Thank you Randy, Rob, Julie and the entire Coles Team.From the moment I brought my rare car in to correct damage to the hood, Rob helped me by putting the damage in perspective and calming me down. Randy, Rob and Julie worked directly with my insurance company and explained, in detail, the steps of the process of making my car new again. Not only did the team work efficiently and fast, they went above and beyond all expectations by getting my seasonal car in for work and finished in a weeks time. I brought my Honda CRV into Coles for repair and was treated with first class respect. There was a rental car waiting for me and I was notified daily on my phone the progress of the repair. The estimated time for the repair was 5 days and actually it was done in 4. Beautiful work the car was spotless. I was introduced to everyone involved that made my car new again. I had an accident with my Subaru WRX STI. Coles did great body work and also coordinated the mechanical work. Coles texted me with progress, gave me plenty of information, and most of all the car was perfect when done. When I picked it up it was washed and looked great.

Recently, I was rear ended by someone while traveling for work. When I was asked what repair shop I would like to use I immediately thought of Cole’s Collision in Ballston Spa. Although the last time I had gone to them was 10 years ago, I remembered how excellent the quality of repair service and customer service was. In that ten years I had moved 2 hours away, so though they are not around the corner I was immensely satisfied to see that both the quality and customer service there had remained the same if not better than it was 10 years ago. This is the second time that Ive brought my vehicle into Coles Collision in Ballston Spa. To put it simply, these guys do great work at a very fair price. The Manager Randy is a true professional who definitely keeps the customers satisfaction as a high priority. This is hands down the best place to get your car repaired, I could not have had a better experience! They are very personable and understanding, they take all the issues off your plate like dealing with the insurance company and setting you up with a rental car. The major repair took less than a week, which was really fast in my opinion, and my car is back to mint condition! They also washed and maybe even detailed my car because when I got back in it was all clean and smelled really nice. I usually worry at places I take my car that the mechanic is getting in and out with greasy hands but my car was spotless!! These guys are great and this is definitely the place to take your car if you get in a fender bender.
We are more than satisfied. The staff here went above and beyond our expectations. They kept me posted daily. Not only did they finish ahead of schedule, but they also touched up other areas as well as thoroughly cleaned my vehicle including removing all the pine pitch. Needed to have my bumper replaced after someone hit me when stopped. Talked to Randy and Julie who handled all communications with the other insurance company as well as the car rental that I needed. Dropped off my car, picked up my rental at Coles, and dropped off my rental when my car was fixed only a couple of days later. Could not have been easier. Outstanding service and responsiveness. I brought my car in for a rear bumper replacement and they did an amazing job! Not only did I have a new shiny bumper, they also washed my car and vacuumed the inside for me. As a pregnant mom of two toddlers, I’m beyond grateful they took the extra initiative to clean it up for me! 10/10 customer service!!

