Very fast, and intelligent service. I had a small soldering job that I needed complete and I showed up and they sat down and completed it in less than 30 minutes. The owners were very knowledgeable.I will definitely be going back if I need any other phone help. I am so satisfied with this service. Thanks!
Computer Answers did a great job cleaning up my computer by getting the software updated. They were very responsive and polite every time I called. I highly recommend Computer Answers for any computer repairs. Thank you so much for everything and the promptness of my repair! Highly recommend them!
The initial contact was very professional and the person on the phone inspired confidence.Choosing from many options, I decided to you use them and I was not disappointed. The service was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs repairs to their iPhone.
Great service and friendly shop. I went here last weekend for data transfer files because my phone was not powering up nor accepting a charge.Technician quickly addressed my issue and was able to get it working with no issues. He was very responsive and professional. I highly recommend going here for phone repair. Five stars!!!
Cant recommend highly enough!! Customer service like Ive never seen -- when I was struggling to find the building, tech patiently gave me directions over the phone and even came down to let me in. Once I was there, the whole thing took maybee 10 minutes and my screen was perfect after -- even though I truly thought it was beyond repair. Super pleased that I happened to choose this option based on my location!
The service from Computer Answers is fab! They replaced my screen very quickly and have stuck to their warranty!Unfortunaltey, half of my screen stopped working without me dropping it or anything like that. I took it back to Computer Answers and they very quickly, without question fixed my computer.Excellent service that I would reccommend to anybody!
Computer Answers helped me out in a jam. They were able to clean out my laptop so my machine stopped overheating and now it runs like the day I bought it.I will return with my other machines and I recommend them to anyone looking for help with repairing computers. Very quick turn around as well.
They were suppose to fix the screen of my iPhone XR. They Fixed the screen and not even 3 days later after removing the charger the screen just reverted back to a pixelated screen not to mention Neither camera worked and the back never had damage so the back camera not working made no sense. Also the face recognition still worked which tells me the camera did work and something the store did the denied access. When I explained this to them they had no answers. The one worker told me he had no idea why the cameras didn’t work but he had a friend at Apple and that I should bring the phone there so they can take a look at it. Brought it to Apple and they told me they had no idea why the cameras didn’t work. Brought my phone back to the computer store and they are tryna charge me for a new screen when the first screen malfunctioning was there problem. Now I’m out of 175 bucks , and the screen is still cracked, I got 3 days with a new phone. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE ‼️‼️‼️
Great service, I dropped off my desktop system, they ran a diagnostic, identified a faulty power supply and video card, replaced them, cleaned the enclosure inside and out, now it works perfectly. They called when they said they would, to give me a status, the repair took a day and a half. I am really happy!
These guys are very professional and on point. They explained to me the issue with my laptop and the best way to fix it in order to save my data. The prices here are very reasonable and less expensive than many other places. If you have a computer issues this is where you should go.
What a brilliant service. My husband and I have been very satisfied with the services provided by Computer Answers.Technician is always very responsive to our issues and we can count on him to solve my Dell laptop in a timely. Now it’s work properly and smoothly.Would recommend.
The real deal...Computer Answers saved my machine and me a whole lot of grief. Heres my story...My PC started BSOD a month ago. Since then I have ran several tests on the various components of my machines spending about 20 hours on support calls with Microsoft, memory, MOBO, and GPU manufactures. I was at my wits end after the last 8 hour call with Microsoft where we reinstalled two different versions of Windows 10. Windows couldnt figure out the root cause, no one could. I bought a new SSD to put windows on, and stilllll BSOD...This is a custom build that is top of the line, and I wouldnt ever consider letting another person put their hands on my machine to tinker with it (see image). I have a custom designed liquid cooling loop, 8700k cpu, 2x GPUs, ROG Maximus X Hero MOBO, and 16 gb of 3200 mhz 288pin DDR4 memory. Its difficult for anyone to get in there to make sense of how to properly diagnose any sort of hardware issue, but that wasnt so for Computer Answers excellent staff. After I dropped my machine off, I was told they would have an answer for why it was BSOD within 2 hours and give me a call back with the answers. Sure enough 2 hours later, they called me back and said the SSD was showing signs of corruption. I thought that was impossible because it was new. I trusted their expertise and agreed to replace the SSD. The manager said that he will install the new SSD and let me know when it was all fixed. A few hours later I spoke with him again and he let me know that the new SSD was still getting BSOD errors after a fresh install of windows 10 on it, and that he needs to continue to tinker with it to identify exactly what the cause is.He put a fresh cord in, and still having issues. The manager told me he sat back and thought about it more, and then the bulb went off. He was the only person that realized the adapter mounted to my case that connected the SSD to the MOBO may be the issue. After he took the adapter off and examined it, he realized there was a long scratch right across the entire back of the board likely made by a hand drill that slipped and drug across the back of the board. It took extreme diligence, experience and critical thinking to identify the root cause of my issues. An insignificant, obscure piece like my SSD adapter mount was causing ALLL of these problems. The manager hard wired the new SSD in to the MOBO with a new cord, windows booted normally, and my machine was running better than it ever has.I cant thank this place enough for their time and efforts finding the root cause of my problems. I trust this place with my build, and plan on having them support me moving forward whenever I encounter issues that I cant correct myself. They are professional, quick acting, and fairly priced. I cant speak highly enough about Computer Solutions, and recommend them to anyone looking for an extra set of very capable eyes to troubleshoot any and all of their PC problems.Thank you again,Greg
My laptop (Macbook Air) runs very slow I replaced the battery myself. So, I went to Computer Answers and the staff told me that they would conduct a free diagnose and then give me a quote about how much to fix it, and the staff (Let me call him Staff A, his name is Ben) told that if it was software problem such as the laptop did not recognize the battery, it would cost just $16 something or even free. So, I left my laptop there.Three days later, I received the call from staff B that it could cost $65 before tax to fix it. He used big words on what the problem was and honestly I had no clue about that. So, I gave him the authorization to fix my laptop. One hour later, staff B called that my laptop was ready and I went there and paid the money ($73 after tax). Staff B told me he just updated the operation software and reset the SMC, which is just a combination of a few keys for an apple computer. After I went back home, I just found it is tricky. Computer Answers did help me fix my laptop. But they did it just through updating the operation system (OS system), which is super easy. First, as I dropped in the first day, I was told by staff A (Ben) that it would just cost $16 for the software work to ensure the laptop recognizes the new battery, staff A also said it even could be free. Secondly, Staff B was the person to fix my laptop, and what he did was just updating a software. Thirdly, I called other computer repairs stores and was told they did could do it for free to update a Macbook OS system or reset the SMC.I went to them and request a return of the extra money they overcharged me. According Staff A (Ben), it just cost $16 or even free to deal with the software to ensure the laptop recognizes the new battery. They denied my request and then insisted they also worked on the hardware as well, which is totally contradicted to their former words.I have filed my lawsuits against Computer Answers. It is just $50, but the matter is big. You cannot trick people, particularly the minority. Maybe you think it is OK. No, not for me. I will make the lawsuits at different governmental levels if necessary, at whatever cost. My message is clear, let me be the last person to be tricked by Computer Answers. I will see you in the court.
