We purchased The Harmony 18’x54” round above ground pool. The process of purchasing the pool was painless!! Delivery of the pool came on time and everyone was wonderful to deal with from start to finish. My pool installers said this pool was extremely installer friendly, they were very impressed with how easy it went up! Colley’s for the win!

Horrible!! Had inground pool installed in 2021, constant issues with saltwater generator not working. Reopened pool this year and was charged $357 for opening. Mind you, we were told that pool openings and closings were covered for 3 years. Not true! Technicians and office staff said everyone thinks that! Iwonder why? Because we are told that. Concrete cracked and chipped after not even a year, and after calling and complaining for 3 months, most they could do is reseal it. It looks horrible!! Had an issue with chlorine not producing, made service call and was charged $157 since it isnt covered due to an issue not being mechanical fault. Was never told or explained this about warranty and service calls. This is a very dishonest and shady company. I would go with Designer Pools if I were you.

I bought a house that had a hot tub with it. Having no idea how to take proper care of my spa I called and had the full cleaning/spa school and chemicals with it. Tech was very informative and patient with all my questions and concerns. Now my friends and family can enjoy the spa safely. Thanks!

UPDATE: ignore the nice response you see from the owner. They have done nothing to “make it right.” Admittedly, they did refund the $160 but that was for chemicals they were supposed to supply us with from the beginning. And, as has happened throughout, they blamed us for not telling the worker at the store that the pool had just been installed. Except, we did.Still no word about fixing the lawn, which is damaged 28’ feet from the edge of the pool and well into the neighboring lot.UPDATE #2: They installed the plumbing lines over the property line, which won’t pass inspection. They were told this over a month ago when we hit one of the lines while digging for the fence posts. Of course, they blamed us, even though we followed the measurements on the drawing that they submitted to the town for our permit. Only after several emails have they finally come out to check on their error.UPDATE #3 - we ordered a hook and loop winter cover but they claim that we didn’t. I asked for a copy of the sales contract, which we never received, and they sent a copy of an excel spreadsheet with our order specs. No signatures or way to confirm.UPDATE #4 - Colley’s claims that the amount of damage to our lawn and the adjacent lot is “normal.” Keep in mind, there’s equivalent damage on the lawn on the far side of the pool as well that needs to be fixed. The estimate to fix the damage is over $2000.Pressured to put down an $8000 deposit in order to secure our installation spot only to have them reschedule 3 times. They came out and started out pool and then didn’t come back for 4 days because they went to work on someone else’s pool. Finally got it installs and the water has been cloudy ever since. Brought them a water sample today and they charged us $160 to fix it.EDIT: Also, check out how they left my lawn. They said it’s my responsibility to fix the damage they caused.$52,000 and they they couldn’t even make sure it was right before they left.I don’t recommend them at all.

I was having an issue with my pool heater. My tech Scott E. came out and explained the whole repair process to me. A short time later, my pool heater was working like new.

This was a great experience from beginning to end! We did a couple of change orders as well and they were very accommodating. Couldnt be happier with the pool and the concrete!

Opened the pool and the heater wasnt firing. Called to have a technician come out and they were scheduling into middle of June. Carrie asked what was wrong, told her it wasnt firing. She said if youre somewhat handy I could do it myself. They had the part and walked me through it. Took 30 minutes for me to install. Heater working great!

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE!I cant believe any of these other reviews about poor customer service to be true. I have had noting but outstanding service from them and they have always been very friendly and helpful. We bought our house on Oct. 8, 2015. The previous home owner never closed it as the weather that year was beautiful! We have never had a pool before. With the moving we totally forgot about getting the pool closed. Colleys was the first phone call, and simply by default of alphabetical order. The lady who answered the phone said they were done closing pools for the year. I was almost Halloween. Before we hung up she asked for our address to see if we were in their computer. We were. They installed the pool and did all the work on it over the years. She even got us a pool closing for the beginning on November. She saved the day for sure! :)We have had the pump replaced four years ago, a new, upgraded liner three years ago, a new filter this year, and a new heater scheduled for next year. Our pool is 21 years old. All equipment was original and we were expecting to upgrade in this time frame anyway.Yesterday I went out to the pool because the pump was not running. The timer was ticking, but the pump was not running. I found the pump itself to be hot to the touch. Assuming the pump was bad, I called Colleys right away. The service department was closed but the lady on the phone said that someone in parts may be able to help me. Bob, the parts manager could not have been more helpful! He helped me take the pump apart and diagnose the problem over the phone. It turned out to be a bad capacitor. I went to Colleys and bought one for $28. I knew the price before I got there. I could have bought one much cheaper through my HVAC supply house, but I gladly gave the business to Colleys. After all they helped me again!Colleys has ALWAYS been upfront about cost an has never gone over budget or estimate. They have always been on time, very friendly, and very professional. If people do not like the price, or it does not fit their budget then they need to go elsewhere. As a business owner, I fully understand how much money is needed to maintain a solid, reliable business. The cheapest guy is not always the best.I look forward to many more years of business with Colleys!
