Tough rating a motel during covid, as the amenities are limited while addressing protocols for health safety. Has a spacious lounge for morning coffee. Minus one star for mediocre complimentary breakfast.Room proved to be clean and well appointed The staff seem very pleasant, starting with he check in. Quite near the airport
I stay at CI very regularly. (Im a Gold member for what that means. 😂).I genuinely like their king suites and breakfasts. Okay.So. The parking is very difficult, because of the walk for an older person. Its a long way away, up hill, and on the back of the hotel. For convenience alone I probably wont try them again. BUT, asking for a quiet room, I got one on the fourth floor (omg again a L O N G walk to the elevator). This walk meant in the morning the dining area for breakfast was a L O N G walk again. Breakfast was acceptible. The LEAST favorable note is the bed, comfortable but with a big sway down the middle. I wasnt up for the please change my room discussion. But, this is definitely the reason not to go back. The only reason to go back was the extraordinarily handsome, professional and polite concierge who checked me in and won my heart.
I have been a loyal Marriott customer for over 30 years. This year due to the pandemic, I decided to try the Choice Brand. Now I feel like I have been ripped off for over 30 years. I am impressed with the Choice Hotel Brand. The Comfort Inn Latham was a top notch hotel and very comparable to Marriott but with an amazingly afford rate. Indoor swimming pool, beautiful lobby, gym, laundry, outdoor area and a great location. But its the front desk staff, housekeeping and front desk manager that make this place a 5 star. Best customer service ever. The location is near Kimberlys Day Spa and great eateries. Thank you for a great 5 day stay at Comfort Inn Latham.
Positive: Room at end of hall was very quiet, with easy access from parking lot through back door; bed very comfortable Negative: most motels/hotels put bright lights above or below outside window...this is very disconcerting for those of us who need a dark room for comfortable sleep; even with blackout curtains there is still a lot of light filtering into room...
Positive: Relatively new. Good location. Negative: Bathroom faucet leaked around the base. Water pooled on vanity countertop and ran onto floor. About one cup per day. Tub drain was slow. It fully drained about two minutes after shower. Last day of three day stay, the lobby coffee machine didnt work
Something old made to look new.My room was neat and clean but it smelled like an old hotel with a stale musty odor.I left very early in the morning, as I woke up with a raging headache that I can only attribute to poor air quality.I left before they served breakfast at 6:30am on the weekend. Therefore I am unable to leave a review on that. For the money I paid, it should have been much, MUCH nicer.
I enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were soft. I liked the breakfast option as well. Staff on all shifts were kind and helpful. However I did not like that I put the DND sign on my door and housekeeping still entered. They took my dirty pile of towels off the floor but did not replace we clean ones. Nor did they make my bed. If they came in the room after I asked them not to; they shouldve made my bed and cleaned the room as well.
Upon our check into the hotel the staff was very helpful and courteous. We requested a room on the main level and close to all amenities, and the person at check in did the best he could to accommodate our request. It was perfect. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The overall appearance of the hotel is welcoming. The lobby is well lit, smells fresh, and is inviting. The breakfast bar has an attendant that constantly supervising the area to ensure items are replenished and clean. The pool and exercise area are also well kept. There are no dirty towels laying around, you do not feel uncomfortable going into the pool for a dip or using the equipment.
The place and staff was very nice and friendly. Were only here for 2 nights. I did have only like 2 problem. Our tub faucet kept leaking. The free breakfast was not what i was expecting. It was a grab bag breakfast 1 muffin 1 danish an apple and water or coffee. I was expecting just a little more but it was fine overall. I know things are crazy due to covid. Rooms were very clean. When i checked in they had to change my room because their was hair on my bed.Overall it was a 4 star stay!
Excellent wifi speed, large and well stocked breakfast area. Fairly quiet room (faced Route 9, major commuter road)Bathroom has issues: Very low water pressure for shower and sink faucet.Even with low pressure, bathtub drain took an hour to do so.I reported the drain issue to the front desk staff but we did not notice any difference the next day. When room heater blower came on, I sneezed. Be interesting to see the filter condition.Staff was courteous and room was clean.