I brought my Surface Pro7 in there over a month ago for a cracked screen. I kept going back and they kept telling me the parts are on order they havent arrived yet I would get a text message when its ready. More or less said dont contact us will contact you. Went back again Friday and they said the part really was here all along, no one logged in that we received it. Well, the person working on it quit. So no one else was assigned the work he left??? That person said theyll start working on it right away. I went back Saturday and that person said they have no way to text you, we have regular landline phones. I will message the owner and technician about this so they can start on it right away. Just called them again on Monday, but nobody still hasnt started working on it. I wonder if I can get my money back and bring it to Best Buy instead. I need this PC!
I would truly love to give Computer Answers on central a better review but I just cant. They did fix my computer, which is now working great. But their lack a professionalism multiple times made the whole experience frustrating and they never apologized or acknowledged it.What happened was my desktop broke and I brought it into computer answers to get it checked out. They said they would run diagnostics and get back to me in 24-48 hours. 48 hours later I had not gotten a call, so I called them. I was told at that point that the case was broken, the computer needed a new case, and that I needed to come into the store and verify/pay for the new case. Once it arrived they would transfer all the hardware to the new case and I could come pick it up and pay for labor. Other than being annoyed that I had not received a call, this was fine. I went in the next day and paid for the case, I was told it would take about a week for the case to get there and I waited.A week went by and I had heard nothing from computer answers. I called just to check on what was happening multiple times and I was told I would get a call back later that day or in a couple hours just to not hear back from computer answers at all. 10 days later Im told that the case was delivered to the wrong computer answers (I was told on the phone that the case should have arrived to central days ago) in Clifton park. Thankfully the manager was driving it himself down to central. Another two days later and my computer is finally done. Total cost to me was 300$, 130$ for the new case, 170$ for fees taxes and labor costs.Like I said, I appreciate the good work that was done. The computer is working great and that is the most important thing to me. But when you say youre going to call someone back please do it. When you deliver the case to the wrong place and it takes two days longer maybe at least apologize. Ill be shopping around if my computer needs fixing again.
Came in with a Desktop that needed an new power supply and a touchscreen laptop that had a broken screen. They told me these were simple repairs that could get done within two weeks. As the process went on they told me that the cost for the screen would be more than expected. I was fine with that and paid for the other screen component. My problem up to that point was the complete lack of professionalism by the staff. Every time I inquired about the price of the part or how much the total costs would be I was met with uncertain answers. One time I was even told I hadnt paid for a part that I certainly had paid for. This was frustrating considering I was trying to save money by getting these computers repaired instead of buying new ones. I made sure to keep my receipts after that. After an extended amount of time waiting to hear back about the repairs I called in to ask how they were going. The person I spoke to at the time told me they would look into it and that they would call me back, they never did. This would later become a pattern every time I would call. I became even more frustrated and just went to the store because it seemed like I needed to actually show up to get any answers. I was then informed that the repairs for the screen were being done and that the desktop would need more time as the part had not arrived yet. This was after more than two months after I had first asked for service for what I was told would be simple repairs. When I came to pick up the laptop I was simply told that an attempt was made to reach me a while ago but the my voicemail was full. I suppose they called once and didnt try to contact me further. No apologies or anything either. At that point I was just glad part of the repair was finally done.Still more months passed and the desktop I gave them was still not done. I called several times and they kept telling me that something went wrong with the shipping or purchase of the part and that they would need to contact their vice president to get the part ordered again. I heard this explanation FOUR times in the span of three months and every time I was told I would get a call back and never did. Every time someone said that they would take care of the issue and bring it up the ladder, I never got any confirmation of this. It had now been nearly 6 months and they had not been able to change the power box on an HP desktop. To make matters worse I also recently found out that the touchscreen on the laptop they fixed does not work as a touch screen only as a display.I foolishly decided to call again and told them that If the part for the desktop hasnt been sent and the computer not repaired that I wanted my money back. The person on the line again assured me that they would get back to me with an answer form someone in a higher position. I did not hear anything and so I had to physically go to the store that day. The person there did not know about my situation at all and told me there were no refunds and that the most he could do was give me store credit. He then told me I could also call Dwayne at Clifton park.To his credit Dwayne was professional, he heard me and said that I could take my computer back and that he was going to get me a refund by tomorrow. Although I was skeptical about being called back, to my surprise he did call me back and I came the next day for my refund for the cost of the part.Ultimately, I wish I could give them a good review, it seemed like a great idea to come here and their reputation made me trust that things would at least get done to a high degree of quality, but the level of unprofessionalism from the staff was just unacceptable. Additionally, the work that was done on the laptop was subpar. Trying to get these devices fixed became an ordeal and ultimately a disservice. My desktop is the same as it was before and my laptop touchscreen doesnt work.
I was forced to pick 1 star but I AM GIVING COMPUTER ANSWERS A 0 RATING!I started my journey with Computer Answers in December of 2020. My HP laptop screen turned black. When I plugged my laptop into another device it worked fine so we knew the problem was just with the screen. Computer answers told me I needed a new screen, and it would cost me $365.00. Long story short, they put a new screen on and I couldnt control the curser when I got the lap top back, my original lap top has a touch screen. I brought it back to them, they told me it was fixed, I got it home, it wasnt fixed. I brought it back again, they said it was fixed again, I checked it before I left the store, and guess what????? It wasnt. The MANAGER, told me he would order me a knew screen. He shut off my touch screen so I could use the laptop until they got the new screen in.....that was in February 2021. I talked to the VICE PRESIDENT, DUANE, and he said, Well, if no one here is gonna take care of this I guess I will have too . He said he would call me back, that was in March 2021. Everyone I delt with yessed me to death, but NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM!!!!! My next letter is to the Attorney General.I paid them right up front, the least they could do is fix my computer!
