Great 1st time experience. Traveling here was very far out from where I live. I was glad to know they have a delivery option for a fair price. As soon as I walked inside the building the staff were very friendly and professional. They gave me all the necessary information and answered all my questions. The building was clean, nice and cool and well displayed. Their products are a bit pricey but with a discount it is worth it.
Very nice and helpful staff. Inside is so clean. Great prices.You can order online and pick up at the dispensary. You can also just go down there with your card and order at the dispensary. I know that there is another dispensary in Farmingdale, however I have never been at that location. But its the same thing as the Riverhead location. Hope this helps. I love their customer service, very professional! their pretty much straight forward on transactions, no hidden prices. the receipt shows 15%disc either youre a Medicaid/Medicare recipient. their products works for my condition, debilitating condition. they got awesome pharmacists that can help you out with questions! when theyre busy they get back at you after leaving your message for any questions that you may have. the facility is located in Riverhead, NY. i have no problem with them, ive been a patient since 2018.the only thing is their prices are pretty higher than the competitor. wish, they could bring down their prices one day so i can stick around. i noticed changes since there is another competitor, they started to get deals now. so, thats a good start.
Very low quality product. After visiting Medical dispensaries around the USA.....this might be the lowest quality flower products available. Unreal, that this corporation uses the Legal system to maintain a monopoly....Any shop allowed to compete with them would blow them out of the water, in both product and service. Ground A+ buds from a barista was what i imagined, a sealed container that was ground 2 months ago was what i got. Average wait time 20min. Sick patients that require medicine really deserve better.

For the staff yes 5 stars. 153.00 with 35% off I decided to pay 30 dollars more and get more oil, haha I went In January late January the cart was not full and I paid for more got way less. Never go there again and my cart is now empty only using it 3x a day I have 2 weeks left to wait. Scam..... the Pharmacist told me 250-300 hits? That’s total Fabrication if I got a 100 that’s a big exaggeration. I will file a complaint.
Staff is very nice, as are the pharmacists. The office and waiting room are clean, spotless really. But the prices are very high. They cant tell what strain they are giving or what its effects will be(ex:hungry, tired, giggly).Was hoping for something a bit better priced as well.
They make it so difficult for people who work!!! They finally opened on Saturday’s and yet each time I go they tell me “nope we aren’t doing anymore orders unless you ordered online previously and if not oh well” they won’t deliver to any address other than your house which is fine if you’re home during the week but if you’re like me you HAVE TO WORK!!! I can’t wait for another place to open so I don’t have to deal with this place anymore.
I found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable in all products they offer. They are all very helpful and take the time to explain everything. Cindy went above and beyond. Highly recommend. I find the products great quality too.