I have no complaints as far as staff or really hotel. Its the other guests. 1st night we had to ask to be moved because of drunk neighbors and the next night the whole floor thought they had to talk in the hallway with no concern of other guests. I think we will look for another place next time
We stayed further out because we wanted to try another hotel within the choice hotels. It was truly disappointing. From entering and be greeted at the desk, to the disappointing room/ bathroom size. We couldnt believe the room temp automatically changed down to 64* degrees! Who does that? We dont keep it hot, but we came in from working and the room was cold!
The appearance of the Hotel was pleasing and modern. The room was well kept and inviting. The bed was comfortable and clean. I did not experience any difficulties with wifi access. Our phones operated at max speed. The room and hotel were very quiet. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but it did look very good. Check out took ten seconds. The staff was polite and helpful.
The staff at the Comfort Inn Latham were all friendly and competent. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was good, the food was hot, and the staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and saw to my needs. My only real complaint is that there was an undefinable odor to the hotel, which I found to be very unpleasant. Upon entering the hotel, it was very noticeable. The room did not have as much of the odor, but when I returned home I found that all my clothing that I had worn or unpacked at the hotel also had the same unidentifiable odor. If the hotel had had a fresh smell, I would have given it 4 or 5 stars.I am sorry about the odor, because I would definitely stay there again, if it smelled better.
I have booked my stays at your Comfort Inn for at least the last 7-8 years (except for last year, when I didnt go to Albany or anywhere else), and have enjoyed my stay because of the minimum of glitches. Usually, my stays -- sometimes 2 or 3 a year -- are for more than a week, sometimes two; this was the shortest I have ever been a guest at your Comfort Inn. I started my visits primarily of your location, and plan to return for my next visit to the Albany area, possibly again before the end of the year.
We stayed at this hotel overnight when bringing my daughter to RPI for a visit. The staff was friendly, and accommodating. The rooms, were clean and comfortable, although small. The beds were also very comfortable but again small. The furniture was in good condition, and the room was homey. We were up and out early, but the breakfast was very good. There was a large assortment of hot and cold items to choose from, and the food was very good. Again the staff was very friendly. Check out was painless, and quick. I would recommend this hotel to others, and will stay there again at some point as we will be spending quite a bit of time in the area in the future.
The hotel staff was very friendly. Although the room was outdated, it was very neat and very clean. I thought the bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast select and the serving and dining area were very roomy. The tub was small and the shower head was very low. My husband is 6 6 and usually has trouble fitting in hotel showers, but even I didnt fit under this it was so short. However, this would not prevent me from staying there again. Great location for us when we come up to visit our son at RPI.
I enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The rooms and facilities were very good and good value for the price. The continental breakfast was excellent. The staff were really great! We arrived hours early and they worked hard to prepare rooms for us much earlier than normal - this extra service was much appreciated.
Our experience was pleasant and comfortable, and our room was clean and nicely appointed. Staff was efficient, friendly and available at all times at the front desk. There was no wait for check in, as our paperwork was ready. Our bill was under our room door for seamless check out, as well. We especially enjoyed the refreshing lemon water in the lobby in addition to the coffee and tea. This was an all around pleasant stay in the capital district, just a little outside the heaviest traffic areas. Since we have family and friends in the area, we will definitely stay here again!
The staff is very friendly and helpful but this hotel has a very noisy atmosphere. The door slamming is constant from about 6AM. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious but probably will try a different one next time. Also if you have mobility issues look elsewhere as there is a good chance neither elevator will be working.
A fantastic experience...from check in to check out! Check in was quick and easy. The information provided in the room for area restaurants led us to a wonderful restaurant for a great meal. Upon returning, we enjoyed the pool and would have made use of the fitness room, but we were tired from so much swimming! The breakfast buffet was amazing - great food and lots of space to spread out to eat. We have absolutely no complaints about our stay at the Comfort Inn.
Dated but fairly clean. Breakfast was nice. Our particular room was across from an exit door that banged every time it was used which was frequently. Bright light shown in the room all night from the parking lot. Curtains were very sheer and did not block the light. No TV channel information in the room.
We stayed 2 nights because of a family party. Hotel was clean, pool area was delightful, and this one was pet friendly when we made our reservation, so they honored it at check in. I hope they reconsider the no pet policy now in effect. We had no problems with the dogs. The included breakfast was very good, plentiful with many choices. The desk staff was helpful.
