece arrived with structural damage. This was discovered by Coleman’s “white glove” delivery service, who immediately took pictures and sent them to Coleman. Unfortunately, Coleman decided that they were entitled to use a third-party to repair the furniture and then send back to me. Since I did not purchase broken or refurbished furniture, I explained that I wanted a replacement. Rather than provide good customer service, Coleman kept both the delivery company and me on the phone for over an hour debating whether or not I was owed a credit or replacement. Since they insisted that they would use a non-manufacturer facility to fix it and return it with no credit to me for the diminished value, I rejected the delivery and sent it back with the driver.I would have accepted delivery with confirmation of a replacement, but Coleman refused. Instead, Coleman then charged me freight costs (on an item with free shipping), cancellation fees and restocking fees due to damage that was no fault of my own. Months later, I am still fighting for them to do the right thing. Their terms and conditions are very poorly worded and improperly interpreted by their staff. The minor savings isn’t worth it. Save yourself the extra time and headache and purchase from a more reputable, customer friendly company.
I’ve ordered from Coleman twice now and both times have been excellent. Delivery has been fast (a few weeks), much faster than other companies that couldn’t deliver for months. All of the pieces have been beautiful and the delivery service is great. Delivery and assembly are included unlike other companies and the people that have done the work have been very respectful of my home, friendly, and fast. I always check Coleman first when I am looking for furniture now.
Ordered a chest of drawers for my sons room and was surprised how quickly it shipped with all the delays due to supply chain issues. The delivery men were great, removed their shoes, moved the piece to my sons bedroom, set it up and removed all packaging. They made sure I was happy before they left. The quality of the piece is good, I would not say great. But overall I was happy with my experience and would definitely order from them again.
I was very satisfied with the options for the sofa from Coleman Furniture. Its an Ashley sofa, but I could not have gotten the options and color I wanted had I ordered it from them, plus Coleman Furniture offers free delivery, so it save me money! The sofa arrived at the distribution center much faster than expected. I would definitely purchase from Coleman Furniture again if I need anything else.
Shopping here was a breeze. I received my kitchen table a whole 2 weeks before the expected ship date! Very happy with the time frame and ease of customer service. The shipping provider (UPS) was incredibly rude and careless with the delivery, rolling the box up my gravel drive way on its side in the snow instead of using a dolly or arranging for a two person crew to carry it. This is no fault of the furniture company though, and I am hoping nothing is damaged when I open the box.
The furniture in person was exactly as advertised online. The sofa and swivel chairs are the perfect addition to our patio space. The cushion covers unzip for easy cleaning. So satisfied with the purchase! And, BEST delivery ever. The two men were great about communicating to inform us when they’d arrive. They unloaded the boxes and even assembled the furniture and placed them for us. They went above and beyond other furniture experiences we’ve had!
I am So happy I found Coleman Furniture online! I was in the market for a new couch but I didn’t want to get just a replacement of the same thing I already had. And I did not want to replace a good piece of furniture with some poorly made item that would have to get thrown out in two months. I had found an Ashley sectional couch at my local store but I wanted a customized option that they didn’t have available at the store. I went to look online and they didn’t have it available on the Ashley website (apparently it was a style option from 2020). I searched images on Duck Duck Go and I saw that Coleman Furniture was able to obtain a particular style (“Pantomime sectional” with cuddlers and chaise options in “driftwood”) I have a very small living room and this particular item fit my needs perfectly. I appreciated the Military Discount offers by Coleman and the communication on the status of my order was wonderful! I am soo soo happy to have my new couch—I absolutely love it! When I move to a bigger place I will be looking to buy additional pieces of this model sectional so I will DEFINITELY be purchasing from Coleman Furniture again (hopefully sooner than later 😊). Photo note: I have cats so I’ve covered the cushions to keep them from damaging it but the fabric is a chenille and it’s awesome!
Amazing experience. Ordering by phone was as fast as online thanks to a great customer service rep. They had all the information I needed to place my order efficiently. The nightstand arrived 2 business days after I placed the order! I will definitely be shopping to Coleman Furniture again!
We ordered two nightstands that were supposedly in stock but took a while to be delivered. When the delivery came one of the nightstands was damaged. We requested a replacement. Thankfully, we kept the original packaging and Fed Ex picked it up no problem. We waited a month or so and the replacement came more damaged than the returned one. Customer service was fine but Coleman didnt take pride and care in making sure its customer received a quality product. In fact, the replacement nightstand we received look as if it was returned to Coleman and shipped to us. These were very expensive nightstands. Sorry for doing business with this company. I wouldnt recommend it.
Ordered the Magnussen Bellamy Sofa Table from Coleman Furniture website. The order was easy to place, and the furniture was delivered within a week and half. The table was perfect and we our happy with our purchase. Coleman Furniture was good at email communications verifying the order, providing shipping information, and following up to ensure we were satisfied with the product. I would definitely purchase through them again.
If you are looking to purchase furniture online hassle free that will give you the best quality material straight to your door Coleman is the place to shop. I recently purchased two night stands to match a bed set I purchased the year before and I was impressed with the quality of the night stands as well as how fast and easy the deliver process was. I 100% recommend using Coleman furniture!
I have used Coleman to furnish 2 rooms, and I am incredibly happy with the entire experience. The prices are great, the delivery process is as fast as buying in a local store, and everything I have bought has been high quality. Great everything! Huge selection. Fantastic prices compared to similar retailers. Shipping was FREE (100+ lbs.). Unit was professionally delivered to my doorstep and was immaculate. Even better, unit was delivered three weeks earlier than originally estimated. Possibly the best furniture experience of my life. 11/10
We ordered our entertainment center online without looking at it in person. I am very happy with my purchase. First, we had several emails with updates about when the order will be ready, then we had the delivery earlier than we thought.The furniture is great and was very easy to assemble. I thought it is going to be in boxes and I will have to build it, but it was vice versa.Amazing customer service and great quality. I would definitely be back for some more.
Order a TV console online from them. The whole process was pretty smooth. They sent update email whenever the shipping process moved forward. Delivery guys were also surprisingly courteous, but I guess this depends on the local contractors they use in your area. Only thing is that the online description says the drawers are soft closing, but what I got were just regular drawers. Not a big deal though, overall I still recommend them.
Ordering from Coleman Furniture was a positive experience from placing the order on line, to tracking the order until delivery, replacing a piece of furniture that arrived with scratches, to the white glove delivery of the furniture. The delivery people kept us informed of time frames, kept to those time frames and were professional and respectful in every way. I would not hesitate to order from this company again. It was a win, win in all aspects!
I bought a sideboard for my dining room online. It was shipped to my home and arrived in perfect condition. I was impressed by the quality of the furniture and reasonable price. The only downside was that it took 3 weeks for it to be delivered. Ill definitely be shopping from Coleman Furniture anytime Im looking for furniture.
