My family has been going here for the past 3 years and we have had to change our PCP three times because the doctors keep leaving. Even if I call at 8 AM, my phone call wait time can take 40-60 mins before I get a hold of someone. Their medical records department is HORRIBLE. I have filled out multiple forms for them to retrieve records from my old hospital and followed up with the old hospital as well but this place does nothing to retrieve them. This has prevented doctors and nurses from treating my family for two years because they couldn’t get this done. I know I will have a hard time for them to send records when I change to a new provider. The people at the reception desk are trying their best and many of the nurses are lovely, but everyday this place had been going on a downhill trend. Many places are overwhelmed due to COVID but their system is failing for not only this reason.
I have had nothing but a terrible experience here. Not only do my doctor always change (they must be quitting) it’s takes so long for someone to give you a call back. (And this has been occurring BEFORE the pandemic)I’ve been waiting for my results since Aug. 26th. Today is December 15th. This place is ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.I am changing my doctor as I type this! #Terrible #Zero stars!!!
I initially met with Dr. Davis and I really like her but dealing with this place has been downhill since. I keep getting passed off to the PA Nick Green and he is awful! He sent me home with a prescription for a water pill after having blood pressure so high he said I should be in the emergency room. I finally got a hold of him after this visit, constantly calling the office for an hour, because my BP had not improved and he tried to pass me off to Urgent Care. Finally, I had to dictate to him what to prescribe me after doing my own research and thankfully my BP is stabilized now. Fast forward a few months and this time I called because I am 99.9% sure I have strep throat. I have been sick for 2 weeks, negative for Covid but 2 of my children just recovered from strep and I am prone to it. I was passed off again to Nick Green for a telephone appointment that he never made. The nurse called an hour and a half after the scheduled time to say that Nick was busy and if I wanted to be seen I should go to Urgent Care. The excuse was that he reviewed my case, even though we didnt speak, and they were not equipped to see me since I have Covid like symptoms and there is nothing he could do over the phone. Huge waste of time and yet another medical practice disappointment! What is even the point of having a primary when constantly passed off to a terrible PA and told to go to Urgent Care?!?!?
I dont think so its a medical center. If you ask something to someone they just pass you to another person like a soccer game. Most of the staff failed to use their manners. I keep calling for the last three weeks to make an appointment but they are not giving me an appointment for my child. My sons are due for his flu shot but they dont care. I suggest everyone please change your doctor and never visit this place. i dont want to give any star . But their is no option to post without star . Thats why I am giving one star
The entire place is dated it like walking through a time capsule. Most of the staff failed to use their manners and I had a long wait before seeing the doctor. There were only 3 people in the waiting room, self included. I typically used the Buffalo location, I dislike that office as well. This place must prides itself on disrespectful and miserable employees. But since my primary doctor was on vacation the receptionist suggested this office. My insurance wont even cover a lousy $14 this location billed me from a Jan. 4, 2021 visit. If I would have known, I wont have made an appointment at the Lockport office! The doctor sent me on a wild goose chase to a specialist to find out theres nothing wrong with me after all. Would only recommend people stay away from Benwood.
I waited for more than 3 hours in an urgent care with my son to do the COVID PCR test then I decided to go to the community health center of Buffalo (34 Benwood). They were very nice, friendly and the most important thing that they were fast and I got my test in max 10mn. Thank you community health center of Buffalo
I have been trying to get the doctor to send my prescription to the pharmacy and I have been trying to call the office for three days no one knows how to transfer the script.I just need my medicine to be transferred to pharmacyI had a appointment on Thursday with obgyn and the doctor writes my prescription but doesn’t even send it to my pharmacyAnd now I have been calling past three days and no responseI will just changed my doctor know. This is ridiculousHow could u forget to transfer the prescriptionDefinitely won’t be driving two hours just to see the doctor. I don’t even live near.Wont be coming back.
