Amazing. They worked like a fine tuned machine. 25+ years of business documents that were lost to poor repair by someone else and were not in any back-ups anywhere, were found in a new drive created by the prior repair. My laptop and desktop were a mess and both reflected the date and time the damaging changes were made.Further updates had been enabled and Windows 11/OS had replaced and DISplaced all the documents I did have, when there had been a specific conversation not to update anything and suddenly EVERYTHING is gone in photos and all files.Computer Rx came in, reassuring from minute one on the phone and totally recovered, set up the network and remote access correctly, reloaded drives, software, made sure my phone, laptop and desktop were communicating properly, got rid of bloatware and conflicting software and more.Summary: It is like I have two new computers. Bar none, Ive not had efficient, effective, knowledgeable computer repair techs like Computer RX Specialists in two decades. They know their stuff, get right to the task at accomplish the goal, all with a great attitude.

Had my laptop fixed by these gents and they were awesome. My charging port was damaged and the only way the cable would stay connected was if I held it in place. They fixed the part for a reasonable price and its been working great ever since. Awesome customer service. Especially Matt, he was great. Definitely recommend.

Grateful they were able to get my Dad’s old Dell tower running again after it got kicked across the room! Matt and Alex are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and kept to schedule! Highly recommend!

Brought computer in to be fixed up. They offered a better price than I was quoted by other companies, and were able to do it in a shorter amount of time. Very informative about what to expect, a rough time estimate for the repairs to be done, and an estimates cost that was accurate. Spoken to very politely and had no issues communicating. Would definitely go through for repairs again, highly recommend to friends and family

It is uncommon to receive prompt, courteous, effective and friendly service these days....but I found all of those qualities in COMPUTER RX SPECIALISTS.Alex met with me immediately, didnt RUSH me, and solved my computer problems at a VERY reasonable price. He followed up with me, and when I needed another question answered, he spent time on the phone with me, and even stopped briefly at my house to insure the remedy.The guys respond and are helpful. A new business, I encourage others to utilize their expertise in problem solving, and enjoy the benefits of working with people who care. I highly recommend the guys at COMPUTER RX SPECIALISTS.....
