While the room was clean and neat there were a lot of repairs needed to the hotel itself. A rut down the middle of the floor on entering the hotel, which was covered with a carpet and no sign to warn anyone. There were broken sidewalks outside. In general I would say shabby would describe the general appearance. On the plus side they have a Perkins restaurant attached as well as a pub. Pub service and Perkins service was excellent. Considering the condition I felt the price was high
The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and staff were friendly. The only down side was noisy people in hallways. Some of this was due to rude guests who talk at 1000 decibels when in hallways. Other noise came from guests using the stairway near the room and people going to the water park. If I stayed here again I would request we aren’t put in this same area.
Positive: My granddaughter loved Champys that was in the hotel Negative: The room was filthy and bedding wasn¿t changed and the cold air came out underneath the heating box couldn¿t keep heat in room consistent . Floors were freezing and room was too hot because we had to keep the heart up
We selected this hotel because of the indoor water play area for kids. Our son loved it! The room was more updated than expected but still had some flaws in the bathroom area (toilet had issues flushing). The walls seemed exceptionally thin and we could hear everything in the halls and in the rooms next door. Nothing horrible, a typical hotel stay, but still...why cant they invest in slightly thicker walls or something to help with transient noise?
We completely enjoyed our stay at the Plattsburgh Comfort Inn. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The convenience of not 1 but 2 restaurants connect to the hotel was awesome! Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I didnt even have to use the pillow I brought from home!
This hotel is an all in one experience. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The amenities i.e. the waterpark, mini golf and arcade were fun. The sauna and steam room were luxurious, and the on-site restaurant rounded out the experience quite nicely. Location and proximity to the interstate as well as many shopping and dining options could not be better. Highly recommend this hotel.
Adventure Day with my daughter! We had the entire arcade, Fun City, to ourselves. The staff was helpful with any games we had an issue with (there was only one). We did the bumper cars, mini putt, bowling, ball pit maze, and several games. The area was cleaned for safety and we were able to clean as we went to help protect others. Just beautiful day and we didnt spend any more than $50!
This is a great hotel if youre traveling with pets. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It is also convenient to many restaurants and shops. The location is not far from the Plattsburgh Bay ferry at Cumberland Head, so you can also venture into Vermont, if youre looking for a change of pace. I highly recommend the Comfort Inn in Plattsburgh, NY.
Enjoyed the pool, went to the arcade....all 4 girls working were to busy with their phones to help in any way. I had to ask for assistance more than twice. The 9.50 for two hour ball play room was half broken and all they said was....we dont give refunds.....they could have at least said it was not totally functioning properly and I would not have let all three of my grandsons use it. Poor service very disappointed. Spent over 150.00 at the hotel just for swimming and a few games.
We had a suite with a bedroom and a living room that had a sofa bed. The best part about this particular suite was that instead a 1/3 wall like most new motels have it was a full wall with a door. Since we have a young family, it was nice that we had our own private room while still being with our children. Another great part is the childrens water park. The deepest part was only 3 ft where the water slides were, the other part is just 1 ft with a splash park for the littlest ones. The reason I only gave 4 stars is the rooms could stand an update and a little better cleaning. The wallpaper was buckling and coming off a little in some spots. Also when we checked in I lifted the mattress and saw a few black curly hairs They were definitely not ours.
An overpowering smell of onions hit us as soon as we checked in to our room. We complained at the front desk in which they said they would out an ion machine in there, but they never did. I would have expected the staff to make an adjustment to our bill, but the didn’t. Very disappointed with our stay this time around.
The hotel is in a good location and the staff are friendly. The coffee in the lobby and in the breakfast area is decent (the coffee in the room was undrinkable.) The room we had was a little worn down but nice enough amenities. (The carpet was lumpy, not fitted to the floor right and there were some crinkles in wall paper, not appealing for the details but again, fine overall.) The hotel offers discounts for using the family fun center (champys) to guests, would be better with more included in price. I would reccomend as a nice place to stay if you want to have things to do without leaving your hotel, especially with young kids in tow. The breakfast says free hot breakfast included but is a pretty standard and acceptable but not too exciting continental breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and would reccomend to others, but do not go with overly high expectations of grandure for a 3 star hotel. Good family stay that meets expectations.