Its extremely hard to get anyone on the phone or to have someone at least return your call...I had dental work done there and been in agony ever since I tried to get back in to speak to Dr Limon which was impossible I explained I was in pain and needed help medication or something and her response was take ibuprofen after explaining it wasnt helping I was told theres nothing she could do...ive called trying to get a referral for a competent dentist and no one answers the phone...Im extremely dissatisfied. This place needs to get shut down
Worst experience with these people. In March when COVID hit, I called to receive a COVID test because my employer requested it so I could return back to work. They told me they didnt have any tests available at the time. This phone call was shorter than 10 minutes (most of which was on hold) and I received no services. THEY THEN BILLED ME $100. I told them that I havent received any services, thus I shouldnt need to pay. I also had to take time off of work because I wasnt able to receive services from them. They then sent the bill to collections and dropped my credit score 100 points. Hurt my credit and my ability to buy a house OVER $100! DONT CALL THIS PLACE.
My kids go to see doctor Cameron, she is absolutely the best pediatrician anyone could have. The nurses are great as well. But I cannot handle how awful the woman who answers the phone for appointments. Or how little time you have to make appointments. You have to make an appointment within two weeks of the day and if you don’t get to make the phone call on a Monday you can miss the open appointments, making it difficult to see your doctor. This doesn’t work well when you are getting your kids appointments for the first two years
I am so frustrated with this organization. I am a patient, and I can’t get in to see my primary for a sick visit. There is no communication between the desk staff and the doctors. I have been to an urgent care facility three times - leading up to an emergency room visit - in the past three weeks alone because I could not get in to see the doctor with this organization. I have tried getting in contact with the nurses’ station with no luck. At this point in time, I am very ill with essentially no primary care physician. I am in the at-risk category for COVID. I should not have to fight this hard to try and communicate with my healthcare providers while I am so ill that I have had to leave work and school in order to try to have some type of recovery.This is not the first time I have had issues with this organization. I asked for a yearly physical, and I was not given one. I was refused a refill on needed medication (saying that I needed an appointment in order to refill, but booking nearly a month to a month and a half out). As a new patient, my previous health and family health history was not taken into consideration or seriously.The dental services are always behind schedule. Be prepared to spend quite a long time there. The waiting room is overcrowded because they are so far behind. No social distancing, many folks not wearing masks or not wearing masks properly. I came to the dental office with concerns regarding pain, and discomfort. The dental hygienist rushed to clean my teeth, criticized me for wearing earrings to the appointment, and then told me that I needed to make an appointment for another day order to see the dentist because they had run out of time. I expressed that I had made an appointment because I was in pain, the hygienist brought a student to me who told me to get an over the counter night guard - which made my troubles worse. I needed to then make an emergency appointment to see the dentist shortly afterward. I was scolded for using an over the counter night guard (when it had been recommended by the person who spoke to me last from the office), and the problem is still not solved.The doctors also do not write accurate notes for your visits. Often no notes are written at all. Keep this in mind if you’re having issues with insurance or need documentation for legal, benefits, or insurance purposes.I am so disappointed. This is not how you treat patients.
Worst experience ever staff is super unprofessional and they act like they don’t want to be there or want to help you. I asked for a supervisor and he was even worse I will never be going bad my total experience was so bad that I felt i had to do my due diligence and actually leave negative feedback to warn anyone considering this place.
Honestly getting an appointment is probably the hardest part. The lack of communication when appointments are cancelled or when someone made a booking mistake. I took my sister 3 times on a row someone messed up and I missed work 3 days cause of someone who cannot do a simple task.... The doctors and nurses are great but man PLEASE FIX THE COMMUNICATION. Hire some people who can talk nice and is good at answering phone calls damnnnn
I have no idea whether the doctors are good or bad but the service you get from the administrative assistants in regards of appointments and rescheduling is absolutely terrible. Right from the start of the phone call she had an attitude like I was inconveniencing her for needing to reschedule my appointment. Then I couldn’t reschedule at that particular time. I had to call in another week to reschedule. Tried becoming a new patient but the service right from the start was so bad you couldn’t convince me to come here.