I am always a bit hesitant on ordering from somewhere new but after doing a search of reviews and a BBB rating I felt confident ordering my rug from Coleman. Not only did I find it about $100 cheaper, I didn’t have to pay massive delivery charges because it was free shipping. My order arrived the other day (just a few days after ordering) and it was perfect. I won’t hesitate to use Coleman again.
I ordered two nightstands from Coleman Furniture. They were $2400 each so I was expecting good quality items. When they arrived one of them was not only scratched, but the drawers wouldn’t close all the way. When I would push them all the way in, there was a significant gap between the drawer and the nightstand. It was very obvious that it was cheaply made. The quality was absolutely appaling and nowhere near a $2400 piece of furniture. When I called to return it, I not only had to pay $558.00 return shipping, but they also charged me $722 for a restocking fee. I sure hope they don’t restock this item and give it to someone else. Very disappointing after waiting so long to even receive it.I will never be purchasing from Coleman furniture again!
Do not buy from here. I ordered furniture a month ago and they called to schedule a delivery several times but the next day, they said they have not received it. A few days later they say it is on back order! It was never in stock to begin with! I requested a refund but the manager did not respond. Why do they charge the item without having even shipped it? This is suspicious. I called customer service to follow up and they didnt even bother to apologize. Very cold and uncaring as if I was bothering them. Poor customer service agents who dont care about their customers. Unbelievable! They are acting like scammers not shipping the item and not issuing me the refund either. They ignore my multiple emails as well. If they made a mistake, they can at least have the decency to cancel it and refund immediately. Why the delay and non response? My husband and I discarded our bed the night before since we got a call for the delivery the next day. We are sleeping on the floor now because of their big mistake. He is in pain due to his back operation and it is getting exacerbated due to Colemans huge error. Extremely upsetting. Fake company! Do not do business with them. You have been warned.
Coleman had the item I had had my eye on for months! The communicated great after purchase, keeping me updated on the status of delivery. Customer service was friendly and professional. Delivery guys were in and out in just a few minutes! Super efficient! And the piece is gorgeous!!
This is the second time I’ve bought from Coleman and another great experience! The couch was delivered within 3 weeks of me ordering it, which was awesome! The delivery people were courteous and took great care of the couch as they moved it through a tight doorway and set it up.
In the pursuit of purchasing a mirror that mounts to my dresser, I had two shipments arrive with a damaged mirror. The first, the mirror itself was damaged, and they sent a new one. This time, while the mirror was fine, it had come apart from the frame mount. Since it was something I could salvage myself, they discounted my purchase.Although it would have been nice to get a perfect delivery, I also understand that it’s a large mirror, and largely the carrier’s fault, and no fault of Coleman, because it was well packaged. So I’m still happy to give a 5 star due to exceptional customer service, and a product that still rocksThank you
Placed an order through Coleman and it was great. Saved a bit compared to the local shops, only thing was we had to wait for a few weeks. The couch arrived and was set up quickly with no issues, the desk had a wrong part but the manufacturer was quick to take care of it. If you dont mind a little wait Coleman is the way to go and the customer service has been great too.
Buyer Beware! I ordered a sofa in November, with understanding it would be delayed due to supply chain issues, said would take 9 weeks. Notified by email that sofa is not scheduled to arrive until April and if it did come then, would be 6 months since I ordered. Nothing they can do, said there is a wait list. Went on their website this morning, if I ordered the same sofa today, says 9 weeks delivery time. Again, I understand there are delays, but dont be deceitful upfront just to get the order
I absolutely loved my experience with Coleman Furniture. I had a certain type of couch in mind after seeing one locally that wouldnt be available for over 6 months. I found Coleman had the best price and FREE complete delivery and setup. Email communications were sent through each step from ordering to delivery. Delivery was quick, professional, and way ahead of schedule.
Ordering was easy and delivery was set up quickly through the manufacturers shipping company. My only gripe is that pretty soon after I ordered, the item I purchased disappeared from the website. I think I caught it as it was going out of stock, but it would have been nice to have a link for reference. Am I the only person that goes back and reads the description of things they purchased as we impatiently wait for it to arrive? Lol. I love my dresser and the price was fantastic.
We moved into a new house last year, and I was so eager to purchase bedroom furniture for our master bedroom. I ordered the Highland Park bed, dresser and nightstands from Coleman Furniture on 3/27/21. After ordering, I was notified the furniture would be delivered in 10 weeks. Several MONTHS passed and I was still waiting on all of the furniture, when I finally got notification it would be delivered. However, when the delivery showed up only the nightstands and dresser came. I was not notified the bed would not be coming and was only told once the other pieces arrived that there was a missing part to the bed and the bed would be delivered in the next few days. Additionally, the dresser arrived damaged. (To which I was later compensated a total of $75.) Over the next several weeks, I was told on three separate occasions the bed would be delivered only to have the company call me the day of or the day before to cancel the delivery. The bed FINALLY arrived in Jan 2021 (NINE months after it was ordered). If that’s not bad enough, two months into having the bed (that was roughly $1200) the side rails of the bed literally collapsed one day upon sitting on it. We reached out to the company to file a claim, and we’re told that it was not considered a manufacturer’s defect and therefore, the claim was denied. So now (after waiting months for this bed to be delivered) we are left with a bed that is completely unusable. Save yourself the time, money and frustrations and do NOT purchase from this company!
I had a really good experience with Coleman Furniture. I initially purchased this buffet through another furniture store and had the worst experience bc they had some issue with product availability and after 3 weeks of back and fourth they finally told me it wasn’t in stock. With Coleman everything was very easy and professional. I received my buffet about 2 weeks after I ordered it. They emailed and called me to schedule the delivery and it went so smoothly. I will absolutely order from Coleman again and I’m really appreciative of the excellent customer service and the delivery time frame and process.
We were told our couch would be delivered in 6-7 weeks yet we ordered on 6/18 and we were given a delivery date for 6/25. One piece did arrive broken but there was no trouble with asking to get it replaced. Such a pleasant surprise when we thought we’d have an empty living room for 6 weeks. So happy with our experience and our sofa!

As soon as I placed an order, I received communication about my order and when it’s going to be delivered. The whole process from ordering to delivery and set up of my new patio dining set was very smooth. Highly recommended!
Delivery service was superb, the guys were on time, friendly and took the furniture all the way to my back yard.The furniture is really high quality, super sturdy and the cushions are so thick and comfortable and I easily put the set together myself. The loveseat and couch I ordered are better than my indoor furniture!