I had an issue of rust being on the inside of my hood and Coles Collision did an outstanding job. Looks brand new, like there was never a mark. This shop did an incredible job. I brought in my 2020 wrx after the rear passenger quarter panel caved in like a beer can. Due to parts it took 5 weeks, but the results are astounding. You can’t even tell it was hit. Excellent work, customer service, and frequent updates. I’m very thankful I brought my car to these professionals.
I know body shops can get a bad rep and some say the customer service is not the greatest, but I was very pleased with Randy and the staff at the Coles Collision Center in Ballston Spa.From day one he broke down how the process works and was straight forward with me in what to expect. He was understanding and allowed me to vent my frustrations out on him because clearly nobody is at a body shop for anything good. Just recently had to have Coles repair my wifes car because of a deer. The second I stepped into the place I was greeted by Randy.The staff quickly evaluated my options and had a rental car waiting for me within 15 minutes. During the repair process is was given updates and kept in the know the entire time.The repair only took four days which was amazing. The repair itself was great, you cant even tell the car annihilated a deer just days earlier.I highly recommend using Coles for your car repairs if I ever need more work done I know where Im going.
Our minivan had damage from a deer and with a few part delivery set backs (out of their control) they were able to fix our car beyond our expectations. They not only fixed the damage but also took care of detailing the car making it look brand new. We appreciate the work they put into it and are very satisfied with quality of work they do.
Was extremely happy and impressed with the service and workmanship at Coles Collision Center Ballston Spa. My Insurance Agent recommended Coles because of their workmanship and she was correct. From the start until completion [which was a short time] the final product was what I had ask for.An additional point I wanted to make was when my wife dropped me off to pick up the truck. It looked great, the car/tires were washed and inside cleaned [and it smelled great]. This is a simple effort that Coles Collision Center does above the rest but it really makes you feel like you were taken care of and that you will come back.... and... you will tell someone when they need service. The absolute definition of professional! My car was at another shop.....I wont name them..for a month. My car was only coming to Coles to do some body work....well upon coming Coles being as great as they are found deficiencies from the other shop. They quickly fixed the issues and also kept me informed which the other shop didnt. Coles truly cares about their work and their clients. I will recommend them to everyone and my car will go only to Coles from now on.
Long story short, I bought a new GMC Denali had a chrome accessory installed on the hood by the dealership and the Service department dented the hood and let me drive off with it hoping I wouldnt notice! They couldnt remove dent. Next step to replace the hood. I was nervous about it because the trucks new and paint matching was a big issue for me.PROBLEM SOLVED! These guys are the best in the area hands down!Randy and his staff were professional, courteous and kept me updated and the end result was a solid match to the factory color and the truck was immaculate when they returned it to me. If you need collision work on your vehicle, these are the guys to go to. They dont cut corners and they know their craft! A truck with a hitch backed into my civic and did $4200 worth of damage to the front bumper, side panel, hood, and light fixture. Cole’s Collision repaired and painted the car a couple days ahead of the estimated schedule! They went the extra mile and filled in dozens of chips in my hood from highway driving before painting the hood! I’m extremely satisfied with the repair and paint job. Cole’s collision kept me well informed with progress during the repair.
I had my first ever fender bender and was devastated about the damage to my car. I called Coles Collision Center in Ballston spa and was told to bring my car in for a quote. While I waited in their spotless, large waiting area; I was very impressed to see the certificates of all the technicians certified training displayed on the wall. Right away, I knew I was in good hands. Long story short, due to their experience and training my car was restored to the way it looked when I drove it away from the car dealership six years ago and at a fraction of what it would have cost for all new parts. I had purchased a brand new jeep at the beginning of August and 6 days later someone hit my car while it was parked in a parking lot. The whole situation was such a mess and the only thing to go right was deciding to take my car to Cole’s for the repairs.I fought with the other driver’s insurance company for 4 weeks and at that point I reached out to Cole’s and they stepped in and took care of everything for me, they handled the insurance company and immediately got my car in to be fixed. They did everything perfectly and I didn’t have to worry or stress about a thing once they took over. My car looks brand new again and I’m so thankful for all the help they provided. Cole’s definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and I would highly recommend them to anyone

This is the second time I’ve gotten my car repaired by Cole’s Collision after having my parked car backed into. They are awesome about making a normally stressful situation of having repairs done a lot less stressful. I went to get my estimate done and they told me it would probably be ready the next day, but they had it ready within a few hours. They also got my repairs done early! Originally they told me 4 days, I got the text today saying it would be ready tomorrow then a call a couple hours later saying my car was ready for pickup! They were also great about setting up my rental for me and had Enterprise there with my rental when I arrived to drop my car off. They’re awesome and I will still always recommend them to anyone that needs work on their car😊

I brought my 2017 truck into Coles on Tuesday 5/26/20 for front passenger side repairs. We have a rear side loaded 2 car garage that I have to turn left into. I caught the front right side of the truck on the garage door.The bumper and fender was dented. They replaced both and also repaired the section in between both. They did a fantastic job to say the least. The truck now looks brand new again. All of this was completed and picked up Thursday afternoon on 5/28/20. Three days! Awesome job! I would definitely recommend Coles should you ever need to.
Our car was in an accident recently. Coles worked with our insurance carrier to ensure the process was handled efficiently, professionally, and with very little heartburn. We never experienced this type of an event and customer care. The staff at Coles was incredible . They kept us informed every step of the way. We felt confident, and most of all secure, with their team and their service. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our family, friends and colleagues!
I brought my car to Coles after it was backed into. The service was great and my car was back in my possession after only a few days which was way faster than expected. I got calls and texts from Coles everyday and was informed every step of the repair.
I was surprised how easy it was to get my car repaired after a deer strike. The Collision Center in Ballston Spa was so courteous and helpful. They took care of everything including arranging to have a rental car delivered to the repair center. Soon after evaluating the damage they informed me the date the car repair would be completed and followed up with several text updates as the repairs continued. The repairs were completed by the estimated date and they did an excellent job. The car looks new. They also completely cleaned the inside and outside of the vehicle, something I had not expected. So, if you are unfortunate and need to have your car or truck repaired at a collision shop my recommendation would be to go to Coles even if you have to travel a few extra miles to get there. You will be pleased, I was.