I came 34 benwood ave, for my son appointment08/17 with doctor christiane H dagher.my appointment 10.30 am and when 12.50am I am still waiting at waiting room when I ask her whats going on she say i am yelling with her I have to wait for see a doctor.. but my question is how long need to wait ? Rude!!!! And bad experiences!!!

Dr. Tinh Dao is an awesome primary physician! The facility itself is a one stop for all my treatment needs. Primary, OB, Dental, Chiropractic care ect. I never wait more that 15 - 20 mins outside my appt time and they are a very busy facility. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Another plus is Metcare pharmacy is right downstairs.. They also deliver to your home for free!!!
Keith in Dental at the benwood location gave me OUTSTANDING service ... I called in freaking out about my covid results not only did he assure me I was good in a very calming demeanor but he was very knowledgeable aboutthe whole center in general! I had about 5 different questions he answered all of them better than most receptionist do! He went above and beyond and then he told me he worked in dental which amazed me being that he knew everything else so well ! GIVE ME MAN A PROMOTION AND PAY INCREASE ! he deserves it
NEGATIVE STARS!!!!! Extremely rude phone operators who act as if they have something better to do than serve their clients. I work in the mental health field and have to call there often. They are ALWAYS so stinking rude on the phone. I am moving ALL of my clients to a different organization, because if they are that rude on the phone, I can only imagine how they are in person.
Quite unfortunate because I used to love this place. they had great Pediatricians who took care of kids careful and listened keenly to our concerns. Im not aware if its because of the pandemic but CHCB continually schedules appointments and doesnt hold up to it.I showed up for a designated flu shot and they ran out of it. I understand running out but not informing me before hand and acting like it was my fault made this experience a lot harder to take in.
HORRIBLE! They answer phones with attitudes and will literally hang up on you mid sentence. Agents and supervisors in the call center have literally the worst attitudes I’ve ever come across and if you get an attitude right back they’ll threaten to discharge you. They schedule you for one time and then change it without notice. Oh and doctors refuse to provide care to patients because they have paperwork that’s more important.
The most unprofessional doctors office ever! I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks to receive paperwork that I need to be enrolled in school. I call everday regarding the status of my paperwork and no one has a clue. It’s hard to even get someone on the phone and when they do answer the give me the run around or can’t help me. Medical records is no help at all. Nobody wants to help me get my paperwork signed by my doctor for school. This office has 2 weeks to get my paperwork back to me and I still don’t have it. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!
For the kids, its a GREAT place. The dental appointments are always great and the kids enjoy their cleanings. (What kid enjoys the dentist?) But the dental hygienist makes them feel comfortable and makes it fun. Ive also had a great experience with our childrens doctor at the pediatrics. Theyve been patients of Melinda Cameron since they were born and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend her to anyone. Im not sure about others there but definitely her! The only reason why I only give it 3 stars is because I had an awful experience there as an adult. When I first started going I had a wonderful doctor who changed offices within a year. I was kind of floating around between different doctors. I never really had to many health problems so I didnt really go very often. I worked with kids for over 20 years and got a new job where I had to have a doctor sign off for me. I talked to him briefly which was hard because English isnt his first language and we couldnt understand each other very well but I dropped off my paper with him and assumed everything was okay. He wrote that I wasnt fit to work with kids because I was a Heroin addict. Thats exactly what he wrote on it. It baffled me because Ive been on MAT for over a decade now. Ever since I moved to NY 6 years ago I get UAs and go to substance abuse counseling and have never had a dirty UA for ANYTHING let alone Heroin. Ive been 100% clean, go to meetings, etc. I could easily prove this (Which Im in the long process of doing now) But since they sent me to a doctor who couldnt talk to me and ask questions he just went by whats written in my file. Im very honest with my doctors about my past. But because of what he wrote it looked like I was an active user. I lost what I thought was going to be my dream job because of it and now Im fighting to get this off my background check for working with kids because its literally all Ive ever done and went to college for early childhood education. I switched to a new doctors office and explained why I switched and my new doctor was pretty appalled by what happened to me. She was able to get all my information with a simple signature from me to verify Ive been clean for almost 7 years from ALL substances now. So, if you have kids or utilize the dentist Its a good place but the doctors office for adults is a joke.