I had a very good experience with my purchase. Everything went well from the shopping on their website through delivery. we did have a slight problem with the White Glove Service. The workers were polite and moved everything into place but I guess they didnt understand the assembly instructions. The wall unit seemed shaky and I asked about it. They said that it was fine. After they left I read the instructions and it wasnt assembled properly. We took it apart and reassembled it. We were missing screws so they must have taken them with them, luckily I had some that were the right size. Now it is sturdy and we love it. We would definitely buy it again.
The furniture was a much better price thana local competitor and the delivery wait time was months less than others offered. The delivery men brought everything in quickly, asked where we wanted the furniture and were super nice. Very professional. Without us asking, they kicked their shoes off on the way inside WHILE carrying the sofas so they didnt soil our carpet. Best service imaginable!
So very happy with them team at Coleman Furniture, from the sales assistance to the delivery team. We ordered a leather sectional, chair and ottoman after seeing a similar product at a local retailer. I have never ordered furniture on-line, this was a marvelous experience. No doubt we will come back for more furniture and savings in the near future.
Wouldnt recommend ordering from here. Ive never had such a disappointing online ordering experience. Ordered two outdoor sets. A couple days later I was informed that they could not fulfill one of the items and needed to cancel that item. They revised my order for just the one set. A couple days after that, I received another email that my order was cancelled as they couldnt fulfill either item. Meanwhile, I can go to their site and still order both things. Why wouldnt they be listed out-of-stock if they are not able to fulfill my order? Very frustrating to spend hours searching for the furniture you like and get excited about what you decide on, then just to be cancelled a week later. If both of my items were cancelled, I have to imagine this happens a lot. Dont waste your time looking, order from somewhere that can actually send you what they say they have.
I purchased the Cali pearl modular sofa and it fits perfectly in my living room. The sofa is so comfortable and compliments my other furniture. I was so surprised about how quickly I received the sofa after placing my order. I would definitely purchase from Coleman Furniture again.
After a moving disaster we lost one piece of this sectional and had a hard time finding any place locally that would allow us to buy by the piece. Thank goodness for Coleman. Every step of the order was communicated and furniture was delivered with care. Would definitely order from them again.
Beautiful furniture! The delivery was not so great. After waiting 3+ months for our bedroom set, they failed to deliver part of the bed. So our brand new mattresses had to be placed on the floor for a few days, so we would have somewhere to sleep while we waited for the other part of the bed to be delivered. When the correct part of the bed was finally delivered, one of the delivery people refused to help my husband finish setting everything up (including items that the first set of delivery people should have taken care of) & just had a horrible attitude. I believe his exact words were, “I didn’t bring it, I ain’t setting it up.” Coleman Furniture, you really should find a different company to do your deliveries: these guys absolutely do not care.
The whole process was very well handled, and delivery was quick and flawless. The pieces of furniture were a little taller than my wife realized and having shopped in person may have given us pause. The finish shading of the leather was not as prominent as it was in the photo but seems to be getting a little closer as the furniture is exposed to daylight, I was a little disappointed in how dark it was compared to the online photo. It is beautiful and soft but a little different than we pictured.
I wish there is an option to rate a ZERO to these guys. I ordered a daybed when the estimated delivery of the product was showing as 2-4 days. When I placed the order, I got an email saying that the estimated delivery date is 10 weeks. From 2-4 days to 10 weeks???? I realized what a great material planning system they have. The bigger joke is that I got another email from them a while ago saying that the expected delivery date of this product is Jan 31, 2023 which is 24 weeks from now. I wanted to cancel the whole order which includes the barstools (already delivered) because I am not happy with the way these people are working with customers. They wouldnt accept the return now as the return should happen within 5 days but it is 10 days now. Their customer service team is terrible and they do not know how to talk to the customers. We have great companies like COSTCO and AMAZON that strive for great customer service experience and companies like these that do not even care for their customers. I would NOT recommend anybody to buy in this misleading website that promises a lot but do not care to live up that.
This TOV bed is absolutely beautiful. Just what I was looking for. Customer service with Coleman was great and they kept me up go date along the process. The only reason I didnt do five stars is because of the time it took to receive the bed otherwise good experience and happy with my purchase.
THANK YOU! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE !My wife wanted a new bedroom set. We fell in love with one that we saw on Wayfair, but it was never available and I couldnt find it, despite how hard I looked. I happened upon the Coleman Furniture site and scrolled through the bed-sets and saw that it had a different name on Wayfair than reflected on the Coleman site. I was skeptical that Coleman would be able to get the piece given the current circumstances, but within 4-6 weeks, as promised, I was alerted that the bedroom arrived and its white glove delivery was excellent. Once I knew its proper name, I found the bedroom set (its the Providence) on a few other sites for a little less money, but I will gladly pay a little more to have actually received the piece and Im not sure if those other sites afforded the white glove delivery service. All in all, great experience.
Ordered item on 6 Feb and was supposed to be 4-5 weeks. Every 2-3 weeks got update that would be another 4-6 weeks. Ended up getting most items 5 months later. One item was damaged and they can’t provide update when can arrive and indicated a few weeks. I looked at Amazon and other places and can have same pieces delivered in 2 days cheaper - there are other places too that will guarantee delivery in 2-3 days. In mentioning to Coleman they want to charge me restocking fee to cancel for something they can’t tell me when will ship and are now not being responsive. Buyer beware is all I can say.
Please save yourself thousands of dollars. Dont buy furniture from these people. Dont buy their warranty, it is a ripoff. I bought the Chelsea Roscoe leather sofa, loveseat, and chair from them. After one year, the leather was full of scratches and the chair sags badly. I am so disappointed. We have no pets and we did nothing to cause the damage. When I tried to use my warranty, my claim was denied. Please beware!
Purchased a nightstand from Coleman, was a breeze ordering on line with the option of using Affirm for payment. They kept me up to date on the progress of shipping. The nightstand was delivered earlier than expected. I would definitely order from Coleman Furniture again.
The only reason I gave one star is because negative was not an option. This was the worst retail experience I have ever had from start to finish.Furniture was delivered with multiple key parts missing that are required for assembly. Obviously I was not aware of this fact when it was initially delivered since we didnt assemble the piece the second it arrived.So Coleman is now refusing to provide the missing parts AND will not provide any contact information for their reps at the manufacturer so we can attempt to resolve the issue ourselves. To say their customer service team has been unhelpful would be an insane understatement.Its a shame that their team is so useless and handled this so poorly, as the furniture itself would probably look great. Though the credit for this would obviously go to the manufacturer, as Coleman did not make the product and was unable to even deliver it in a manner able to be assembled.Terrible service, terrible company, terrible experience.