They stayed in communication with the insurance company of the person at fault and did due diligence to ensuring my vehicle was fixed correctly, which included asking them for more money to cover costs that were unforeseen. One word: Excellent. Way above expectations. Had a complex and lenghty job on my RAM1500 - the entire passenger side had to be rebuilt and repainted. Over a course of repair Coles were in frequent contact with me, updating the ETAs and providing with any other relevant information. Great collaboration with my insurance company - Coles were always a step ahead with forecasting and resolving any potential roadblocks. A repair was complete ahead of the original schedule. The truck returned in a showroom condition and detailed inside.Summary - with no prior knowledge I found this shop on the Web, skeptically scanning through the customer reviews. I expected multiple issues, but instead just had to exercise trust and be patient. The Management Team: Eleni, Randy, Rob and The Techs took a great care of everything. While going to a body shop is never a good time. I must say Coles makes the experience very enjoyable. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable. Its like a well-oiled machine there. I was getting constant updates via text message. Enterprise dropped my car off there and they also let me leave it for them to pick it up. Couldnt be more seamless. They are so accommodating. Not to mention the amazing work they did on my car. I highly recommend Coles! They also offer a veteran discount! I cant say enough about the team at Coles Collision on Doubleday Avenue. Over the years, Ive had many fender benders repaired and have ALWAYS been COMPLETELY satisfied with the level of service at this shop. This repair was no exception. When I picked up my vehicle last night, it was immaculate - better than when Ive paid to have it professionally cleaned and detailed. Not to mention, they kept me informed during the entire process - text messages telling me the status and when I didnt respond to the text, I received a call to make sure that I knew that my vehicle repair was on schedule. Excellent customer service by professional, friendly staff. Eleni and Randy are a true assets to Coles. Ive had to use other repair centers in the past and they dont come close to quick, quality service at Coles. Im a HUGE fan :-)

Coles Collision is absolutely fantastic in every way. My car was hit while I was working and I took it here for the repairs. Shortly after picking it up, I had to take my car to get inspected, causing additional damage to be brought to my attention. The staff at Coles worked with my insurance to get it covered. It was approved and they had me bring it in the next day and called Enterprise to set up my rental for me. I dropped it off this morning at 8am and got a call that it was all set at 10am. They also inspected my car free of charge. The work they do is incredible and the staff is amazing, nice, and helpful. So glad I chose to bring my car here for repairs, I wouldnt choose anywhere else in the future!
I went to the Coles Collision Center in Ballston Spa to have my Hondas passenger-side rear-view mirror fixed. It was swinging loose. I did not know how much it was going to cost. As it turned out, the manager said he would look at it and suggested that I return after some shopping. When I returned about half-an-hour later, he had fixed it. The surprise was that he not only did not charge me but had the car washed and waiting. I really appreciated what he had done and the money he had saved me; however, I was stunned because many other shops would have charged me anyway. Coles is to be commended for their honesty and kindness. I wouldnt have believed businesses were like this today. Whenever I have serious car trouble or even for my annual state inspections, Im going to Coles!
Coles Collision Center did a great job repairing my damaged fender on my almost brand new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. The paint was matched perfectly. Im glad they took the time to do it correctly. No complaints at all.
Can’t explain how grateful we are. My girlfriend went there get a quote to fix some chipped paint on her brand new Grand Cherokee’s door expecting it to be in the $1,000 range (according to another estimate), and Cole’s touched it up for free! On top of that, we can’t even tell there was ever a damage there, top quality work. Highly recommend and would definitely go back! Thank you Cole’s Collision.
I can’t recommend Cole’s highly enough, this shop goes above and beyond. I left my car that had hood damage with Cole’s and they sent me updates throughout the process and were very accessible and responsive to any questions. When I picked the car up I was amazed by what a great job they did, they even cleaned the interior - my car looked better than when I had dropped it off. A few months later I was unfortunately rear ended and it totaled my vehicle. Cole’s was there to help throughout that process even when their side of the work was completed they still were there to lend advice on next steps. I feel so lucky to have a shop like Cole’s in our Ballston Spa community ❤️. Thank you Coles!