The medical staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. However the office staff, specifically the receptionist who answers the phone to schedule appointments are horrible people! No customer service skills, very rude and unprofessional! I cringe any time I have to call to make an appointment. The facility really needs to train the office staff as they are the first point of contact for the patient! Absolutely ridiculous to feel uncomfortable calling your doctors office when typically your not feeling well when you have to call them!
The woman that keeps you from going into your appointment had a terrible attitude and told me i would be charged for no show but she was refusing let my child into his appointment because his insurance was canceled. She had quite the attitude... As she usually does. Put cash in her face and her tone changes. What is wrong with her?The pediatrician was awesome tho.
**this addition (1year later) to my last review below*****So... Now i cant even get an appointment. Once again i am told that me and my child are not currently patients. They dont seem to care that my child needs shots for school again. So... It looks like i must start all over and supply them with records from my personal files once again... IF i can get the appointment and then IF they let me in the door for the appointment.***(1st review)*** to Guess nobody answers the phone for appointments. Been trying to call for months now. Cant even leave a message**edit** i see you say you have made improvements. But i have not had that experience. They refuse to give appointment for the 3 month booster shot at the time you have the first shot. So i tried to call still had to continue calling. When i finally did get the appointment it was almost 8 months later.Not to mention was not allowed to see what i was forced to use electronic signature to sign for. Just told that i would not be allowed into my appointment when i asked to see the document in writing before i sign. So... What did i sign my life away to so that i may see my doctor????
Ive been going to this clinic for a long time now and over the years, I have to say that I strongly dislike it. Not only are they slow, there have been nurses there that have mispronounced my name in the past. Earlier today, I called to have my files transferred over to a new clinic and I got a receptionist on the phone. When I told her that I wanted to transfer my files, she interrupted and said, Youre hollering in my ear! Youre hollering in my ear! And I was talking in my normal tone of voice! She was very rude to me and, worst of all, she transferred me to the Niagara Falls location where I had to talk to a receptionist there who told me what I had to do in order to transfer my files to a new clinic here in Buffalo! I dont recommend the Buffalo Community Health Center to anyone.
The staff is friendly, Ive never waited longer than 15 minutes for my appt and my Dr is very attentive, & she listens. The office is very helpful and have gotten me in for same day sick visits when needed. Id recommend this group to anyone who needs great primary care.
The doctors are really good but the staffs and the nurses are horrible! Staffs are rude and unprofessional. Takes forever to schedule an appointment and then if they do give an appointment, they call on the day of the appointment and cancels the appointment. The wait time is unreal. I have waited there for about 1 hour and 45 mins. I wish there was a “0 star” so i would give them that!
If i can give this place a negative zero I would. This place needs to be shut down n reopen w new staff members. They so unprofessional, its never people in there working, they don’t answer phones, they doctors dont do they jobs n talk about other patients to they patients (yes its true) they have no respect for there patients. I give community Health Center 5 stars for its excellent social work team! Ms. Mary Walker is a gem and asset to the Buffalo community! She provided advise on the care of my family member that were unable to get elsewhere in the last 7 months. She was genuinely concerned and now my family member is safe and getting the medical care he needs! I woiuld give the social work team at community health center 10 stars if I could. gob well done Ms. Mary Walker!
I go to the Lockport location and needless to say I am very very disappointed!!! I called several times and left messages for the nurse and/or Doctor and its going on three days and yet to hear anything back. This isnt the first time it has happened either. I directly spoke to the receptionist who assured me they would get back to me within and hour and three hours later NOTHING. So I called back and she said they are very busy. I find it very unprofessional that when you have a medical problem and even your doctor neglects to help you.