The staff were very friendly, room was clean. The entertainment they had at the hotel was great! My 10 year old son had a blast at the arcade, bumper cars and the water slides. Free continental breakfast was absolutely delicious! Well stocked. Housekeeping were very friendly and helpful, and asked if we needed anything every day. We stayed from Thursday evening to Sunday morning, the value of what we received at the hotel was worth what we paid. They are undergoing remodeling and things are coming along and looking great. We really enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites. My boyfriend had a fishing tournament on lake Champlain so my son and I ventured around the area and explored while he was fishing. It was a great trip! This is a great hotel for a family who have children. This hotel has 2 restaurants in the building as well, A brewery.
First of all the water park for kids was totally awesome! The room we stayed in was great, except for the fact that the carpet needs cleaned. Other than that, the staff was super friendly, housekeeping was great! The breakfast... could use some improvement. We went to the Perkins attached to the hotel for breakfast, which you get a coupon for 15% off when you stay at this hotel. Very nice property. If given the chance we will stay here again!
The hotel was gorgeous but our room smelt like dirty/musty water due to the sink leaking for an extended time and the carpet being soaked. The carpets weren’t vacuumed and there was dirt and crackers crushed all over. The shower had mold all over the ceiling and the bathroom had paint and dirty all over the floor.
Service and facilities (2 Restaurants, Pool/Water Park, Gym) are great. The King Suite I was in was spacious and clean, but furniture showed more wear than other rooms that we have stayed in at this hotel, before. The bedroom window (Room 203) had some long cracks in it which were covered with clear tape. Bathroom/shower was very clean and well-updated. The room looked out on an interior courtyard/greenspace, which was peaceful and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast area was large and bright, and food was good. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Since weve stayed here before, we know that there are better-condition rooms, so perhaps this was an anomaly.
The hotel was amazing. All of the amenities that they advertise were appreciated by my one year old daughter and wife. The room was up to date and very comforting. The front desk was welcoming upon our check in. The maids were even pleasant and seemed to genuinely care about our needs. The Perkins restaurant was a nice family experience. My wife and I enjoyed the discounts offered at the check in desk and took advantage of the pub, arcade, water park and restaurant. We didnt have a bad experience with any of the amenities that were offered. My only issue was the room keys. I had to return to the front desk four times for a new key because after using the key once to enter the room, the same key didnt work a second time. Thats FOUR times I had to leave my family and get new keys and thats the only reason why I didnt leave the highest rating available. Besides that, Id like to return in the future and I highly recommend this resort.
The hotel was good, it was as expected no more no less. There was a mix up with the life guards so we werent able to use the pool when we arrived. The issue was settled rather quickly but the front desk ignored us until they settled it. We would have preferred to know if we should go back to our room and wait or not. We ended up waiting at the reception for almost an hour. The kids were all ready to go and so if it wasnt resolved we would have had major issues. Breakfast was good, lots of people but we always had space. The pool was loud not because of the kids but because of the constant running water from the play area. Its expected but just be prepared. Ive never been so close to a waterfall play area in a closed room so I found it unbearable after 1 hour.
My first room had a weird smell upon entrance. I got it switched only to find hair under the sheets as I was getting ready to go to bed. I called the front desk to tell them and the lady huffed and puffed on the phone and replied “ooohh kayyy I’ll send house keeping”. -___- it was 9:30 at night I didn’t know hours keeping was even still around.
It was a great place for my 3 year old! Minus someone puking in the pool and they closed it down on him.. so he couldnt use hus vip pass other than that the food was horrid. Never again will I eat there paid $38 for a tiny steak w corn on the side..they could make there take out food presentable. But theyre short staffed my 3 year old lived the 9.50 bouncy house/arcade!