It was my first time at a place like this ever. The person i spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. I know nothing about this product and have no prior experience, but i felt comfortable asking him simple/silly questions. The main complaint is: this is very expensive, not covered by insurance, and is a cash-only business.
Limited selection and high prices. Not recommended. Take the Port Jeff ferry to CT and drive 90 minutes to NETA in Northampton. Phenomenal selection, great service and although the prices are high they are still lower than Columbia. And, you can get fresh bud which is not available here. This is a very disappointing dispensary.
I really had a positive time at Columbia Care.I had a really friendly and helpful pharmacist who direct me to different products they have. The pharmacist also gave me insight into what I should do going forwarded.I would overall recommend this product!
My first visit was pretty simple though it did take twice as long as they said it would. The second time same thing for an express pickup I was there for almost 30 minutes. However, the staff is very nice and helpful I just feel they are sometimes understaffed. The first time I purchased the time release tablets 1:20 CBD and two 1:1 tinctures. The tablets are expensive but work wonders for my neuropathy. The tinctures are messy and eventually become leaky. The tops come off easily and towards the end you need to take off the plug and go directly in or else you miss out on several doses which again is messy and makes it hard if you travel with it. I like the effect the tinctures has for my symptoms but they are impractical especially if you have issues with your hands. I decided to purchase the vape cartridge hopefully it will be more to my liking.The other thing I am uncomfortable with is that the place is in a more isolated section of East Main St. and though they have great security inside I feel somewhat vulnerable in the parking lot. It make me nervous being a cash only business having large amounts of cash going in and marijuana products coming out. For the price it certainly is an investment and I would possibly shop in other places but I can’t find the tablets currently anywhere else. They do give you a considerable discount if you are on Medicaid.
My main issue is the wacky security gaurd at the main entrance.He will only let one person in the lobby 1 at a time even in freezing cold or rainy weather.He has told me to stand still and that I was making him uncomfortable on numerous visits.He treats you like he is a prison gaurd and make me feel very uncomfortable.I am surprised they would have someone so unstable as a security guard.Staff inside were very professional and friendly though.I will not be returning while he is still employed there very disappointed.
Very, very expensive. First a certificate is needed from your doctor thats $250 each year. Marijuana pills, 15 for $93. That 15 will only last a few days, not even a week. They work great on pain control but way too much money. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable but something needs to be done about the cost.
This review will stay at 1 star until they learn what is in their cannabis products, until they learn that its not ok to charge $100 for a 1/4 to 1/2 gram vape oil cartridge.The same cartridge is $5 or $10 in colorado, nevada, washington or californiaWhat justifies the ripoff?When i called, and asked how much THC was in the oil, she stated there was 18 grams of marijuana per cartridge and it should last 2 months to 6 monthsWell, it doesnt last more than a few days to maybe a week at most if youre extremely conservative.Until they update their product catalog they do not deserve to be endorsed publically or privately unless your insurance is paying for the medicationStaff that is clueless about their products & price gouging people that are already sick is not ok....It took them 2 months to respond to me onliine about my questions as the person on the telephone in riverhead was cluelessAll in all it was a waste of money to even get my Medicinal Marijuana certification as now marijuana is going to be legalized in New York .Only use this service and similar high priced services if its a last resort or your insurance covers it.Its unfortunate but thats the way it isYou cant charge people $100 PLUS TAX for less than a half gram of vape oilnot to mention the fact they just spent $200-250 + $50 to acquire their medicinal marijuana certificateso it would cost me $400 which in just about any state would get you 40+ full gram vape pens instead of 1. or a few ounces. or whatever. you get it?i dont understand why they need to charge so much money , it doesnt make any sensea half- oz of cannabis in canada due to legalization is around $20-40 from local.from that half oz you should be able to make 10 vape carts .lol....STOP PRICE GOUGING!!!!!!!!!!!!!and ill become a customer. lower the vape pens to less than $40 for a half gram and you might actually get some people in there.also, consider hireing people that are people-friendly. when i called you guys, i heard like 3 phones ringing in the background, people chattering, and the lady was clueless. She should be able to answer my questions off the top of her head. And her answers were not correct, it took me a very long time to figure out what their products were and why they costed so much.And in the end of my research i discovered there is realistically no reason they should be charging that much moneyThe problem with this is that most other dispensaries offer pretty much the same product.There is a store in NYC that offers refills at a cheaper price , but i havent been there . It seems like all of the current distributors here have agreed upon a certain price point for their carts and tincturesI may try your sublingual tincture in the future. if i do, and it justifies the value , ill update this. my main research was into the vape cartridges as vaporizing provides instant relief in comparison to sublingual, edible or topical.I give you guys 3 stars because i feel like you guys already know this and will improve in the future.I asked if you would have new products in the future and i received a condescending no we wont unless you call the governor (or whomever) politician schedule 1 substance blablabla i didnt call for that. dont be in a rush to get me off the phone... dont be in a rush and tell people incorrect doseages.... you guys have 3 different products and then 3 varities of those 3 products . so like 9 products or so? you should be able to memorize all 9 offhand. ill cut some slack thistime, but with MMJ becoming legal in the near future i expect better.

