Poor service, they dont know how to do anything other than basic nails. Polish seems watered down. Man had nerve to get mad because I said it needed more coats. Still 3 coats later still can see through. Never realize how much you value your regular salon until its closed open back Tomatoe nails
Worst experience!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! The gentleman who did my nails was rude. The woman who did my eyebrows did a half job. One week later had to get a new fill in on acrylics!! Run dont walk RUN AWAY!!
The man does amazing nails as well as designs I’ve never been disappointed in the designs they do for me here and I do some extravagant designs they do amazing lashes and would definitely recommend this place to anyone in nyc
HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING! They made so many mistakes and kept using acetone on my cuticle, and it burned since I had a paper cut! My cuticles are so dried, and they didnt even give me cuticle oil. Of course I asked but the worker was like wait one second and didnt get anything! Also, I asked for a flower design but it looked like a star! I am never going there again and neither should you -_-!
Awful. And Im not one to rate a one star either. The lady there seemed so impatient with me since I couldnt find a good color and my design looked distorted. She kept on messing up and leaning forward, and that made me uncomfortable. Also, the pedicure lotion made my nose stuff up.... Never going there again.
Horrible horrible horrible! I was in desperate need to get my nails done (acrylic fill-ins) since my salon was flooded from Hurricane Sandy. Never again will I come back! Horrible quality that I literally left and went to Brooklyn to the only salon open after sitting in this salon for about 3-4 hours, to get them redone and the women in Brooklyn looked at my nails like they were crazy. Disgusted.
Horrible!!!! They did not do what I wanted. I showed them a simple pic of what I wanted and they messed it up . The 2 girls kept switching between me n my daughter I showed them both the same pic and still not what I wanted $80 for something I’m miserable withNever ever again !!!

Guy in the 1st chair pretends hes listening to you & patronizes you with many yeses, but then ignores your requests if you dont stay on top of him.

2022-03-29I have been here on numerous occasions with mixed reviews. Today was easily the best experience. The, young lady, her name escapes me at the moment, actually followed directions to a tee when I requested my toe nails to be cut extra short. She was diligent and skilled in her work leaving me to concentrate on important business matters I needed to attend to. She was also very courteous and polite. As I said, this was my best experience yet at Color Nail. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star rating is the facility is not as modern and sparkling clean as some other places Ive been in the past. Great job 👏!!

2020-01-31Just randomly stop by this nail salon I was in a rush togo awayto Jersey. For $9 i have a simple manicure. Its ok but need a little more detail. Color is an average. They do have nice color but cost more $22 Gel manicure! The place looks clean!

2019-02-19I just switched over to this nail salon. I am very happy with the work that Peter does. Hes very good with coffin shape. He works quickly and its quality work. The salon is spacious and cleanly. I am really pleased and will continue to come here for my fill ins . Prices are good too

2019-12-15Awful dont waste your money or time. I paid for a gel manicure and pedicure (11/30/19) and within 4 days my Gel was chipped and looking crazy (nails and toes). I returned to get it fixed on my day off (12/7/19) and was told by management gel only last 1 week and I have to pay to get it fixed. Since when? I could have paid for a regular manicure..... The purpose of paying for Gel is so it can last longer than a week. Bad business practice.... Go somewhere else, not worth the money.

2021-08-14Everyone there is so nice and they do a really good job. The place is always kept clean, if you need help with your stuff because your nails are still wet they help you. I love it there. Prices are decent. The people are wonderful.

2020-09-10This is unbelievable! Me and my cousin went in the store while my mom went to find a park in lot. My cousin showed a worker in there a photo of a design the lady grabbed the phone and showed it to another worker and all of the sudden they started laughing infront of us! When my mom enter the store I said a simple word ma all of the sudden those two women shut up. Then all of a sudden they were all nice and didnt respond with a laugh in the face. The disrespect and they did one of my nails wrong!, if anyone wants to get their nails done and get laughed at then this is the right nail salon.

2020-09-19Got my a spa pedi, gel toenails, powder fingernails, and my eyebrows done. She did a good job spending a while on my callouses and making sure the ombré powder nails came out perfect. Will go again.