The comfort Inn and suites in Plattsburgh has definitely exceeded my expectations for amenities, with a fitness center to a water park. There is even a fun center for the whole family. Both restaurants connected to the hotel provide great food at an affordable price. The hotel also offers a coupon sheet good for all these amenities. The rooms have definitely gone through a more modern renovation. Making the rooms more appealing and tasteful. The mattress was a let down after seeing all the modern upgrades with blow dryers and hanging make up mirrors in the bathroom and usb power blocks on the night stands. The mattress was too stiff and felt like I was sleeping directly on springs. The pillows and linens were definitely more comfortable which helped but overall not even close to a decent sleep. The high speed internet and cable were on par with other hotels nothing special other than the rooms lacking a TV guide or movie list. The room was clean when I arrived but did not receive cleaning during my duration and did not even see a maid which was upsetting. Over all my stay was close to par with my expectations but definitely did not meet or exceed them. Hotel still needs some work but for an all there amenities option for the whole family I strongly would suggest this hotel.
Good points: the cleaning staff was really helpful and nice 10/10. The bad points : I reserved a king suite with a king bed in a room and sofa bed in another room whit the hotel website and when you looked at the pictures of that room it clearly shows the king bed separated by doors to the rest of the suite; also upon reservation with choice website in the remarks box I asked for them to look if they can apply the peace officer discount when I checked in. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff told me he could not give me the government rebate because I didnt book reservation with the hotel, but through a booking site, which I did not because I used the website of the hotel choicehotels.com. When I arrived in the room, it was just a room with a king bed and a sofa bed, it was not separated into a room like a reserved and paid for specifically for my wife which is 26 weeks pregnant and now she is really light sleeper and with the kids just beside, not separated into another room, she could not sleep at all because of the snoring and moving of the kids. As soon as I saw the room I went to the counter and the staff who was really nice told me unfortunately there was no room like that available so he could not transfer me so my wife couldnt sleep at all. Also, I feel that since you advertise the arcade on website it should say that it is not included as it is giving the false impression to customer and misleading information. So swimming pool is included, but not the arcade.
This hotel used to offer great suites and splendid service. The past 3 years have seen a decline in quality and service. Our visit this past weekend was a disappointment. We were surrounded with at least 6 other rooms with dogs and they were at times wandering alone in hallways.
Nice indoor pool for little kids. Adults dont expect to swim, its too small and not very deep. They have a beautiful underground, kids arcade, mini golf with glow in dark undersea theme, perfect with lots of dinosaurs painted on wall! Beautiful, awesome! Bumper cars and laser lights in cave you have to walk through w/o touching laser light, fun! Lots of arcade games. They have a breakfast mostly prepackaged foods like muffins , bagels, bananas, orange juice and milk, oatmeal packets, yogurt etc. As for the room it was clean, only one bed was clean, the second bed was obvious the sheets hadnt been changed. The bathroom was clean and roomy with a double sink and huge mirror. Everything was pleasant except I did get cold during the night and couldnt figure out how to get some heat into the room. This place was perfect for kids and I would rate it very good, but it loses points for the not so clean bed. Therefore I give it a four. Oh, the arcade was a 10 , but a little on the pricy side. Over all I would not hesitate to stay there again, just make sure to check your bed.
Great location. Room was much nicer than anticipated- spacious, clean, comfortable, great layout. Pool was super. Spray ground perfect for little ones and two slides were incredible for an indoor pool. On site pub was very good. Though we didnt go there, liked having the option of Perkins Restaurant on site too.
Check out the hotel and surrounded areas for dining and business. Check out reviews of past guests that stayed at the hotel. Double check room before heading out for your purpose of stay. If not satisfied talk with customer service. Try get Another room or ask to have your room cleaned while you are out doing your business or shopping.
Nice hotel, however for an economy hotel, I found it a bit over-priced. Great if you are travelling with kids as there is lots for them to do. Staff at front desk were very nice and accommodating. I would have liked to check in early, however the room wasnt ready. The staff offered to hold our bags until check-in time which was nice. The room was clean and spacious. It came equipped with a small fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Beds were okay in terms of comfort however too high, especially for people with reduced mobility such as myself. I found keeping the room at a comfortable temperature was a difficult; was either too hot or too cold.I cant comment about the breakfast, as we checked out before it was served.