Excellent customer service. Was building my first PC and they not only helped over the phone but were able to help when I ran into a problem and had to visit shop. Good prices and very friendly. The only place Im going for electronic repairs from now on.Edit: its been a few years and I had to get my graphics card replaced under warranty, brought my PC in to get some more fans installed while it was out of commission and once again these guys went above and beyond providing excellent and incredibly fast service at a very affordable price.
Staff were friendly and did what they could to help with my machine. When I first brought it in, they gave me a keyboard to use until the computer was ready. But I wasnt called when my new keyboard was in, and when I brought it in a second time for a dead motherboard, I wasnt called with updates about the machine. More often than not, I had to make the call. That said though, I do trust them more than Best Buy or other repair shops that are inclined to load bloatware onto your machine while in their possession. I recommend them.
FANTASTIC JOB! Worked a miracle with my tea spilled keyboard (laptop) that had my thesis on it. Saved the day literally. Starting with James, ending with Alex. Service was top-notch. Worked late on my device and ensured 360 degree service. Overall excellent and would recommend any day of the week. Customer service was also excellent. I was waiting for opening and Ethan got there earlier to ensure the doors opened at 9:00 AM on the dot. James worked past his clock out time and Alex ensured that there was no gap in my service. Great group of guys!
We had an issue with my Moms Laptop we bought from the Clifton Park location. Had it fixed last month and paid for the repairs, well it went out again and with this Virus going around we drove back to the Clifton Park location but understandably were closed. So I kept calling and the Owner himself started texting me to go to the Albany location so we did. Let me tell ya, this young man Lian was unbelievable!! Outstanding Customer Service!!! Spent an hour fixing it and doing his genius computers skill things, now it works fine again. Because we have bought other products from them, he honored the warranty and didn’t charge us. We will probably buy a home computer from him next. Lian really went above and beyond, go there I’m telling ya, told family and friends too. Thanks Lian!!
Got a replacement touch screen for my laptop, it was finished pretty fast especially considering the virus slowing down shipping for the new part, the screen works fine now but has a few bubbles and color blobs around the edges. Nothing debilitating just a little annoying because the part its self was about $200 before the labor. The staff that was there the day I dropped it off were friendly and made sure i was ok with a possible delay because of slowed shipping time.
The employees here were amazing!! I accidentally spilled water on my laptop and Race was able to transfer all my files over to a new computer. He also helped me with my new computer by downloading anti- virus software and helping me download Microsoft 365 for grad school! He was very professional and nice!!
I am very happy with my overall experience at Computer Answers. They were honest and upfront about my Toshiba laptop. They gave me solutions to fix the computer as well as upgrading it. They didnt try to sell me anything that wasnt needed. I really appreciated the way they handled business with me. Thank you guys!Neil
I brought my laptop in for repair and the clerk said two days, well it was two weeks and I finally went back and asked on the progress and the other clerk said their still looking into it and waiting for the part. I respond by saying I want my computer asap back, the service was terrible I suggest you never go in there the front end clerk was the rudest employee I have ever met with a smirk i wanted to wipe it off! Just say away!!!!! very poor service and you leave without a receipt...
I came here needing to repair my Alienware laptop. Incredibly good customer service, my computer had major hardware issues and whenever I needed help I would bring it in and they would work on it for free. They worked for many hours doing intensive repairs and charged me for two hours for working on it for four or five days. They have extremely cheap and fair prices for hardware. My laptop has never ran better than it does now. Their customer service was fantastic; they are very friendly and very respectful. If you need help go here Ive never experienced better customer service and my computer has been running as good as it ever has.
Worst service ever, Do Not Take Your Computer There!! Took my computer to them, and they told me 3 days later that I needed to have my Wind 10 reinstalled and have a backup of my data before hand. After they did the above, it computer was still not working right: still having premature closure of misc. programs closing down. Paid over $200 so they can tell me to keep coming back in and they would figure it out one day.Took the machine to Geek Squad, in 10 min they tell me its a bad RAM chip, $40 to buy an new one, installed it, and it works great ever since.IMHO if it has a on and off switch, DO Not take it to Computer Answers. And while they have signs stating no refunds, since they cant even get the service right and fix the problem, they should not have the right to keep your money, that theft by deceit to me. I would given them no stars if it would let me
I was traveling out of town for work and I dropped my tablet on the ground and damaged it pretty good. I Googled tablet repair and found this place. I did not catch the gentlemans name who helped me but he got me taken care of in about 10 minutes and got me fixed. I couldnt be happier thank you so very much you saved the day for me!!!
Im reconsidering my earlier visit to Albany, New Yorks Computer Answers Diagnostic and Electronics Repair Shop. Has my desktop computer been repaired correctly and to a high standard? I went to Computer Answers for a computer diagnosis recently, however the technician did not provide the service.
Ive had my PC serviced by these guys a few times, and they never disappoint or leave me with unanswered questions. Looking at some of the negative reviews, I have to conclude that those of you who bring your already broken-beyond-repair computer(s) and smartphone(s) to this repair shop, its not their fault. Thank you for such wonderful service and wonderful staff.
I have decent knowledge of hardware and system. I am very impressed by the fantastic service. They tried all possible alternatives to solve the problem: The hard drive of my latop cannot be found by the system. It turned out the connector between the mother board and the hard drive is broken. Strongly recommended. While I am waiting there, I also saw another customer (who has little knowledge of computers) being served. Based on my understanding of computers, they tried to find the least expensive yet best solution for that costomer as they did for my laptop.
I called MANY electronic repair shops in the area, looking for someone to help me demagnetize a very small old piece of electronics I had. Not one of them said that they could, or would be willing to help. This place was the ONLY company who said that they didnt know if they could, but theyd be willing to give it a try (great attitude). It literally took seconds to do, and they helped greatly. That is some awesome customer service! And from my brief discussion with them, they seem very knowledgeable in their field. Definitely keeping them in my list for computer repair.
The staff was professional, and the turnaround time was significantly shorter than I expected. My laptop works like a dream now, was done quickly, and affordably comparable to other options I had researched. Will definitely be going back for any other repairs or support I need in the future!
