I have never ever ever washed my truck anywhere else in the 5 months Iv had it... Iv been noticing smaller scratches which I understand happens. But now that’s I have multiple multiple large scratches on my 5 month old truck I will never ever ever go back there again. My unlimited car wash membership will be cancelled and I will NOT be recommending this company ever again
Do NOT sign up for auto pay with these people. I have had to call them 4 times to cancel my membership and I AM STILL BEING CHARGED. I am so sick of dealing with this company, Ive been a member since 2016 but cannot get away. Its been 6 months of trying to cancel and its still on my card. I get the same lady every time but nothing gets accomplished, will be trying to cancel again tomorrow and get my money back as I havent been there once. On the verge of escalating this even higher.
Free vacuuming is available at all locations which is great. Many locations also have a station (thats also free) with cleaning supplies to wipe down the interior of your car.
I think this carwash is one of the best ones around for the price you pay to clean your car. The staff is always helpful. They keep it nice and clean at this location. Free vacuuming you do your self. Plus they supply items you can use to clean your car side for free too. Have been going here for a few years now never had a problem.
Would give 5 stars if they would pressure wash the wheel wells and places that the automated system does not clean well. Ive been a monthly customer for probably over 10 years. Only takes an extra couple minutes. I asked the guys if they could spray a few spots where I was going to be working on my truck,they said company policy is not to spray wheel wells or hard to reach spots,they did it for me 1 time. Good workers,bad policy!

Very simple, and not a bad deal. But the Rotterdam location doesnt rinse all the soap of the back top part of my Wrangler. Pay monthly and run into not enough vacuums or towels to dry cause people who dont pay or wash will use vacuums for free. Staff doesnt care to deal with issue. Came in a couple times 20 minutes before closing to be turned away due to staff closing early. Im trying to go only to their State St location. They dry for you and offer more services.
Im giving a carwash 5 stars because: my car gets cleaned pretty well. They let you vacuum for FREE. They provide cleaning sprays and cloths for FREE. After hours when the business is closed, they leave their vacuums on for people to use, for FREE!
I have a monthly plan and usually go to the State St location as they towel dry your vehicle there but stopped here today to get a wash. Guys were helpful getting wheels lined up and although they only blow the car off with the equipment at the end- it looks pretty good!
Hit or miss when it comes to drying through the wash. Expected a better wash when paying for the top package. Stopped my services there as they were increasing the $5 per month due to labor. The big difference between both pavkages is the tire shine(which can be bought for cheaper and last longer) and underblast carriage wash (helpful during snow). Will invest in a pressure washer machine instead and properly clean the car than go back here for a expensive unlimited wash.
Great business model, they allow for free vacuuming of your car and complementary cloths and cleaning fluid. They definitely won me over because of this.
Convenient to Rotterdam, new equipment, professional staff when I had a problem. Love the single vacuums, lot of suction and Salad Bar.

Altamont Ave is absolutely the best. Old school car wash with brushes that actually touch the vehicle and clean it. Self-serve free vacuum. Starting at $10.

Windows had streaks almost all over them. Front window was the worst. Inside was not wiped down as good as before and not worth the 35 dollars I spent.

I am totally disappointed in the service at your Woodlawn car wash . We left there after paying $27 for an inside out and had a dead FYI on my dashboard as well as having to dust the dashboard off ourselves . What did I pay for ???
Perfect reliable place to vacuum car and wash wax for a good price.
The vacuum suction is horrible.
Equipment work as expected but they close. Before the 8pm that is posted . This happens frequently. Since we pay a monthly fee we expect to be able to get in till the time the post.
Sometimes when I leave the car wash at the end it scrapes the bottom of my car.

2022-02-13Went through the car wash, the roll bar did not come down as I had paid for that wash, and one of the other machines also tore off my windshield wiper blade, snapped the pin right off of it. Attempted to talk to one of the cashiers about why I didn’t get the service that I paid for and what can they do for my wiper blade, initially got an attitude from the guy. Very rude. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told the manager would not be coming in. Also my truck did not get clean, still dirt all around the windshield and everything else. Would never recommend these people for anyone. Taking my business elsewhere.

2021-10-04So I have been coming to colonial for many years and I have had a good experience until I realized that they increased the rates and tried to make it seem like they increased the price by 3 dollars when it actually went up to almost 5, to boat the lady tried to tell me it didn’t actually go up more then 3 dollars. So I have the 19.99 monthly recurring plan. This plan went from 19.99 to 24.83. The plan used to include tax, so they posted on the sign that the cost went up 3 dollars plus tax, there’s the kicker the tax used to be included so the actual increase is almost 5 dollars, that’s just about a 25 percent increase.🥲I called to ask why they put that the monthly increase is 3 dollars when actually it 4.83! I was told that the state is making them break the tax up so they only raised the cost 3 dollars. What a joke, obviously this is there way to make it look like the increase is only 3 dollars. So if you continue the 19.99 dollars recurring plan, know that the cost went up nearly 25 percent a month, the cost used to include tax which it no longer does. What a shame…

2021-11-17Asked us if we needed help but was immediately aggressive about a monthly pass. Completely rude and dismissive of us once we declined and went into the car wash. Car wash was good but would still never go back. So unprofessional.

2021-12-25There have been many upgrades recently to improve the convenience and ease of visiting this establishment. Vacuuming is super easy. Easy to self-pay. The staff is almost always nearby and helpful!

2021-10-09Theyre becoming overwhelmed with to many cars. So it went from being a nice Kool spot,to an overloaded, bumper to bumper carwash. N for this reason, I cancelled my pass. Positive note: Alot cheaper then most carwashes.