Service was amazing. The hotel was really busy and they helped us with all requests really quickly. The hotel is clean. It has alot of activities and amenities. The gym, bar, resto, arcades and watesides wow. Friendly service in all areas. I would come here again for sure for all the fun however the room left alot to be desired. The shower would dribble alot of water when only thr bottom was on which made it hard to shower my kids without getting soaked. All the stuff in the room were extremely noisy!!! The fridge, the heater and the toilet which would run on its own randomly.
The 2 slides were nice, but there really wasn’t any other place to swim. Our room was nice, but a little too small for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids and a pug). We loved that it is pet friendly, and they were great to put us on the first floor. Breakfast was good, but the lines were extremely long. We really loved how convenient the hotel was located. The staff was great and extremely friendly! Our entire family felt very welcome, you don’t often get this.
The hotel is co located with Plattsburgh Brewing and a Perkins. Get a room away from the first floor indoor water park for quiet. The staff addressed my complaint about the dirty, sticky, hairy bathroom floor and the food on the carpet. The cloth chair near the desk was covered in stains of an origin I didn’t want to know, disgusting. Nothing short of replacing it will fix it. The rug wasn’t much better, pet friendly places can be tough. No pets for us. The bed was fine for me, the linens and pillows were good. Breakfast was plentiful and there are traditional heavy, greasy food choices and lighter fare to choose from. I ate heavy as we were there for Pound The Ground Adirondack Coast and would be outside on our feet or digging all day. Parking is plentiful and Plattsburgh Brewing has good food and excellent craft beer. We ate both our dinners there as we were too tired to go elsewhere but it was perfect fit for us. I had read this hotel was undergoing room renovations. The appliances in the room were adequate. I knew most all this before we booked the room so be sure to inspect your room right away and alert the front desk if you find issues.
Our room was clean. There were plenty of towels, toiletries, and extra blankets and pillows. The arcade was fun and we didn’t see any games that were out of order. My kids loved mini golf. The pool area for big kids/ adults could be a little bigger. The water slides took up most of it and what little space was left didn’t really work for the amount of people they let in there. The little kid side was great and my kids loved it minus being trampled by bigger kids who were running through without paying any attention. I think that could be fixed by having more space on their side of the water park. The gym and sauna were heavenly and I did not expect to see a gym that size with such a wide variety of workout equipment in a hotel! Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it.
They are very great go here. There rooms are very spacious can actually move around in them. Really enjoy the tub and shower. There bed could be switched was not all that comfortable it made noise when you sat down or just rolled over. But other than that really enjoyed and Im definitely going there agan.
Lets start with the positive. Well located. The pool area is great for younger kids. The beds vere surprisingly good. Staff is.friendly and polite. The negative: the room smelled bad, the carpet needs to be changed. I was told that theyre working on it, a few rooms at a time. Isolation isnt great, you can hear almost anything thats going on in the neighboring rooms. The bathtub needs to be changed, the paint is chipping off...The biggest turnoff was the smell.
First, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff Kelly I think his name was, had everything ready for me so check in was super fast. The I was given an upgrade and the room was amazing! Like a little apartment, it was clean and perfect. The water park and slides into the pool are a lot of fun. The lights automatically come on at night if you get out of bed. Plenty of room and seating. I was very very happy with this hotel. I used to stay at the econo lodge but I will be staying at this Comfort Inn from now on.
Always enjoy this family friendly hotel. The employees are so friendly and accommodating. Have always stayed in the one bedroom suite and it has always been clean and very nice. Beds are very comfortable. The game room and water park are a very nice addition for travelers with kids! Will be back!
Stayed 2 nights in a King Suite for the 2 TVs. If you do not want to be bothered with a bunch of out of control kids running the halls, slamming doors, screaming, jumping and shouting, this is not the place for you. Otherwise the rooms are dated but clean and have comfortable mattresses; so once the noise dies down and your walls stop shaking, you should be able to get a good sleep. TV and wi-fi worked well (had to call for a remote for one TV & extra pillows & they came impressively quickly); pool pretty much only for those who want to go down the two slides (which looked like fun) so we were disappointed as using the pool is a hotel favorite activity normally. Went to breakfast at Panera Bread across the street but 12 year old son went down one morning & found it underwhelming for a Comfort Inn... the whole fruit was not fresh (marked and over ripe apples, oranges, and bananas; no melons, berries, grapes or other cut fruit) but he didnt really like the eggs and sausage but Im sure if you dont want healthy food youd be satisfied with the free offerings.