Chris (the technician) was great, polite, showed up early and was extremely helpful. He fixed my phone in no time and made a difficult time much easier!!The rep when I first called to make the claim with Asurian had a hard time understanding that I didn’t live in the billing zip code since I’m on a shared plan, but eventually (after what seemed like forever of explaining it and asking him to look in the zip code where I live multiple times) he was able to look near me and find technicians that could come to me.Overall a good experience!
I would recommend Computer Answers to anyone needing assistance with computer repairs and upgrades. I have been doing business with Computer Answers for a few years now and they have always been able to solve my computer problems and they are very good about explaining your options. I also think they are reasonably priced. Most importantly they have an excellent customer service support team who are professional and experienced. And theyre fast too!
Brought a Dell laptop in to have charging port replaced. I was told it was completed but when I went to pick it up I was told the hard drive was failing and it needed a new one. They then replaced the hard drive but the laptop had no files on it other than Windows. The original files pictures, videos, favorites, etc. were left on the failing hard drive and handed to me separately with a cable to plug into the laptop. I tried to no avail to access my files from the old hard drive. I brought it back and they eventually transferred my files to the new hard drive for an additional $73.00. Altogether I paid $561.60 to get my $500.00 5 year old laptop back .
Wow is all I can say! Our son recently graduated from college and is pursuing a career in game art/3D modeling, and needed a custom built computer for work, and after much research, we reached out to Computer Answers in Albany, and were lucky enough to work with Les. There is not enough that I could say about this experience, and I mean that with the deepest sincerity. Les was patient and answered all our questions, gave suggestions and recommendations based on our needs and his experience in this industry, was knowledgeable, and thats just the tip of the iceberg when it came to working with him. Ultimately, we ordered our custom built computer, and Les was very respectful about staying within our budget, and we cant wait to get the finished product. I would HIGHLY recommend working with this company based on customer service alone.
Honest, informed, straight forward. They could have tried to up sell me, to spend hundreds of dollars. Instead, they offered me solutions to fix my PC tower. No pressure at all. Worth their weight in platinum.Forget BestBuy. Forget the GeekSquad. These are the ones to go to.(Brendon was so helpful. Ask for him. If he’s not available, everyone else will make you feel at home too).
Got laptop fixed 8 months ago it came back to life. And just had to return the laptop again cause the screen was stuck on the apple logo and than the screen would turn blue with horizontal lines. Only problem was screws were missing from the logic board and charger piece and my DVD/CD rewrite able drive wasnt working and when it was bought in it get fixed it was working fine. And the extended wire that comes as a extra charging wire for the MacBook wasnt returned also and they gave me a new charger after the one I sent with laptop was brand new that I got before my warranty was void with Apple.
Well first are foremost, theyre prices are MORE than reasonable. They offer free diagnostics, and are very willing to work with you. The customer service there is top notch, they are very patient and a great group of people. They definitely have my business for any of my electronic needs in the future. If that doesnt say enough, this is the only Google review I have bothered to write. Its that good. Keep it up bros! Thanks for the help with my galaxy today!
I had a wonderful, wonderful experience here and will definitely be coming back for any tech related issues I have. All of the staff are amazingly personable and are truly dedicated to customer service. Although they are a business and obviously have to turn a profit, you get the sense that they genuinely want you to walk away satisfied and happy with your experience, and are willing to go over and beyond to make that happen. The prices are really reasonable, and you know you’re paying for quality work. 5 stars :)
I went to Computer Answers in hopes to retrieve pictures from my old cell phone which had a shattered screen. They were able to help me out and get me all fixed up with all of the data and pictures that I had been without for so long. I spoke and worked mostly with Paul, who was a great help and I appreciate how customer service and satisfaction is one of their top priorities!
Brought my Xbox over to see if it could be brought back to life. After I yanked a power cord from the wall, it would no longer turn on, and have been collecting dust on the shelf while I was considering purchasing a new one. The guys at Computer Answers, were very friendly and professional. They rebooted the Xbox, cleaned it up and could not see any issues since it turned on just fine for them. I picked up my console the next day and they charged me absolutely nothing! I might feel a bit silly but also very greatful for the outstanding service, this is now my go to spot for all electronic issues!!!
Originally went in with a battery problem on my laptop, got free diagnostics and was told the battery needed to be replaced. Took a few days for the battery to come in and be replaced. Went in to go get it and was told the new battery sent was no good, at this point I was also told the hard drive should be replaced also, opted in to a new hard drive as well. Waited another couple days for the next battery to arrive and be replaced, same thing happened and the battery was no good. Needed my computer for school work and went in to get it while we waited for the third battery replacement. Noticed that there was a display issue when I came in and had to come back the next day to give time to get that fixed. Picked up my laptop and after I brought it home noticed the speakers, USB, headphone jack, and volume buttons on side of my laptop no longer worked. Decided to wait til the next battery arrived to go in and get it all fixed. In the meantime the original battery started to work like brand new with the new hard drive replacement. Another week later, went in to get everything fixed and had to go back the next day to pick it up, chose not to get the battery replaced at this point because it no longer needed it. Got stuck taking the new battery home with me as I already paid for the parts and labor but could not get money back. 5 stars for the quality of the work that they actually provided me and for the fair pricing. Nice staff and good hours also.. but it took nearly a month, and countless trips and phone calls back and forth to their shop to fix the issue. And I ended up paying for service that I did not need, I rate 3 stars.Update 6/26/163 months later they contacted me about my past experience and the status of my repair, and was offered 10% off my next purchase in return.
Called just about everywhere in the capital district to see if they would help fix my PS4 disk drive. Everyone seemed to think it was too complex for them, but Dale and the rest of his team at computer answers did a great job and had my PS4 fixed for me in only 2 days. Awesome customer service would definitely recommend this place to anyone with broken electronics. These guys fix everything!!