I was so happy with CHCB pre-covid, but have been extremely disappointed with their covid practices. I’ve had 2 appointments & both times I have encountered multiple staff not wearing masks or wearing them incorrectly. This is my only complaint because otherwise the clinic has been wonderful, but because of these unsafe practices that put patients lives at risk, I’ll be switching to a new PCP somewhere safer. Beware of going here if you are at-risk for covid.In regards to Ms. Thomass response to my review: their staff may be mandated to wear masks, but that mandate is clearly not being enforced. The CHCB clearly does not pride themselves on their level of commitment...regarding safe medical practices since they allow multiple staff members (nurses and receptionists, based on what I saw) to continue working without wearing a mask or wearing one properly. I have switched my PCP to a different clinic and will not be going back to CHBC. Please, if you are immunocompromised or higher risk for COVID, do NOT go to CHCB.
Disturbed that upon walking into the waiting room, 3 out of the several people waiting were not wearing masks. A few did not have them over there noses. In a clinic?! No social distancing was enforced. I did not feel safe for the scheduled physical. Why is the staff not ensuring patients safety!! I will not be back, I will find a safer alternative!
This place is repeatedly horrible and incompetent. Staff is unprofessional, unethical, rude, and should be investigated. Laziness, blame the customer for their own mistakes, and poor communication. Management needs to weed out the bad ones, do better hiring and training, and teach current and new staff that its about the customer not themselves, do their job, and do it right! Also, be legal, ethical, professional, and courteous for starters. The bad ones there ruin it for the good ones and give the entire health center a bad reputation, plus lost business and bad recommendations. 50 people on this site have already rated this place as below average and worse. This should be an alert to management to do something about it immediately. If the staff there treats you disrespectfully and/or incompetently, give it right back to them and file complaints over their heads with outside agencies and medical regulators. File formal complaints.Youre the paying customer and have every right to do this. Have your medical and personal treatment by staff reviewed, evaluated and corrective actions taken to improve this place. The doctors might be good, but a chain is only as strong as its weakest link and the staff there is surely that and costing them business. Needs a total overhaul.
The care given here is amazing! They listen to ur concerns an work with u to come up with what is best for ur health. I am very pleased with my primary Dr. However I do not like the constant calling to try and schedule an appointment its like pulling teeth! No matter what time of the day u call its always due to high call volume, try ur call again later! And if u leave a message they never call u back! I really need them to come up with a better system...
I can only speak for the Lockport, NY location. Its extremely difficult to get them on the phone. Twice Ive had to physically go in to make an appointment. They never do anything right. The Doctor never sent my scripts to Rite Aid and never sent my referral to the Endocrinologist for my Thyroid biopsy for the second time. Also never sent in my documented diagnosis to my disability review worker after she requested it twice. So I had her fax it to them, so Ill see if that actually do their job and send in whats been requested since they are not very reliable. If I could I wouldnt give them any stars. Please if you can, steer clear of this place. Oh yeah I got charged $7 for a finger stick to check my blood sugar???? Really. Im in Erie county now glad to say I have a new doctors office that stays on top of things.
Ive had the pleasure of finding some wonderful Drs. Dr Pamela Reed is my primiary she is absolutely the best. Dr. Claudia Emerson is my gyn Im so grateful to have found such highly skilled professionals. My daughter also goes here and we couldnt be more satisfied with the level of care we receive. When we first started going we had no insurance but that didnt change our treatment or level of care. They have worked with me and now me and my daughter have had health insurance for 2 years. Did I mention the dental is one of the best dental staff in the state. The facility in buffalo is Always so clean bathrooms areAlways fresh and clean.
Good gyn....but making an appointment is like winning the lottery, the chances are slim, constantly transferring calls to the answering voicemail leave a message machine. you leave a message and no one calls back. they say theyre experiencing a high call volume but i call every hour of every day.
The people at this facility do not care for its patients and only care about the money they get from them. The way they handle their patients is unbelievably unprofessional.. like who even runs this place? Every time I go there I see new faces. What’s wrong with this facility that they can’t keep any good staff members? The high rate of employee turnover concerns me and makes it appear as though they don’t have there heads together there. Out of all the medical facilities that are located in buffalo and surrounding areas this has to be one of the worst. How many cases of malpractice must happen before they shut down? Hopefully sooner than later.