This hotel was extremely clean and spacious! Service was great the breakfast was good and convenient. My only complaint was the pool! I firmly believe that the pool should have a time slot for the exclusive use of adults. It was always packed to capacity with very young children! When my family travels a long distance like we did, 6 hours in a car, we really look forward to a nice swim to relax. With its close proximity to the college, there are plenty of older teens and families staying at this hotel and to be able to enjoy the pool would be nice.
Chose this hotel because of the amenities on their website. Pool, hot tub, steamers, arcade, mini golf, etc. I made sure to double check what was open with covid, and my booking confirmation says most of these are open. In reality, the pool is all there is. Great if you have a family but for a getaway of just me and the wife, not great. Definitely not worth the $220 i spent to be here for 2 nights. Shouldve gone to one of the $50/night options down the road.On top of that, guy at the front desk clearly hates his job, not super interested in talking or anything. It is however pretty clean, thats why i gave it 2 stars. But for a “suite” this is smaller than most hotel rooms i’ve been in, this just has a couch and a wall in the middle of the room
We checked in for an unplanned and impromptu overnight. We were greeted by a very sweet receptionist, Becky, who answered all our needs with a lovely room. Our kids loved all the activities and amenities the hotel offers. The hotel is very clean and safe. We felt well taken care of. The price was better than I expected since we had a suite. Extremely pleased ! We will be back.
It was okay for the night, but the whole purpose of our stay was to surprise our 2 young daughters with the waterpark, and we were disappointed with having to wait when we got there due to max capacity and delayed opening the next morning. Dog in the next room barked loudly whenever it heard the slightest noise; my girls are terrified of dogs and were afraid to leave the room when they heard the barking.
Wanted to get away for a romantic night so booked the honeymoon suite. Was a nice setup but furniture was stained and the jets in the tub weren’t the cleanest. For the price I paid I feel the furniture should have been in better condition and the tub should have been better cleaned.
Had a great time! The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good. All of the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We needed a crib on the spot and they had one delivered right away, same thing with a roll away bed. They have an indoor splashpark that was great for our kids. There is an arcade/fun center attached to the hotel. Overall a great experience! We will definitely be staying here again.
Love it. I travel a lot..mostly for pleasure ...this was for business. The room was spacious and plenty of furniture. Very very clean and nice. Front desk was very informative and friendly. She was foreign .... I wish I got her name because she was great upon arrival...making sure I knew where my room was ...the bar...sweet treats. I enjoyed a drink and snack at the bar. Water pressure and temp very nice. Towels soft and large. Temp of room nice with blackout curtains. The bed....very very firm. Not a plus nor negative...I would rather firm than squishy.I ventured out for some vending machine skittles ...which of course they had..because they have everything.Would have went to pool with slide but ...I am alone and was full of kids so skipped for today.I am looking forward to breakfast. . Though I know will not disappoint.
Upon our approach to our room we were overtaken by the extreme odor of old and new cigarette smoke. Being a kid friendly establishment this was not a good start. I could not get past the smell of an ash tray and should have trusted my gut and turned around immediately but we gave it a shot. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was gross. Trash lying around in the hallways and bathroom areas by the pool. The one bedroom king bed suite was the smallest such room that I’ve ever stayed in. The pullout couch which was listed as being able to accommodate two people was not even big enough to support our 4 year old and 18 month old son. In addition to the small size of the pullout couch, the comfort level was roughly the same as a medieval torture device. We live locally and were just looking for a fun getaway for a couple of nights. As it turns out we wound up spending about 6 hours in the hotel and then packed our stuff and headed home. I never write reviews so I chose not to blast the hotel publicly but this was a bad experience.
