Delivery was accurate and a notification call was made in advance. Unfortunately the flowers are not the prettiest and 3 days later they are in poor shape! My flowers from Trader Joe’s last over a week!

I ordered a corsage for my daughters 1st dance recital. A single rose with baby breath. It literally came a part as soon as I put it on her wrist. Horrible place !
They are very professional and have beautiful flowers! One of my relatives ordered flowers from here for my family for Christmas. We sent a picture to my relative to thank them and they mentioned there was something missing from the arrangement. We called and it was corrected within hours, along with an apology and some additional flowers. We didn’t expect it to be corrected today since it was Christmas Eve. Thank you! Would absolutely use you in the future! You gained a customer with your professionalism and service!

I had to tell the owner about how exemplary Danielles customer service was! She was so strategic and intentional with helping me select a funeral arrangement that I assumed I was talking to the owner. LOL I appreciate honest, intentional help and I would order again with her in a heartbeat! She even went above and beyond to make sure our paperwork was done as needed. Appreciate great customer service! I didnt see the flowers myself, because I ordered on behalf of my boss, but I trust that they came out beautifully.

I have received 2 lovely floral arrangements in the past year or so, both from Commack Florist and both were beautiful and seemed to last forever! I honestly checked where they came from both times because I couldnt believe how nice they looked after being in the vases for almost 2 weeks. One of the orders was fulfilled by Commack Florist for 1800-flowers and they were gorgeous, and the other was picked up right from the store. I only have a picture of the ones from 1800Flowers but the others were just as pretty. I do not often write reviews, but I was really impressed and wanted to say thank you!

On a Sunday right after a snowstorm, I needed a birthday arrangement for my moms 87th delivered to her assisted living facility. Both Linda and Elizabeth made this happen with absolutely no drama. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and are consummate professionals. Simply stated, they know how to get things done.

Great service and beautiful floral arrangement provided based on customized request over the phone. I had a very warm experience with Eivi who took care of my order over the phone. Her genericity had taken her stepped up the responsibilities above and beyond. She not only spoken pleasant also very sympathizing to people who had lost loved ones. She had used her personal phone to take photo of the flower wreath and sent to me to ensure costumer’s satisfaction. Thank you very much for your wonderful service, Eivi! I hope one day we will meet.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The service is truly terrible. I placed an order since the beginning of February, the first to be exact, for my aunts birthday which is February 14th.Every week since the order, my inbox was being spammed with her birthday remainders. Its now the end of February 14th, Ive called my aunt and shes informed me that she has received anything. Now Im highly upset and confused cause youve been spamming me with emails about a delivery/order reminder that you havent even completed ??I let the 15th pass hoping she wouldve received it then, giving them the benefit of the doubt in that Valentines Day was just probably really busy for them. Still .. NOTHING. I wouldve sent 2 emails concerning this and the owner, George wouldve tried to contact me but I missed the call.When I finally got onto George he informed me that he would be sending the matter to corporate who would ensure that I have my order delivered on the same day and he would keep me updated, I never heard back from him that day so I sent another email following up. He then informed me that corporate did not get it done and he would be refunding me my money and still sendin something in return.Its nearing the end of February, my aunt still hasnt received anything and Im not even sure if the funds were returned to me. I urge you all, please do not do business with this company, its truly dissatisfying and unworth it.
Shoutout to Rob from Commack Florist! I ordered flowers to be delivered for my girlfriend on Valentines Day….. Rob went to go deliver the flowers and my girlfriend was asleep, he didnt want the flowers out in the cold so he held onto the flowers and delivered it at a later time… great customer service!
I had to buy a wedding bouquet and boutiner for a surprise wedding taking place on New Years Eve and found out about it the Friday before. They didnt bat an eye and had beautiful flowers waiting for us for a fabulous price! I will most definitely be back!
Nice-looking bouquet, but I sent it as a surprise with an a loving, yet anonymous greeting. The person called the florist and simply asked who sent it, and they revealed it spoiling the surprise.