Great service! These guys know what they are doing and prove it with ease, my dell laptop had a faulty cable due to poor manufacturing, they ordered the part needed and charged only $154 when Dell wanted $240+ just for me to ship it back to see what was wrong with it, with threats of further charges if the screen was not the issue
Who runs this joke of a business? I left my desktop with them in NOVEMBER, it is now FEBRUARY and still nothing. Everytime we call they throw this lame the part hasnt shipped excuse. Its been 4 MONTHS, where are you shipping from?! Whats worse is everytime you call you get someone different and none of them seem to know anything thats going on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I am a local medical student who relies on the use of my laptop for studying. One morning, the charger port on my laptop cracked, so I headed to the local Computer Answers to see if they could provide a quick fix to a simple problem. I brought it in on a Saturday morning and was told I would receive a call later that night with the diagnosis. After not hearing for 12 hours, I called the store. I was told this was a very easy repair that would only take a few hours to fix. I was informed it would take about a week for the correct part to arrive and would be ready to pick up the following weekend. I agreed on a price, having no idea how much of a mistake this was. After not hearing for two weeks, I started getting annoyed. I need my laptop and not having it was starting to affect my grades. I called for an update and was told the part had arrived and it would be ready in the next day or two. A week passed and I still had not received a call. I called again and was told the same thing - that it would be ready in a day or two. I figured they were busy and tried to remain patient, even though they were already two weeks past the date that we agreed on. After 4 weeks in total had passed, I started calling every day to see what the hell was going on. Initially, they were giving me the run around, saying it would be ready that night or the next morning. Eventually, they admitted that only one person at the store was capable of performing the repair and that he only worked 1 or 2 days a week. I asked for them to call this guy and have him come and work on my repair which was already 3 weeks late, to which the guy on the phone laughed and said he is the president of the store, we cant tell him when to come in. This really pissed me off. After about 6 weeks, the guy finally came in to finish my laptop. They made it seem like he was doing me a huge favor by spending the afternoon devoted to my repair. He tried to replace the part and then all of a sudden my computer stopped turning on altogether. They then tried to sell me on buying a new motherboard from their store, but I already learned my lesson and then some. I politely asked them to put my computer back together and that I was coming to get it to send to Lenovo. I should have given it to the professionals who knew what they were doing from the start. Yet, just when I thought it couldnt get any worse, I was in for another surprise when I arrived to pick it up. They handed me back my laptop without the stylus and without the charger. When I told them they were missing, they started searching through the entire store for them. It was like looking for a needle in a haystack. Everything was completely disorganized and everyones stuff was mixed with each other. They ended up finding my stylus but could not find my charger, so they simply took someone elses and handed it to me. Shockingly, this charger broke within one week of use. After sending my laptop to Lenovo, they uncovered many more damages that were likely due to the botched repair job. I ended up having to get my entire hard drive and mother board replaced, essentially wiping away 3 years of medical school notes and work. And, to make matters worse, this store failed to put half the screws back into the computer, so now there is a constant little opening on the bottom of my laptop. To sum it up, the service at Computer Answers was absolutely terrible. It took 5 weeks to realize they were not capable of completing a repair that they promised would take a few hours, while also managing to further damage my laptop and lose my charger. During this ordeal, I did not receive a single call to give me an update. I had to call every day to see what the hell was going on. This was one of the most unprofessional places I have ever come across. I would not recommend this store to anyone. They are 1 star in every way possible. Stay away.UPDATE: Everything I mentioned has absolutely nothing to do with software updates at the store like the owner suggests.
Horrible experience here.1. I brought in my laptop because it was having problems (turning off at random, freezing, scary blue screens, etc.). When I took the laptop in, it had Windows 10. When I got it back, it had Windows 7, which I did not ask for. Some of the problems had been fixed but it also came back with new ones, like the volume keys not working.2. I brought it back and was told that the reason it was having problems now was because I was running Windows 7. When I pointed out that they were the ones who had installed Windows 7, which I had not asked for and did not want, I was told that I would still have to pay to have Windows 10 installed. Finally after multiple phone calls about this, I came into the store and talked to a manager who said they would do it for free. Again, I had to fight not to pay to fix the problem that THEY CAUSED.3. Fast forward a few more months, laptop is still having the same problems along with a new ones (more freezing, turning off, inability to multitask). It also kept asking me for codes for Windows 10. Assuming this was related to their install, I brought it back hoping for an easy fix. I was told there was a virus causing the prompts for the codes, and that maybe it was the reason for the other stuff too. Okay, its already there, might as well have them fix it even though I didnt have a whole lot of confidence in them. Two weeks passed. Wondering if I had missed a call or something, I called the store. I was told that no one really knew what was going on with it, but that the employee would call me back the next day with answers. No one called me back.Week three, I called again, and spoke to a different employee. He said that the laptop had been sitting there a while, wasnt finished, and that he didnt know what was going on with it because no one had left any notes about who was servicing it or what had been done. He also told me that he would call me back the next day. A second time in a row, no one called me back.A few days later, I called AGAIN, and was told that the laptop would be finished in a few hours. Great! They would call me when it was done. Surprise: no one called me back.I called again a few days later and was told that the laptop was finished, and that someone should have called me. Whatever, I was just glad to be done with the place. At this point they had had my laptop for about a month. When I picked it up, however, it was to discover that for some reason they had installed Windows 8--again, something I did not ask for and did not want. I had to bring it back again.I wasnt planning on leaving a review of any kind, except a few days later Ive discovered that the laptop still has exactly the same problem that I brought it in for in the first place-- it is having trouble multitasking.I would not recommend going here if you are hoping for decent, reasonable, or competent service.
If you have any issue/problem with your computer that you cant solve by yourself, do yourself a favor and get in touch with Computer Answers. Even if you have to travel a long distance, youll see later that it was absolutely worth it. Not only is he totally knowledgeable about everything computer-related, but hes also patient, extremely generous with his time, and has great integrity. And on top of all this, reasonable charges, too. What more can you ask for!
This place is great and I usually dont trust people with my laptop. They fixed the DC port for my computer and did a great job. I was scared that my computer would be messed up since it involved the motherboard but everything went well. The only thing that happened was that he forgot to connect the WiFi antenna; which wasnt much of a problem and was an easy fix.
SCAM ARTISTS.Over-priced accessories and software. Charged my brother $500 to reinstall windows. You did not reinstall, but merely erased the hard drive. Avoid this place at all costs. For the non-techy people.UPDATE: the owner states we where charged $100 for windows. Nah I think it was more like...$500? Dont bother wasting your time at this place. Hard drive was dead. Pfft, could you think of a better lie?