Another thing we thought was cool was that its very close to a Walmart and other restaurants and stores. Its literally across the street and to the right of the hotel. The location is great! When we come back to the area we will definitely stay at Comfort suites!
We chose this hotel because of the water park! It is absolutely perfect for young kids. Our four and six year olds loved playing in the shallow area. The pool was staffed, and there is a bathroom and shower right there. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The four year old said it was her favorite part of our weekend trip. We would have paid four times as much for a stay at one of the big waterpark resorts, and this was just as good for a little family getaway. Highly recommend.
We stayed for a weekend away and so our children could enjoy the pool area. The kids had a blast, it was the perfect size for them (ages 3 and 4), I just wish that the pool area where you can actually swim was a little larger, but due to the slides being attached there was only a small area to free swim. The attached arcade and play area were a lot of fun. A large group of us ate at the attached Perkins restaurant, the food and service was great. The hotel breakfast was also wonderful. We had a great time and will definitely be back!
Hotel was neat and clean and it seemed like hotel did some upgrades that were an improvement. Free breakfast was a great hit with a variety of foods. Really enjoyed our stay. Didnt even have to leave hotel to go to a restaurant for a meal. Walking distance to some local shopping stores, huge Walmart with all your shopping needs.
The hotel overall was fun. The kids had a blast and really enjoyed the splash park. The beds were super comfortable however the sheets did have some old stains on them. We did have issues with the tub but we called the front desk and it was later in the night but someone was there in less then 10minutea to deal with the problem and then matineince was also called in to fix it. The staff were very pleasant and did offer a new room but we were satisfied with the response and fix and we didnt really want to move the kids that late!! We did enjoy our stay and will stay here again very soon.
My family and I had an excellent time at this hotel. It was our first time here. My boys enjoyed the water park and fun zone (arcade, glow in the dark mini golf and mini bowling). We never tried the gym/sauna, it is also included in your stay. We had dinner at Plattsburgh brewing company, we all loved our meals! We had breakfast at Perkins restaurant & the food was great! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We received coupons for the restaurants and fun zone. Our room was spacious, tidy and clean. Shower had good water pressure and was very warm. We liked the amenities like refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, cable & free internet. They offer free breakfast but we didnt have it. We liked having everything all in one location so we never had to leave. All this at a very affordable price within walking distance to stores & a great mall, we cannot wait to come back!
The hotel was great for the price. The breakfast was better than expected. The kids loved the play area and the pool. I would have liked if there were hot tubs and a larger pool for adults, but it was alright because our main purpose was for the kids to have fun- which they did!
Great place to stay! There is something for everyone and you don’t have to leave the building! The pool is great for kids as is the arcade. The arcade is great for kids old and young. We will be using this hotel for years to come! Staff is great, rooms are clean, breakfast is great and location is the best in Plattsburgh!
That staff at the front desk was very nice and polite. The life guards at the young man at the pool needs some ethics training. I asked for a towel Saturday evening for my 2 year old and 8 year old and was told that I should have brought my own towel out of my room. The day staff should have stocked the towels so the evening staff didn’t have to be bothered other then that the stay was very nice with the kids entertainment all in one place.
This hotel has been around a while, but they are continually renovating the location. For its age it is in relatively good condition. If you are visiting Plattsburgh with children, they will surely love the pool area with water slides. My room had some small issues with cleanliness: I spotted some food crumbs in one of the beds and there were some items on the floor in a few corners that hadnt been cleaned. The longer you spend here, the more details you will notice about the aging infrastructure. The shower head was filthy and needed to be replaced or deep cleaned. The hair dryer cord was stretched beyond its limit and only partially plugged into power because the outlet was not close enough to the wall where the hair dryer was secured. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, which is surprising since there are two restaurants attached to the hotel. Some of the food was not well-prepared, including the scrambled eggs, which were somehow overcooked.
The room was beautifully clean, no dust in the air, and the king-sized bed was beautiful! This was my 2nd stay with just my husband and myself. It was very quiet and the breakfasts were great! My first visit was myself and my 3 kids. They had a blast with the pool and the water slides. And then we all enjoyed the games in the basement. Ive already recommended your hotel to one family and they have come at least twice. I will def recommend it to others!