Alam Rozana is AWFUL!!! She is so rude and disrespectful!! Do not see her. My interaction with her was awful! She screamed at me and hung up on me. Not a good look for a DOCTOR WHO WENT TO MEDICAL SCHOOL! You can see a much better doctor somewhere else who actually respects ALL HUMANBEINGS!
I went to their Lockport location. They were on a list of accepted providers from my insurance. I didnt realize it until I got there, but they are like a ghetto clinic. I went in for a physical. They drug tested me for some reason. I just got a $247 quest bill today. When I went in I explained my medical situation to the nurse. She left the room and I heard her tell the practitioner I dont trust him. Needless to say, I felt like a piece of crap. They dont seem very caring. If you have insurance, go anywhere but here.
The staff is so unprofessional i called the nurse line to have a prescription filled the nincompoop on the other end of the line didnt know what to do so instead of asking for help she transferred me to an empty mailbox. I called back 5 times and noone answered. I called back from another number and someone picked up and hung up on the NURSE LINE. thank God it wasnt anything serious because someones health could have been compromised. Then my PCP gets the request and denies filing the script because i can get it over the counter but its cheaper if i use my insurance. He told me no go buy it like the money was coming from his pocket! What is it tou you just fill the script!! Needless to say im definitely switching providers and i wouldnt recommend anyone go there.
Never get calls back for counseling, adult doctors rush you and laugh when you make a suggestion on what you think is wrong, no one can tell me the name of the psychiatrist my son saw so he can’t get his medicine, they have yet to have the correct reason my kids come into the office for, receptionists seem annoyed and have very personal, adult conversations while patients sit 15 ft away... kids doctors are great but this office is a joke.
I am a patient and I love my doctor. Dr. Reid is the most thorough and caring doctor I have ever had. She gave me an honest snapshot of my health and a plan to do better. We need medical professionals in our community who understand how our culture impacts our health. The Community Health Center of Buffalo offers just that.
This doctors office will diagnose you with illnesses such as bulging discs scoliosis si joint hip problems fibromyalgia and chrons disease but then when you nneed help for getting disability they will tell you this isnt their job amd their your doctor. I never went to the doctor before this. Now ever since then i have spent the last 4 yrs of my life in some doctors office or another. Still unable to work. My health is worse. I have an extreme phobia of doctors im learning to get over that definitely started here. Have fun if theyre your doctors. I got nothing but priblems and treated rudely for wanting help that was necesarry based of their diagnosis.
I am getting ready to leave this drs office n take my daughter out to! They do not answer calls, and when they say they will call you back they never do... i always have to wait days for my refills and i was recently told on Friday 9/7/2018 that my Dr was going to call another inhaler in for me and now today is Tuesday 9/11/2018 and its still not there...... i have had nothing but issues with this Drs Office since i been coming here......
I go to the Lockport location and I think they are the nicest people. I have Dr. Berrios and I love him. The staff has been very helpful and I have never felt rushed. My son sees EJ and her also is wonderful.The only problem is that the phones could do better. Otherwise I love the excellent service.
Nasty place ever I seen.entire office stuff is not efficient,non cooperative for a very simple from made me go for 2 weeks in row .also nasty management I was willing to pay for my visit no negotiation even though I been patient there from 2years.i would never go there again .never answer phone ..etc unexplainable in writing..
The front desk is COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT and just to make you even more frustrated they talk real slow and say things like this isnt my fault and well I cant believe someone told you that running into this occasionally would be acceptable but I have NEVER had a positive experience.
Its my second time that I came here with my niece and nephews for their appointments, the appointment was at 8:30 and when I signed in the first floor , I was the second person to sign in but right now its 10:00 and we are still waiting to see the doctor , why do they waste our time I dont know ? Its gonna be our last visit in this unprofessional building . I hope it doesnt take another 2 hours to visit the doctor .
