Cute, outdoor Tanger Outlets Center. Icre skating wasnt too far away during the winter months. Bought a terrific winter jacket that will last a while. Material singed and burnt very easily when near something hot, otherwise its terrific when you go with coupons.

2022-02-24I bought a nice pair of hiking boots for my father in law back in December. I liked the boots for myself and wanted to come back to purchase a pair since my father in law said they were comfortable and I had a 20$ coupon. The boots were priced at $79.99 on the wall and with my $20 coupon I was going to pay $60, but when the associate rang the boots up they rang up for $34.99 so I was happy. I should have just paid for it and not mentioned my coupon because when I showed the coupon I had a manager came over and saw what the price was and asked the associate ringing me up to check the price of the boots on the wall. The associate told the manager it was $79.99 so the manager price adjusted the boots up to $79.99 instead of honoring the price the computer gave originally. When I questioned why he did that his excuse was its a system error which i find ridiculous. I am a store manager in the retail industry for 15 years and I would never make a customer pay more for an item because it rang up cheaper than what we had it advertised for. I was with my wife and mother in law and she wanted to buy a jacket but it was a little expensive. I would have happily paid the 35$ and let my mother in law use my coupon instead so they lost out on an additional sale. I bought the boots anyways because I really liked them but sadly will probably be the last time I shop at this particular location. When I called the store and spoke to the manager Dan he didnt quite seem to care about my point of view as a customer and just kept stating it was a system error and hell let corporate know which I know is a lie. Not a good way to do business these days.

2021-12-03I love Columbia. But.....the stores dont have the greatest selection. Staff didnt have good product knowledge and they have stuff online that stores dont know anything about and stuff in stores thats not online. After spending close to a grand in past month one, I went to this store and left feeling like I should just keep shopping online. Problem is, sometimes you need to see and feel what your thinking about getting.

2021-03-13Went to return a ski suit I bought online. Not worn. Tags attached. Original packaging. Within return window. The manager Dan asked the reason for returning which I said was one size bigger. Did not take it well. Was legit mad at me. The cashier was nice and patient. Dan really needs to calm down with banging things and throwing stuff in front of customers abiding by Columbia policies.

2019-12-19Visited The Columbia store several days after Black Friday, looking for a particular winter jacket the store website claims to have in stock. We arrived very late towards closing time, the store was empty. We checked for the winter jacket and could not locate the in stock on the racks. A very Pleasant store employee asked us if we were looking for anything in particular. The store employee was shown the in stock item and the store employee left us and went to the stock room to locate the winter jacket we were looking for, we were initially concerned for hope the in stock may have been sold hours ago. Wow to our amazement the store employee came back with the prized winter jacket we were searching for and the color (purple) and size large was exactly what we needed! The winter jacket fitted perfectly. Since we missed the Black Friday sales that just passed us, we had a special extra 10% online coupon that just expired. The store employee rang the item up and got clearance from the store manager to ok the extra 10% as a courtesy because we are Columbia store loyal customers. Wow we were so relieved and happy ! We Thanked the store employees and left as very satisfied customers. Definitely coming back again soon.

2018-06-03This place is a slam dunk for buying a reasonably-priced raincoat or other weatherproof gear. There are multiple choices of styles and colors. I find that Sporting goods stores will have only one or two raincoats to choose from. They are always well-stocked. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to point out the different features of the jackets we were trying on. Now everyone in my family has a Columbia jacket!

2019-03-04Ronald (I hope Im remembering his name correctly) and the young associate lady was great yesterday! I got to the store just 4 mints before closing and he didnt rush me to try on the hiking (waterproof) boots past closing time. Leaving for a trip to South Africa tomorrow so I was very grateful. TY so much, now I wont be afraid to get wet feet :)