I thanked my mother for giving birth to me 50-years ago with four dozen baby pink carnations, my favorite. Although, they’re only 48 and not 50, one for each year, you would have thought there were 100! My mother was overjoyed. I live in Georgia now, retired from the Army after 20-years of service, and I don’t get to spoil my mother. Commack Florist took care of that. I’m grateful that my concerns were laid at the door, and my mother was spoiled and happy on a day that she did all the work to bring me into this world. Placed an order and it wasn’t what I ordered, the following day George (owner) reached out to find out details about the order and why I was disappointed.He understood and did everything right , he sent out another arrangement. He provide an outstanding customer service! The second arrangement was really nice and we were really happy with it !
I ordered flowers in person for my daughters birthday two days prior to the delivery. I came into the store but no one greeted me for about 7 minutes. I heard people talking in the back but I literally stood there and was going to walk out. The person taking my order was professional and helpful. They are taking precautions for safety and I was comfortable ordering in the store. My daughter said the arrangement was nice and was happy with it. Be aware there is a $15 delivery fee, not sure what the going rate is nowadays but keep that in mind when ordering.
I was disappointed because I purchased a prom boutonnière for my daughters date and it was extremely expensive for what i got. I picked up a single rose wrapped in some tape with a pin for $26. Not even baby’s breath or a bit of greenery included. Really disgusting to be ripped off thst way. I’m done with this florist
Went to this florist for the first time today and I can say with full confidence Ill never come back again. I typically use a different florist but I was on a location and time restraint and had to purchase from here. The moment I walked in every staff member I saw just looked at me while eating and never greeted me. After about 4 minutes of standing there I was helped by a woman. She insisted on calling out every single flower by price and name which was insulting because I never told her I was price conscious. I had to keep telling her its fine. Every time I asked for something it seemed as if she wasnt understanding what I was saying. I wanted to see the flowers I was choosing assembled as I was constructing it so I could get a visual idea as well as knowing if I needed to add more flowers or not. One of the other associates with dark shoulder length hair was very rude and made it seem like I was a bother because I kept asking to see my bouquet as I was adding to it. She also was rude when telling me to move when the associate that was helping me asked me to stand where I was. To make a long story short this place was completely lacking customer service, kindness, and execution attention to detail. Also shall I mention WAY overpriced! The best part of this place was a woman with blonde hair she tried to help several times. I actually wished I only worked with her from start to finish. If I had other options due to my circumstance I would have gone elsewhere. Now I know and will never purchase from them in the future.
Someone helped my wife & I and we wanted to thank them for their instant kindness.I needed a bouquet of flowers right away and Commack Florist exceeded my expectations. I spoke to Michaela about buying flowers and I’m glad I did because her and her team made it happen!From the moment I placed a phone call to order flowers to the time when I pick them up literally 10 minutes later it was a simple and really nice experience.To top it off, the quality of the bouquet were beautiful! After receiving a floral arrangement that was less than what was pictured on the website I contacted the owner, George. I sent a picture to him of the arrangement and he agreed it was not up to their standards. He said he would take care of it and make it right. The next day a beautiful arrangement was delivered! So not only did he make it right, he did so quickly. I will use Commack Florist again. Mistakes happen, but when it is accepted and corrected you know you are working with fine, professional people - A1!
Commack Florist is awesome! Their customer service is the best of any florist I have ever been to. Their flowers are fresh and they provide a great value. I 100% recommend them! (And I dont give compliments very easily)
The ordering process was great and the person that helped me on the phone was awesome.As for the delivery. That was a different experience. This was a get well gift and the receiver was unable to come to the door at the time of delivery. The delivery person tried to leave the bouquet in between the screen door and that caused some breakage to the bouquet. That is very upsetting to me as this was a gift.The only thing I can say is that I have been using this florist for as long as I can remember and the product is always excellent. So if you need a delivery make sure the recipient can receive the flowers.

Ron and George could not have been more kind and accommodating. I called on Christmas Eve day and both men went out of their way to help me out. I highly recommend this florist. Plus my father said the arrangement was magnificent! Many thanks!