I hyper extended my door on my Audi A4 to the point where it would no longer close. After calling around I was worried it would be a major job. I stopped into coles collision in blasting spa where the manager stopped what he was doing to come outside and take a look at it with me. He said he could have it fixed by the morning. I left my car there overnight and picked it up first thing in the morning freshly washed and the door working good as new. I couldn’t imagine a more enjoyable experience and would recommend coles collision to anyone in need of body work!
I had such a positive experience today at Coles. A new driver backed into my car leaving some scratches. The staff at Coles worked on the vehicle about 45 minutes, gave it a car wash and didnt even charge me. The car looks great and its wonderful to be reminded that excellent customer service exists. I cannot recommend Coles in Ballston Spa highly enough! I recently brought my Buick Encore in to have my bumper repaired and they handled repair quickly and beautifully. Not only did the bumper look like a factory repair but they not only washed the outside of the car but they cleaned and detailed the whole inside! I was thrilled because it was pretty grubby with mud from the stable where I board my horse.The sun was shining when I picked up the car and when I got it home I noticed a small dent in the corner of the hatch lid. I called and they told me to bring it right back. Not only was there a dent but the finish along the hatch was cracked. They were more upset than I was that it was missed. They took care of calling my insurance company and got the parts right away. I brought it back I think it was late Monday afternoon noon and I was told that it would be ready Friday. Wednesday afternoon I got a message my car was done! We picked up Thursday afternoon and it looked like it just came off the showroom floor! Not only was the repair expertly done, but they cleaned the car again! Randy, who we dealt with, was so upset that the additional damage was missed that he gave me a certificate for a free detailing anytime I want it!Again I cant recommend Coles highly enough! They are a wonderful, local company and the employees live either in Ballston Spa or near by.

After an accident, I took my car to a local body shop. What a mistake! In retrospect, I wish I had taken my car to Coles first. The local body shops 1st assessment was a total loss, then they contradicted the original assessment and said the car could be repaired and they could start work right away. The estimate damages were being low balled for a bait and switch and I knew it. I called Coles because they were highly recommended by friends. Randy was very professional and made the process seamless. He arranged the tow from the original body shop to Coles and had a full evaluation for me that evening. Coles provided evidence to the insurance company showing major damage that would compromise the structural integrity and safety of the car, it was definitely a total loss. Coles takes pride in their work and will not compromise your safety just to make a quick buck. In this day and age, it is refreshing to have a business you can rely on and have trust in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My lease was just 2 months old when a woman backed out of a driveway and hit my car. I wasnt even in it. She was a good person and did stop and report it. I made the appointment with Coles in Ballston Spa and from the very beginning I knew I was in good hands. After dropping the car off on Monday, I was notified daily about the progress of the repairs and was told it would be finished on 9/27. Then on Thursday, 9/26 I got a text saying it was done. I returned the rental I picked up there and on the 27th got my car back, as good as new! Great job, great customer service and I would recommend Coles Collision Center of Ballston Spa to everyone.