I will say that their staff most of the time knows what they are doing and are generally fair about it. Just remember, they are not a pawn shop, even if they originally looked like one! Theyll buy your old electronics, particularly older and outdated equipment that you do not believe have any resale value; they generally do. Anything else is off the table ( They dont want actual toasters, just figurative ones ).Personally, Ive gotten mostly excellent service from them, even if it takes some time for some aspects of the service to be completed. They also give more than fair prices in 90% of the cases Ive seen. And by more than fair, I mean better than outlet prices sometimes.
After my review was posted I received a phone call from Paul the owner apologizing for the incident with my laptop. I was able to bring the lap top back and the screen was replaced. Thank you to Michael as well who also called to rectify the problem. Most places would not have bothered to rectify the situation much less called.
A technician from Computer Answers came to my home and replaced the broken glass on my iPhone after I filed a claim through Asurion, Verizons insurance partner for the accident protection plan. Not only was he able to fix my device in a matter of minutes at a very small table, but he was also very kind, professional, and I felt comfortable allowing him in my apartment. I would definitely use Computer Answers again.
Received Great Service from Elliot and Joe when picking up MAC. Very Friendly and Curteous. They maintained contact with me throughout the whole repair and kept me well informed of the status and timeline for repair. Even in the midst of a relocation I could see they were busy trying to set up and organize but they still took their time and didnt rush anything. Overall great service and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
First experience was related to changing the battery for my Asus ROG. Even though it took one week for them to replace the battery. It was understandable. However, the second experience was not good, even after four days, they didnt even respond to let me know what is wrong with the laptop. Therefore picked it up without completing the diagnosis.
Do not go there, everyone, be alert! A scam!I brought my laptop there. The charging port has bad connection. And I said I would have it repaired immediately and I was told 45 would be charged for it to be repaired. I felt it was a lot but I need it badly. So I told the guy if I could wait there for it to be repaired immediately I would pay the fee 50.54. That was with tax. I was required to pay before he proceeded. And I did. Huh!But after they opened the laptop the boss came with the mainboard to me and told me he suggested me to change it because it would cause serious problem and said it would take at least two days for them to repair the charging port because they did not had it in stock then. There would be other fees like 95 to 180. I told him I paid 50 for it to be repaired on the spot. He said ii was only for the rash diagnostics.Ridiculously he insisted his guy had informed me of that. A liar. That was a scam!Cheaters! When I refused to accept your further scam you just made the tiny screws very tight so that I can not open it right? Jerks!
I brought my HP ENVY DV7 laptop here because it was running slow on 9/21/16. I was told they wouldrun a free diagnostic to see what the issue is. I turned on my laptop for them when windows loaded itplayed the windows melody. I got a call the next day say the hard drive was bad. I went there inperson to get more information. I expressed my concern several times, I do not want to lose any ofmy data, pictures, videos, music and so forth. After being assured they can recover all my files I saidok replace the hard drive with a SSD hard drive (Include: Parts, Labor, Windows 10 version andTransfer of All Files). I got a call Sunday so my laptop is all set and I could pick it up. So I did, on9/23/16. I did not have time to check it out, so I paid for it and brought it home. That same evening Idecided to check it over. To my surprise none of my pictures, videos, or files where there. Also cometo find out my speakers were not working. So I brought it back Monday, 9/24/16. After speaking toElliot I was told the hard drive might have died in the middle to transfer which I found to be weird. Hetold me his techs’ are the best, and they know what they were doing, while not once was I told ‘Heywe not might not be able to save your data.’ He said let me check to see if it is still backed up on theexternal hard drives they use. Low and behold all my data was on the external hard drive but not onmy laptop. That was a red flag for me. Either the tech that worked on my laptop is incompetent or hedidn’t care. I told him my speakers were now not working either. I was told to leave it and they wouldtake a look at it and call me. One week later after no phone call I stopped by to see if any updates.Nope, my laptop sitting in the same exact spot when I had dropped it off. I was assured one of thetechs would call me with a status update the next day. Another six days go by and nothing. So I stopby Sunday, 11/6/16, same thing, the laptop sitting in the same exact spot. No one has touched it. Thekicker is now they are saying my speakers are blown. Now I am wondering how is that possible, whenI originally dropped it off it was working fine now all the sudden the speakers are blown. I ended uppicking up my laptop without my speakers working. I played with it and found out the correct driverwas not installed. Downloaded the correct drive and now my “blown speakers” are working (took meless the 45 minutes to find and download correct driver). Spoke to the owner, told him about thespeaker issue which i resolved myself, i hear a rattling like A screw or something is not secured, getting a error message that my windows license is about to expire and need to take action. He toldme to bring it to the East Greenbush location, 30 minutes away from my house. So i did, when idropped it off there i explained my concerns again. I got a call the next day that everything is all setand come pick it up. Now about a month later still getting message Windows version is expired,Cannot connect to the Internet. To sum it up, look else where for your computer repairs. Learn frommy horrible experience here and dont make the same mistake. After this experience i would notrecommend them to anyone. If you like being lied and having incompetent people working on yourmachines then this is the place for you, OTHERWISE FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE FOR YOU COMPUTERREPAIRS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!
My first experience with Computer Answers was at theyre old location, across from Just Hair on Central. Not gonna lie, I had some difficulty and was a little dis-satisfied, but after checking out their new location and dealing with TJ and the skinny dude with the glasses and the beard and hearing from them they had made adjustments to their staff...I can honestly say this is the best place in town for used computers/parts and will recommend it to any family member or friend. These guys are honest and truly hook it up.
GREAT PLACE!!!! Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. I accidently cracked my sons tablet screen, brought it in... and had it back in 3 days!! Price was definitely affordable, and since I was a new customer I was able to use a 10% off coupon!! Will definitely recommend to anyone!!
I called to get a quote on my broken laptop screen around 8:40am. I rang as if it a was a cellphone so I didnt leave a message. However, just under 10 minutes later the owner called me back. Very polite and was able to answer my questions about repair. Theyre open until 9 pm - so Ill be able to go after work. I was going to take my laptop to geek squad until I remembered computer answers was local and has a location right down the street from me - - - Support local businesses! :)
Broke my phone screen and called a few places and no one could repair it because of the type of phone it is. I called computer answers and Les told me he would look at for me. I brought it in and he said he could order the screen and would call me when it came in, and thats what he did. He was very knowledgeable. And took his time to make sure my phone was fixed right. Even put on my screen protector. Highly recommend
I came to Computer answers with a desire to upgrade my box, and McQueen, Marq, and Elliot all leapt with delight to help me through my confusion and lack of knowledge. They were friendly and savvy, not making me feel too lost or up a creek without a paddle, even when I was less than responsive towards them. And to top it off, they were more than forthcoming with a problem that happened on their watch, and gave me the best treatment they could muster. Good people work here, and I will definitely be coming back for them.