I live in California and found out at the very last minute that my uncle’s funeral was going to be held the following morning. I called Commack florist at 3pm and they were able to ensure that flowers were sent to the funeral home by 9 am the next day. They were so helpful when I lived so far away and could not be there in person.
Employee taking order was profesional and courteous. Peace Lily Plant was beautiful, leaves were large and dark green in color. Plant comes in an attractive wicker basket and the sitting angel was very nice addition. Would have liked it even more if it had flowers.
We had an excellent experience during a very difficult time. My sisters and I needed to purchase a floral arrangement for our Mother’s funeral. We found a picture of an arrangement we knew would be perfect. Commack Florist did an incredible job, the piece was even more beautiful than we imagined it would be. This florist is amazing. I originally ordered from fromyouflowers for my friends birthday and paid extra to get it there the day before. Not only did FromYouFlowers not show up but they were going to be a week late and they were rude about the whole process so I requested a refund. I called Commack Florist, not only did they give me a bigger arrangement, at a better price, but it was at her doorstep within the same day. Much love to this business, they saved the day.

Really awesome company. Me and my mother are very pleased! :) .Today is my grandmothers birthday. I live far upstate and my mother on Long Island. My grandmother lives on Long Island also. My mother called me up earlier today and said we should send our Mama a flower arrangement gift. I know it was really last minute, plus on a Sunday. A lot of shops were closed or we had passed the time limit for same day delivery. So I continued looking and found Commack Florist. My mother wanted colorful flowers and balloon. I wanted her to have a basket. She loves baskets. They had a perfect one. The Happy Blooms. So I called and got a very nice girl. She helped me greatly and between her and a man I spoke with briefly, they were able to set up recieving it today. It was delivered to her not too long afterwards. They were even nice enough to call me and let me know they were there, so I can try to reach my grandmother quickly and let her know to have the gate open for her surprise. She was very surprised and happy! :). Thank you so much guys for making my grandmothers day great! :). I will definitely use you guys again in the future! :)
Thank you for making this easy on me.I am glad that I went to the trouble of locating a local florist who was familiar with the Commack Abbey. With everything being online and centralized these days, I never know where things are coming from, or whether there is any concern about things being delivered on time. When you asked about the viewing time and said, “I’ll have them delivered by noon because John like to have everything set up early” I knew that I was in good hands.

I placed an order, and received notice of delivery but there was no delivery. I called the owner, George, and he realized the driver delivered to the wrong address. He said hed make it right, and he did- within an hour a replacement order showed up. George did right by me.

The arrangements are exquisite! The potted plants that we receive for all holidays are well cared for and last longer than expected.

Commack florists made my wedding absolutely perfect! As someone who isnt into flowers, George and Linda made my visions of alternative centerpieces and chuppah ideas come to life. Yesterday ordered flowers for my cousin for delivery today. I had said yellow roses , daisies, and babies breath. The gentleman suggested adding pink and lavender and I said ok, My cousin sent me a picture of th flowers and they were all pink and lavender. I called the store and spoke to George the owner who immediately offered to re-do and deliver the arrangement! I was so amazed at this level of customer service and could not recommend this florist highly enough!!!!They went above and beyond!! I have already told my cousin to use and recommend this local florist! I will also use them for sure. I stopped in this past weekend to get some flowers for my mother’s 70th birthday. The arraignment was beautifully done and I got the following response from my mother: “The flowers are the most beautiful I have ever gotten. Much nicer than the [Other] store.” They do great work and are highly recommended.
A few months ago I needed to buy flowers for my friends Aunt who had passed away. I walked in and this really sweet gentleman put together a beautiful arrangement in such a short amount of time. I had to cancel an order and George helped me out on the phone. He was a nice guy who quickly processed my cancellation. Since it was an online order he had to call me back to confirm that he had everything set on his end which he did right away. Just one of those interactions where you can tell this place does business the right way. Will definitely be giving them future business.

I would give them 0 stars if possible, but that isn’t an option. I called at lunch time and asked if I could pick up an arrangement after work, and was told no problem. When I got to the shop to place the order (as instructed on the phone) the lady was absolutely impossible to deal with. I showed her the picture of what I wanted, the product number, and all the relevant details and she wouldn’t get the order done. She kept haggling with me over the name of it, or the size. She tried to tell me that she couldn’t get the pricing done, or the order done and went back and forth wasting my time for almost 20 minutes. I finally just walked out. There are plenty of options who will gladly work with a customer and take an order, not haggle over the name of a product for absolutely no reason. STAY AWAY!!
Flowers were incorrect for wedding day!!! Missing flowers and difficulty with communication regarding my wants. I needed to go to the florist the morning of my wedding to get what was asked for a month prior. So disappointed!!!