I ordered a large full length mirrored medicine cabinet and it was shipped in a timely manner. However, due to construction delays and labor issues (as with most of the country experienced over the last year), the cabinet sat in my garage for 5 months until it was installed. At that time, my contractor noticed the metal pegs that support the shelving inside were missing. I emailed Coleman for help. I was told that due to the fact that the order was so old that they would not honor the replacement of the pegs. I pushed and asked for re-consideration due to the construction delays I had experienced. Coleman said they contacted the manufacturer and and were told that they too would not honor my request due to the delay in my request. I asked for good faith consideration in that my construction project was now 6 months delayed and overbudget. Not only do I have a cabinet that is useless without the shelves, but I was unable to find ANY pegs from ANY other vendor that would fit their cabinet. Again met with NO. After several weeks went by, I asked again and this time Coleman told me the manufacturer would ship them out to me for 50 DOLLARS! 16 tiny metal pegs shipped via UPS or FEDEX does NOT cost $50!!!! This is robbery and they had me at their whim. They knew it and took advantage of me. I am ready to rip the cabinet out of my house and replace it with something that I know a reputable, honest company would back up their customer and their customer service policy with assistance and good faith. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY WILL ROB YOU WITH THEIR OVERPRICED FURNITURE AND WILL NOT HONOR ANY OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PROMISES!
I ordered a bedroom set in June delivery took the amount of time stated, and it arrived without the headboard. Reach out to customer service, and I get hit with another 2 week wait for a new headboard. Fast forward it’s now August, they deliver the headboard just for it to not fit with the rest of the bed set. This has been a terrible experience, and now I possibly have to go another month without a bed. All customer service offered me was a $50 gift card. No accommodation for anything. Be careful when purchasing with this business they are trash.
I bought the cali pearl modular sectional and while the couch is beautiful, let me tell you the delivery and assembling experience was not. This company prides itself in its white glove delivery. First off, I received a call the day before the delivery to confirm the delivery the next day between the hours of 9AM-1PM and that the driver would call me with at least an hour notice to let me know when they were on their way. Next day, the driver calls me at 8:30 AM saying he is 10 minutes away. I live in a complex were freight elevators are reserved for a specific time and notice is needed. Couch gets delivered and the 2 delivery guys were not wearing any kind of gloves to deliver a WHITE couch. Obviously the couch stained in different areas but we were re-assured that it would come off with a damp cloth. I asked if the couch had any types of clips to connect and was told no. I then called the company to let them know that the couch literally separates to the point we are falling and I learned about the internet that the couch does have clips and these should have been installed when the delivery guys came to deliver the couch. They then proceeded to provide me with a $60 gesture credit to get a technician on my own and they would reimburse me. Why wouldnt they just send someone from the local delivery company to take care of this. How was I supposed to know that they didnt give me all the information when delivering the couch. The couch is literally so uncomfortable and moves all over the place.
Coleman handled a situation with Bernhardt coffee tables so poorly that I felt the need to warn everyone not to work with them.First batch of tables never even made it from Bernhardt - lost / damaged in shipping. They were sent FedEx Ground. I urged Coleman to have Bernhardt ship the next round with LTL Freight (pallet) so that the tables which had stone tops would not be damaged in shipment. Second round got sent FedEx ground as well, actually made it to our place but of course were completely broken on arrival. The boxes were so damaged, Im shocked they were even delivered by FedEx. They had clearly burst open, and been taped back up.Coleman was informed of this issue. Despite waiting over 4 weeks for these tables at this point, I explained that the resolution that would work best for me was to send just new tops in a crate as the bases of the tables were in good condition. Coleman refused and insisted that I repackage the tables (at my own time and expense - mind you we had to get new materials since the boxes that the tables arrived in were shattered), and said only after FedEx picked them up would they issue a refund. Were now going on almost 2 months, FedEx is gong to pick up boxes that have no chance of making it from Seattle back to North Carolina, and Coleman will have held on to our money the entire time.Avoid this company at all costs, unless you want to roll the dice and hope nothing goes wrong with your order. Weve ordered several times from Wayfair and their customer service is far superior.
The chairs look great, however, description states they are faucet leather I was expecting a leather feel but they feel like fabric. I have other faux leather chairs that have a leather touch. I wanted leather chairs for easy clean-up. They are bit firm as well. Other than that the chairs are great. They look perfect with my dining table. This is the look I was going for.
If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered furniture on 3/14 and was told it would be shipped in 3-4 weeks. Then yesterday I got an email stating it wont ship until July 2. So today I called and was told that yes it will not ship until July so I cancelled the order. Within 30 minutes of hanging up with them, I get another email stating the furniture is on a truck ready to be shipped. I call again and they just keep telling me that this is the latest information from the manufacturer and I can still cancel but I will have to pay a cancellation fee of $289.65 because it is on the truck ready to be shipped. I find it extremely odd that within 30 minutes of being told it wont ship until July that magically it is now on a truck ready to be shipped. This company has very shady policies so AVOID AT ALL COST!
First time customer. I had a great experience with the online chat when I had a question about a product. I ended up placing the order through customer service which was very efficient. Shipping was super fast. The product arrived today with no issues. I would definitely order again.
Coleman Furniture was so amazing! I originally had issues ordering a couch from another site and had to get a refund, but with Coleman no issues. I ordered the couch and in about 5 weeks it was delivered. The delivery company called me to schedule a day, then called the day before to provide a 4 hour window of arrival. They brought it up to my apartment on the 4th floor (luckily I have elevators) and unboxed and set the couch up even taking the trash. Seriously such a good experience!
Ordered 3 items and completed a Price Match request online before furniture was delivered. Furniture was nearly $300 cheaper through Ashley Furniture (one of the approved price match vendors). Followed up twice after furniture delivery and never received a response. Would give ZERO stars if that was an option. Absolutely follow through on communication from this company.
I have shopped with Coleman for years. I have never had any issues with delivery or damage. Their prices are great and they always deliver on time. I absolutely love Coleman and have had nothing but great experiences. Actually I have had better experiences with Coleman than my local furniture stores.
Whatever you do please do not order from this company. They blocked my review on their website AND then blocked me off Instagram. I waited over 4 months for a delivery, it finally came and the couch was so ugly, and so uncomfortable. I asked to return it. I’m now paying THEM over $800 to return it!! More than this piece of garbage is worth!! The company is criminal. I’m assuming most of their profit comes from customer returns. Please do not cheap out and use this company, go to West Elm or restoration hardware. By all means avoid purchasing anything from this company!!
Placed an order 6/4/22 for a bed including white glove delivery and assembly. They attempted to deliver 7/14 but were missing pieces and left me with a half-assembled bed in my home. Their customer service then advised I should go to the hardware store and purchase the missing pieces myself. They also told me I should try calling the manufacturer myself to get an update, but wont give me the number and said I should google it. This has been a terrible experience, all they do is blame everyone else; the manufacturer, the delivery company, the customer... I have had to spend hours on the phone with them and they offer absolutely no resolution. And i am still not sure what i am supposed to do with a half-assembled bed.
