The place is amazing! Its a renovated school. Each loft has its own feel to it! The bed was comfortable, the fan blows constantly so if you love white noise when you sleep youll sleep like a baby! Would def stay here.Only issue and its not on them is that post covid getting around Rochester is limited, the scooter company pulled out, HOPR is there but we literally couldnt find or see anything. They have an ETA, Lyft/Uber space since covid also. So we walked. A lot.

It was great , we loved it ! The room was perfect , we really liked the high ceilings and the view was even cool with the big tree (you could still see and hear the city) , it was spacious and the service was prompt and very professional. We plan to visit again and try more rooms maybe well find a favorite !

Beautiful place i felt like home.I would recommend and also be using the services again. My room was very elegant and comfy.❤ Staff was awesome from day one Paul gave me and my fiance a tour ,helped book our services and from that point on everything was smooth. What an amazing place to “getaway” that offers comfort, eclectic decor, and lots of fun places just a few steps away (like the art gallery and Village Gate). The original classroom doors and chalkboards lining the walls were such a cool touch. We went there following our wedding and enjoyed every minute! Private parking was great bonus foo!

We binged the entire series of The Church during our 3-day stay (a TV series produced in the same building), and the Lofts are absolutely exquisite. We loved the entire experience.

The whole place is like a mirage. The decorations and fake plants are meant to cover up the fact the whole place, the towels, the blankets, the bed smell of cigarettes and wood varnish. I would’ve rather a clean undecorated hotel room box than in this suite. The smells were so irritating I found myself waking up continuswly through the night. It was awful