Wow, by the reviews Im wondering if its even worth the hardship pain to get there? ~ Well I have to give them a chance ~ when youre poor AND in in pain - mmmm (the reason for the 3 Stars - it will either go Up or Down ~ Ill keep you posted (I can see everyone likes the Staff ~ its probably Legislation problems).
Good first visit. They seem to have the system down pretty well. The prices seem high...sure, but I think the industry as a whole is money grabbing at the moment. Will let you know more if the meds actually work to solve my problem.
What a waste of time.This was my first experience and it will be my last. They have 3 forms of medicine and they tell you to take the littles dose in the beginning ok so far no problems. Now the problems even if you take the smallest dose possible the price for a bottle was $53.00. And you need 4 bottles a month at the smallest dose then at night you need another 6-8 bottles because it has more THC in it so basically it will cost around 5-6 hundred a month and once your tolerance gets use to it you will need more. So I will continue to live in pain because NYS sucks and so do Columbia care.

Lori & Olga are very nice & helpful as are the rest of the staff.I was glad I went there as a first time it was a good experience minus the price but I was happy with my vapes.went back for refills & got all 3 types of vape to find out they have new labeled cartridges very nice less confusion.the oil tasted a bit different no big deal after a few vapes it was burt oil taste & smell very disgusting not to wonder how good is it to be inhaling burnt oil & how does it effect the oil itself like dosage & strength?they did change the cbd for me as they could smell the burnt oil.went back the next day (almost an hour each way) with the same issue burnt oil they said nothing they would do because they see nothing wrong with it but suggested after telling me it will prob just taste burnt from the new tips that I could try the drops not felling I had much choice I now had to spend more money I dont have & now have wasted $300. plus on burnt nasty oil that will be in the next garbage pickup.never had a problem with the old tips.left there feeling very disappointed & anxious. I really hope they attend to this quickly or they will be making more people sicker instead of better smh.I will probably go back to any of the 3 other places I have tried because they didnt seem to think much of the issue I have at columbia. vireo in queens does free delivery to Brentwood/Suffolk co. & have bulk oil & refillable pens.also now need to spend more money somewhere else & will have to wait another 15 days to go anywhere else due to the way they labeled it. smh not acceptable!
I cant give 5 stars because the Vape product is expensive and I always have a problem with the cartridges. But i do give it 4 stars becuse the Staff is very friendly especially Lori and they are always willing to help.
Expect to pay 4x street value for their products, in exchange for lesser strength products and more of a hassle. This place is a SCAM against people who are sick and have nowhere else to turn. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time and money.
This is just such a wonderful place compassionate caring staff fast quick Speedy service just wonderful my best friend is suffering from cancer and its just so difficult taking care of him it was such a wonderful experience to go there and get his medical supplies I was treated with dignity and it was just such a pleasant experience theres a different dispensary elsewhere that I had gone through in the past and they were nasty they werent friendly they were terrible Columbia is just the opposite everybody there cares everybody is nice everybody is wonderful they help you guide through the red tape they do all the work for you and then it just a wonderful wonderful place easy parking convenient nice neighborhood if you need this product and youre taking care of somebody this is the place you want to go to
Great staff. When I first went they took cards, now only cash... mmmm...NYS only takes cash thats a little strange cash business with outrageous prices, NYS this is very odd and questionable. I will not go back until they take cards again.
Way over priced. Super nice staff but its crazy what limited product they off and at the prices. This will be a serious problem for the New York State medical marijuana program if all dispenseries are like this one. We want flower and the freedom to choose whatever products we want. Continue to push for legalization bc without that, choice is hopeless.
The thought of a dispensary may be a fun thought, whimsical at that. And yes in most states it is. New York however, specifically the east end of Long Island, we get Columbia care. This is not a whimsical place, but one of a sterile feel. Large signs and advertisements, explaining; why theirs is cleaner and more science based.The people are nice and the place does serve its purpose. They only sell pill, tincture, or prefilled vape. The prices are extremely high. So high it is really a sad thought. They are either being charged too much to meet NYS standards or are just overcharging. The vape cartridge, feels like a 6 year old dab cut with coconut oil. Has a nasty flavor, but is fairly potent.Subpar, outdated, and expensive products. Columbia care is a great place for the elderly or those who have no other way. New York State has been decriminalized for quite some time. After spending nearly $500 on the license, fees, and product. One can wonder the legitimacy of the program. All in all Columbia care does exactly what it’s supposed to. Have a card. Want a potent vape,drink, or pill? This is your place.

Caring people work here they listen to what your pain is and then recommend what you should use. Clean place. Top notch security. Havent used a 1/4 of the pain medication I used too.