I would give less stars if I could. Been waiting 6 months for our couch we ordered. We were told that it was finally ready to be shipped. Then, we are told the materials just arrived for it to be manufactured and could take another 6 weeks to ship. All customer service can say is “sorry”. Coleman Furniture can cut some costs by just eliminating their customer service department. DO NOT USE COLEMAN FURNITURE.
Unbelievable how this company is still in business. This company is the prime example of why it is SO important to read reviews on the better business bureaus website. Images on website do NOT match what you will get. Additionally if you do not like the furniture, be prepared to pay them a hefty fee if you want to return it.. almost 1k to be clear. Their customer service department is terrible and unprofessional, and their shipping took over 5 months all to just result in disappointment, a HEFTY return fee ($1K) and a delay in actually receiving my dream furniture from a real company. So SAD that this company of thieves is able to get away with this. I advise you to read the BBB website prior to purchasing, and I guarantee you that you will reconsider buying anything from this trash company.
Shopping online with Colman was easy, the prices were excellent, and the delivery was outstanding. We received our recliner in 4 weeks and we were updated throughout the process. We are extremely pleased with both product and the service we received from start to finish.
Disaster of an experience so far. Ordered wall unit on Coleman Furniture site June 29, saying “In Stock”. Only after completing purchase was I introduced to “Renegade Furniture” by way of an email telling me there was no item status. I tried chatting and also called, asking why they sell something that they don’t actually have in stock ready to ship, that’s false advertising, and was met with a rude person who said the furniture is made to order. Excuse me no that isn’t I could’ve ordered it on a certain way fair site and had it in two weeks for the same cost. Instead, I’ve received vagues emails about “great news” every 2-3 weeks telling me it’s “progressing” and has an approximate delivery of “5 weeks from today”. Meanwhile the cost on the other site, still saying I’d get it in two weeks, has gone up so now I am screwed. For all I know they will never get the item I ordered. Do not order from this Coleman Renegade whoever they are unless you don’t actually want to ever get your furniture. Terrible customer service and fake inventory. Totally regret ever ordering from them.

The selections were over the top, and it took days for me to decide….and once I did, I knew I had made an Awesome Choice!Then, the real true reality of my choice to shop with Colemans was revealed!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Very expensive lesson. Extremely poor customer experience and quality of product and delivery. Furniture took 5 months to deliver (they tried 2 times with furniture damaged and extremely poor quality). I had refused delivery when it actually arrived because there was a chunk out of dresser, bed frame would not line up and color of headboard was really off. They said the manufacturer checked the color and it was correct. It was so bad, there was no way anyone would have accepted it. Coleman furniture charged me over $500 for shipping and restocking fees because I refused delivery. I wish I had ordered from a reputable online company who accepts returns when customers are not happy with products. I never had a problem ordering with Wayfair or Costco.
We had a great experience with Coleman Furniture. Timeline was appropriate and communication was given every step of the way. Delivery service was professional. They did have everything set up and had to take it down to get it through the door, but we’re able to do so and set it back up once in the house.
I hate my bed. It came with the holes misaligned. It is a king, there are 3, just 3 screws supporting it in the middle underneath. It wiggles and I have to keep pushing the mattress back up to the headboard. They do not accept returns or exchanges. I even contacted them within the hour of receiving my order. Box spring it way too high, cant return or exchange that. Billing was all screwed up from the start. Took 2 months to get that figured out. I cant recommend them.
I would give them ZERO if i could. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They take ZERO accountability for anything and put it off on some one else. SOME HOW it is ALWAYS someone elses fault, and NEVER EVER Coleman Furniture. When you call in, they shuffle you around from person to person and again, NEVER take accountability. There are plenty of other places, order from one of them. Youll be thankful you did in the long run. I promise.
Initially I loved my leather couch, but it began experiencing terrible fading only a year or so after getting it. The insurance I purchased doesnt cover fading (only accidents), and the cost to get it restored locally is practically the cost of the couch. Such a bummer.
I had a good experience with them. Ordered a nightstand to match my husband’s existing bedroom set. I had a few questions and used the chat feature, to confirm a few details and agent was helpful and I felt comfortable proceeding with my order. The delivery came on time with Fedex.
Ordered furniture in March and 5 months later we still do not have a confirmed shipping date. I understand timelines are tough but we get emails weekly and the date keeps getting pushed out. Very disappointed as this is outdoor furniture by the time it arrives summer will be over.
Literally the worst customer service ever. Ordered a 2k bed. Not to mention was sent with missing parts and their white glove service put it together backwards and upside down. I was made to PAY for the replacement pieces to fix their mistake. Now, Less than a year later, the bed is breaking. Called to ask if I can at least buy a replacement part and they said nope sorry youre out of warranty there is nothing we can do. This place is a money hole and am probably going to go with SCAM as well. Do yourself a favor and just go directly to the manufacture site of each piece you would like to purchase. At least there you will get half decent customer care.
Following up on a previous review. BEWARE of reviews on the Coleman website. I posted a negative review about my experience, I received an email confirming they received my review and then saw they never posted the review on their site. I knew it was odd that they had almost all 5 star reviews that were one line or sometimes even one word and thought these looked fake. I checked the filter for one star reviews and nothings shows up. They obviously post false reviews and hide the honest ones that dont look good in their favor. Thats just poor business and definitely makes them less trustworthy. And as for the update - the dresser and replacement pieces still havent arrived....
I ordered a bed that I had tried to order on other sites and they said it would be 3 to 5 months before delivery. Found Colemans same bed they said it would be three weeks delivery great I order it they confirm the order and then I get in my email couple hours later we canceled your order products not available. So I was disappointed
U pay a lot of money for your furniture and we are living in a pandemic and this company don’t want to stand by the quality of there furniture that they sell to customers. They customer service is horrible and the fact that they don’t have a complaint department to file a complaint but you have a survey line. And want customers review’s. The fact that it took them 2 months to send me my furniture. My experience I will never do or recommend no one to this company.
Buyer beware! Ordered a bed room set with nightstands and received my nightstands that appeared to be wood until i saw the damage and that showed it was wood colored foam. This is the secound damaged set of nightstands they sent me.Buy at your own risk, furniture here is hit and miss and may not be genuine or real wood.The customer service manager Melissa did nothing but try to push me to recieve the order. Instead i paid the restocking fee to avoid getting fake press wood furniture since that is what i received.