Location is great - close to everything. The water park for the kids is good (but fairly loud so bring ear plugs). Breakfast is good - always had enough bacon. The arcade is good - but a little pricey. Perkins is a very good restaurant. Excellent service and the food A+Could’ve used an upgrade on the TV (USB connection).

2022-05-04This was a very disappointing experience. First room had hair in the shower, unidentified matter in the sink and both bedskirts had stains that looked very much like a previous guest had a wild time on the beds (disgusting). The next room was sufficient but not great.Numerous arcade games were broken/ out of order. The brewery was not open for dinner service on a Saturday evening (6:30pm). Even my 8 year old son was disappointed in the place, he mentioned how old a not clean it was.

2022-05-04I drove over 13 hours. I reserved a king room suite. They told me that they overbooked for that day may 2nd first they said I had no reservations. Then they said they found it when I went to my room it wasnt the room I reserved. Then to the front desk is when they told me it was overbooked. I think they should have told me or given a call. The young lady very rude to me. I visited Plattsburgh three times a year I like to stay there. Well I called LQ thats I will be staying from now on. The room they offered me was 5 dollars cheaper. For a queen room but not a suite.

2022-04-28The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. The kids loved the splash pad and the arcade. Location is close to many restaurants and the mall. Will definitely be bringing the kids back again.

2022-04-29Mold on walls, cleaning staff too lazy to vacuum easy to reach areas. The whole building needs a good cleaning and updating. The pictures online don’t show the current condition of the hotel, it’s rough.

2022-05-03Had some good mold on the ceiling. The shower drain also liked to back up when the upstairs shower was running. Honestly a decent Plattsburgh experience!

2022-02-04It was my fiancés birthday so this was a nice little getaway to celebrate. We love that there is a bar in the hotel and we could sit and enjoy the football games and a few beverages and walk back to our room. We’ll definitely be back

2022-01-17This was the hotel chosen by our agency and the worst hotel I have stayed in for years in regards to cleanliness, safety, amenities, appliances, and overall condition of the building. Certainly not a place I want to come in to after working 12 long, hard hours. Also forgot to mention only has 2 pairs of laundry facilities on site

2022-01-13Room was not sanitary. Dried bodily fluids on bed skirt and hair on the bathroom floor. Beds are hard, not firm, hard. Bar is located upstairs adjacent to guest quarters with absolutely no door or security measures to keep them out. I literally could step across the hall and see them. Music and drunk patrons can be heard clearly. No key card doors to keep out the gym members ( not a hotel facility, Its attached full scale gym) bar or restaurant patrons. Vomit in the hotel lobby bathrooms, which are the only restrooms for the bar and attached restaurant. Would not recommend for families or people wanting to sleep in a bed without the signs of someone elses fluids dried on the bedding from their evening activities

2022-03-15Room was pretty dirty, got a bad rash from sleeping there. Bed buds? Dunno. Staff was super cool, bar and breakfast joint were also good. Just disappointed in room quality

2022-02-11Okay hotel, had a wine fridge in my room trying to pass it for a regular fridge. I questiones it when I first arrived and told front desk it wasnt keeping my food cold or frozen and he said he checked the temperature and it was showing the correct temperature. I told him thats a wine fridge not a regular fridge for food, he act like he didnt hear me. My food spoiled and had to be thrown away and so much food while staying. Maintenance guy said he put the wine fridge in the room, because he thought it went well with the room and it looked good in the space. It had a see thru door, smh. I had a roof leaked and maintenance knew it had a hole in it he stated. Then said he had to wait til spring to fix it, he would bring me a trash can to catch the water and humidifier to dry floor where it was wet. Toilet backed up and started backing up in the tub, due to pipe busting I was told. Have a lot of kids staying there all the time running around, playing in the hallways and parents nor staff tell them to be quiet especially during the night. I understand its kid friendly, but running up and down the hallways, playing hockey in the hallways hitting your door with the hockey sticks and disk thingy. Thats too much.