Outside of being professional, courteous and personal they were able to provide a same day quote, schedule an appointment within 12 hours of receiving the quote which I may add was one-third the cost of local competitors as well as the car manufacturer. Besides a perfect fix, ahead of schedule, my car has never been so clean since I bought it (we are active hikers, paddlers etc. so the condition I brought the car in would certainly require a lot of effort return it to like new). They got my car in right away.The manager gave me two different options. He said he would rather do the job correctly and replace the panel, rather than just repairWe had never submitted a claim to our insurance company before, so the manager explained how it works. There was a disrepency in the estimate and what our insurance sent to cover the work. Again, the manager handled it and our insurance sent an additional check to cover the difference.The car looks perfect. Excellent, personable customer service.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This place exceeded my expectations! I was really stressed about figuring out how to deal with insurance companies to have my car fixed, but they took care of everything. I needed some repairs to my bumper from a curb and was paying out of pocket. I obtained three quotes from auto body shops, Coles was the best value and closest to my home. The timeline for ordering parts, and the completed work were more than satisfactory, considering I have a Suzuki and parts are not readily available.There were some minor miscommunications about the payment process, Cole’s corporate only accepts $1,000 max per credit card, and preferred methods of payment are bank check or cash. However, Randy went out of his way to be accommodating and I am very pleased with my service. My car was detailed and looks great! Thank you Coles!
This is my second time I that I went to Coles for repairs...Just about a month ago someone backed into my car and put a big dent on the bumper. I brought it to Coles and the repairs were done...It looked like new..beautiful job,was very happy...Then just a few days ago I got to close the a guard rail and scratched the whole right side of the car...so I brought it to Coles for a estimate ...I was a so surprised when I was told that it was not going to cost me anything...they fixed the long scratch .it looked great...the car was washed and cleaned inside as well..the same as the first time . Right quarter panel was repaired as good as new. They washed it and detailed the interior. The car I picked up was like new.

I thought I had thousands in damage and John and his team took my car in right after the incident, fixed it up, and i was back on my way within 20 minutes! I couldnt believe they were able to get the dent out and buff out the other cars white paint off my car and make it look perfect again. It was seriously, Like it NEVER Even Happened! Update: I was easily refunded for the glass removal and they cleaned my interior again for free. They did such a satisfying job.I paid to have my windshield replaced and to have the glass in my vehicle removed. The windshield was poorly placed in, the rubber siding that prevents leaks was barely glued in on one side. After being assured that they will do a thorough job cleaning and removing glass from my vehicle There was still glass on my steering wheel and in very simple places to clean. Not to mention I had dirt and rust stains inside my vehicle after picking it up. Just a very poor experience, even though the job was done. I would not recommend.
On new years day I woke up to a hit and run on my car, eventually things turned around and with the help of Coles collisions my car was back in shape in an incredibly quick manner, not to mention I was always updated on the timing and the guys I worked with were phenomenal! BEST PLACE TO GO! I had a horrible experience with Capital Valley Glass. They caused over $2,000 in damage to my car and Randy at Cole’s was so helpful and kind. He worked with me and my insurance company to make sure everything was fixed the right way. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car for me! It definitely needed it! I would recommend them to anyone and I will go back to them in the future.
We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Cole’s Autobody. Randy was able to save us a significant amount of money on the repair needed; the repair was done quickly; Rod, a Cole’s employee, came to the house to pick me up as I had no way to pick up our newly-repaired car, and Elani, the lovely young lady at the desk, was a delight to work with. All in all, Cole’s certainly understands the importance of customer service. Despite the reason we had to use Cole’s in the first place, (never a good thing when there’s a dent in the car), from beginning to end, it was an excellent experience!

I took my car to Coles in Ballston Spa with two small dents on my hood from a dump truck. Also I had a basketball hit my lift gate of my outback. To my surprise they did not charge me to get the dent out of lift gate plus marks on hood. I felt like I won the lottery . They were so nice. I want everyone to know this as I’ve told so many people to go to Coles before seeing anyone else for body repair.

I had taken a stone to the hood on the Northway in December and wanted to touch up the two chips in nice weather. My attempt went really bad. Dealer supplied paint didnt match, etc. Stopped in to Coles the next day to see how to remedy the problem since the truck is a 2018. Coles was able to remove my error, mix a small amount of paint and touch up the chips in 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. My thanks to Randy and staff for a great experience!