After assembling the coffee and end tables, I noticed they had defects and many swirling scratches in them. Called customer service to only get a run-around. At first, they wanted to offer me $90 to keep the tables after spending over $1,000 for them. I was told this decision was made after extensively reviewing the case with their team and managers (less than an hour later). Then they told me I had to disassemble both tables that took about three hours to assemble and put them back in the original boxes closest to how I received them. There was no way they were going to fit back into the boxes as they were hard enough to get them out without tearing the boxes a bit I told them. Then, they wanted me to ship them back, wait for them to be inspected, then they would ship new ones and start the process all over again which would take no less than a couple of weeks at best and live with no tables in my living room. This was after I sent them pictures of the defects. I told them I wasnt satisfied with this process because no one was held accountable for shipping me defective merchandise, and now it became my problem making me jump through all these hoops with disassembling and reassembling with no guarantee the new tables wouldnt be defective. I told them they could just come and pick them up and I would stop the charge on my credit card, and we would move on. I was then threatened to be turned over to their legal department if I didnt follow their dissatisfying return process. I am in the retail business and if we had a customer service department like this it would be a shame to our industry. I requested their upper managers email address and I never heard back from them. The golden rule in life is to treat others like you want to be treated. Coleman furniture thinks more about satisfying themselves than providing good customer service. Unless it doesnt cost them anything or hold their furniture manufactures accountable. I told them to keep the money as they made it seem like they needed it more than me. I will buy new tables elsewhere and probably donate these to someone in need. Buyers please beware of Colemans return policies and customer service tactics. I do not like writing a bad review, but I thought this should be known. Buy online but locally where if you have any problems, you can get sufficient help if needed, or buy from someone like W**fair.
We ordered a desk from Coleman / Renegade. After 7 months, and multiple cancelled deliveries they delivered a desk that was used. There was no manufacturer packaging, stains from something spilled on the top, scratches and chips all over the place. They won’t allow you to refuse the delivery, want to charge an $800 restocking/delivery fee for a desk that was not delivered as a new product. All they’ll say is they will send a technician to fix it. I don’t want it fixed, I paid for a new desk not a damaged on to be repaired! Never use this company!
My points from a purchase last year were not in my account when I went back this year so had to contact customer service. Other than that, mostly pleasant experience, but this time our furniture arrived in boxes to be put together whereas previous purchase they assembled for us.
Bought a $3500 sectional reclining couch from them. The one piece is askew and does not connect to the other pieces of furniture. I have tried everything to get it to connect but the piece is crooked so it does not happen. It does not recline properly and grinds and has to go over a bump as the mechanism is off and crooked. The piece can tip forward when reclined as it is not connected.Let Coleman know. They denied the claim against the manufacturer. Im now filing a claim with my states consumer complaint department as well as disputing the charge. Coleman can take their furniture back for all I care.Delivered broken furniture. Will not do anything about it. Tried to write a review on their website about the furniture I bought but it is under review. They appear to only be allowing good reviews. Not a good company. Please go elsewhere.
The reason for the 3 stars is tentative, although I received what I think is the whole bed reasonably faster than expected- the box itself was completely split open and the ends of the boards for the actual bed were scraped, I am still in the process of being able to get the boxes open to completely investigate the current condition of the rest of the bed,** If I even received the whole bed, it was a bookcase bed and I only received two pretty slender long boxes so Im really holding my breath on this one. Looking to be presently surprised in the next day or so 🤔 fingers crossed
We ordered our bedroom set from this company over a year ago and they subcontract out the delivery to renegade furniture and have still not received it in the last month we have had 2 scheduled deliveries canceled because something was damaged on our products we bought. Their customer service is terrible as well, WE have had to call THEM because they never showed up at the scheduled delivery time so not only did they waste my time with their failure to communicate and handle our products with care but we also had to move all of the stuff out of our room for them to get in there and all the picture frames off the wall for them to deliver. We got up early when we could have slept in and weve been sitting at the house all day on a Saturday waiting for them. I am so livid with this company it is unreal. NOW we have to move ever thing back into our room and put all my picture frames back on the wall and wait for the next scheduled delivery if they can even manage to get our products here at all. Most unprofessional furniture company I have ever dealt with and that is with absolute honesty. I work in retail so I get that things happen but where is the communication and why would you not handle the product with extra care after it being messed up the first time?
I ordered a console table online and the piece arrived and the quality is great, but we ordered in in blue and it arrived in a completely different color. It is green. Too much of a hassle to go through the return process but when you spend several hundred dollars you should at least get the color you ordered.

They have an easy & informative Online store. they kept us up to date on the delivery of our furniture and when the furniture was ready to deliver the cartage agent setup a convenient time for the delivery and setup. we will be purchasing again from Coleman Furniture
Worst company ever! Wort customer service and sales rep who have no idea whats going on. WORST QUALITY of furniture! They did not meet expectations in terms of delivering my order for which I waited over 2 months, at the time when I had to receive the two sofas, there were issues with the quality and it failed inspection. They are refusing to refund me and on top of that are charing 15% restocking fees for damaged sofa that was not delivered. I am still dealing with their non-attentive personnel in totally ignoring my phone calls and requests. DO NOT BUY from them!
DO NOT ORDER FROM COLEMAN!!! Please, I have been crying for hours today because of them. I paid about $3000 for a wall unit and they told me day of delivery it was damaged and they would still deliver it but send me the replacement later. Then the delivery drivers get here (hours after they said they would and didn’t call before they showed up) and say they cannot deliver it because my tv was on the wall. I asked them to just put it together next to the tv and they refused saying it could fall on me or something…what? It could fall on me anytime what does that matter? So they said they can just redeliver another time. I call customer service to reschedule and the staff LITERALLY laugh at me because I am crying and called me a liar saying the delivery people never said that as if they were even here…and they hadn’t even spoken to them at this point. They said they would never do that so I am not telling the truth…absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. Also got a text they delivered my furniture when they did not. I am asking and having to beg them for my furniture and they do not care. They just continue to try and get more and more money out of me.
False advertising. Online sales price changed after ordering. Ordered a 108” storage wardrobe online for $1300+; received first email trying to upsell furniture protection which I declined, then a couple days later received a call from them that the 108” white wardrobe had a new price of over $1900 (a $600 price increase); and that if I wanted to keep the order, I’d need to pay the new price. I declined and said I would prefer to cancel the order due to the after sales price increase. They said they would send an email cancelation to that effect. However, when I received the cancel confirmation, it cited a “prolonged delay” at “the distribution center” instead of the real reason which was a new price increase after the online sale. This is not an example of how Better Businesses operate!
Overall, my shopping experience was quick and easy. Once the sectional was delivered, the delivery guys banged up our walls a little, knocked off our doorbell and caused small scratches on our sectional, but the sectional itself is a sturdy and comfortable piece of furniture!
Awesome experience fast shipping, the installation was smooth and good quality wish they could include the warranty on a lower price but overall good service. The online site had an issue with the order when trying to change the billing address but after calling their support got it all setup.