I do not even want to give a star for this store. THEY SCAM!!!!! I originally went to the store for my screen problem, and the screen was temporarily distorted because of windows update. They called me and said screen is fine, but they found hard drive problems. They said computer is running super slow and that I am this close from losing all my stuff and asked me to get it fixed ASAP. He recommended getting 500gb SSD for 450 $$$$$ WHICH MAKES NO SENSE. (I am sure some of your friends know how to install SSD and it should cost around 200$) I found him a little suspicious over the phone so I told him I will come to the store and check the laptop myself, and he was trying his best to not make me come but I went anyways. AND MY LAPTOP WAS 100% fine. I brought my laptop back, and I am planning to put 250gb SSD on my laptop for 100$ myself. They seem professional, but they SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
Never has anything in stock. Wont help customer who know what they are looking for. they only want to charge high prices to fix things people dont understand. Ive gone to this store many times looking for things like DVI cables, computer fans and more. The more you know about computers the more they dont want to help you
Coming back from vacation, we discovered that our desktop wouldnt boot. Took to Computer Answers on a Friday evening, they diagnosed the issed (memory) within a couple of hours and had it fixed the next day at a very reasonable price. They were very responsive and hope I wont need them soon, but would definitely use them again.
Have asked if they can make hardware BIOS installation and they e-mailed me to bring laptop for a free diagnostics. After the diagnostics I was contacted by the friendly staff and we have discussed probable motherboard replacement and other options to fix an issue with my Asus ROG laptop. With no charge they did suggest me to use official Asus Service center and assisted me with proper report.
The staff cant ever stop being annoying. Did a smartphone repair which was a fail. They simply cant accomplish the service. Seems like they are just waiting for marijuana to be legalized and switch gears full time with their vape stand. Probably will take electronic trade ins in exchange for hash when they really figure their business model.
The friendly and professional staff members at computer answers Albany did an excellent job of repairing my ps3 system. Because of them it works silky smooth again without the yellow light of death and I dont have to spend extra money on another preowned system. Thanks guys! Job well done! I highly recommend and praise their knowledge of electronics!
I took in my ipod for repair because the on/off button was broken. They said theyd have to order the part, and it would take about 2 days to come in, and then another day or two to fix it. After not hearing anything for a week, I called the store. They told me they didnt know what was going on - the part still hadnt arrived. They said theyd call the supplier to find out what the delay was, then call me back. No one called me back, and I called them again a few days later. They said the exact same thing: The part hadnt arrived, they didnt know why, theyd call the supplier and call me back. This happened at least 5 times. Every time, the person who answered said they didnt know anything, the part hadnt come in, and theyd find out why and call me back, and not once did anyone call me back. After almost a month of this, I went back to their store, planning to tell them I would wait right there while they called the supplier. Once I was there in person, though, they said the part had just come in that morning, and they could fix it right away. I waited while they fixed the button on my ipod (about 45 minutes), and paid them and left. When I got home, I took a closer look at the invoice, and realized it has two items on it: one is the on/off button, and one is a new battery. My battery was fine, and did not need to be replaced, and I was never asked about replacing it. I called them back again to find out why I was charged for a new battery, and the person who answered said he would talk to the person who worked on my ipod and call me back in just a few minutes. Of course, no one ever called me back. So basically, they can fix your electronics well enough, but go literally anywhere else if you want reasonable customer service.Edit: Changed from two stars to just one, because after having my ipod back for a few days, I realized they replaced my perfect battery with a dying old one. Before I took it to them, the battery would last for about 20 hours of continuous play. Now it hardly lasts for one hour. They still wont return my phone calls.
If you want to be without your device or equipment for a long time & then after you get it back it still not work then go here if not then go somewhere else. I never leave reviews anywhere but the service here was so atrocious that I had to. My sons 3DS was fixed back in March only to break again in April. Took it back in late June early July to have it fixed again & here we are mid August & still no DS. They never call with any updates & when I call the standard answer is always 2-3 days. Ill never take anything there for service ever again.
When I first visited, the greeting was welcoming. I forgot the guys name but, he seemed nice. He was giving me great advice and reassured it was a great choice coming here. It was not until the next day, when I second guessed this place. The guy said he would give me a call around 9am-11am. I had to call around 12pm just to find out that my laptop was still on the self. He called me back and explained the problem and gave me a solution. We agreed and he called later to say that he installed the software but now my mousepad wasnt working and he would call me later. I never got a call back so I called two more times to learn that he left the store and another guy said they would call me back. Once again they did not. So I called AGAIN, and surprisingly the guy working in myself computer was in the store but he was sounding sketchy. He kept saying umm like he didnt know what he was doing. He claimed that he was working with a costumer with a serious problem with her computer. I never knew there was a level of seriousness needed to have your device operated on quicker. Then I asked if there would be an estimate when I could pick up my laptop since I need it for school. He specifically said, uhhh *pause* ummm I cant give you an estimate. Now I picking up my computer with the appropriate software but broken mousepad
Entering the large space, I removed my backpack and scanned a place on the front counter to set it down, as it contained my ailing computer. The front counter was covered in various computer parts, laptops, chargers, ect.. what you would expect to see perhaps on the bench behind the counter. An employee promptly noticed me and removed the majority of the components with what I sensed was hasty disregard for any of it, the pile was moved like a heap of refuse. All that remained was a scattered pile of screws that looked like those used to hold laptops together. This left me a bit uneasy but I proceeded none the less.Removing my laptop from my backpack, I began a dialog with one of the salesmen, where I disclosed my issue, an inability to charge my laptop. I suggest a quick test of the AC/DC adapter via multimeter to count out that possibility immediately. With what I can only say was complete disregard for my suggestions , now talking over eachother, two of the employees insist they will bring in their own adapters and test my computer out. I find this strange, perhaps a sign of their computer genius, that they can decipher the exact voltage and ampereage of the necessary and appropriate adapter by simple grace of its presence, and no actual investigation into what my adapter says. wow, I think to myself, they must really know their stuff! In their reluctance to actually, physically test my adapter, they spend twice as much time as the test would take, explaining to me ( a physics graduate and semiconductor engineer) how a power surge can render an AC/DC adapter useless. I agree, and reiterate the simplicity of the multimeter test, they again decline, with the rebuke that they will bring in their own personal chargers tomorrow. He enters me into the computer system, puts a sticker on my laptop and adapter. I leave without and computer or much confidence. The next day I left my phone at work and was a bit put off to find no communication about my, albeit free, computer diagnostic. Come Tuesday evening, no communication.Tuesday evening I arrive at the store. I engage with the clerk, I dropped off a computer I would like to pick up . He asks my name, once. I tell him and ask him if they made any progress on my power issue. I am not in the store often. he replies. He asks my name again, this time I spell it out slowly and begin to realize it may not be coming up in the system, as he starts to ask me what type of computer I brought in. My concern grows and I begin to scower the workspace with my eyes, whereupon I see my laptop, where it was placed 2 days ago, on the intake shelf. It had not moved a bit. Another employee, the one who helped with my intake, and insisted he would bring his own adapter to test, interjects with excuses about the lack of diagnosis my charger was actually different than your, the whole was a different size. I forgot to call you. I put my computer in my backpack and leave, having gained nothing but the exercise it took to ride my bike there, who knows how long my computer would have sat on that shelf before someone felt like calling me, if they were even able to find me in the system.TL:DR Dropped computer off for free diagnosis, heard lots of talk saw no action, picked computer up 2 days later from same exact place i dropped it off at, no diagnosis, I was not even logged in their systems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS EXPERIENCEGO SOMEWHERE ELSEi appreciate your swift response, and leave you with a favorite quote of mine:excuses are nails in the house of failureThings you could do to help with this issue:1.Travel to a location of my convenience and test my AC/DC adapter with a multimeter and spend the 30 seconds it takes to check if it works2. pick me and my computer up and bring it to your store where you fix the issue and drop me off at home3. order a replacement AC/DC adapter and have it sent to me4. Create a time machine and go into the past to warn me not to waste my time. any of these would be great thanks
I brought in an old kinda disrpeared a see my friend gave me thinking there was a video card prblm.Joe informed me that the hard drive was actually the prblm and gave me a phenomenal deal on a replacement.i then undertook installing linux mint on the machine which had some small quirks due to no fault of computer answers. It took all of no time to get this older and unkind ly treated machine up and running perferfectly. I found Joe as the rest of the staff to be exceedingly knowledgeable patient and above all very fair on price. I Would recommend their service over various box stores with their long waits exorbitant prices and less than knowledgeable unfriendly staff. As I have several other computer projects Im working on I plan on using their sevices as well as there offer of free diagnostic issues. CANT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH. JULIUS
If you are doing an online chat, be aware there are several locations and you may not be talking to the Albany store. I was unaware there are multiple locations. I got a quote with the online chat, however when I went to the Albany store it was much higher. The check in procedure seems a bit long. Went to another repair shop and I was in and out in 5 minutes.
Please dont go this repair shop.Last time request my Samsung laptop and i paid about $100. But they did not fix. My labtop still had issue. So i back to South Korea for fix my labtop and i requested A/S at Samsung service center in seoul Korea. Samsung engineer said that they did not touch anything for fix my laptop and they pocketed(stolen) my laptop components(4g memory).!!!! When we open the computer, my 4g memory is not in computer. So i buy 4g memory in Korea now. Please be careful!!!
I went there for virus removal. They told me they had to back up the data, and then reinstall everything again. Ok, I said. But they lost half my data. Its gone forever. They lost all my pictures (family pics, trips, everything), they lost all my music, they lost everything except what was in the folder My Documents. The only thing I got from them was ups!. Worst back up ever.
I am very clumsy and always smash my iPhone. I had my screen fixed at some places in the mall where it just would shatter or spontaneously crack. Since repairing my phone 4 weeks ago at this store, I have dropped it a few times without a case and although it should have broken, it didnt. The best screen repair place coming from a screen-breaking connoisseur.
Went to the shop unannounced and asked if they could check my desktop real quick to see why its been giving me low frames. I usually play pc games like CSGO and Overwatch while I had a GTX 970, which is a high end graphics card, and yet I was getting low random frame drops towards 30 fps. It only took them less than 10 mins to figure out the problem and now my pc feels like its brand new. Thank you guys so much and I will definitely come back for any future issues!
Computer Answers albany was cool, but TJ was the BEST. I came in with a laptop that wouldnt work. They pulled the data off so I could put it on my new laptop, but mostly I wanted my accounting files, which were the most important thing. TJ tried everything and was really patient with my anxious demeanor. Ultimately, he figured it out and Im good to go. Ill be back. Thanks for all.
The worst place EVER!!!! I brought my laptop into the place in January...it is now September and I got it back in worse condition than when I brought it in. The initial issue was not resolved when I was told it had been. I was told I would receive a call back from management. I am very hurt behind this as the agent in store was extremely rude to me and not empathetic about the matter at all.
I went here a LONG time ago when I was a kid... Im hoping the counselors are a lot different today than they were when I went here.... When I went most of the counselors were rude and treated me pretty bad... I had a few weird situations where they would single me out in front of everyone and embarrass me... I went one year and never went back after that happened, Its sad because I really did have fun with the activities...
Not giving 0 stars. But tried calling a couple times. First time. They asked me to hold. Ok. I do that. Left on hold for 20 mins. Try calling back a 2nd time. Goes to voicemail. Called back a 3rd time. Same thing. I understand that you have business. And that things get busy. I judt had a simple question I wanted to ask. So I could get some assistance. You cant tell me you are that busy on a monday afternoon. -.-
Zero stars... bought computer (used) supposed new harddrive 5 months later HD fails webcam doesnt exist ... gave me deal on new one ... failed o tell me no CD rom, battery un reachablel without taking it apart only good thing fast processor ... replaced it with better one 1Ghz so slow cant load moere than one thing and still takes forever what a waste ... ALL SALES FINAL what BS

2022-07-08Great service! Am so appreciative the shop for saving my laptop. Having been turned away from other shops who said they no longer made the required apple parts, this shop was able to quickly source the pieces needed and repair my computer. 2022-06-27I have gone here many times previously to have my phones repaired and they have always been friendly, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and reasonably priced EVERY time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have any phone or tablet repaired. I know I must sound like I’m related or something but the people and service here are really great!
