My wife has always done her own hair, except for special occasions she would get a real nice style done. But after she suffered a stroke she has been coming here once every 3 or 4 months since December 2020. My wife doesnt let just anyone touch her hair, so that should tell you how professional this place is. Excellent customer service, super friendly staff, and they always adhere to CDC guidelines. They take good care of my girl!

I called this joint over a week ago to ask about getting a weave with color … I was informed by the chick who answered the phone to send a picture of what I wanted as far as color and what my hair looked like and was told the girl would call me back after reviewing the photos she would be able to do it on Wednesday for $520 … I never received a call or a text … so today on my birthday I called back and this same broad answered the phone she was immediately combative and super unprofessional when I asked why I had not received a call back in regard to my initial question … to which this “woman” said my plate is full do you want to get your hair done or talk about why I didn’t do your hair … this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable at a gasstation let alone a hair shop… I expected a bit more professional behavior but I suppose that’s to much to ask for