DONT BUY FROM THEM!! THEY WILL RIP U OFF!! I recently purchased a $2600 bedroom set and was scheduled a delivery may 28 and no one called or came on the day of delivery. I was told after 3 days of waiting cuz of the holiday weekend.... that the delivery company they use will schedule and then inspect it.. And some of my stuff didnt pass the inspection so i have to wait even longer. What kills me is nobody said this to me and now i want to cancel my order im being charges 15%! And its not even my fault this delivery company cant communicate that info with me when setting up the appt for delivery. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! IT WILL SAVE U MONEY AND A HEADACHE!!
If I could put no stars I would. This is the worst furniture company I have ever dealt with. I was promised a 30 min call prior to delivery so that I could have someone available at my home to receive the item. They did not call. Their delivery driver left my very heavy furniture item on the patio with multiple areas of damage and missing pieces. When I requested to have them come back out to place the item where it needs to go in my home, they wanted to charge me $115!!! When I called and spoke with them, they said the case is closed and hung up on me. Ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that doesnt deliver damaged goods when youre not even there.
UPDATE 1/21/21: The furniture was delivered this week. The company that delivered it did a great job of communicating and scheduling. The two guys who moved it in and assembled it were fantastic. I am happy with the quality of the furniture and I think I paid a good price for it. My only complaint is the extreme length of time and the poor communication from Coleman about where it was at any given time and how much longer it was going to take. It was over 5 months total. I have ordered furniture from other places like Wayfair during COVID and have not had this issue at all. The furniture from Coleman is very high quality, so I think if they got their supply chain issues sorted out, this could be a lot better. I have revised my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.UPDATE 12/29/20: Still no furniture. Last I heard three weeks ago, it was on some loading dock in California. The company blames the delays on COVID, but every other item I ordered from every other place has been received over the last nine months. Not this. This company has major supply chain and customer service issues.Original review: I ordered a bedroom set and a couch from Coleman Furniture on August 5, 2020. I have received 18 order updates, all with varying dates of when I can expect the furniture to arrive. I have emailed customer service twice and they keep saying it is because of COVID. On November 13, 2020, they charged my credit card for the full order and said the bedroom set was on the way to the local delivery warehouse. The couch is showing it will not be ready for another 4-5 weeks, assuming thats even accurate because they keep pushing it out. This is not acceptable service. It is not right that I have already paid a significant amount of money for furniture I have not received. And I have been living out of boxes for FOUR MONTHS! Now they say the couch will be shipped December 15th and I have to wait until the full order is received by the local warehouse. Do yourself a favor and dont order from this company!
Worst experience ever!!! We bought a bed for 1000 and it fell apart in a week. Then they were suppose to send parts and it keeps getting delayed. We had to throw the bed out and buy a bed somewhere else. Ridiculous They always had excuses why they cannot get the parts here. Piece of junk furniture do not buy from them
You get what you pay for. Our bed arrived with the pieces all mixed together in a baggie and one piece missing, so haven’t been able to put the bed together yet. Was also surprised to see there is no board or anything between the floor and where you’re supposed to put a mattress. However, you get a frame and a bookcase for $300 so eh.
Coleman furniture SOLD FAULTY RECLINERS recliners with faulty motors. After one year the recliner got STUCK in the recline position. I COULD NOT GET REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY. CHARGED $400 FOR SHIPPING of a new recliner. I am a single mother who saved for these recliners! It was a BIG DEAL and I dont have time to SUE. The excitement of the recliners has turned into disappointment and FRUSTRATION having to deal with this company!
From beginning to end the experience was great. First and most importantly the cost of the furniture was $500 less therm Wayfair!It was delivered ahead of schedule, on time by two very nice men who took care setting it up. Cannot say enough nice things about the experience.
I found exactly what I was looking for, lots of different styles to choose from. Website is super easy to browse and I appreciated the free shipping and delivery service. It was great not having to worry about putting together the item when it arrived. It arrived in good condition and the delivery guys had it together in no time!
I stumbled upon Coleman Furniture after searching for a new sectional, and I was admittedly nervous after reading some negative reviews regarding service, communication, shipping delays, and product quality/damage. However, I did not have that same experience. I got a great deal on my sectional, it was manufactured, shipped, and delivered in a month, and there were no defects upon delivery.
Do not buy furniture from this company. I purchased a Caracole sectional and it was used or a floor sample. It arrived with nicks in the wood, dirty upholstery, a leg missing and a large rip in the dust cover with tape over it. I was not home when it was delivered or I would have refused delivery. I called them the very next day and they will not take it back. They want me to find and call a furniture repair person. I have reported them to the BBB and Coleman Furniture offered only $400 off on a $5,000 sectional. Don’t by from this company. If something is wrong with your furniture purchase you’ll be sorry!
My only complaint is the poor quality styrofoam used to protect the furniture. It did it’s job for sure as we had now damage. The problem is that the styrofoam falls apart and is all over everything. It’s impossible to get rid of. I know pretty trivial but you don’t have to clean it up for the next two weeks. Lol. We love the tables and appreciated the good service.
The ordering and delivery process from Coleman was amazing! It took 3 weeks, but for the price of the couch and the fact that it was free delivery and set up, I cant complain at all. We love our new couch and we will definitely consider Coleman for future furniture needs.
Bought a beautiful bedroom set. They are amazing!!! Unfortunately the company has horrible customer service. When they delivered the furniture, the installer said they were missing piece and could not build the bed. So I wait a month for parts and then the installer to come back, only to find out that we had everything the first time, the new installer damages the bed, doesnt say anything and leaves. I email the company and let them know. They say that it wasnt reported so they cant do anything.
Thank you everyone, for your honest reviews. I was ready to spend over 5k in bedroom furniture. I decided to read the reviews, and realized this is not the furniture store I should spend my money. Damaged furniture, awful customer service. No thanks. Appreciate the truth and the pictures.
Was suppose to get my furniture 5/ 27/22, the first excuse was bad weather so they would be late, then later on got a call back they said the delivery truck had broke down and I had to reschedule for the next Saturday so still over a month and no furniture. I’m very upset because I came through on my end of the deal and paid Coleman furniture on my end they did not come through on there end
We purchased the Kiannah club chair in black. We shopped this product thru several different vendors and Coleman offered the best price, plus free shipping. We received excellent communication from the time we ordered thru professional delivery. It took about 11-12 weeks to receive, but it was well worth the wait. The chair exceeded our expectations, it is a solid and heavy piece of furniture that is beautifully crafted with high quality materials. This timeless piece will surely become an heirloom for our family.
Terrible experience. Never again!Our order was placed on January, in July we finally received the last missing part of the order. The worst company ever! I am so regretting that I chose them. It was hundreds emails- late , late, late…missing…late…it was impossible to cancel, to return…they really made a headache. Never again!
