Gail is amazing! Every time I’ve had an issue she gets me in right away, her work is impeccable, I’ve never had any returns on her repairs and have been with her since she started in 2002! I’ve brought the worst computer issues to her and have never lost one single file. She is friendly, professional, FAST and affordable!!!

My daughter was the victim of hackers. I took her computer to Gail to be cleaned. Not only was it quick, but she quoted a price and thats what it was! I found Computer Doc through the recommendation of another satisfied customer. She diagnosed the problem with the rapidly failing hard drive on my ‘old faithful ‘ laptop, saved all the files, guided me through a knowledgeable purchase of a new unit, then performed the set up and data transfer from my very full old files to the new system. Quick, friendly, cheerful service and patience in guiding a user who didn’t speak much ‘computerese’. Very reasonable price.
I am blown away that Gail could fix my desktop that i couldnt even log into in less than 48 hours and for a price i would pay 4 times over. She didnt just remove all the issues from my computer but she tuned it up for me and gave me weekly maintanance programs to run.Top notch service. I wouldnt ever go to anyone else.

Thank goodness for Gails professionalism and computer knowledge, she got me back up and running in less than 48 hours. My laptop is now running like its brand new. 2022-04-12My computer was hacked over the weekend and I got scammed. Upset and shaken to the core, I called Gail and she stayed on the phone as I drove to her shop. She was so kind and patient and assured me she would clean up and organize my computer and .....she did! She even put extra protections and gave me printed directions for how to do weekly/routine updates. A 5 Star rating isnt enough...I give her a million Gold Stars for her kindness, patience and professionalism! Gail is my new Go to gal for all things computer!

2021-07-30Gail is a lifesaver. My sons laptop died and he needed documents off the hard drive for school. I called Gail and she was able to take a look at the laptop that same day. My son and I had tried all kind of online fixes, the screen was black, nothing worked, but Gail knew within minutes the problem was a bad motherboard. She was able to remove the hard, copy over the documents to a flash drive and save the day, all in almost no time. He has all the documents, in an unbelievably quick time, and she did this all for a very reasonable fee. It is so hard to find this level of professionalism and customer service any more. Thank you Gail, you are the best.

2020-12-21Amazing is an under-statement when it comes to Gail, and her work. She ABSOLUTELY is the best. Quick, Efficient, Very Responsive and a down to earth person. Took my computer to her for a cleaning of the interior and exterior, and it looks completely brand new. She even tuned the computer up for me. 2020-11-17Gail is awesome. She has late hours and got my computer in that evening. She didnt try to sell me any upgrades or gouge me with high prices. She just simply fixes my computer and had it ready the next day. You can tell she loves her job. Highly recommended.

2019-07-09I used Gail’s services after hearing a glowing review from a good friend. My experience was equally positive. My laptop operates much faster, and that had been my presenting problem. Gail advised me not to put any more money into the laptop (money she could have earned in the future), and rather advised that she would make suggestions in the future regarding a replacement purchase. I am delighted.
