I bought a car couple months ago and I am happy with the purchase. The whole process was smooth and I did not have any issues getting the loan. Ari and his father treated me fair and they did their best to help me get the car out of the dealer. I do not speak a fluent language, but they understood my needs and what I was really looking for. My boyfriend and daughter have purchased vehicles from Connection. The satisfactory service they both received was beyond spectacular. Issac and his son were not pushy or eager to sell us just ANY car or SUV. They were honest, helpful and forthright in giving my family the best deals out there and discussed with my daughter ALL the safety features on her vehicle. My boyfriend got the exact car he was searching for which has all the bells and whistles at a very reasonable price and low mileage. Bought a Mercedes C300 from them in 2015; besides regular maintenance, I havent had to open the hood for anything but adding washer fluid in 4 years. It was by far the best experience Ive ever had buying a car. I came in with my own financing, and did not feel pressured to buy at all; the owner and his son were very chill.I really lucked out with these guys because I bought the first car I looked at and did no shopping around. Only thing off was diamond paint on window sticker, but I think it was an honest mistake. Still love the car so I probably wont be back soon but will look here first next time I am in the market.
Ari and his father are the best father-son duo I have seen in a while. Not only were their cars impeccable, but they both treat you with the best customer service in the area. I had never purchased a car from a dealer before, and the thought of it turned me off completely. I kept hearing horror stories of pushy salespeople and customers being ripped off but that was definitely not my experience at Connection Auto Sales. Iraj and Ari were very easy to work with, they were upfront about everything (no tricks), and they made the entire process stress free. I have bought 3 cars so far from Connection Auto Sales and any of those experiences was great. I’m normally love to do enough research before I do anything and for the first time when I came across this dealership and I spoke to Ira and his son I knew this gonna be a different place that they gonna deliver what they are promising and it was truly just like that, such a straight forward deal with no hassle and no gimmick.Cars are in magnificent shape and my Bmw and my highlander never let me down,sales experience specially the finance part was so transparent and black and white that I realized I saved a big money on my interest rate and as always it was no hidden fees!!! An experience that I never had other places!!I know how hard and frustrating is to go for car shopping specially when you don’t want to pay new car money and you want the same quality car therefore I absolutely recommend this place to everyone out there If you want to get a right car. LOVE LOVE LOVE... Iraj and his son (family business for over 30 years) are the most honest and genuine persons you could ever deal with. They both were more helpful than the last 15 dealers I went to for my MerCedes. Iraj went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my choice.. he actually spent over 2 hours going over the car with down to syncing my Bluetooth phone. Even though they are 1-1/2 hours away from my home, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The immediate phone calls back to finding the best financing to delivery... TOP Shelf service. My experience purchasing my van through Connection Auto Sales was by far THE BEST car buying experience hands down. You know when you are shopping for a car, you go into a dealership and are pounced on right away, with typical used car salesmen attitude, feeling like you need a shower afterwards. Well, not here, Iraj and his son were so accommodating, honest, sincerely friendly, with no pressure sales, I felt like we were friends for years. 2020-06-04My wife & I were in search of a car to provide the freedom we needed out of NYC without relying on NYC transit. I received a referral from my brother-in-law who is notoriously a touch critic. He has purchased 10 cars from Connection Auto & is still a loyal customer. We made this our first choice.When you walk in, you meet the father & son duo who are thoroughly committed in supporting you through the entire process. They are not pushy. They do not rush you. They let you shop & give you the information when needed.Knowing that this was our first car purchase, they were MORE than helpful in walking us through the entire car insurance process. They did not need to do this. The car was already sold. They took another hour out of their day to help us navigate through this intimidating car insurance maze & help us work out the best possible deal. In addition to the insurance support, they also completely set up the license plate, registration, inspections, everything. They also made themselves openly available after the initial sale for any questions or concerns we have had.With all of this being said, car dealerships have a bad rap of people just trying to sell a car... We walked in with a good recommendation from someone we trusted who had a great history buying cars from this dealership for years. We are genuinely happy with our purchase & the experience at Connection Auto. I highly recommend you check them out. :)

2019-04-28Today we bought our 4th car from Auto Connections! Within less then a year we bought the latest two. Never have we had any issues with the cars. I refuse to go anywhere else. We get bored pretty quick with cars and these are our to go guys! We have always been happy with the outcomes, they make the process quick && easy.

2018-10-22I would highly recommend Connection Auto to everyone who is looking to purchase a car. I have been dealing with them for the past 10 years, and today we purchased our third car from them. We always leave out of there happy and with no worries, the owner and his son are the nicest people you would meet that will take their time to go over every detail on the car and make sure your happy before you make a purchase. 2020-03-06I bought a 2016 Acura MDX this week and I had the best experience ever with an auto dealer. This may be the 11th car or so I have bought in my life. and I can say that they are the best I have ever experienced. These guys are Honest, Really! Good price and no hidden cost and fees. Really! I had many questions for instance whats this button for? and whats that button for? ( because of all the bells and whistles this vehicle has !) All questions were answered correctly. I would recommend and buy again from Connection Auto sales Inc. in a heartbeat. I wish them luck in their business for years to come.

2019-06-22Amazing experience buying my car, absolutely love this dealership, came in about two weeks ago, and was able to trade in my car for a Beautiful Mini Cooper Countryman S, great deal on all aspect, very honest people. What I like the most is that they do not have hidden fees or charges, straight negotiation and easy process to close the deal.... they help me to get the best financial rate on the market.... definitely recommend this dealership!!!!!! For Hispanics people like me, the speak little bit of Spanish but enough for the process