I usually dont write long review. This is my first long review. After seeing the low ratings from the BBB & Yelp about this company and was hesitant to buy from Coleman. I am so glad I took a chance. The dresser looks beautiful. I love it. Better than I expected. It was delivered without any problems and damages. The delivery guys were very nice and professional. Also, I was kept informed about my item from the time I placed the order until it was delivered. This is my first order from Coleman and I am very happy with it. I would definitely buy from Coleman again. Thank you!!
It was one of my best experience buying my furniture from Coleman Furniture.Responsible,I got them before the time I was supposed to get them.I also got insurance for the furniture that last for 5 years.Jill Leiner help me out with getting the insurance so polite.Anna Baes is a wonderful customer service representative she called me to let me know when my furniture will arrived .Then she called me again to arrange the time of the delivery.She’s a sweetheart .The delivery men so respectful and polite .The furnitures , the sofa and loveseat.So beautiful.Overall I’m 100% satisfied with the experience with Coleman Furniture Store I will recommend to everyone I know.
WORST FURNITURE COMPANY EVER. I bought 2 beds for my daughters. The first broke 4 weeks after delivery, the second a few weeks later. They wont give me my money back, these beds are clearly defective. You have to wait forever to hear back from the manufacturer. my daughter was just sitting on her bed and it just collapsed! Dont buy the Belled Tufted White bed by Samuel Lawrence!! My girls waited years until we could afford new beds for them, and now they got these pieces of junk. One of them is sleeping on a mattress on the floor because we just dont know what to do with these pieces of junk. These should be recalled!!!! Not to mention we waited 3 months for them to be delivered in the first place!
We are very happy with the look and comfort of our Slate L sectional couch and recliner. Delivery time was about 8 weeks from purchase, but this was mid Covid-19 pandemic. Customer service was responsive and helpful, providing COI for delivery into an apartment building. Delivery guys were quick and professional.

2022-04-09The furniture ordering process was amazing. The website was easy to navigate and the product pictures and descriptions were accurate. I also appreciated reading the reviews which were accompanied by photos in buyers’ homes. I had been looking for this type of product for a long time and even had one on order from a local furniture store at a much higher price point since November of 2021 but they could not fulfill the order due to supply chain issues. Now five months later I have my beautiful piece. It is as beautiful and perfect as the reviewers said. The fulfillment process was equally as flawless. They have an order and delivery portal that is super efficient. What was supposed to take three weeks actually took three days. I am still in utter amazement. The local delivery crew were indeed white glove. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely recommend to others and use them again if a need arises. Well done. All my neighbors are amazed at the quality.

2022-05-02I am just thrilled with the entire experience with Coleman Furniture. I had been looking at a similar entertainment system from Rooms to Go. It was going to take 6 weeks for availability. Additionally, they were going to charge a delivery fee.Coleman was 2 weeks free delivery. The white glove set up was exactly what I needed.Communication was very clear and concise. I was given the date and approximate time of delivery with a call giving me exact ETA the day of.I will definitely use Coleman again and recommend to all my family and friends!!!!

2022-03-22I ordered a game table and chairs, sight unseen and having never even heard of Coleman Furniture. They were awesome with communication on the status of my order, the delivery was great and the team even assembled it all for me. The a table looks great and I am so pleased. I started out nervous and ended up with the perfect high quality table and chairs!

2022-07-19I ordered a night stand and was told it was going to take 4-6 weeks. I received it in 2. It was well packed and extra cushion on the corners. Arrived right to my door. I was super excited to find this item as I bought the original set with only one stand thinking I would go back later and grab another. That store closed down and I was not able to locate another store that sold night stand except colemans. They were friendly helpful and professional. Thanks for all you do.

2022-01-03Had a great first time buying experience with Coleman Furniture. They were very communicative regarding delivery status and updates. The actual delivery itself was hands-down the best delivery experience Ive had with furniture. They brought the furniture to the room we specified, unpacked it, assembled it, and took all the packaging away with them. Hassle-free! Definitely recommend.

2022-02-26The nightstands I ordered are prettier than imagined and they are sturdy and a good quality. Other reviews commented on the packaging of products and they were not overstating. The pieces arrived in perfect condition and were very well protected during shipment. My order also arrived very quickly-2 days early. 2021-08-10Coleman furniture customer service was wonderful for my order. I was complicated in that I changed my order two or three times (redesigning my bedroom and plans/style design changed) and they were responsive and timely in getting my requests updated/order corrected. I bought the white swivel boucle chairs and the fabric is divine! Affordable, stylish, and comfortable. Would shop again hands-down!

2022-01-10If we could give a negative number we would. Our fireplace console arrived today with 3 deep, long scratches in the top as well as a small chunk missing from the front edge. The delivery driver told us he saw the damage when he picked it up for the delivery and showed it to the warehouse manager who told him to take it anyway. We called Coleman and were EXTREMELY RUDELY treated by a customer service rep who told us the scratches were part of the distressed look and were supposed to be there. Except that we didnt purchase a distressed look console, it is smooth. She refused to even deal with us, including when the delivery driver got on the phone and told her in the 14 years he had been delivering furniture he had never experienced such terrible customer service.He corroborated the fact that the scratches/chunk missing were not natural distressing marks, they were damage. She refused to entertain the idea of taking the console back and told us our only option was to accept it or return it with a 20% restocking fee.She also spoke with the driver on his cell phone, without realizing he had the phone on speaker (and we were standing there with him) and proceeded to speak insultingly about us as uncooperative customers who just didnt get it.In the end, she said she was just the retailer and if we wanted to take it up with the manufacturer, it was all the same to her but she would not do anything further and hung up.We decided to accept the console - mostly fearful that if we tried to return it there would be even more problems including getting a refund less the restocking fee.We understand these are difficult times for businesses everywhere, but pandemic or no, there is NEVER a reason a customer should be treated the way we experienced this morning - especially after paying almost $2K for one of their products.

2022-02-14I was quite impressed with Coleman Furniture. From the day of ordering to the day of installment, I was never in doubt of my order. I received updates of shipping status and a friendly phone call to schedule the install day and time.The 2 men (with the white glove service) were very experienced. They unpacked outdoors so all the mess stayed there. My Hampton Entertainment Center was in perfect condition.We love it. I would definitely recommend Coleman Furniture...

2022-02-02An amazing experience from beginning to end. Stumbled upon Coleman by accident when searching for the couch from Ashley furniture my wife wanted and I am glad I did. The service was amazing. I ordered a couch and recliner and they were delivered and set up within 3 weeks of ordering online. Due to supply chain issues, no big chain store could deliver furniture quicker then 6-8 weeks, Including Ashley furniture who made the couch I bought. The delivery process was included and involved full set up for free. I also saved over $1200 from the “sale” price at Ashley furniture. I will be ordering my furniture from Coleman in the future. They gained a life long customer!