The delivery service was horrible. I was having a good morning until the driver came to my home and started acting really disrespectful when I received the flowers. She woke my 4 year old son up and he was frightened because of the loud and disruptive rant the driver had because she couldn’t wait 5 minutes outside for me to get the flowers. Won’t be ordering from here anytime soon.
My father had died and a family member ordered a $150 basket. The basket came with expired cheese, crackers, and beef jerky. I called the florist and they asked me to send them a picture and were not very apologetic. My father just died do you think I have time to send you a picture? We let the family member know about the expired food because it was an expensive basket. They called the florist and we were promised a new basket the very next day. The basket never came so the florist was called again they claimed they came but noone was home. We were not home for 2 hours. I check my door bell camera and the florist lied. Noone came within the 2 hours we werent home. This issue has still not been resolved. A basket was promised again today...we will see I do not recommend this florist they are unprofessional and rude. My father had died I would have expected better.Update: they sent me a new basket as well as an apology basket. Apology accepted

Requested and promised a lovely arrangement to be put on a stand . Asked for 125 dollars . The final amount was over 150. 00 and it was very disappointing. My husband said it was puny and not impressive. This was for a dear dear aunt and Godmother. The Abby recommended you. I am sad I did not go with what my Commack family said , order on Groupon .Shame

Worst florist ever I payed 170$ on Valentines for my wife and they didnt even give me a dozen roses they gave me 3 red 3 white and 3 yellow who puts yellow roses for Valentines this is my wife not my friend.they promised me all these Lillys with the roses and there were none it was just 9 roses with some green fern wort flower arangment I have ever seen so I had to drive to the florist after looking stupid in front of my wife and they gave me my money back but the Commack florist kept arguing with me saying it wasent there arangment even after showing them my receipt but they gave me my money back after screaming at them for a half hr. The delivery was an hr late after they promised it would be there by 3pm so I had to have my wifes employees stall her for an hr and she was pissed because she had to wait an hr from that garbage arangment they gave me I highly recommend no-one use this florist

Everyone there is courteous and whenever we order we are never made to feel rushed. The pricing is always reasonable and most times lower than competitors. The arrangements are exquisite!

2022-08-08I ordered flowers to be delivers to a wake through 1800Flowers. Commack Florist filled the order. Not only did the flowers arrive over 2 hours late for the service they looked nothing like what I had ordered. They were embarrassingly aweful. It looked like it was throw together with little thought or care. I would not recommend. Pictures below what I ordered and what was sent.

2022-06-25Such a wonderful shop. The staff did an excellent job putting together my daughters corsage and boutonniere for her prom. They were helpful and patient the whole time. The presentation itself was amazing!! Bright and vibrant colors. It made the day so much better :)

2022-08-19I placed an order from Montreal to be delivered to my daughter in Long Island NY and it arrived early the next day. I got a picture from my daughter showing me what she received and it was exactly what I asked for. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend using them.

2021-08-14Although ordering was easy, I was extremely disappointed that my Mothers Day bouquet was not what I ordered... Not Even Close!!! I ordered a Lavender/White floral arrangement for my mother who loves the color, Lavender. Instead, she received an multi-colored bouquet of White/Pink/Burgundy... My mother is NOT a fan of either Bright Pink or Burgundy.I chose a specific Lavender floral arrangement and would have appreciated a call explaining the need for a flower/color substitution, but to my dismay, I did not hear from either 1800flowers nor the florist about the inability to complete the order as expected. I also do not appreciate paying good money for something that is definitely not what I ordered! I would have appreciated being given some options or choices. :-(*UPDATE AND SUGGESTION:Because the special person that receives your floral arrangement probably has no idea of what you ordered; ask for a quick pic so that you can see what was actually delivered!