We come to the horse races every year with a group of 25 or so. This year we rented I believe 7 rooms between all of us. For the past 2 years we tried other places and as you can see we came right back. Best place for the price. The breakfast saves money and is a hit with us. The pool gives us something to relax with after a long day at the park. The drive is around 20-25 minutes to the park well worth it.
My daughter was visiting from Florida with my 3 yr old grand daughter and she was extremely happy with the hotel overall. She said the room was very nice, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The outside and grounds gave a nice appearance, the lobby was very well maintained and she was complimentary towards every hotel staff member. She said they were very courteous and helpful.
The staff were very friendly. Good value hotel for a night or two. The pool here is actually bigger than most chain hotels. The breakfast offers hot choices which is very nice. The hotel could use some updating such as the main room doors where there are scuffed marks but overall, it is very decent and I would stay here again.
Robert!!! When we came here we ran into some issues with our room and booking was done wrong through a third parter vendor (not comfort inns fault). I went down to the front desk and talked to Robert who immediately fixed the issue and made our stay that much better. I 100% recommend this comfort in and will come back thanks to Robert!
I really thought that by becoming a Choice Hotel member, there would be special privileges. However, our check in process was not good. We arrived at three oclock which was check in time. We were attending a wedding at the hotel next door. The bride and groom had a block of rooms at both places. We stayed at this hotel so we could get points. There were no clean rooms and quite a crowd waiting to check in. We left, called them and said we would come back. We requested a quiet room (away from vending, etc) well in advance. Our room was located in the front of the hotel overlooking the parking lot and highway, one room down from the ice machine. It was disappointing. The bathroom was spotless and our bed was comfy and clean. The mirrors needed some glass cleaner as did the window which was really dirty. I think the room was cleaned in a hurry - something wasnt right. The hallway carpets could use a good vacuum and the elevators need a good cleaning. All of the staff were friendly. I guess I would stay here again.
We stayed at this Comfort Inn for a week while visiting our son. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the housekeeping staff kept our room well stocked every day, and we didnt have to request anything extra. The outdoor pool is very nice, and the laundry facilities on site was a nice convenience. Based on recommendations from past reviews, we requested and got a room up on the 4th floor, and it was quiet and pleasant, no noise problems at all.Every staff member with whom we interacted was pleasant and helpful.
Without a reservation, I had a great one night stay as i was making my way from the New England states back to JFK. It was a nice property with good amenities such as a comfortable bed, a room equipped with a microwave and mini refrigerator. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast area was set up nicely with good options available. Overall a well maintained hotel. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.
I stayed only one night and it was great. The staff was nice and greeted you. The rooms were big up to date and comfortable. The bathrooms clean and modern. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Great price for a room. When it includes pool fitness room and free breakfast
Arrived only to find that our room had only 1 bed instead of the two we had requested. The front desk got us sorted quickly and everything was fine. The morning we left (after a wedding) we were a little slow to get started and the front desk accommodated us again by giving us an extra 2 hours to leave our room. Breakfast was good for a hotel.
We planned a visit to Saratoga Springs for a concert and choose this hotel because it was close to the SPAC, but at a much better rate. The drive to SPAC was only about 20mins on I-87, so it worked out great. One day we even drove to Lake George, so you can explore the Adirondacks on a day trip. The location is great and near the highway, as well as nearby shopping and a nice selection of restaurants. There is a bakery nearby (Bella Napoli) with some great sweets and pastries and awesome sandwiches. The hotel has been nicely updated and there is still some work being completed. There is a great patio area for sunning or relaxing near the pool. There is a standard complimentary breakfast with bagels, toast, waffles, cereal and juice. Our room was clean, updated and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and shower had great water pressure. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I am a Choice rewards member, so I always choose Choice hotels to earn points and this was one of the nicer hotels. I highly recommend.
I stayed here one night in a double room and was very pleased with my stay. The hotel was clean and rooms comfortable- each with a microwave and minifridge. I am an employee of Choice Hotels and was fortunate to be able to utilize my employee discount, although I was arriving late, I permitted my friend to check in before me which they were able to without any issue. Breakfast in the morning was great- everything was stocked and warm but what stood out the most was Don. He was so incredibly friendly AND managing the breakfast as well as the Front Desk. Working Front Desk myself and seeing how busy the breakfast was this was a serious feat. He was continuously smiling and attentive to all he was responsible for. Great way to start my day and end my stay! Thanks again Don!