I had an issue with my passenger side power mirror that I noticed some time after they repaired my car. They had me bring it in, at my convenience, and fixed it in less than 10 minutes, no questions asked.The body work still looks perfect after a couple of months. I increased my previous rating because of their obvious dedication to their customers continued satisfaction.
A deer ran into my car. I havent been involved in an accident for years so I had no idea of the protocol. Laura quickly recognized that and to put my mind at ease she offered to take care of it all. Within minutes a tow truck was in my driveway taking my car to their shop in Ballston Spa, several hours later, before noon, that same day the Geico adjuster was there and an estimate for my repair was underway. WOW talk about Efficiently. I called and spoken to Laura several times that day and each time she was Knowledgeable, Professional ,Courteous and gave me a feeling she genuinely understood my concerns and a wiliness to help. Unfortunately the car was totaled so I had a limited experience with the shop personnel but what I could see was a clean well trained staff everyone was busy working and a few cars which were ready for pick which looked brand new. I had my car repaired here after being broadsided when the car was only 3 weeks old. They did an ok job with the initial repair. Not great, but ok. After about 6 months some paint chips appeared and they touched them up. I was ok with that as long as it didnt get worse. Now after about two years and only 19k miles I noticed 2 more chips. They were only willing to touch them up again. The same location on the opposite side of the car has no chips. Why is this only happening in the area that they worked on? Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend to anyone. They dont stand behind their lifetime warranty.In response to the owners response: The other side was NOT chipping and the clear protective material they applied looked HORRIBLE!

2022-05-24Coles Collision Center, Ballston Spa is like solid bedrock to this area. They are reliable, responsible, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and production is successful. I am never disappointed in the results or the process. If there were 10 stars instead of 5, then I would give a 10. The staff makes a commitment to you as soon as you walk in. Julie has all papers ready to go and is so helpful basically making it all so easy. From there Randy explains the repair process and eases your mind. During the time my car was undergoing the work I received text messages and phone calls from Marty updating me. What a tremendous team, fantastic work ethics. I can not praise Coles enough.

2022-02-28Had some major body repair completed Randy and that team are experts car looked better than when I bought it. Not only did the body work look top notch they even took out the swirls that the Honda dealer put in the rest of the paint on the car from the original Ceramic paint protection Honda sold me on. 2022-04-14Coles Collision in Ballston Spa has been so easy to work with from beginning to the completed work. It means a lot when you are greeted with a smile and all questions were answered. It was convenient to have the rental car there waiting for us when we dropped off the car. They were very fast (we were lucky that they had all the parts there with Covid going on) but they did say if they ran into a problem with parts it would take longer. They were very upfront with that information. We were lucky and it only took 2 weeks. A very welcomed surprise. The work was amazing and the car was sparkling and clean (inside and out) when we picked it up. Yes I gave them a 5 star rating and they totally deserve it. I (hope I never have to go back) but if I do, it will be here. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

2021-12-28I was rear ended sitting at a traffic light. I had only had my car 2 days. Being new to the area and not knowing who or where to take my car I went on recommendations. Coles had been recommended by a few people. When I went there to speak with them about fixing my car I felt comfortable from the minute I walked through the door. I spoke with both Julie and Randy. The were great through the entire process, very professional and informative. My car looked great when they finished. I will definitely would use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

2022-05-25Ever since they were Spa Body Works they’ve been my go to body shop. Luckily it hasn’t been often but every time I’ve dealt with them I’ve been very impressed. The focus on customer satisfaction and communication is impressive. Their integration with Enterprise for a rental car makes an often stressful time a much easier experience. Most of all their quality of work is stellar. I can’t recommend Cole’s Collision of Ballston Spa highly enough.

2022-04-23My car was rear ended and I brought it in for just an estimate and was amazed at the service and how nice the whole staff was. Willing to work with you about your needs and what exactly you want done in terms of repairs and was extremely helpful with dealing with the insurance company and getting a rental car. My car came out better than expected with low prices as well. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone

2022-01-24For the second time in 3 months, we needed car repairs. Our first experience with Cole’s was so positive that we went directly there the second time. They took care of EVERYTHING! They went to bat for us when our insurance company was not agreeing to the standards and quality of repairs that the team at Cole’s prides itself on. They treat customers like family and you leave there knowing they have your safety and best interests at heart. In addition, when they were done, the car looked better than when I drove it off the lot brand new!Cole’s Collision Ballston Spa team is professional, courteous and so easy to work with.