I had a great, caring doctor but it is impossible to get an appointment. Staff doesnt seem to care and no one answers the phone at the site. It is very disappointing. Im not leaving quietly, I am going to write a review EVERY TIME I make contact with someone until I get the appointment with the doctor. And then I will find a new doctor.

2022-04-21Reception staff were friendly and quick. They answer the phones in a timely manner and its easy enough to get an appointment. Phlebotomy and nursing staff were kind and efficient. 🙂Nurse Practitioner I was seen by was through, although impersonal, not friendly and a bit dismissive. No pleasantries were offered upon 1st appointment. Didnt even say bye when she left the room at the end of the appointment.Depends on what your looking for I guess.... Personally I prefer a more personal experience with my primary medical provider.

2022-05-27Very unprofessional and unethical behaviors. Even one star is a lot. I had a visit with Dr Timh Doa . I waited almost an hour in the room for the doctor when he came to see me he was in and out in a minute. I believed the doctor will come back but the nurse came and said you are done. I asked the nurse I need to talk with doctor about my health problem and explained it to her she said that she will send medicine to my pharmacy but they didn’t send anything. Next day after a long waiting behind the phone, I managed to talk with the nurse. She was very rude again. She just said we did gave you any prescription and hung up the phone on me. I tried to reach to their management team but there is no one to speak with.

2022-03-30I recently became a new patient at the Niagara Falls location, and I tell you that Doctor Ahmad is hands down the best. She knows how to treat and talk to her patients.. She broke everything down to me and I left with a clear understanding of what’s going on with me.. The staff was on point also, I thank you all..

2022-05-04Not the most organized place. The nurse assistant and the doctor I saw were professional and nice people. But unfortuately this was not an easy or affordable experience for an annual pap. I was billed for more than I asked for. It is not an affordable option like they claim. But like with all doctors visits, be prepared for a lot of paperwork. I also never got any results back/ or a call form the lab tests, some of which I did not order. When I called to try to strighten things out, I found that the dorctor I was seen by no longer worked there.

2022-08-04I like my doctors office for the most part. I havent had an bad experience here yet. But there this one Nurse male Nurse and just every time I come in I get him. Maybe its a language barrier but he seems to be confused and makes the simplest things complicated. Like giving me a shot I dont care what arm I get the shot in Sir. And you standing there just looking at isnt going to changeIt doesnt matter which arm I get the shot it Sir just give me the shot so I can go on about my business

2022-02-19The most Unorganized, unethical, ignorant, establishment I ever step foot in. The insane part is that this is an understatement. From the beginning you can see that their was not an ounce of organization nor obligation. One must complain 2-3 times to even get the tiniest glimpse of acknowledgement in hope to even be seen. Even when you are acknowledged, you encounter the most rude and incompetent people possible. This center is so poorly ran and this is evident in the demeanor of both the workers and their superiors. Health code goes out the window with cleanliness not being a priority and not a mask visible in sight. The list goes on and on. Don’t bother stepping foot in this facility if you want to avoid having a terrible day.

2022-02-08I had such a great experience here, from start to finish. I was seen day-of for an emergency impacted tooth infection. I was in need of a referral to an oral surgeon. My dental assistant, Jaquetta, went above and beyond to get my insurance involved as quickly as possible. She was so accommodating and helpful! Couldnt have been a better experience in order to get emergency help quick. Thank you CHCB!

2020-08-22Honestly, I need to switch doctors offices. Any time I call in, Im on hold for more than 20 minutes. When pharmacists call to get confirmation from a doctor, they have never received a call back (multiple times each occasion). I do not recommend going here. I would also like to add that I have been on and off taking anxiety meds for over 13 years. When I initially was trying to find a doctor (moved from far away) I needed to make sure they would prescribe what I needed. When I called to make an appointment, they said they would have no issues doing so. When I arrived, with all of my records in hand, I was asked to take a drug test. I took the test...immediately after, the doctor told me he would not prescribe that medication. Terrible experience.