Had a one night stay here (Aug 21- Aug 22). My wife had to wipe down shower due to it looking grimy. My big complaint was the amount of guests walking around without masks due to Covid even though there were signs everywhere that they are required. I went to the lobby to get coffee and there was a man and women with 3 school aged children that were not wearing masks asking the front desk person (who was wearing a mask) to use the pool. They were standing next to a sign (written in huge letters) that said no shoes, no shirt, no mask, no service, no kidding. The staff on duty did NOTHING to force compliance. My advice is not to book a stay here if you have any concerns about getting Covid-19. There are many other hotel options in the area.
I really liked this hotel. I got a good vibe just walking in the front door. It was a very nice experience and I would stay here again in a heart beat. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is a good value. They are in the process of updating and its very nice. The only negative, if you would call it that, is though the bathroom is updated, the shower/tub combo wasnt - it needs to be but its functional.
Friendly service at the front desk which always starts your stay off right! We got a king, which was in a pretty small room and there were a few gross hairs in the bathroom. The place just looked a little rough in spots but we got a top floor room and we both slept well which is whats most important.
We were in the area for a reunion. We had 2 double beds in our room and it seemed tight. They are in construction in the pool area and I hope that once that is complete they will start to renovate the rooms. They seem to be in need of updating. Overall though the hotel is good. Breakfast in the mornings was well done.
It was wonderfully luxurious. Very clean, soft sheets, comfortable bed covers, nice furniture, quiet, spacious parking lot front and back. The free breakfast was delicious. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we had to get back on the road next day. I certainly would like to stay there again. Rosa Griffin
I wrote the following in your Comment segment, so Ill post it here, too:Note: I did fill out the comment card left in the room and gave it to the someone at the Desk. Was it sent to the proper office? The Comfort Inn staff was most helpful, especially when I asked about a DVD Player to view a couple discs. The maintenance man who installed it was courteous and explained how it operates, which I appreciated a great deal; he also unhooked it, when I no longer needed it. The housekeeping staff was polite, but I did not understand why one member could not tidy up my room even though he or she was right outside my door. The dining staff was friendly and seemed to care about the items available. No complaints about the Desk staff, morning, noon or night. Very helpful. One negative note: Different rates on different dates, despite the fact they were all part of the same stay.As a PS, the location of the Latham facility works out well for my travels through the Capital district. If all remains as indicated above, I will continue to this Comfort Inn.
The hotel was clean and the check in staff was pleasant and helpful. Comfortable beds, great pillows. Quiet and clean. Had an outdoor pool which we didnt use, but it looked nice. Breakfast was awesome. Lots of choices, both healthy and otherwise and a nice eating area.
Great hotel within minutes of Albany. Staff was not only helpful but made you feel like a house guest. Room was very clean with a comfortable bed after a long day of sightseeing. Would highly recommend forvalue without sacrificing cleanliness and friendly service by staff. Breakfast bar was filled with cereal, juices, muffins and ability to make a great breakfast sandwich. Coffee was great too!
I am only giving a good rating because the hotel is under construction right now (during our visit) so it wasnt in top shape physically. There are quite a few hotels in this area and we chose this one because it was $25 less per night but now I think that was probably because of their construction situation. The room was a bit tight but clean and had everything we needed. Good free wifi. Very good breakfast with hot items such as bacon and pre-fab omelettes. Front desk a bit slow but very helpful. Woman who runs the breakfast buffet does an excellent job and is warm and friendly. The maid we met had been there more than 20 years and she was a sweetheart too.
I was not terribly happy with this hotel. I didn’t find it clean- I found hair in the toilet before I used it, I found hair in the bed, and the sink had red stuff in it under the rim. The windows were poorly designed- or rather the curtains were- the curtains did not cover the windows entirely which was problematic since my window had a street light outside of it. Additionally the fridge made noise the entire night. I’m also eight months pregnant and the setup of the toilet and the toilet paper dispenser was so problematic as I had to reach behind me. What I did like about this hotel was that the continental breakfast was fantastic! I also needed a late checkout and while at first I was told no, they did eventually give me one which is probably the only reason why they have 3 Stars.