By far the most expensive cannabis in NY 100$ for a half g cart is wayyy to much when the same thing goes for 10$ in other legal states also the same carts are going for 100 dollars for a gram not half gram at brooklyn dispensaries, lower your prices and i will come back for now ill get the free delivery from brooklyn dispensaries, nice people nice place tho

2022-05-27Everyone else working there is kind except the Manager, hope you dont get him to serve you! he has 0 tolerance when its your first time and you ask questions that naturally you need to know if you are not familiar with CBD OR THC he will trick you into buying what he wants to get rid off b/c of the expiration dates / he will give you the wrong thing for your condition/you wasted your money and he does not care, as simple as that, is who he is! check the expiration dates please! and do your own homework as to what is good for your health or ask your doctor! I Kept saying i need only CBD absolutely dont depend on him to give you any logit answers he only seem to just want to get rid of the old merchandise, he made me buy 3 wrong items for my condition, and i have to through all out! just be aware of that place go prepared and when you do check the exp dates as well, thats my word of advise to save you from wasting your money on the wrong item needed for you particular condition! he kept showing me how he cant take anymore questions/ gave me totally the wrong meds /and the following day he pretend that he did advise this and that, when in fact he did not! example 1/ i asked for a lotion and he never mentioned that he carrys 2 different strengths he chose which one to give me that had the short exp date! i will say no more i regret not knowing things before stepping my foot in that establishment!

2022-02-01The staff has good intentions. The quality of the product is subpar, and nothing special. Im not sure if it is a State, or dispensary related situation. But medical marijuana patients, deserve better than this. Over 300 an ounce for shake, and 70 for .5 vapes. I cant even afford my medications, and now theres a concern over the quality. Where are the data sheets, that specify the details of what you are consuming. You can tell the program hasnt reached its full potential yet.

2022-01-14Staff is friendly but the selection is just awful. Their own brand of flower is some of the worst I have ever seen in years, dispensaries and street cannabis included. It’s old, dry, brown, and full of stems and seeds… whether you smoke it or vape it the taste is foul and the effects are minimal to none at times. Luckily now they carry Curaleaf flower which is much better but only a few strains and not the ground versions. They get away with the poor quality flower as the nearest competition is 46 miles away, hopefully new dispensaries will open up in the area and push them to improve. For now, there is much to be desired in comparison to Sunnyside and Curaleaf.

2021-09-28My fav pharmacy around here, hands down. Professional atmosphere, respectful and knowledgeable staff, as well as a convenient location. The only thing is some of their prices are 🤔 I try to be realistic… soon NY will have more competitive prices like other places. Columbia Care kind of has a monopoly on the “east end” of Long Island. Also, their selection isn’t that great, ground flower is trash, and the concentrate is way too expensive for what it is. But, all that aside, they’re GREAT. They medically talk to you, like a patient and not a customer browsing a retail store. No stupid questions 🙃 I like the ambiance enough to pay the premium prices for consistency 👍🏾

2020-09-18Very helpful security and staff, it was my first time to the dispensary and was unsure of how things were run and they were very nice. Even though products were nice and staff were kind, the receptionist was very unprofessional and rude and was complaining about me to the other employees due to me not knowing how things were run. However, it was literallymy first time and my doctor did not inform me about making appointments, not my fault. I even tried to call the receptionist to talk to her prior to arriving so I wouldn’t cause issues but she did not answer the phone and then complained when I was I’ll informed. Really nice welcome.But I can’t wait to try my products and am happy they took the time to make sure I got the right products.

2020-08-28Each time Ive visited, the staff has been great! Always sweet and I really love the convenience of the credit card.Unfortunately, Ive had 2 vapes leak so far, which they do not replace, so it sometimes feels like a gamble and Ive wasted quite a bit of of money. Because of this, I try to get by without since I rarely can afford my prescriptions in the first place.Aside being a bit more pricey than other dispensaries, I feel they offer less variety as well (though, to be fair they are definitely expanding!)I am considering using the Carle Place Curaleaf dispensary more and seeing if the gas milage is worth the lower prices and product options. Hopeful that as things progress CC will improve! :)