My daughter and I attended a tournament at Sienna College and we stayed at this hotel for one night. I think the overall experience was ok. The cleanliness of the room and quality of bed and linens were great. I was disappointed with the breakfast - too scattered of a buffet layout (took a while to see what was being offered), and the quality and selection of food was mediocre. We would have liked to see better quality coffee, yogurt, bread, and meat. Nobody was at the front desk when I checked out.
We chose this hotel because of the proximity to our plans in nearby Saratoga. The staff was very helpful & accommodating. The room was extremely clean, quiet, & no bugs!! The bed was comfortable & they gave you a choice of pillows, soft & firm! Would definitely stay again! Oh yes, it included a hot breakfast, too! Also, the room had a frig & microwave, very helpful!
The room over all small/ compact but very nice and neat. It was located in . a boon- docks area but closer than some of the other hotels. The complementary breakfast was the best thing that weekend! There was an extra fee on top of the two day charge. I reserved the room back in February and in July heard of these extra charges. The Hotel rep was very very helpful in this matter. She understood my budget and helped us out.As mentioned before, no housekeeping was done for the days of our stay. Towels were piled and so was the garbage. I felt ashamed to leave the room that way but we did our best. Thanks!
Our stay with the Comfort Inn was a great experience ! We traveled to the Albany area for a basketball tournament and stayed at the hotel for the weekend of May 24th 2015.When we first arrived we noticed that the hotel was in a great location, with shopping and dining just minutes away. Walking into the hotel we were greeted with a big smile and some fresh cookies by the staff that was on duty. The common areas and rooms were very clean. The morning breakfast was great, and an extra bonus was being greeted by Dominic with a big Good Morning ! Dominic was a great help for our us and our team. He was very polite and professional and always had a smile on his face, which made us feel very welcomed. The night staff was great too (Stephanie). They made fresh homemade cookies and where very cheerful and very accommodating to all of our teams needs. We brought into the hotel 3 Basketball teams and we are looking forward to coming back next year !Thank you for the great stay and excellent service !
The hotel was nice and the room very clean. The bed was very comfortable, it was like sleeping in my own bed. They were very busy and the breakfast area was completely full, so they opened the conference area to accommodate the amount of guess which was very nice. They need to improve the breakfast, not only at this hotel but at all of them.I will definitely stay here again.
Price was OK compared to other hotels near Rensellear Polytechnic, easy on/off highway. No luggage drop off area designated by front door. Quiet, didnt hear much noise. Beds comfortable Room was neat but dusty, took picture of dust on top edge of sofa and sofa did not look clean/vacuumed. Housekeeping could be better, no extra toilet paper in the bathroom.
I checked in got my room went to the room and found that the bathroom hadnt even been cleaned from the night before. I went to the front desk and expressed the problem, they sent housekeeping with clean towels. I explained its more than just towels. They cleaned the bathroom. I found a card in the room asking to Before you go let is know so I emailed them at the address shown. My email was returned undeliverable because the email address was unknown!
I chose this hotel due to the proximity to Albany and Saratoga. Very easy on-off from Route 87. We had an enjoyable stay. Front desk people were really nice and friendly. The housekeepers were too. I interacted with many of them. Room was clean. Air conditioning worked as it should. Room was quiet. The pool area looked real nice, I did not use it, but others did. Breakfast was very tasty. The hotel met all my expectations.
Upon check-in no one was at the front desk. The person emerged from a kitchen area where I could hear him being yelled at by someone who very loudly said Dont ever do that again. It was am uncomfortable feeling as a guest.I think should have had a lower rate, but got what I booked. I should be able to get the lowest available rate. The pool water pH was off a bit and water a bit cloudy. The hall floors have lots of dirt ground into them. They look very bad.The check-in clerk did do a call and ask how everything was and stated several times how appreciative that I was a choice hotel member. The breakfast is so-so and adequate.
The hotel looked clean and fresh and the hotel staff is very friendly. The shower never got hot and went from cool to room temp and back to cool. House keeper didnt provide coffee for the in room coffee pot. You clan always hear conversations in the hallway even when the other guests are not speaking loudly. Listed as 2 stars and with the house keepers not paying attention to details, hot water issues and noise pollution, it will never achieve a higher rating.
Comfortable bed and room. Small bathroom and especially small bathroom counter with distant access to an electrical outlet. Did not have breakfast at this hotel, so I cannot comment, but Im generally not a fan of the fake eggs and high carb breakfasts served at this chain of hotels.
We were here two nights for a college visit. This is a great place to stay and great value for the money. Very clean, quiet, nice staff, and a great hot breakfast. I felt my week old new car was safe in the parking lot. Plenty of places to eat within a few miles on the same road. WIFI worked well. Nice exercise room our daughter took advantage of. Too bad the pool is only outdoors but you cant have everything I guess. Will stay here again for sure!!
I made a last minute reservation to stay at this Comfort Inn, and found the hotel to provide excellent value. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The hotel staff was very engaging and helpful. My only negative comment is the facility is a little tired, and could use some upgrades, but it was very clean
I am a Platinum Choice member so I stay at a lot of Comfort Inns. This is in what I would call the above average category. Its in a very convenient location, its pretty clean. The rooms arent as large as some of the Comfort Suites Ive stayed at, but hey, its only a Comfort INN. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Ive been here about 6 nights in the past 3 months, and theyve accomodated my ground floor room request on all but one stay. As for cleanliness, I have found an occasional stray hair on a couple of stays, but overall the place is very clean. The only thing Id rate as less than stellar is the AC/heat units can be pretty noisy, and the mini-fridge doesnt have a flreezer section (pretty picky, I know, but just sayin...) Overall, Id recommend.
Not bad overall but rooms could be cleaner, ours smelled like mens cologne. However, bed was comfortable and room was a good size and close to elevator. They could haves had better options for breakfast as fruit was very mushy and over ripe and coffee was out of service the one morning. Ok for price point though.
Very clean....miss o.donald front desk very nice....the best. Not so with the night shift 5....11. Dark skinned girl....rude short walked away from me while speaking asking questions....un real...attitude.....needs more training ...should not be on front desk....care not to be in her company or go to desk to asking anything.....too bad.
We traveled hours for a wedding. The check in process was quick and the staff friendly. The room was comfortable, but not completely cleaned. There was a used coffee filter with garbage on the desk left from the last customer. We did not realize until we were packing our things.

2022-03-29Positive: It is centrally located Negative: I have stayed here multiple time. This time seemed different. The room was dirty. Had not been vaccumed in a while. The toilet seat was stained and the bed was broken. Falling off the pedestal. Disappointing.

2022-05-09I would give this hotel a 6/10, the reason I am rating the hotel this low is because housekeeping did not come once to re-do my room. I was not informed about housekeeping schedules.

2022-05-12Hotel was in a great location. Some sections of the room need upgrades but was clean.

2022-03-06Absolutely love this hotel. The staff is amazing, the service is impeccable for a comfort inn brand. I will definitely be back.

2021-10-25Adequate number of handicapped spaces; bedroom/bathroom, desk/entry area, halls & meal areas clean. Staff helpful and pleasant; also reservation staff made sure I had a room close to the front door and on the ground floor, given my concerns about being handicapped and my possibly slowing people from exiting in an emergency if I were in an upstairs room. Hallways and neighboring rooms quiet. My mattress was comfortable. (The space between my bed and the TV/closet area and into the bathroom door were too narrow for my rolling walker-I had to turn it sideways and it barely fit even then.)

2021-10-03Positive: Staff is professional, hotel was clean, wuiet and has a nice look. the location is quiet and safe at night. Easy access to area I loved the free coffee in the lobby 24/7. Negative: That English muffins were not on the breakfast menu. (But the seseme bagel was tasty for sure)

2021-11-29Excellent and quiet. More than I really expected. Customer service was awesome. And there was an island young lady I had spoken with to confirm my stay and she went above and beyond to ensure accuracy. She was very exceptional.

2021-10-15We had a nice room. The pool was good, except for separate card required to get in and it only worked once. We couldnt get our card to work. Then we got a second card. We pushed down and it didnt work. Then we had to get front desk to help and she pushed up and then down to open door. What a hassle that whole thing was. Not fun! Other places use a same key as the room key, not here. Once in, the pool was good to use. We had better experiences at other hotels. Staff was nice and the room was comfortable.
